The newly designed restaurant in Ostermann doesn't convince me. Ambiance is nice with comfortable armchair-like chairs and armchairs under a canopy of plastic plants and between olive trees in pots. Service was below average, you had to ask for a single order what you had just ordered. To reorder you had to look at the waitress for 10 minutes. 10 small meatballs (amount of a small meatball) were not cooked through, which is not recommended for minced meat in this warm weather. Sauce was convenience, perhaps spiced up a bit. A saucer full of rice. I found it weak. The advertised handmade ice cream was actually handmade and contained at least some real vanilla pulp. Handmade was noticeable because of the frozen water crystals. Was served in a cardboard biscuit. I would practice again. Overall not recommended, map has a strange composition, concept not recognizable and manageable. Overall, the prices are decent and not understandable for all dishes. I'll save myself any further visits.

In fact, after taking the order, I wasn't even served and I was greeted in an absolutely unfriendly manner by the lady with dark hair, possibly of Indian descent. Dirty store not worth a star.

Very unfriendly and incompetent service staff. Food was ok, but the service was absolutely subpar. No friendly hello, goodbye or bon appetit. What a shame! Horrifying to see the service staff coughing into their palms and then serving the food. This staff should definitely be trained in dealing with guests!

I ordered a tarte flambée today, which I absolutely cannot recommend. Everything about it was so dry that I couldn't eat it. The biggest disappointment, however, was the service. After my complaint, in a bad mood and totally unmotivated, she asked whether I wanted to pay in cash or by card. It's not possible, I've never experienced it before. Definitely won't go there again. I can spend my money better.

That was absolutely catastrophic. Our 3 tarte flambées were bone dry - unanimous opinion: the worst we have ever eaten. Shame about the money. The daily special is available on all tables, but cannot be ordered because it is sold out. (Then I would collect the cards) The service staff were overwhelmed, inattentive and extremely slow. We had to go to the counter several times to point out our order requests. The prices are completely overpriced for the quality. All in all very disappointing!

Unfortunately, bad coffee and very bad service will never happen again for us. A service lady in particular is not suitable for this job! The coffee was lukewarm but you had to pay €3.10! No thanks!

Ate perfect cabbage roulade, I was pleasantly surprised, service was very friendly. Prices for the cost of goods are completely ok. I will gladly come again.

Today I ate at Ostermann's Glashaus in Bottrop. €9.90 for a mini portion of chili con carne with 2 mini slices of bread I grossly overpriced. The taste was ok, but the price-performance ratio just wasn't right.

Unfortunately the food was luke warm

I've never had such a bad breakfast, the rolls were rock hard like they were a month old, you couldn't even bite them off. The butter was all expired and very very little choice and expensive… Never again…👎🏻👎🏻

The breakfast offering is a bit overpriced with the new concept. Either a hot drink should be included in the price or the selection should be a little more. Unfortunately, the buffet area is a bit narrow and the small tables are not enough for 4 people.

Ate tarte flambée there today. But with other toppings instead of onions. Was delicious. Service is friendly and it is very cozy there. Also to take a breather with a coffee while looking at the furniture ☕️.👍
