Eine Woche später und alle sind immer noch begeistert. Vom Essen bis zum Service gab es nichts zu meckern und das bei gefühlten 40 Grad im Schatten. Waren nicht das erste Mal da, aber noch nie gefeiert (60). Wir kommen wieder. DANKE

Das Essen war super lecker, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Besonders begeistert hat mich der wunderschöne Außenbereich, der zum Verweilen und Genießen einlädt. Dazu kommen faire Preise und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch. Absolute Empfehlung!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir haben im Bistro Café Mittendrin unsere Silberhochzeit und einen runden Geburtstag mit rund 70 Gästen gefeiert und waren rundum begeistert. Die gesamte Organisation und Planung haben wir gemeinsam mit Steffi der Inhaberin umgesetzt. Vom ersten Gespräch bis zur Feier selbst war alles unkompliziert, professionell und sehr angenehm. Gemeinsam konnten wir ein individuelles Essens- und Getränkekonzept ganz nach unseren Wünschen zusammenstellen. Steffi hatte jederzeit ein offenes Ohr für unsere Ideen und hat uns mit ihrer Erfahrung bestens unterstützt. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die sehr große und schöne Terrasse des Bistro Café Mittendrin. Dank des herrlichen Wetters konnten wir unseren Empfang draußen gestalten und die entspannte Atmosphäre genießen. Das hat unserer Feier einen ganz besonderen Rahmen gegeben und wurde auch von unseren Gästen sehr geschätzt. Am Tag der Feier hat einfach alles gepasst: Steffi, Ingo und das gesamte Team waren freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und den ganzen Abend über bestens organisiert. Die herzliche, unkomplizierte Atmosphäre und der aufmerksame Service haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns von Anfang bis Ende rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Nicht nur wir waren begeistert, auch viele unserer Gäste haben uns im Nachhinein auf die tolle Location, die großzügige Terrasse sowie das sympathische, kompetente und engagierte Team angesprochen. Wir haben durchweg positives Feedback erhalten. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Steffi, Ingo und das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Tag. Wir waren heute zum Sonntagsbrunch im Café Mittendrin in Isernhagen und waren wirklich begeistert. Für 29,90 Euro inklusive Getränke bekommt man hier eine richtig starke Auswahl: Kaffee, Cappuccino und weitere Getränke sind inklusive, dazu gibt es frisches Obst, tolle Nachspeisen, Suppe und ein sehr vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet. Besonders positiv: Viele Produkte kommen aus der Region. Das merkt man bei den Eiern, beim Honig, bei der Marmelade und auch bei der Wurst. Rührei und Spiegeleier werden frisch zubereitet und stehen nicht einfach irgendwo warmgehalten herum. Das macht geschmacklich einen deutlichen Unterschied. Auch der Service war ausgezeichnet. Sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. So ein gutes Serviceerlebnis habe ich in der Region selten gehabt. Für uns war das ein fantastischer Brunch und eine klare Empfehlung. Volle Punktzahl.

Dort ist es wirklich klasse. Wir sind oft für das Frühstück da mega lecker. Gestern Rippchen Buffet mega lecker. Alle freundlich und schnell. Sehr gutes Restaurant das Essen war sehr lecker und alle Zutaten waren frisch da merkt man das noch alles frisch in der Küche zubereitet wird wir können das Lokal wirklich empfehlen.

Das Buffet war lecker und wurde immer frisch aufgefüllt. Rühr- und Spiegelei wurden an den Tisch von ausgesprochen freundlichen Mitarbeitern serviert. Einziger Nachteil, es war überrollt, dementsprechend eng und laut.

Wir waren am Samstag zum Aktionsabend „Scampi satt“ essen da. Das Essen war sehr lecker, von allem genug da. Der junge Mann der uns bediente war sehr freundlich, der Chef des Hauses auch. Die Dame, vorwiegend hinter dem Tresen, fiel leider durch ein mir gegenüber inadäquates, unfreundliches Verhalten auf. Als wir zahlen wollten, machte ich mit einem zweimaligem „Entschuldigung“ auf uns aufmerksam. Sie schaute zu uns rüber und äffte mich nach indem sie in einem schnippischen Tonfall das Wort „Entschuldigung“ wiederholte und dann sagte, dass wir nach vorne kommen sollten. Wir waren alle ziemlich verwundert über diese unangemessene Reaktion. Am Tresen wartend, entdeckte ich auf der nahe gelegenen Fensterbank eine Geschenktüte mit Inhalt. Ich dachte dass ein Gast sie vergessen habe und hielt freundlich die Tüte in Richtung Tresen. Darauf hin wieder die gleiche Dame: „ Stellen Sie das bitte sofort wieder dort hin!“ Ich erklärte mein Anliegen. Darauf hin wiederholte sie den Satz erneut, kein freundliches Wort. Ich war ziemlich geschockt, fühlte mich bloß gestellt, denn ich wollte lediglich freundlich und aufmerksam sein. Ich habe mit einem schlechten Gefühl das Restaurant verlassen und mich noch lange geärgert. Der Rest meiner Familie fand das auch ziemlich unangenehm, zumal wir hier schon oft zu Gast waren. Es sollte eigentlich ein Ort des sich Wohlfühlen sein. Sehr schade, so behandelt man seine Gäste nicht, generell Menschen nicht. Für mich völlig unverständlich!

War zum Frühstück da gewesen, gute Auswahl, Rührei und Spiegelei werden extra frisch zubereitet. Das Buffet wird frisch aufgefüllt.

War neulich zum ersten Mal für Kaffee und Kuchen hier. War großartig! Der Kuchen lecker und die Portionen üppig. Auch der Nicht-Zitronenkuchen! Und das Serviceteam mehr als nur zuvorkommend! Locker drauf. Gab einiges zu lachen! Hier komme ich definitiv bald wieder her!!!!

Super Frühstück Buffet mit toller Getränke Auswahl. Zu erwähnen ist natürlich auch die sehr freundliche und flinke Bedienung. Bei dem Buffet gab es keine Engpässe wurde immer reichlich nachgefüllt. Meinen Gästen hat es auch durchweg super gefallen.

Ein sehr ruhiges Restaurant in schöner Lage. Das Essen war lecker und frisch, und der Service war freundlich. Perfekt, um einfach mal abzuschalten.

Wir sind im Café/Restaurant immer mal wieder zu unterschiedlichen Anlässen/Zeiten (mal Frühstücks Buffet, Kaffee, oder einfach nur mal so spontan auf einen Kaffee) gewesen und kommen immer gerne dorthin. Man kann abhängig der Jahreszeit und des Wetters drinnen oder draußen sitzen. Die Auswahl egal ob Frühstücks- oder Kuchen-Buffet (frisch gebacken!) ist immer ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Die Kuchenstücke habe eine ordentliche Größe. Des weiteren werden immer wieder besondere Themen-Abende wie z.B. Scampi-, Schnitzel satt etc. angeboten. Wir sind von den Mitarbeitern und Betreibern immer freundlich empfangen worden und auch wenn's aufgrund der Besucherfülle mal etwas hektischer wird kommt man nicht zu kurz. Wenn man einen Besuch mit einer größeren Gruppe vor hat, wäre eine Reservierung allerdings empfehlenswert. Gerade jetzt zur Weihnachtszeit gibt es noch eine kleine nette Zusatzaktion in Form eines Glühweinstands, an dem man zusätzlich frisch zubereitete Crêpes und Bratwürste im Brötchen kaufen kann. Dies verbinden wir mittlerweile traditionel mit dem Weihnachtsbaumkauf nebenan.

Es wahr ein schöner Nachmittag, essen ist sehr lecker, service war sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The food was really, really good and the portions were large. I can recommend it to everyone. That said: The waitress was so attentive, charming, and charismatic that I would gladly return even if the restaurant served inedible garbage.

We go there quite often. Whether it's just for breakfast, a spontaneous visit, or with the whole family. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. They accommodate special dietary requests (no matter what they are) and even organize them if necessary. Everything is available in ample quantities – cold cuts, fruit, sweet toppings, bread and rolls, etc. – and all of excellent quality :-) The entire team is incredibly friendly and always in a good mood, and anyone who isn't uptight can handle their witty banter and have excellent conversations with the owners :-) ;-) I think the place is simply fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Delicious, clean, highly recommended! We were there for breakfast, and it was a complete success. We were personally greeted by the lovely Stefanie, who showed us to our table. At the table, we received detailed information about the menu and all the (regional) products, which we really appreciated. The food was delicious, and there was something for everyone. The flat-rate coffee is the best. For a small surcharge, you can also order other coffee specialties, and, above all, as much as you like. I received a coffee pot at my table and was always able to drink my coffee hot without having to wait, which was also the case for subsequent orders. We enjoyed our breakfast at Café Mittendrin. Great location... Very friendly staff... Delicious food...cake...brunch... Highly recommended.

We met up with friends for a breakfast buffet on a Sunday and were all very disappointed. For €29.90 per person, the selection was very limited. We received an unfriendly welcome at the entrance and had to wait a short time for our reserved table. Coffee drinks took a while, while the egg dishes we ordered separately took even longer. It was loud because a larger group was sitting at the next table, so we practically had to shout at each other. The warmed rolls were quite hard and dry. The sun was shining, so we went outside onto the terrace, where it was also very loud because it's right next to a busy road.

I had a currywurst with fries. Guys, you have to try it! I won't spoil any more... The shop itself is cutely decorated, a mix of old-fashioned charm and modern frills. I also saw a breakfast buffet and later, cake, which also looked delicious. I have to go back. PS: The service staff: superb and took their time, even though it was busy. I'd love to go back!

I celebrated my milestone birthday. It was an absolutely fantastic evening. Steffi, Ingo, and the team gave me a wonderful birthday party. Ingo did the barbecue. The food was amazing, the salads were all homemade and incredibly delicious. The service was excellent; every wish was fulfilled. A nice, friendly, and very welcoming team. I would celebrate there again anytime.

I was there for the breakfast buffet for the hefty price of €19.50 per weekday, and also my last time. The coffee served in a thermos was hot and satisfying, and the fact that the scrambled eggs were brought to the table and served in a sufficient portion was also satisfying. The rolls were pre-baked, but the bread served in a single loaf was at least fresh and had seeds. The grain section was very limited and lacked fresh yogurt. A few apples and a few thin slices of melon were also very sparse in the vitamin section. The buffet was poorly presented; only mozzarella with unripe tomatoes and balsamic vinegar stood out positively... The salads (chicken salad, meat salad, and herring salad were definitely not the best quality), but they were okay and fresh. Overall, the buffet was not lovingly presented, and the drinks offered were still water and a self-tapping fruit juice. The only cake offered was not homemade and was horribly sweet. I can say that I was very disappointed with this buffet and the value for money was not right. However, the seating was comfortable and the service was friendly.

What makes this location special is the friendliness and approachability of the owners. Every wish is catered for; the lunch specials vary and are super delicious, seasonally updated. The breakfast buffet is very popular and offers excellent value for money. Events are lovingly prepared; we come regularly and enjoy our stay. Keep up the good work!

We celebrated our son's confirmation at Mittedrin again on Whitsun Sunday 2025. It was fantastic again: the food was excellent, and the setting was very attentive and friendly. First of all, thank you so much for the wonderful organization of our wedding dinner. But first things first: After our great experiences in the past, it quickly became clear to us that we wanted to hold our wedding dinner here at Mittendrin. Even just discussing the location, the decorations, the menu, and everything else took place in a harmonious and completely respectful atmosphere. All sensitivities and intolerances were taken into account, and professional solutions were found for everything. In short, it was simply perfect. When the wedding day arrived, everything was perfectly set up, just as agreed and as we had hoped. The food was absolutely delicious and the selection was superb. Nothing was left to be desired. The staff were superbly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The value for money was very good and reasonable. In conclusion: The Café Restaurant Mittendrin is highly recommended without reservation. The quality of the food and drinks is beyond reproach, but above all, the warmth and comfort that the owners and staff convey stands out, making you feel at home. Thank you so much for everything!

We were six minutes late for lunch – it was a shame that the kitchen was closed, and we couldn't even get a currywurst. The atmosphere looked quite good, but unfortunately, the owner was inflexible! We left the restaurant hungry.

This is a lovely place to have brunch. They serve a mushroom soup that is so delicious - totally recommend it.

We were there with my brother's wedding party. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and there is plenty of space. The food is made entirely from scratch, from the broth to the red jelly. There's a lot of craftsmanship involved here, which is great. Extraordinary attention was paid to people with allergies. It was ensured and inquired about several times by the service staff. By the way: it's great to chat with all the employees at the Redtaurant. This is not a given either! We would come back at any time. Thank you!!! <3

On our bike tour we spontaneously took a break at Café Mittedrin. The terrace is beautifully landscaped and offers lots of nice seating. The selection of home-baked (!) cakes and tarts was large and varied. We liked the cake so much that we ordered another slice even though we were actually already full. The owners and the rest of the staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is warm and very pleasant. The price-performance ratio is right. We'd love to come back.

Today (Sunday) we spontaneously stopped in for lunch again. The breakfast buffet groups were still sitting at long tables in a good mood. We found it very comfortable. Today there was only ONE dish in addition to the menu, so we weren't spoiled for choice. It was very, very tasty, beautifully prepared and seasoned to perfection. Schnitzel very tender, good ratio between meat and breading!!! Fried potatoes excellent. Salad fresh and tasty. Very nice, attentive employees. Communicative and very friendly boss. We felt very welcome. Price/performance ratio okay. My only complaint would be the poorly chilled still water, which was served in a glass and seems overpriced at 2.80. I would have preferred a well-chilled version (in a bottle). We'd love to come back. Because you feel in good hands

I can't recommend this place for the breakfast buffet. Carelessly prepared, hardly any choice. A long blonde year in salmon and one in scrambled eggs. The service wasn't particularly great either and for €29.95 per person. Never again

A small, lovingly furnished café. The owner (?) is super warm and friendly, so you immediately feel welcome. The buffet is not super big, but it is of high quality. Scrambled and fried eggs were freshly delivered to the table and drinks (coffee specialties) were even included in the fair price. Thank you for the great morning! Oh yes: the dog was also very welcome.

Very nice hosts. The egg dishes are fresh and made from real eggs. The buffet is constantly refilled. If something is missing, all you need is a quick note. There was no queuing or waiting at the buffet. The only point of criticism is the rolls, which still have a little room for improvement. We were there again today for breakfast. As always, everything was great. The ambience is nice anyway, the staff as always nice and very accommodating. And the food was once again very tasty. I also like the variety at the buffet. We always enjoy coming!

Based on the owner's opulent self-portrayal, the bar has been set really high. Unfortunately, it then falls even deeper. Rolls = good Eggs = delicious Antipasti (if available) = delicious Sausages = from the plastic packaging Cream cheese = from the plastic ring The selection for a buffet for 30 euros is embarrassingly poor. There were 14 of us and none of us had a good argument for this price/performance ratio. Spend 10 euros more and go to Maxes in Langenhagen. That's really big money, but every cent is twice as better spent than in the middle. Sorry, but that's how it is.

With regard to a birthday breakfast, the team was incredibly accommodating and tried hard: I was able to hand over decorations beforehand, which were placed on the table, the restaurant organized flowers, brought a piece of cake with a sparkler and personally congratulated the birthday guest as soon as they entered local. Nothing more is possible! Thank you very much, you gave someone a very nice few hours!

We were there for breakfast for the first time on Sunday and we were thrilled. Not only did they have the best scrambled eggs I've ever had for breakfast, but the rest of the breakfast was simply tip top. Even that can destroy you Tellers and the associated extra work by the staff were acknowledged with a smile. So we'll definitely be happy to come back.

We were there for the first time today, it was a very friendly atmosphere with more than friendly service. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and rich. The scrambled eggs and the fried eggs are freshly prepared and of course served fresh at the table. And what can I say, this is quicker than at home ;-). We celebrated our wedding at Café Mittendrin, and the name really says it all! From the first moment we received a warm and familiar welcome - we were immediately in the middle of things and felt wonderfully looked after. The entire organization ran absolutely smoothly, from communication to decoration and food to catering and the entire celebration. Steffi supported us fantastically in everything and played a key role in making our wedding day so unforgettable. Thanks to her and the Café Mittendrin team, we really had the best day of our lives and couldn't imagine a better place for our celebration. The cake 🎂 buffet and the cold/warm buffet were a feast for the eyes and everything tasted excellent ❣️ We felt like we were part of one big family every second... Thank you for your flexibility in all matters. Delicious breakfast with friendly hosts.

We have been there several times for breakfast with the family. The selection is good & very tasty. The service is very friendly and replenishments are made quickly. Very cozy atmosphere. I can only recommend!!!

It's a well-deserved 5 stars from me. Service is still alive here. Always friendly and accommodating. At the breakfast buffet everything is fresh and very tasty, a wonderful selection. Even if you don't tolerate something, it will be taken into account: just let us know in advance. Scrambled eggs are prepared upon request and served at the table - from fresh eggs and not from a package or powder. I recommend Mittendrin 100% and am already looking forward to my next visit. Please keep it up, dear Mittendrin team! Thank you that you exist!
