Ali is always there, always friendly and accommodating and he cuts the meat himself. Ali is there with love and is open virtually 24 hours a day. This hardly exists anywhere else in Charlottenburg.

Doner kebab is really tasty, especially after midnight. But when you come in the shop doesn't invite you to get a kebab because it's like a smoking bar.

A horrible creature cleaned with the same cloth everything, didn't wash his hands, and after 10 min he didn't reminded what I ordered end of course I already paid so I politely live with nothing. Probably for the best.

We ordered shortly before the kebab skewer was empty and specifically said that the meat should be nice and crispy. He accepted but otherwise ignored it. When “cutting” all the meat fell off the skewer and some of it was still completely raw and a centimeter thick! We then quickly changed the order to Halumi so as not to get food poisoning.

We where here with a whole friend group en we made a video with ali. It was amazing here, the food was great and the service even better. We would like tot know where we can find the video.

I walked in with my friend and was told hi. I replied "Where is a shark." Admittedly, that's a bad pun, but still no reason to aggressively send me out because I don't want to buy anything and I'm only there because of my boyfriend. I was a customer for a few years coming once in a while at this place. Doners are ok, the other food was even nice. Got a bad stomach at least once though after eating doners there. Last time the owner charged me 1 euro more for speaking English, apparently. (Maybe he thought I'm a tourist or something) So I decided to not come here again. You decide for yourself.

Very good kebab in terms of quantity - it fills you up well, sauces are good too. However, the price is significantly too expensive for this quality of meat (pressed meat stand)! In terms of taste, it's a good midfield if you use extra sauce (otherwise it's too dry).

Really bad! We had very bad experiences with this shop: the food wasn't fresh, the salad was soggy and old. The worst thing about it was the employee with curly hair: he charged things that weren't on the price list. When asked, he was unreasonable and even became aggressive. Absolutely avoid this store!

The colleague with the curls (supposedly the owner) is extremely disrespectful towards customers. Sauces were charged extra without informing customers beforehand. Waren auf der Suche nach einer Dönerbude in der Nähe und sind dabei By Ali gelandet und wurde sehr positiv überrascht. Bester Döner seit langen, die drei Soßen kombie war einfach nur lecker und der Sevice klasse. Beim nächsten Berlinbesuch kommen wir gerne wieder.

Das Personal hat mir sehr gut gefallen, besonders die Offenheit. Wenn Sie einfach nur lecker essen möchten, ist dies die perfekte Option, aber leider ist die Atmosphäre etwas schlecht.

Der übelste Döner in ganz Berlin, hatte Lebensmittelvergiftung direkt nach dem Essen. Bloss nie wieder hier essen.

Gammelfleisch. Finger weg von diesem Dönerladen. Es wird nicht auf die Hygiene geachtet oder mit Handschuhen gearbeitet. Ich habe 5 mal bei denen gegessen und lag danach 5 mal mit schweren Bauchschmerzen im Bett. Daher tut es euch nicht an und achtet auf eure Cholesterinwerte. Bei dem Döner bekommt schon Bauchschmerzen, wenn man sich die Hygiene anschaut. Daher sehr sehr schlecht. Abgesehen davon ist der Preis extrem hoch. Und das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter ist Neukölln, aber nicht Wilmersdorf Charlottenburg, denen fehlt es an westlichen Gewohnheiten. Unhöflich und ecklig. Das darf nicht sein.

Frisches Hackfleisch mit Auberginen 🍆 und Reis. Dazu Kartoffelviertel und frittierten Blumenkohl. Es war ein echter Genuss und entschleunigte mich. Der Essraum ist nicht das Hilton, direkt vor der Tür die Haltestelle, aber kommt es auf solche Äußerlichkeiten an, wenn man super leckeres Essen bekommt? Nein und Danke 🙏👍

DO NOT BUY! First time I ordered I got food poisoning from their undercooked meat. Second time they were extremely rude, tried to charge me three euros more for my dish, and then plainly refused to serve us after waiting twenty minutes, simply because the cook's ego was too big to accept his mistakes. There are plenty of great kebabs in Berlin - don't waste your money and time on this one. Trust me.

Mega, geschmacklich Top und die Musik war einfach nur krank.

Der Verkäufer reagierte pampig, als er mir von den drei Hähnchen nur das verbrannte verkaufen wollte und ich das ablehnte. Ein Stück Brot wird extra berechnet. Woanders gibt es das umsonst. An einem anderen Tag gab er einer Bekannten nicht korrekt das Wechselgeld heraus. Absolut nicht zu empfehlenswert!

Die langen Öffnungszeiten haben mich gerettet! Döner ist geschmacklich auch in Ordnung.

Die Hälfte von essen FEHLT telefonischer Kontakt NICHT MÖGLICH da es sich immer wieder mit der Mailbox verbindet aus dem Grund keine Sterne und das beste ist Lieferando erstattet mir das fehlende essen und meine Kinder sitzen da während das andere essen da ist welches die nicht mögen! EINFACH NUR SCHLECHT UND MEINER SEITS NICHT WEITER ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!!!!

Service super unprofessionell: Nach bestellen von Pommes wurde uns noch 50 Cent jeweils für Mayo und Ketchup hinzugerechnet ohne daß dies auf der Menükarte stand. Als wir uns dann unsere Pommes noch mit Curry Pulver würzen wollten wurden wir einfach raußgeschmissen ohne offensichtlichen Grund. Bisschen enttäuschend: Pommes haben dann eigentlich auch gut geschmeckt aber Service eindeutig voreingenommen uns gegenüber😔

Eigentlich wollte ich wo anders hin, bin falsch abgebogen und dachte mir, die Mittagspause ist so kurz, isst du hier. Ich habe es null bereut! Ich wurde gefragt, ob mir die Menge an Fleisch reicht, ob das Gemüse passt und ob er sonst nicht was für mich tun kann. Nach meinem Essen, habe ich mich noch bedankt, und ein zwei Worte mit dem Chef gewechselt. Jederzeit wieder. Mein neuer Stammdöner in Berlin

Ein Mitarbeiter ist super unfreundlich und argumentiert mit Sätzen wie: „Sie müssen ja nicht hier essen!“ - einmal und nie wieder.

Mega unfreundliches Personal und der Döner ist auch nur gerade so okay. Geht lieber ein paar Meter weiter zu Superhahn, Max und Moritz etc. Nie wieder!!!
