Schnitzel is delicious, salad is very bad and looks like it has been sitting for a long time (brown edges). After complaining there was only a "oh... Yes... Would you like a new one?" No one asks whether it was tasty or whether there are any other wishes. Burgers were brought with few fries and it was said that there would be more soon. Everyone finished eating and then a small plate of fries arrived. The other two are still missing the fries. Addendum: Compensation was offered which we accepted.

The Tesla Supercharger is not working. Yes, of course the café can't do anything about that, but it's still annoying. I forgot to mention that I called ahead and found out from an employee at the restaurant that Tesla Superchargers were available.

It's a joke what you get for the money at ChilliChesseFries. Almost €10 for a few fries and a little chili. The service was nice and attentive. Price performance completely underground.

Were there with a large group. I ordered the hummus fries and they came without pomegranate seeds. I let them know straight away and all the waitress said was: oh, that's right. I'll check. After 15 minutes, when we had all eaten, she came to the table again after my searching look. Her answer: There were no pomegranates on it because you didn't have any left but she hopes I still enjoyed it. When paying I still mentioned again that I didn't have any pomegranates on the fries, but I was still supposed to pay the full price. It's really sad that at least a small amount of compensation wasn't made or something was deducted from the price. Sorry, but I don't need to go there again...

Yesterday I went to this cafe for breakfast with my girlfriend. I chose the good morning breakfast. There came 3 slices of turkey breast, 2 slices of cheese, jam and butter with cucumbers and tomatoes. That was ok but unfortunately only with a bun. If you also order a roll, one roll costs €1. This is cheeky and a rip-off. You would automatically have to get 2 rolls for this breakfast. I wouldn't recommend breakfast a la cart to anyone. I also took a picture, unfortunately I don't know how to upload it here.

Too close to the main road, constant honking from vehicles and in the 2 hours we were there the siren went off 3 times, the restaurant can't help it but that's how it is, you can't enjoy the good food in peace.

The Café de Sol is a chain and is more of a system restaurant. But the service was very nice, the fries were nice and crispy and the burger had a decent patty. There are deductions in the ambience, as you are almost sitting on the busy, two-lane road. It's nicely decorated inside, but due to the large room it can quickly become noisy and not very comfortable. But overall still four stars.

We were here for holiday brunch. The atmosphere is great and cozy. The selection of dishes is very good, varied, fresh, and also tastes great. The only point of criticism was the service. But I can tell you one thing. Where I parked my vehicle I saw 4-5 employees smoking outside. I think the people are all underpaid. We were there at around 3pm. The ambience and the food is solid and tasty as for a Café del Sol. Unfortunately, a few things were mixed up in our order (wrong side dish, wrong dip and there were cucumbers on the citizen that had been previously canceled). We only had service at the table twice within an hour. Once for the order and once when we asked to pay.

We were there at lunchtime during the week. It was therefore very empty. There was enough parking space, the food (Pinsa, Greek salad with chicken, chicken schnitzel with sambal sauce and fries, noodles) always tasted good and fresh. The Café del Sol is also known for its delicious spritzers. Rabarb juice spritzer and passion fruit spritzer are both very tasty. The service was attentive and nice. Gladly again! At least during the week.

Service was bad and we had to wait 20 minutes until we could place our order. The pizzas are getting smaller and smaller, you could count the fries with one hand. Sauces and cutlery were missing, we had to wait another 5 minutes until a waiter came and we could say it. 1 star was even too much

Went there for brunch yesterday (Mother's Day) with a group of about 15 people. Two people from our group wanted to order only a few breakfast components a la carte or a pure breakfast buffet instead of brunch. Both were NOT possible. You were FORCED to order brunch. ALL drinks were exclusive. The price of a 0.75 l bottle of mineral water was . 7.40 €, and 3.40 € for a normal cup of coffee, you quickly lose the desire to ever enter this location again. The quality of the food justify the 2 stars. The service crew tried hard, but we still had to wait approx . Waited 20 minutes around lunchtime for the brunch dishes to be refilled. When we left the restaurant, all members of our group agreed that this was our first and last time visiting this location. Maybe a reason for the management of the "Cafe del Sol" to think about the pricing and the selection of offers. We will definitely book our next Mother's Day as well as other planned celebrations in a different location in the future. It's actually a shame, because the outdoor and indoor areas are pleasantly designed.

You can have a good meal here and also enjoy a delicious cocktail. I always prefer the café in Gelsenkirchen because the one in Erle is usually fuller. Here you can usually get a spot spontaneously, even without a reservation. The staff is always very friendly 😊

Sorry guys, but your prices aren't going anywhere anymore. 6.70 for an iced tea??? 9.70 for a potato bowl that consisted of 10 mini potatoes and 3 cherry tomatoes? That's kind of cheeky. The service was still very nice.

Obwohl es nicht so voll war mussten wir 10 Minuten warten bis jemand zur Getränke Bestellung kam, anschließend wurden wir gut bedient und auch immer wieder gefragt ob noch etwas gewünscht wird.

Ich habe noch nie so eine unfreundlich inkompetente Service Kraft gesehen, wie in diesem Café del Sole Gelsenkirchen! Wir haben die Dame gebeten den Tisch den wir nutzen wollten zu säubern, da weder die Reste von den Gästen davor wegräumt wurden oder sonst was! Genau das selber war an unseren Nebentisch der Fall.. Wäre der Laden voll gewesen hätten wir natürlich dafür Verständnis gehabt! auf die Frage antworte die Dame genervt mit „ Sie können sich ja an einen anderen Tisch setzen“ auf die erneute Bitte rollte sie die Augen und flüsterte ihrem Kollegen an der Theke etwas zu sobald sich mein Mann umgedreht hat! Dieses Verhalten ist inakzeptabel, die Dame sollte sich einen anderen Beruf suchen! Am Ende wo es ums bezahlen ging konnte Sie plötzlich nett sein, da ja eventuell dann „Trinkgeld fließt“ Falsch gedacht! So ein Verhalten wird definitiv nicht belohnt!! natürlich gab es dann auch kein Vernünftiges verabschieden, war auch von der Dame nicht anders zu erwarten. Liebe Filialleitung suchen Sie ihr Personal sorgfältig aus, diesen Laden werden wir definitiv nicht noch einmal besuchen.

Momentan hat Cafe del Sol eine Aktion die sich "BurgerUrlaub" nennt, am Laufen und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Für 13,95 Euro gibt es verschiedene Burger und Pommes so viel man nur essen kann 😋

Ein immer willkommenes Erlebnis. Nette Bedingungen, guter Service, Speisen und Getränke sind sehr gut. Manchmal hapert es mit den Tempo....das kann man aber verzeihen. Empfehlenswert.

Wären zum Brunch da. Dieser war vom Angebot OK aber nicht besonders. Die warmen Speisen waren lauwarm bis kalt. Die Kaffeetassen könnten grösser sein, genau wie die Brötchen. Leider haben wir auch hier gemerkt das Personal fehlt und wir lange auf Getränke warten mussten. Sind von dem Konzept der Kette eh nicht überzeugt und würden bestätigt. Macht euch ein eigenes Bild.😉🤔

Sehr schöne Einrichtung Cappuccino war auch gut der XXL Kaffee etwas dünn. Die Bedienung war sehr nett. Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm.

Sehr freundliches Personal ,das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist stimmig. Das einzige Problem, die WC Räume sind nicht Behinderten gerecht .

Auch wenn wir nur einen kleinen Snack hatten, war dieser sehr lecker. Wir hatten eine wirklich freundliche Bedienung. Der Innenbereich ist meiner Meinung nach gemütlich gestaltet und lädt zum verweilen ein.

Leckeres Essen, sehr sympathisches und freundliches Personal. Die Hochtische mit den Stühlen finde ich auf Dauer nicht so bequem. Sonst aber 5 Sterne fürs Ambiente.

Wir sind hier zum zweiten Mal gewesen und haben es keineswegs bereut. Das Personal ist super, das Ambiente passt und das Essen schmeckt lecker. Also, gerne wieder.

Das Samstags-Frühstücksbuffet war übersichtlich, hübsch dekoriert und alles sehr lecker, spanisch angehaucht und frisch. Der Preis war annehmbar und fair. Die Auslage ist etwas hoch für unter 1,60m-grosse Menschen, aber besonders hervorzuheben ist, daß es nicht so übermäßig voll war. Wir kommen wieder!

Поставте лайн ті хто п’ють капучіно з корицею) Атмосфера хороша, багато місця та комфортні сидіння. Персонал привітний та говорить англійською, я була рада цьому. В туалеті трохи неприємний запах, було б добре, якби персонал щось з цим зробив.

Schnitzel und Pommes waren zu lange in der Fritteuse, breites zu trocken und zu hart, dafür aber nicht mehr heiß am Tisch angekommen. Service war nett, aber Wartezeiten sind wie immer zu lang. Die Kellner haben zu viele Aufgaben und sind unterbesetzt.

Bevor man den Laden betrifft, Bestellung steht schon bereit. Super Kundenservice 👍🏼
