Café extrablatt ist er halt ein großes Konzern

Wir hatten einen Tisch bei der Veranstaltung „Heiß und Heftig“! Es war brechend voll und trotzdem wurden wir mit Getränken schnell, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich bedient! Respekt für die hervorragende Crew! Essen hatten wir nicht, aber auch das wurde an die Tische geliefert, wie wir beobachten konnten.

Essen und Service okay. Außerbereich aufgrund vom Boden nicht so doll

Wir haben über 30 Minuten draußen gewartet, obwohl das Restaurant keineswegs voll war. Es waren höchstens zehn Tische besetzt und drei Servicekräfte anwesend. Trotz mehrfachen Blickkontakts und obwohl wir mehrmals auf uns aufmerksam gemacht haben, fühlte sich offenbar niemand zuständig, unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen. Nach über einer halben Stunde sind wir schließlich aufgestanden und gegangen – ohne überhaupt bestellen zu können. Ein derart schlechter und ignoranter Service ist absolut inakzeptabel. So geht man nicht mit Gästen um. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen und können dieses Restaurant aufgrund unserer Erfahrung leider nicht empfehlen.

Draußen war es sehr heiß, darum haben wir uns im Innenbereich einen Sitzplatz gesucht. Dort war es fast noch schlimmer, da die Klimaanlage defekt war und die Hitze durch die geöffneten Fenster und Türen hineindrückte. Mehrmals ging eine Servicekraft an uns vorbei, bevor unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wurde.

Ich hatte zwei Haare auf meinem Kuchen! Ein neues Stück wollte mir die Dame aus dem Service nicht schicken lassen, ich könnte diese ja händisch entfernen. Geht gar nicht!

Man erwartet schon Fertigessen und schlechtes Personal, wenn man in so eine Kette geht, aber dann verbrennt das Fertigessen doch bitte nicht und diskutiert nicht mit mir, wenn ich es freundlich anmerke, ohne es zurückgeben zu lassen.

Leider haben wir dort nicht gegessen nur ein Eiskaffe getrunken aber der war echt lecker 😋

Wir waren heute am späten Nachmittag da. Wir bestellten einen Latte Macciato. Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Der Macciato schmeckte einfach nur nach warmer Milch. Nicht das erste Mal. Nachdem mein Mann 4 mal der Kellnerin zum bezahlen zugewunken hatte, kam dann ein anderer Kellner, dem wir das Problem schilderten. Getrunken hab ich den Macciato natürlich nicht. Warme Milch kann ich mir auch zu Hause machen. War ihm aber anscheinend egal. Der Laden geht vom Service gar nicht.

Das Frühstücksbuffet herrlich,für jeden was dabei,sehr lecker kann ich nur empfehlen,daher volle Punktzahl

Gerne wieder und empfehlenswert! Das Essen ist hier wirklich super lecker, das Personal freundlich, nur die Wartezeiten waren etwas zu lange. Weils hier gut ist, ist das Lokal hier auch gut besucht. Danke trotzdem für alles. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Einfache Speisen, vernünftig zubereitet, genau das, was man erwarten kann. Immer wieder gerne! Top Service 👍👍

Meine Tochter und ich haben sehr schöne Mittagsstunden dort verbracht...trotz der Coronaregelwidrigkeiten haben wir am Tisch sehr lustige , freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung erhalten und es reichte sogar für nen persönlichen Snack untereinander miteinander 😇😍👌👍👍👍💝💖wir kommen immer wieder überall gerne in die "Exktrablätter"😂😉

Wir hatten großen Hunger,und sind bei Extra Blatt sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Essen war gut, würde auch schnell serviert. Wir konnten in alle ruhe unseren Hunger smackhaft stillen. Gerne wieder👌

Wir sind immer wieder bei der Durchreise gerne dorthin. Service gut, das Bier schmeckt, Preis stimmt. Was will man mehr?

Ich aß eine normale Lasagne, leider war kaum Bolognese (Hackfleisch) dabei. Schade.

Nach einer halben Stunde, wenn man fast fertig mit dem Frühstück ist bekommt man das laue Heißgetränk serviert. Eine sehr unfreundliche Bedienung rundet das Bild ab. Das Obst ist so versteckt platziert, damit man die Reste auch nicht sieht. Vielen Dank für nichts. Da gibt es in vielen Bäckereien in der Stadt viel bessere Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken, was einem nich schon am frühen Morgen den Geburtstag versaut.

Tolles nettes Team, sehr gutes Brunchbuffet, auch sehr leckere Burger, tolles Ambiente, einfach unter allen Umständen zu empfehlen!

Das Essen ist super und der Service immer grandios – selbst wenn der Laden voll ist, bleibt das Team aufmerksam und freundlich. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: In den Cocktails ist etwas viel Eis. Insgesamt aber ein sehr schöner Abend.

Ein guter Ort, um sowohl alleine als auch mit Freunden zu entspannen.

Alles war gut, aber die Teller fürs Frühstücksbuffet fand ich etwas klein. Ich habe Kinder dabei, deshalb muss ich ständig hin und her laufen. Für ein Wochenend-Erlebnis wären größere Teller praktischer. ✌️

Absolut zu empfehlen, sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet als auch andere Menüs sind super. Getränke und Service waren bisher immer 1A, wir werden definitiv wiederkommen ;)

Der Service war hervorragend. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen schmeckte sehr gut. Das weiße Balsamico-Dressing war traumhaft lecker. Die Getränkeauswahl war ebenfalls gut. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Herzlichen Dank.

Dies ist einer der schönsten Standorte von Extrablatt. Tolle Atmosphäre, fantastischer Service und vor allem sehr freundliches Personal. Die Gerichte sind köstlich und unkompliziert, und die Preise sind angemessen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

We were looking forward to a nice evening, but were unfortunately disappointed. The staff was extremely inattentive, and we had to wait almost 40 minutes before we could even order drinks. We also waited over an hour for our food. No apology, no smile – we felt like we were more of a nuisance than a guest. We won't be coming back here.

The food and service are, as always, simply top-notch 👍 What we unfortunately don't like is that everything is very cramped; the tables are very close together, offering no privacy! It's difficult to have a conversation without the next table hearing everything! Large tables are blocked off in case larger groups arrive later! This isn't always ideal, especially when a guest requests a larger table! 👎 Nevertheless, we keep coming back; it's simply a lovely place to linger!

Lovely staff and a great place to eat, but a dog named Penno jumped on me and then tried to mate with me, which I didn't find so cool. Still, a great place to eat, I would recommend it.

Super cozy place, but don't be fooled by its rather German appearance. Extensive menu, but certainly not haute cuisine.

Everything was great except for this one drawback: the breakfast buffet is sometimes far too crowded. The staff simply can't keep up (and can't even take their statutory breaks). As a visitor, I would prefer a maximum number of people. Then it's less hectic and much quieter for everyone.

We had a snack with fries for lunch, and it was very good. We sat on the terrace on a cobblestone square, in a beautiful setting right next to the church.

I'd been here before, and now, on my way back from Denmark, I made a special stop with my family. The food is delicious, the staff very friendly, and it's very affordable. The truffle fries are highly recommended. They also cater to children.

The idea of stopping here again was excellent. Delicious food, a young and friendly staff, a diverse clientele, and a lovely atmosphere. My pizza 🍕 was top-notch, and my wife and daughter were also very happy. On top of that, we feel really comfortable here. 🍕🥗

We brought our discount coupon that we got with the appartment we booked as a party of four, however they didn’t give us a discount because we need one coupon per each person. Stay away from this place, bad business. Owner reacted to my post in an unfriendly way. Does he suggest the appartment should give us twelve flyers for 3 nights? The breakfast buffet was supposed to come with the room (you pay discounted price) but this was not honored by the staff.

We have been here several times and are always satisfied. We mainly go there for the breakfast buffet and it is always good. Today all the baked goods were still warm, which is of course particularly great with croissants. The selection of cold cuts, baked goods, vegetables, anti pasti and desserts is always great. For warm dishes there are always scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, sausages and meatballs. The service is nice and the ambience is nice. Of course, when it's full there it gets very loud and crowded, but that's just part of it. We will definitely come here often.

Favorite place. Nice atmosphere, the food and drinks are always very tasty and new ideas are regularly introduced. Suitable for both after-work visits and family events. The location is very popular, in the center. We visit regularly and are very satisfied.

It's a chain, but the breakfast is good.

Unfortunately, the kitchen seems to be very overwhelmed lately – out of four orders in the last two months, three have been a disaster. Wrong dishes, dishes prepared incorrectly, etc. Examples: The Oriental Wrap instead of peppers with tomatoes. Instead of the green potato plate, I got the regular version with tomatoes instead of the veggie shawarma. As someone who doesn't like tomatoes, this is unfortunate. Reactions from the staff ranged from shrugging shoulders to trying to run away with the plate so the matter could be resolved quickly. Cocktails are still great, and the price/performance ratio is absolutely perfect, aside from the hassle.

I'd like to particularly highlight Mr. Siman from the waitress's office. What a super-friendly waitress. I rarely write reviews, but this friendly young man is worth it – keep it up...

I had an American pita there (chicken crisps, BBQ sauce, lettuce, red onions, marinated diced tomatoes, potato chips, and a dip of your choice). It was very tasty. The price is reasonable, in my opinion. The service was also very friendly.

The food is delicious and there is a large selection. Minus: no spices on the table, no toothpicks. The pizza was brought uncut, this is the first time I’ve seen this.

Very large selection of rolls, side dishes and so on. If you don't get enough there, you won't get enough anywhere. Highly recommended.

Were there for breakfast. Very crowded. Service overwhelmed. Eating a bit messed up. Also a lot of sweet things. Would be more for coffee. The pancakes were dripping with fat. They are usually fried without much fat and were very crusty. Mmmhhh. Chairs and tables were very close together so there was little or no space for strollers. And what I really didn't like was that the changing mat was in the hallway, so anyone who had to go to the toilet walked past us. Very uncomfortable when the child lies there half naked.

Delicious. Very friendly service. It was very crowded. One employee noticed this very clearly. Slightly stressed appearance. Almost Heckrian movements, but very nice. Prices were normal too.

Breakfast was ok in terms of price performance. Sausages, bacon and meatballs were in a warm box, but almost cold. Rolls and fried eggs were quite good, “mouse au chocolate” was probably made from powder. Service was a disaster, you were constantly being chased away or even jostled by employees at the buffet. If you wanted new hot drinks and also when we wanted to pay, we had to look for a waitress and speak to them. At the beginning the waitress incorrectly explained to us what was included in the buffet and what wasn't (you can get a hot drink for an additional charge, she said certain hot drinks were always discounted). Ambiance was very crowded and loud. In addition, relatively loud music was played.

We have been here several times with our group. Actually always good. The blonde waitress we had first was super friendly and relaxed. Gladly again! The dark-haired one who cashed in on us afterwards didn't work at all. When asked if it tasted good, food yes, iced coffee no, there was a very flippant reaction. The iced coffee was so extremely sweet that it was undrinkable. Her reaction was a shrug with a - that's just how it is. No apology or solution nothing. I then simply paid for the iced coffee and then left. If you don't like your job, you should look for another one... Everything else was ok.

I really enjoy going here. The staff is very friendly and the guest is often asked if everything is OK. I think it's a shame that the breakfast buffet is completely overcrowded. That makes the whole thing uncomfortable. It's nice that there's always enough of everything.

Surprisingly nice cafe with friendly service

Affordable “all you can” breakfast buffet (drinks such as coffee cost extra) in a pleasant atmosphere. The service is courteous, the buffet is rich and is regularly refilled if something is running low... we would be happy to come back!

On the subject of accessibility, we were told on the phone that there was a toilet that was accessible to wheelchair users, but when the person in our group of friends wanted to go to it, she was told that it was not accessible to them. In my opinion, it is incredibly outrageous that promises are made that were not kept here. The person ended up having to go home early because there was no way to go to the toilet. The restaurant should therefore revise its sanitary facilities and create a space in which people with physical limitations can also use a toilet. A place that is truly barrier-free.

Was there for the first time today and found it very nice. The breakfast buffet was very varied and tasty. The employees tried very hard to accommodate the large crowds and constantly refilled the items. Everyone was nice and accommodating. There were also no long waiting times when ordering, even though it was really busy. I'd love to come back.

Like every extra sheet. If you don't know Extrablatt, it's a place where you can get everything from breakfast to snacks to dinner. You can also just have drinks. The prices are ok.

Maybe don't necessarily dust the lamps when the buffet is set up and the guests are sitting at the table and eating.

My mojito was 80% ice and only tasted like rum with water. There wasn't a lot of ice cream during Sex on the Beach, but it also tasted watery.

Unfortunately it has become outrageously expensive. What justifies the price of beer? We'd rather stay at home then. You used to be able to spend the evening there with friends. Today you would lose a fortune on a burger and 5 beers. Where is the limit reached?

Great location. Was visiting Ibbenbüren at the weekend. I come from Mettingen Are totally thrilled with Café Extrablatt. Everything was great. Breakfast, service super friendly. Great ambience. Will definitely come back!!!
