Café Restaurant Univarza in Bielefeld

The taste is absolutely terrible. The quantity is too small for the price. There are plenty of other, far better alternatives in Bielefeld, some of which are right at Bültmannshof or on Wertherstraße.

The doner kebab is extremely bad. I've eaten a lot of bad doner kebabs, but this one... was top-notch. The bread, among other things, was highly carcinogenic... Communication with the worker was very difficult.

The food was really good, came quickly and was more than acceptable in terms of price. Always happy again

The doner kebab could have been good if the calf had been younger than Harald Junke in his final days. Then there certainly wouldn't have been so much cartilage in the meat. And if they hadn't made the doner kebab price ninety cents higher than the sign says, I wouldn't have felt cheated.

Sehr leckere Kleinigkeiten, nette Bedienung. Wir waren zum Mittagessen dort, innerhalb der Uni definitiv zu empfehlen

Never go here. Or does it if: You want to be ripped off, you want to be insulted in Turkish, you want to get mediocre food. I hope that at some point the shop will finally close its doors and make room for a decent restaurant in the university.

Good university location, delicious food, incredibly friendly service. It's a shame I don't live in Bielefeld, because I'd love to come to Univarza more often. My friends are regulars, raved about the catering, and their recommendation was spot on!

Quite okay for the price. I liked my meal, but my companion's pizza was just so-so. The service was great, but I don't think the atmosphere was very inviting. Nothing has happened here in the last 30 years. All in all, it's a place where you can definitely get something to eat, but I wouldn't explicitly recommend it.

Pictures and food don't match, at least for the vegetarian bag. The tomatoes were completely missing and the picture is very misleading. Not worth €4.50 at all, but at least it tasted good.

Hole mir öfters was bei dem Cafestand. Exzellenter Kaffee, leckere Snacks, vor allem der Bulgursalat und die Börekschnecken sind super. Faire Preise.

Ich habe gerade eine Lebensmittelvergiftung von dem Essen hier gekriegt. Finger weg vom Fleisch.

Sowohl das Buffet als auch die Speisekarte ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Gutes günstiges türkisches Essen direkt in der alten Unihalle.....wenn es schneller gehen soll gibt es auch eine Dönerbude nebenan....die haben auch verschiedene Pizzen....

Bewertung bezieht sich auf die Dönerbude: hier bekommt man für viel Geld wenig geboten, denn alles kostet extra. Fleisch? Noch mal 2 € dazu. Zatziki? Nicht Standard. Ein Döner für 3,70€ ist schon happig. Für ne Uni eine ziemlich teure Angelegenheit. Geschmacklich ist aber alles in Ordnung.

Wenn man etwas entspannen möchte und bereit ist, für leckeres türkisch-kurdisches Essen oder Salat/Pizza und sehr aufmerksamen Service relativ kleines Geld zu bezahlen, dann ist man im "Univarza" sehr gut aufgehoben. Ist ein bisschen Dunkel, aber eben ruhiger (wenn nicht gerade sehr viel los ist). Preise ca. 5 bis 15 Euro. Wenn's schnell gehen soll, gibt es draußen die "Döner-Bude".

In diesem Lokal gibt es wirklich gute Gerichte! Überraschend dafür, dass er sich in der Uni befindet, so weit ich weiß ist er ein Ableger vom Anavarza Restaurant. Es werden türkische Gerichte angeboten die in typischen türkischen Imbissen oft fehlen z.B. Imam Bayildi oder Güvec. Beides schmeckt verdammt lecker! Ist zwar sehr fettig aber trotzdem gesund, da es mit Olivenöl zubereitet wird. Die Suppen sind wirklich lecker und werden täglich frisch zubereitet, soweit ich weiß gibt es entweder Tomaten- oder Linsensuppe, beide sind schmackhaft. Das Ambiente liegt irgendwo zwischen rustikal und ungemütlich. Der dazugehörige Dönerladen ist nicht zu empfehlen und oft auch nicht besonders freundlich. Im Restaurant selbst jedoch sind die Mitarbeiter zuvorkommend und schnell, wenn man in der richtigen Ecke sitzt kann man Ihnen beim Kochen zuschauen. Sehr empfehlenswert auch für größere Gruppen, es gibt viel Platz und meines Wissens nach auch Catering/Buffet auf Anfrage.

Este es un buen lugar para comer o cenar en la universidad. La ubicación es muy conveniente, y la comida es excelente. Tienen mesas buenas para 1-4 personas, y puede alojar a grandes grupos.
