I eat here regularly due to the fact that the restaurant is located directly in the hotel. So far I've always been satisfied. The waiters are very nice and accommodating. The restaurant offers plenty of space.

What a rip-off! I bought two vouchers there for Christmas last year. And then I hear that people want to redeem the vouchers but the restaurant is closed. We always enjoyed being your customers, but ripping people off like this is really unfair.

Rathausstraße 1I really wanted to eat there, but was promptly stopped by the sign on the door: "No card payments accepted today." I turned around and went to the restaurant next door: "No card payments accepted." Well, what have I gotten myself into?? No card payments = no business. Simple logic. If that's how they want it...
