We stayed there for a week with our 13-year-old daughter and were misunderstood that she was allowed to use the outdoor pool. According to the AI ​​response at CHECK24, this was permitted. However, the age limit is 16. This was subsequently clarified to our complete satisfaction. The management addressed our problem excellently, and we are extremely grateful for that. We have rarely felt our problems taken as seriously as they did there. Our hotel room was very nice, and everything was provided. We were provided with plenty of water and coffee. Great service. Since we only stayed overnight, we can't comment on the food. There was more than enough free parking, which was also great. Kaufland, Aldi, and Lidl were within walking distance. The rooms seemed to be very well soundproofed. The air conditioning was very quiet. The hotel is highly recommended, although family vacations are only permitted with children aged 16 and over. This should be noted.

A superb hotel with large, spacious rooms and excellent service from the staff. Every need was met. The only downside was that the restaurant staff often seemed overwhelmed, and the portions were quite small considering the relatively high price.

A very nice and modern hotel. If you want to sit at the bar in the evening, you'll be served immediately, and all your needs will be catered to. The hotel is right next to a Lidl, DM, and other supermarkets, so you can get anything you might have forgotten outside. Strasbourg is a few minutes' drive away, which you shouldn't miss when staying at the Calamus Hotel. The spa area is very large and highly recommended. This was my second time there for business, and my colleagues were absolutely thrilled, too. We'll definitely be back.

A very nice hotel, delicious breakfast, beautiful, modern rooms, friendly staff, and top-notch service. The only thing I personally would miss is better equipment in the fitness room. The room should be called the cardio room.

We were here for brunch which takes place every 2nd Sunday of the month. Food was great. There is something for everyone and the taste is very good too. Good quality of the food. Largely regional and seasonal. The service is top, very helpful, courteous staff. Of course, at the beginning the rush to the buffet is very big, but that goes away once everyone has had something. The only thing that bothered me was that there was only one coffee machine for all guests, so you almost always had to wait in line, but that was the only point of criticism. The price is also high at 37 euros per person, but given the quality, selection and service, it is quite reasonable. Can be further recommended.

Ein super Hotel, da moderne und heimelige Standardzimmer mit tollem Bad. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt kaum Wünsche offen, und wenn doch, darf man seine Extrawünsche ruhig melden. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant Grillrestaurant sowie im Julias ist sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Reinigungspersonal sorgt dafür, dass täglich das Zimmer wieder wie beim Erstbezug aussieht. Komme sehr gerne wieder.
