Breakfast was ok in terms of price performance. Sausages, bacon and meatballs were in a warm box, but almost cold. Rolls and fried eggs were quite good, “mouse au chocolate” was probably made from powder. Service was a disaster, you were constantly being chased away or even jostled by employees at the buffet. If you wanted new hot drinks and also when we wanted to pay, we had to look for a waitress and speak to them. At the beginning the waitress incorrectly explained to us what was included in the buffet and what wasn't (you can get a hot drink for an additional charge, she said certain hot drinks were always discounted). Ambiance was very crowded and loud. In addition, relatively loud music was played.

This is one of the most beautiful locations in Extrablatt. Good atmosphere, great service and above all very friendly. Dishes are delicious and simple and the prices are good. Highly recommended

We have been here several times with our group. Actually always good. The blonde waitress we had first was super friendly and relaxed. Gladly again! The dark-haired one who cashed in on us afterwards didn't work at all. When asked if it tasted good, food yes, iced coffee no, there was a very flippant reaction. The iced coffee was so extremely sweet that it was undrinkable. Her reaction was a shrug with a - that's just how it is. No apology or solution nothing. I then simply paid for the iced coffee and then left. If you don't like your job, you should look for another one... Everything else was ok.

I really enjoy going here. The staff is very friendly and the guest is often asked if everything is OK. I think it's a shame that the breakfast buffet is completely overcrowded. That makes the whole thing uncomfortable. It's nice that there's always enough of everything.

Surprisingly nice cafe with friendly service

Affordable “all you can” breakfast buffet (drinks such as coffee cost extra) in a pleasant atmosphere. The service is courteous, the buffet is rich and is regularly refilled if something is running low... we would be happy to come back!

On the subject of accessibility, we were told on the phone that there was a toilet that was accessible to wheelchair users, but when the person in our group of friends wanted to go to it, she was told that it was not accessible to them. In my opinion, it is incredibly outrageous that promises are made that were not kept here. The person ended up having to go home early because there was no way to go to the toilet. The restaurant should therefore revise its sanitary facilities and create a space in which people with physical limitations can also use a toilet. A place that is truly barrier-free.

Was there for the first time today and found it very nice. The breakfast buffet was very varied and tasty. The employees tried very hard to accommodate the large crowds and constantly refilled the items. Everyone was nice and accommodating. There were also no long waiting times when ordering, even though it was really busy. I'd love to come back.

Like every extra sheet. If you don't know Extrablatt, it's a place where you can get everything from breakfast to snacks to dinner. You can also just have drinks. The prices are ok.

Maybe don't necessarily dust the lamps when the buffet is set up and the guests are sitting at the table and eating.

My mojito was 80% ice and only tasted like rum with water. There wasn't a lot of ice cream during Sex on the Beach, but it also tasted watery.

Unfortunately it has become outrageously expensive. What justifies the price of beer? We'd rather stay at home then. You used to be able to spend the evening there with friends. Today you would lose a fortune on a burger and 5 beers. Where is the limit reached?

Great location. Was visiting Ibbenbüren at the weekend. I come from Mettingen Are totally thrilled with Café Extrablatt. Everything was great. Breakfast, service super friendly. Great ambience. Will definitely come back!!!

Don't eat here if you have allergies. They have an allergy chart that you first have to study to understand. But if you then ask three times whether there really is no milk protein in your food, and the answer is no, it turns out that you have been eating fake mozzarella and Caesar sauce with milk powder or something similar. Sick of it! Never eat here again! And be careful if you have allergies.

A great restaurant in the middle of Ibbenbüren. Extremely nice and attentive staff who always have time for a little snack. The dishes on offer are really tasty and the prices are reasonable. When the weather is nice, the terrace invites you to linger under the old trees. The drinks menu is really good, the cocktails are delicious and the refills are rarely long in coming. So a clear recommendation, even if it's just for a beer at the end of the day.

I sat here for a little break, ate and drank a little something. It was all great, always happy.

The food was very good, unfortunately the service was quite unfriendly. We hadn't made a reservation and were seated at a table that was very uncomfortable, but we weren't allowed to move around even though there was still plenty available.

When we are in Ibbenbüren, the breakfast buffet in the extra sheet is always part of it for us. Plenty of choice and everything tastes very good. Nice atmosphere and plenty of places to sit outside.

Restaurant with a wide selection of drinks and food. The service is generally very engaging. But the quality seems inconsistent, so the same cocktails were prepared differently. When choosing a schnitzel, it can sometimes happen that a type of meat such as pork is not in stock.

Food was good as in every extra sheet 👍🏻 - you can't go wrong with it! However, the staff was unfriendly and not attentive - we would have liked to order something else. They also weren't helpful at all. Newer colleagues were shouted at and hissed at in front of customers...

The Extrablatt in Ibbenbüren offers great service, except when there is a lot of traffic. The food is very tasty and varied, especially the extensive breakfast buffet. Nevertheless, the range of larger glasses could be improved, as the current ones are quickly empty. The ambience is very appealing and typical of the Extrablatt.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I tried to speak to the service employee in a friendly manner. Unfortunately, three warm dishes (out of four ordered) came to the table cold. When we tried to say this to the service employee in a friendly manner, the answer was: "Then you have to eat as soon as the food is served and not just chat for half an hour." It's pretty cheeky when you consider that we were hungry because it was full, waited patiently and understandingly for 50 minutes for the fast food meal and then immediately started eating without "chatting for half an hour"... We're in Ages 27-29 and are called cheekily by all employees.... There are you and they in our language and then you should respect that. Service was unfriendly, we had to wait too long for the food and drinks were only served 15 - 20 minutes after we ordered. It was almost impossible to reorder because the service was stressful. Ambience too loud and uncomfortable. There are simply no competitors as alternatives here.

Wir haben als Familie von 5 Personen an einem Sonntag zu Mittag gegessen. Das Personal war freundlich aber sehr hektisch. Die Pommes war ausgezeichnet. Die Burgerpattys waren Fertigware. Die Buns waren lecker. Hähnchenschnitzel waren recht klein. Cocktails haben gut geschmeckt. Alles in allem eine gute 3.

There really is everything your heart desires there. There is a very large selection of drinks and food, the food is always beautifully presented on the plates and the service is great. The three of us always go there in the evening when there is something to celebrate and we have a very enjoyable evening there.

I always enjoy going to the restaurant, nice staff, Krüstchen was great, prices ok. Cola the way I like to drink it, well chilled and with lemon, highly recommended.

We got a small pizza to share, as well as a salad. Everything was tasty, and very filling 😋. Overall, I loved the decor and the bench at the front was very comfortable.

We were there for breakfast. The selection at the breakfast buffet is very diverse and always sufficient. Also suitable for vegans. Service staff are very attentive and quick, even though there were many guests - this is particularly worth mentioning!!! Price-performance is also right.

I was there this evening with a friend...unfortunately everything inside was fully booked...but with the heaters and blanket it was also very pleasant outside... The service was very friendly...the food came quickly, was very tasty and the cocktails Very good with and without alcohol. Absolutely recommended.

We were there on Saturday at 10 a.m. for the breakfast buffet. We had reserved the table in advance. The food was good, but the ambience not at all. It was crowded, loud, uncomfortable. You couldn't have a conversation and stood in line for at least 10 minutes to get to the buffet. Getting hot drinks was also a problem, the service only came after 30 minutes.
