Great location and recommended for that reason alone. Unfortunately, the rolls at breakfast looked and tasted like cheap baked goods. Something should be changed about that.

The cafe is simply wonderful! The inclusive atmosphere is particularly impressive – people with and without disabilities work together here. The warmth and attentiveness of the entire team is truly remarkable. The inner courtyard is a dream, full of colorful flowers, and invites you to linger. The accessibility is also particularly great: even the bathroom is equipped with an emergency button, which ensures additional safety. The waiting time was also as usual - even shorter than expected. The cakes are varied and delicious – a highlight! The café's inclusive concept is unique in the area and should definitely be better known because it shows how enriching diversity and mutual support can be in everyday life. I celebrated my 30th birthday here with 8 friends and we all loved it. We'll definitely be back!

We celebrated our wedding celebration at the end of August 2024 at Café Jost in Bad Nauheim and couldn't have asked for a better place! From the first contact to the actual celebration, everything was absolutely uncomplicated and personal. The team around the managing director Oliver was always very friendly and responded to all of our wishes, so that we felt in good hands right from the start. The wonderful atmosphere in Café Jost and the surrounding area of ​​the drinking spa was simply perfect - cozy and inviting, with attention to detail. The food and drinks were excellent. The attentive service was particularly impressive: always with a smile and quick responses to spontaneous requests. A big thank you to the entire Café Jost team for this unforgettable celebration! We would choose you again at any time!

It was a discovery! Beautifully located with lots of flowers, quiet, tasteful. I sat outside, but it's also very pretty inside. The Schupfnudeln were super tasty, very well seasoned and filling. The staff very friendly and attentive. We recommend!!!

The atmosphere in Café Jost is really lovely. We sat in the beautiful courtyard. Unfortunately we weren't satisfied at all otherwise. Even though the waitress was really nice and apologized, we waited forever until we had something to drink. We were about to leave. However, the summer salad disappointed us the most. There was a small handful of salad with berries, olives and canned anchovies for €12.50. Plus a baguette from the day before. The portion wouldn't even have been enough as a starter. For the price it's outrageous. We left hungry.

Chef very rude and served old food

After our civil wedding we had the champagne reception in Café Jost. Everything worked out wonderfully and the little appetizers were very tasty! The service was also very good and we were able to enjoy the beautiful ambience of the drinking spa. The communication in advance also went smoothly. Thank you!

First time here for breakfast. Friendly staff. Breakfast sufficient and attractively served. A small point of criticism: the rolls were left in the oven for too long, so they were quite hard and difficult to cut. I also mentioned it at the end and will pass it on. You can sit wonderfully outdoors, very quiet and nice atmosphere.

We celebrated our civil wedding at Café Bistro Jost. It was wonderful. Courteous service, nice ambience and the cake was praised by all guests. We are very happy and can only recommend it to everyone.

Great restaurant run by inclusive employees

We went on our company outing to Bad Nauheim and the Bistro Cafè Jost was recommended to us in advance because we were looking for a lunch location for a larger group of people. Even before our trip, our inquiry was handled very professionally and questions and requests for changes were answered in a friendly manner. On the day of the excursion itself, our expectations were not disappointed. Really a very nice place, reliable and friendly staff and our grill buffet was very tasty and filling. The concept of inclusion and regional food suppliers convinced us all. Our colleagues gave consistently positive feedback and we can recommend this beautiful location in the middle of Bad Nauheim to everyone.

I like Bistro Jost and especially its special employees and the bistro's inclusion concept! We had a very nice time and only had nice people around us and the food was very tasty. Yes, it may sometimes take a little longer, but anyone who comes to Bistro Jost should just know that there are people there who may not always have it so easy. High praise comes from me - I'll be happy to come back! :-)

Unfortunately the location remains FAR with the Jost! behind their possibilities. Perfect location for a thriving restaurant business with a beautiful outdoor area. The bistro character is not very inviting and the implementation is completely loveless. What a shame! Addendum/correction: on our last visit, the team was very quick and, above all, very friendly. The guest room has also improved and appears friendlier and tidier. Hence 3 stars. Despite the very successful inclusive concept, it's still a shame about the rooms and the drinking treatment facility.

A place to be. The historical foyer of the drinking spa complex is the scenery. You can feel Art Nouveau and its time. And even though I'm getting excited now: the loving concept of using lots of natural light and enlivening the open but also intimate space was really successful.

Unfortunately, ordering doesn't work. But everyone is trying very hard.

Our company always orders the catering from Jost and it is delicious!!!! Every time it is good in terms of quality and quantity. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. I am pleased to work with Cafe Jost.

Great location! It won't be too long before we eat here again. We spontaneously went there for lunch and I have to say, we were absolutely thrilled. Great service, great food, mega clean (including the toilets)... so I can only recommend this restaurant to everyone!!! It's just a shame that I only discovered this restaurant now. Please keep it up!!!

Quite unloving, actually that applies to the entire facility. Such a beautiful place needs to be really lively in terms of gastronomy. Average food with, as often mentioned, a long waiting time.

The ambience is nice, but you could do a lot more with it. The staff seemed overwhelmed to me. In my experience, inclusion can only work if there are enough staff who also have the time to provide appropriate support. That doesn't look like it here, despite lots of subsidies from the state and federal government. You have to ask yourself which pocket the money is going into... Plus, for me, 'homemade' also means home made! It certainly wasn't the bottom of the cake. Profit-oriented business does not belong everywhere, especially not when it comes to social areas, such as inclusion companies, schools, daycare centers, hospitals, doctors, etc. As a result, these areas are becoming more and more degenerate and seem to be more than they are.

We've heard a lot of good things about this restaurant. With the nice weather today, we took the opportunity to stop there. Unfortunately, you can't immediately see the entrance, but once you're inside you'll be rewarded with a great impression. Since we hadn't made a reservation, it took a while until a table was available for us. But we got a drink on the house while we waited. Since we didn't know that there was also savory food there, we had unfortunately already eaten at home and had the good-looking selection of cakes served to us. An extremely polite waiter brought us our order. Special requests were also fulfilled quickly and without any problems. We thank you for this lovely stay and will come back. Next time without having eaten beforehand. 😀

We were there today for dinner and then cake. The atmosphere is really fantastic and the staff are very attentive and friendly, despite the many guests. Good thing we had reservations. We had the goulash and the spaetzle, both of which were really good. The selection of cakes is sufficient and tastes great. The cappuccino also tasted very good. What's new now is our own series of events, for which we have reserved places straight away. We are very excited and can only recommend the café.

War echt überrascht über das komplett Paket das ich erleben durfte ( nach den vielen negativ Bewertungen). Die Bedienung war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich, die Kuchen und Torten sehen sehr gut und frisch aus. Ich hatte eine Schwarzwälderkirsch Torte, und die war klasse. Ich bin froh dass ich dort war. Das einzige nicht so ideale ist für uns Schwerhörige, die Musik und die Raumhöhe. Bitte weiter so.

Super schönes Ambiente und eine gute Gelegeheit für eine Tasse Kaffee und ein Stück Kuchen :)

Bringen Sie Zeit mit. Es kann schon vorkommen, dass eine knappe Stunde vergeht, bis Sie Ihr Frühstück erhalten. Auch wenn nichts los ist.

Nach 54 Minuten warten auf die Bestellung haben wir es aufgegeben, ich kann nicht beurteilen ob, wie oder was gut ist, da es in der angegebenen Zeit nicht kam , fällt esmir schwer eszu bewerten, Doch solange Zeit auf eine Bestellung zu warten, geht nicht

Ein sehr schöner Ort für ein Kaffee und Kuchen

Hier wird Inklusion gelebt! Empfehlung von ganzem Herzen! ♥️ Ich war nun schon mehrfach im Café Jost und kann es nur weiterempfehlen. In schönem Ambiente kann man hier nicht nur lecker frühstücken, sondern auch aus der wechselnden Kuchenauswahl schlemmen. Bei schönem Wetter sind zudem noch viele Gartenplätze im Herzen der Trinkkuranlage vorhanden. Für die Sonnenscheuen gibt es auch große Schirme, die ausreichend Schatten spenden. Der Service ist aufmerksam und immer höflich. Wir mussten noch nie länger warten und Sonderwünsche (koffeinfrei, Hafermilch, statt Sekt lieber Croissant 😉) wurden immer erfüllt. Mein persönliches Highlight ist aber die Barrierefreiheit. Als frischgebackene Mama muss ich hier den Kinderwagen nicht hochtragen Bzw Stufen überwinden. Es gibt eine perfekte Wickelmöglichkeit und durch die räumliche Gestaltung kann man sich sogar zum Stillen etwas zurückziehen. Zudem war ich vor kurzem mit einer ganzen Gruppe Mamis dort (5 Kinderwägen!) und nach vorheriger Absprache wurde uns sogar Extra-Platz für die Wägen freigehalten und wir hatten einen traumhaften Vormittag im Café Jost. DANKE!

Wir befinden uns gerade im Urlaub in Bad Nauheim. Wir haben lange nach einem schönem Café gesucht uns sind hier fündig geworden. Sehr schönes Ambiente und dieses Konzept wird sehr gut umgesetzt. Der Service war super freundlich und von den Wartezeiten kenne ich das in Bad Nauheim schon anders (in anderen Lokalen dauert es wesentlich länger)... Allem in einem wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Genervte Bedienung, megaaaa unfreundlich mit Augenrollen.

So ein schöner Ort! Das Konzept gefällt mir sehr- ein Arbeitsplatz für Menschen mit und ohne Handycap- das führt zusammen.

Schade, was würden manche Gastronomen darum geben so ein Ambiente zu haben. Leider wurde durch den jetzigen Betreiber nichts umgesetzt. Tische und Stühle in oliv grün (Militär lässt grüßen) ohne Tischdecken, einfach lieblos und nicht zur Super Anlage passend.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, um den anstrengenden Tag bei einer Kleinigkeit und einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Meine Antipasti war sehr lecker. Möglicherweise noch ein Geheimtipp in Bad Nauheim.

Pfingstmontag haben wir, die Familie JOST, unser jährliches Familientreffen mit 59 Personen im Alter von 8 Monaten bis 80 Jahren und einem Hund im Café JOST feiern dürfen. Ein superleckeres Frühstücks Büfett, das keine Wünsche offengelassen hat, stand bereit. Die Familie JOST bedankt sich beim gesamten Team für die besondere Gastfreundschaft. Es war einfach eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre in den Räumlichkeiten der Trinkkuranlage. Wir kommen gerne wieder und wünschen weiterhin viel Erfolg!

Due zweite Chance auch vertan. Ich war skeptisch, ein InclusionsCaffee in Bad Nauheim, in dieser Lokation ? Generell ist eine solche Einrichtung immer lobens- und erstrebenswert, aber ob das verwöhnte Publikum Bad Nauheims damit in der Praxis umgehen kann ? 1.Mal, 3 Kräfte, eine Mitarbeiterin mit Behinderung, ich war bis auf ein Damenpaar der einzige Gast. Am Bachbartisch hörte ich schon beim Setzen Unmut im Dialog. Ich sagte freundlich, dass sich die Damen noch besprechen würden und es sicher gleich los ginge. Wir warteten, due Damen waren dann nicht mehr bereit ignoriert zu werden, ich war mittlerweile ebenfalls über 15 Minuten gut sichtbar an meinem Platz. Ich stand also auf und ging zu den Servicekräften und sprach sie an, dass sie bald nichts mehr besprechen müßten, da die einzigen Gäste ( die 2 Damen und ich ) gleich das Café verlassen und das sie ihre Organisation vorher absprechen, bzw. eine der Damen schoneinmal Service machen mpsse. " So einfach sei das nicht", war die Antwort. " Dann ist es gleich ganz ribfsch" erwiderte ich, dann haben Sie nämlich 3 Gäste die gehen,unzufrieden sind, nicht wiederkommen und sicher keine Empfehlung für Ihre Arbeitsstätte aussprechen. Dann hat sich das bald für alle Beteiligten erledigt" Was serviert wurde war ein Kuchenstück, dass eher an ein Fertigprodukt erinnert, denn an Konditorhandwerk und war ebenso nahezu geschmacksneutral. Man muss sagen, dass für ortsfremde Passanten das Caffee ohnehin nicht sichtbar ist und die ortskundige Klientel auch nicht unbedingt weiß, dass dort wieder Gastronomie eingezogen ist. Der Vorgänger der die Lokation heruntergewirtschaftet hat und monatelang durch die Presse ging, hat seines zur negativen Haltung des Standortes beigetragen. Von außen ohnehin nicht einladend, begrüßen den Gast graue Steinwände, mit sehr kleinen ,hohen Fenstern. Der Gast ist Licht und Leben gewohnt und ein einladendes Entree. Wie schön es sein könnte , zeigt sich erst , wenn man das Innere betritt. Wer also diesen Schritt wagt/ schafft, wird nicht belohnt, denn auch beim 2.Mal war das "Erlebnis" nicht besser und diese Mal bin ich tatsächlich nach 25 Minuten ! Ignoranz wieder gegangen. Nicht ohne im Gehen laut und deutlich in das von 4! Weiteren Gäste besetzte Caffe hineinzugrüßen und mich mit den Worte zu verabschieden, " schade, dann eben nicht , so eine Ignoranz den Gästen gegenüber wird nicht unquttiert bleiben." Bad Nauheim hat viele schöne Lokations die gerade im Sommer Scharen von zahlungskräftigen und konsumfreudigen Gästen anlocken. Selbst im Winter sind diese Lokale gut frequentiert. Für mich gibt es nur eine klare Absage an das Caffee Jost und leider keine Empfehlung.

Der Service ist super. Das Essen ist super, Preis-Leistung ist gegeben Habe einem Taxi gefragt Ob sie mir weiterhelfen könnte. Nach Anruf kam dann das gewünschte Taxi und fuhr mich zu meiner Wunschadresse .Ich bin zur Zeit gehbehindert .Das Café Bistro ist weiter zu empfehlen. Ich möchte mich noch einmal vielen Dank sagen . Sehr schönes Bistro in Bad Nauheim. Freundliches Personal und eine kleine aber feine Speisekarte. Die Quiche mit Waldpilzen ist sehr zu empfehlen.
