Delicious food. Friendly and competent staff. Huge selection of dishes, all freshly prepared. I highly recommend it.

I ate there for the first time on my birthday, December 28, 2025! I know many restaurants, but I have to say Cafe Del Sol is really great; the food and service were superb. The ambiance takes some getting used to, but not in a bad way; it was quite busy that day. I'll definitely go there again with my wife.

The best kebab shop far and wide! This shop was the kebab of my childhood and youth; it had a positive impact on the 90s in Gelsenkirchen. I've known the owners since I was a little girl and have always eaten there regularly. No other kebab shop has ever managed to match the quality of the meat. The staff were always friendly, the kebabs were cut with love, and people even came from far away just to eat here, at a time before social media. A true family business steeped in tradition. I sincerely hope the shop reopens one day; it remains a wonderful memory for me. 5 stars
