I've been to the beautiful cabana several times now...an oasis in the middle of Emsland. Great! Very nice staff...always ready for a little snack.... The ambience speaks for itself and unfolds as soon as you enter the beautiful restaurant...just come here and get an impression for yourself! Highly Recommended !

We enjoyed the food very much. The service was first class, but then we were left without drinks. I got up and ordered the drinks at the counter.

Were here on July 9th. have dinner. Tapas platter for 2 and hake fillet. The food was quite tasty so far, but the tapas plate could have been more, especially considering the price of almost 40 euros. The Wild Berry Lilet cost 8.50 euros. We also found this quite expensive, as we previously knew it at a price of 6.50 euros. The many flies around the food were extremely annoying. The service was somehow totally off track. We actually wanted to eat liver with mashed potatoes here. This is on the menu online. When we asked the waitress about it, she wanted to inquire in the kitchen, but didn't come back. Only after we asked her colleague about it again did we get the answer that there was no longer any liver due to cuts to the menu. When we asked him whether there were a lot of bones in pollock, he didn't know what to do with the word bones and couldn't give us a plausible answer. Later, when we wanted to pay, the waitress wanted to come back, but didn't come again, so we had to ask another person again.

Nice location...we often pass by there on our bike tours, unfortunately the service has decreased a bit...it's a shame

Food didn't convince us. We had the pasture beef burger with patatas and dip. It wasn't a taste explosion, but it was okay so far. The second dish was a grilled salmon fillet with garlic oil, grilled vegetables and patatas arrugadas (the boiled potatoes were out at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesdays after the rest day), and lukewarm patatas were served instead. The fillet was not grilled, just warmed, no trace of garlic oil, vegetables (unfortunately not fresh, was dry and only slightly warmed). For this high price (24.90) we expect much better and fresher quality. The service was good, as you would expect. After complaints, the salmon was briefly taken back and warmed up so that at least you could eat it. The ambience of the cabana is great.

Atmosphere by the lake with great food and friendly staff is highly recommended.

Super nice staff. Orders were taken and served quickly. The food was delicious. Special requests were taken into account. Small drawback that the fish fillet had some bones. Conclusion, we would love to come back and will definitely recommend the cabana.

Top Direct location on the water, large playground with bouncy castle for the little ones. The staff are super friendly across the board and no matter whether it's cake and coffee or dinner, it tastes very good. We always like to come back

What a service!!!! I have celiac disease and am not allowed to eat gluten. The service team did a great job and took great care to ensure that everything fit. The ambience is great and the food was perfect. Not the last time we were here!!!! Many thanks to the service and kitchen teams

It's just something special, the cabana!

Hello everyone, We have already “tested” a few campsites with restaurants. We like this one very much. We were at the restaurant at around 9 p.m. However, this closes at 10 p.m. Nevertheless, we were still able to order food. A thumbs up for that. The staff was very friendly throughout. The food came very quickly, about a 20 minute wait. We had a burger, the salmon, asparagus and the lamb chops. Everything was very delicious. In the afternoon we also tried the cake. These also tasted delicious. One of the best campsite restaurants so far with a wonderful view of the lake and delicious food.

Today we stayed at Bein Cabana with 6 people It's just a place to relax there All the dishes were very good and no one left there hungry. We said we would come back!

Hello, we ate here today because of the many positive reviews. We had reservations and a good seat. Very attentive: our dog was given a water bowl first. We ordered starters and main courses. The starter came very quickly and was ok. The restaurant had a terrible day when it came to the main courses. Boiled potatoes became totally over-salted potatoes. The fried vegetables were completely burnt and cold. The salmon fried in garlic oil definitely didn't see any garlic oil. The other main course was simply wrong. We complained about the quality of the food and the waiter just shrugged his shoulders. The full amount was charged on the bill. We expected an apology for the poor quality in vain. It's a shame actually, we would have definitely come here more often in the next few days...

The burgers there are not only beautifully prepared, they also taste good. The all you can eat was also okay, although in my case it was a bit salty. The prices here are not outrageous but not overpriced either. Clear recommendation from me!

Friendly service, very cozy restaurant

Were guests at the campsite and tested the food for 3 days. On the first evening I had schnitzel with fries. The sauce was homemade and very tasty. Unfortunately the breading was thicker than the meat so there was no taste of meat. On the second evening we had the tapas platter. Very tasty but unfortunately only 2 mini pieces of chorizo ​​sausage. On the 3rd evening we had pizza which was delicious and good.

The cabana is packed every evening, even with people from out of town. There couldn't be a better quality criterion for a restaurant at a campsite. Since it was just too full for us, we preferred "to go". In my opinion the price is a bit excessive, but everything is fresh, tasty and filling. Staff friendly and attentive. So no criticism other than the prices.

There will be a cancellation fee of €15 per person. required if you do not come with the reserved number of people. However, this was not pointed out when we made the reservation in advance by telephone!

Camping is not just currywurst and fries!!! An excellent restaurant with a team that leaves nothing to be desired...

The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere. The tables are not too close together and you can have a conversation at a normal volume. The service initially impressed us, as the employees were attentive and represented in large numbers. Unfortunately, this changed over the course of the evening. After a good hour and a half, we were also informed that our table would be reassigned in a few minutes. We saved dessert so we could finish our drinks quickly. A note on the phone or when entering the restaurant would have been very helpful! The food was nicely prepared and tasted good. However, the content on the tapas plates was rather sparse and they could definitely have managed a dessert. We expected more for the price. You have to consider visiting again!

Unfortunately I wasn't impressed by the food. For the relatively high price, I expected a homemade patty with the burger... the steak my companion was in was okay.

Quite expensive by German standards, normal prices by Dutch standards. A really beautiful restaurant in a beautiful location.

We finally ate there once, as we have known the campsite for a long time. The atmosphere is great, we reserved a table on a Friday evening, which was necessary because it was well filled. What not everyone will like is the fact that the service calls you a dumb word. However, this quirk can be found in more and more American-style restaurants and bistros. My wife, for example, found it totally inappropriate. But the service was very nice and tried hard. One positive thing is that you can easily bring your dog here. Unfortunately, the food was only a 3 out of 10. We had the pasture-raised beef burger and tapas in meat variations. I have eaten this burger in a similar form in countless other restaurants and hotels all over Germany, but despite the excellent quality of the meat, it unfortunately had no taste or seasoning at all. It tasted like an unseasoned Widerind patty between two slices of toast. Neither cucumber, lettuce, tomato or cheddar were particularly flavorful. The bun looked great, but practically tasted like a slice of toast. The burger wasn't small, but at this price level I usually had much larger ones. There was a good portion of fried potato pieces here. But the taste of the burger was simply far too bland and without any highlights. The great look didn't match the taste experience, which was a shame. In particular, the bacon, which I usually really like as a very crispy and salty-spicy extra on the citizen, here had the texture of a bland, pink cooked ham. Only the egg could be differentiated in terms of taste from the meat and rolls. My wife's tapas showed the same picture. The meat just had its own flavor and tasted rather unseasoned overall. Only the chicken pieces were well seasoned. The same applied to the dried/roasted tomatoes. The oil was almost tasteless and had only a few of the great spices of Mediterranean cuisine. The ambience, the service and the look of the food were great, but unfortunately the taste was mostly completely bland.

The breakfast was a huge disappointment! I would give zero stars if it were possible. That was by far the worst breakfast of my life. Because of the positive reviews, we drove here from Lingen and were really looking forward to it. But what we were offered were 100% convenience products and of poor quality. Fresh bread rolls? None! Instead, cold, chewy baked rolls. The waitress also confirmed to us that they were baked rolls. Cold cuts and cheese were all tasteless. The different types of cheese all tasted the same, namely of nothing. The Camembert also had a rubbery consistency and couldn't even be spread on the roll. After one bite, it ended up straight in the table trash can. The scrambled eggs also never looked fresh and the bacon was bone hard and overly salty. Butter, margarine, cream cheese, jam and honey were served in single-use plastic. Tomato mozzarella was completely unseasoned, but with cucumber slices and dried rocket on top. Not to forget the jelly. For me, this has no place in breakfast. I could understand it with children, but serving these to adults? Our conclusion: If you like ready-made food in plastic packaging, you're in good hands. We can only advise everyone else not to do this! It's actually a shame to offer your guests such poor quality for 17.90 euros per person! It's a real shame because the location itself is very nice!

We were there in the evening. All dishes were served at the same time. The atmosphere is very inviting and invites you to linger. Even though the kitchen is partially visible, there isn't a lot of food in the entire store. The smell stays in the kitchen. I found that very pleasant. We will be back! Absolute recommendation!

Good morning The restaurant is really great, nice staff and really good food. We had pizza the day before our visit. It wasn't really our thing, but we were really surprised the next day. But reserving a place on the weekend is really important

Everything was great. The food was first class, absolutely nothing to complain about. The waitresses were absolutely friendly and accommodating. You are addressed on a first-name basis (what's the problem? This is common in most countries in the world!), you feel welcome and would like to spend time in this great atmosphere every day. Ich persönlich empfand das Essen als sehr gut, meine Begleitung war nur mäßig zufrieden daher der Stern abzug. Ich hatte ein Burger-Menu das ich sehr gut fand. Die Auswahl an vegetarischen Produkten hätte wohl besser sein dürfen. Ich würde trotzdem wieder hin gehen. Das Personal war freundlich und nett.

Sind auf dem Emsland Campingplatz und im Cabana Silvesterbuffet heute genossen. Es war sehr gemütlich freundliche Bedienung und das Essen mega lecker. Vielen lieben Dank und wir kommen wieder.🤗❣️🏕️

Fast eine Stunde auf das Essen gewartet. Auch das man bei der Bestellung nach einer Soße gefragt wird, man könnte denken es gehört zum Gericht dazu. Nein, wird extra eine kleine Schale mit 2 Euro berechnet. Die Kellnerin sollte auch da in Zukunft drauf hinweisen. Das Essen war gut. Für ein Glas Wein 0,2 Liter 7,50 Euro stolzer Preis. Ob wir wiederkommen wissen wir noch nicht.

Ein sehr tolles Restaurant, das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Essen ist lecker, die Auswahl umfangreich. Wir würden hier immer wieder einen schönen Abend genießen. Aus dem Lokal hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf den kleinen See des Campingplatzes. Auch die Pizza togo ist eine Empfehlung wert. Weiter so, schöne Grüße an das gesamte Team.

Wir sind spontan für 3 Tage auf den Campingplatz gefahren. Ohne Reservierung war es Dank den tollen Mitarbeiterinnen möglich, noch einen Tisch für 2 zu bekommen. Das Personal ist super aufmerksam und immer zur Stelle. Auch die Speisen ließen nicht lange auf sich warten. Die Qualität war super und hat uns mega geschmeckt. Ein großes Lob ans ganze Team des Cabana.

Sehr schönes Restaurant. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Über das Essen kann man nur Schwärmen!

Anfang November war ich mit einer Gruppe vom "Emsland E-Mobil-Stammtisch" bei euch abends zu Gast. Es hat ausnahmslos allen Beteiligten am großen Tisch im Wintergarten sehr gut gefallen! Der Service ist echt auf Zack und dabei nicht aufdringlich, das Essen ist lecker (gute Auswahl zu fairen Preisen) und die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich.👍 Wir kommen sicher bald wieder!😉
