Doner meat good despite a few less cartilage in the meat. Price is also ok considering the location. Only the “homemade” lavash was a lie. It was just plain old wrap dough from a plastic bag. So that didn't fit at all. In addition, I can only agree with the few comments about the not so competent service staff P.S. There are 5 spelling errors on the sumac sign 🤯 That doesn't seem very professional...

Seriously, the kebab with beef is really delicious. Very well filled and nothing was missing. Price of €7.50 is also very justified. Also nice cashier. I can only recommend it!!

If you like bad, expensive food with bad service, this place is for you.

The service staff is unable to adequately communicate with customers; Delays in preparation are therefore not truthfully announced and you wait 20 minutes for your food. At the crowning conclusion, the food is literally thrown together and the fries are even portioned with bare hands (!), which were used to clean counters moments before. If you don't want to work in the service sector and are therefore sloppy, you should consider changing jobs and not carelessly contaminate food.

I have ordered kebab there several times. Unfortunately, almost always 1/4 of the meat was inedible lumps of fat. However, the quality of the kebab skewer looks very good from the outside. The portions are too small.

Simply outrageous. 14€ for a menu is very expensive, but they advertise “Tombik kebab”. Price performance ratio extremely poor. The kebab was 1/4 smaller than in the photo. You get at least 40% more kebab throughout Germany. There are only 5-6 pieces of fries and they are very cold. The employee asks ketchup, mayo? If you answer yes, there is an additional charge of €1. The competitor next door is worlds better. Wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there. The food tastes OK.

For the roll (tombik bread) an outrageous €13 for the menu, although the cola from the machine is non-carbonated! Cacik isn't even cacik mayo mixed with herbs. The 2.6 points are already too much!

The girl at the checkout was really rude and didn't understand a word. She was rude to older people, but the person who prepared the kebab was pretty nice and innocent. The bread was way too hard, but the fries tasted good

Good morning, I can't agree with the 2.5 rating! I haven't eaten such good kebabs for a long time. Homemade freshly baked bread (tombik). The kebab skewer without minced meat (top) with deliciously seasoned meat and fresh salad. Friendly service including good advice and explanations. We will be back.

I can't agree with the bad reviews. I had the tombirik there twice, once with kebab and once with kofta, and it was very tasty. The menu included a drink in a cup and fries. The first time the fries could have used a little more salt or some salt at all. The Tombiriks were very tasty and the meat was well fried and tasted very good. I would come again.

Doner "menu" for €12.99 (doner plus drink, even though the picture showed a portion of fries): worst value for money I've ever experienced. The kebab (Dönerinho;-)🇧🇷) tasted good, especially the meat. However, after about six bites it was history. For this price I expected a much larger portion, but maybe it was Wagyu meat and I overlooked this.

This is the worst kebab in North Rhine-Westphalia, it's a shame what they offer here. The meat is like chewing gum and you can hardly chew it. The service isn't exactly great either. You have to put up a warning triangle in front of the store!

For €26 I got a (children's) kebab and a kofta menu. The world's smallest kebab falls apart after the first bite. I got even more hungry while eating the kebab and I don't even want to start eating the rice. Unfortunately not worth recommending.

Ordered 2x Tombik kebab. Tombik köfte was prepared. Well, the employee may have misheard. But then repeat 3 times that I ordered köfte and no kebab. Then we got kebab. No problem. The bread lies open on a tablet and was warmed up on the contact grill. The bread wasn't really edible. Very dry, hard!! But not because it was in the grill for too long. The portion/size is very small (the smallest kebab I have ever ordered). In the end it wasn't a delicious kebab for either of us. No further recommendation.

Really disgusting, you should close the shop. I've never eaten such greasy and disgusting meat. I had some of it just 5 hours later for me to go shopping. Afterwards it's just a stomach ache. The food isn't worth €1. From the outside, yuck, from the inside, yuck.

I actually can't agree with the bad reviews here at all. We were always very satisfied. Food delicious, great options too!!! If we ever go out to eat in the oasis, it will definitely be there.

The food is so bad that it doesn't even deserve a star. Were there on Saturday March 2nd, 2024 and ordered the chicken menu🤢🤮. As dry as if the chicken had been hanging there for three days. We ordered two kebab bowls. One of them with yogurt and cocktail sauce. As the sauces were being put on in front of me, I noticed how the lady we placed our order with pointed out to her colleague that he had used the wrong sauce. He then helped himself to the sauce again and his colleague told him to stop. I spoke to him and asked what kind of sauce it was. His answer was that it would be tzatziki. When I told him that I didn't order tzatziki and that I had chosen two other sauces, he told me that he hadn't used them at all. I pointed out to him that I was standing right in front of him and saw it. However, he continued to deny it, became cheeky and visibly annoyed, rolling his eyes. Overall, definitely not recommended. Neither from the staff nor from the food. Way too expensive for that! However, the lady we ordered from was very friendly.

Of course it looks visually appealing, but the food is okay. Meat is absolutely standard. More fat than meat. It also had hardly any taste. The Dürüm is quite small and looks nothing like the advertisement. The menu costs €4.5 extra plus fries and a drink. Then why was an extra €1.5 added? Portion of fries very small. Over €22 for Dürüm as a menu (doner kebab + cola) I would have preferred to buy a roll for €1 and then eat something sensible in the evening. Shame about the money. I'll never eat at the Westfield food court again.

Very dear employees. Ambiance was normally cozy. Mall feeling. Food (I had the kebab menu): Unfortunately I have to say that the kebab was extremely unappetizing. There were only small, fatty and cold pieces of meat in my kebab - which of course I couldn't finish... Maybe the review will help the next person who is looking for a delicious kebab... then the disappointment won't be too big.

One of the most unsympathetic shops in the Centro and a price-performance catastrophe. Fanta that wasn't a Fanta, fries that were brutally dry as if they were 2 days old and the Köfte kebab that was raw and not prepared to my request. It was just given to me like that, even though I didn't even want yogurt sauce. In addition, the “doner kebab” was as big as my hand. When I asked if he could put more onions on it for me, the operator at the salad bar reacted very disgustingly, even saying that there were already onions in there. In retrospect, there were only the onions that I wanted “extra”, so he also lied to me again. Once, never again!!!!!

I ate a kebab here today. Was served very nicely. Meat was very good (as far as I can tell, it was a layered meat skewer), the fruit was fresh, I also really liked the cocktail sauce. The quantity was absolutely ok for me, especially considering the good quality. I will go back to the Centro next time.

Absolute impudence, what they call a kebab!

Dürüm Döner war für den Preis zu klein und dann auch noch nur zur Hälfte gegüllt. Schmeckt auch nicht gut. Die Pommes ist auch pappig. Bedienung unfreundlich.

Definitiv nicht zufrieden, habe am 11.01.2024 dort bestellt, die Dame an der Kasse war nur an ihrem Handy beschäftigt, der junge Mann der den Döner zubereitet hat total unfreundlich, das Essen nicht schön, preis Leistung Katastrophe. Für ein Döner Menü verlangt man hier 12,99€ möchte man aber das Getränk in der Flasche haben muss man 2€ Aufpreis bezahlen also gesamt preis = 15€ für 15€ habe ich eine Portion bekommen die man Kinderportion nennen kann, des weiteren ist das Brot so auseinander gefallen das man es nicht mal vernünftig essen konnte also für 15€ hätte man sich wo anders satt essen können und viel besseren Service haben können ich empfehle den Laden definitiv nicht weiter bitte meiden.

Rohe Frikadellen. Das Fleisch echt schlecht. Ich habe sofort Magenschmerzen bekommen. Bleibt von da fern. Da rufe ich morgen sofort die Lebensmittelkontrolleure an.

Von außen sieht der Döner nach einem richtigen Fleischdöner aus und ich dachte ich probiere das einmal aus, da die Preise schon stolz sind. Als ich dann das Menü bekam, war die Enttäuschung groß, da die Dönertasche bei anderen eher eine Kinder Dönertasche wäre. Ich habe nur gehofft, dass der Geschmack alles wieder gutmacht, aber auch das Fleisch war nicht die Qualität und Menge, die man für die Preise erwartet. Gefühlte 50g Fleisch und geschmacklich auch nichts besonderes. Die Bedienung war nett. Das war es aber auch schon. Leider würde ich dem Geschäft keine zweite Chance geben. Ich hoffe der Inhaber nimmt die Kritik als Anregung um etwas zu verändern...

Kann mich an die schlechte Bewertungen nur anschließen! Leider war es schlecht! Köfte war nicht durch ich hab das dann gesagt und hab einen Tausch bekommen die waren aber auch nicht durch plus für vegetarischen Reis habe ich Aufpreis bezahlt beim Tausch des Köfte s Bowls wurde es nicht berücksichtigt wurde normal Reis genommen und war kalt dann habe ich das gesagt, dass ich bewusst den anderen Reis genommen habe und köfte immer noch nicht durch sind! das Fleisch halb roh im Mund kann ich gar nicht beschreiben, habe es direkt ohne zu essen vorne gezeigt! Ich kann kein halb rohes Fleisch essen! Die kassierende Dame hat ihre Augen verdreht mir war das dann zu blöd und wollte dann keinen zweiten Tausch! hab es weggeworfen für das Geld erwarte ich warm und durch! Werde hier nicht nocheinmal essen.

Zo een slechte döner heb ik nog nergens gegeten!! Ze hebben goede verleidelijke afbeeldingen hangen waardoor je denkt dat je lekker kunt eten. (Niet geloven mensen!!!) Alstublieft eet hier niet! Ga bij winkelcentrum Centro een ander lekker tentje opzoeken!!

Einmal und nie wieder. Das schlechteste Döner was ich gegessen habe. Es hatte kein Geschmack, die Pommes, der Reis, der Döner. Alles hatte nach nichts geschmeckt und unverschämt sehr teuer war es auch noch.

Das ist ein richtiger Drecksladen. Mein Freund hat sich ein Döner Menü für 18,90 € gekauft, obwohl auf dem Schild 12,90 € steht. Das nächste ist, das Döner fällt aussernander und ist von der Masse her extrem klein.

Freundin hat nen falafel tasche im menü (mit pommes und cola) bestellt, 12€. ok aber über das Brot müssen wir sprechen, das teil hatte die größe eines lidl Aufback brötchens und viel schon beim ersten bis komplett auseinander. Wenigstens hat die ameisen große pommes gut gestopft (vorsicht ironie) Als fazit kann ich dieses Etablissement nicht empfehlen wenn man satt werden will

In der Bestellung waren die Damen eigentlich sehr Nett, ABER in der Ausgabe der Kollege war gewöhnungsbedürftig. So war auch der mini Döner. Klein und ekelhaft. Sorry anders konnte ich es nicht umschreiben. Der Punkt geht an die Kolleginnen an der Kasse.

Ey ich war vor zwei Wochen da und war echt begeistert. Mein Dürüm war mega lecker. Souce Hammer geil, schon süß und scharf. Trotz des amtlichen Preises.Aber sicherlich wird die Miete im Centro nicht wie in Gelsenkirchen Ückendorf sein. Gestern nochmal da gewesen und dasselbe bestellt. Leider habe ich gesehen, dass Fleisch geschnitten wurde und einige Zeit geschnitten am Grill warm gehalten worden ist. Dadurch war das Fleisch wie Gummi und trocken wie ein Pavian Pups. Auch der Dürüm an sich war nur zu 3/4 gefüllt die ersten zwei bisschen habe ich nur auf Weizenfladen gekaut. Bei dem Preis kannste dir soein Move nicht leisten. Schade!

Leckeres Fleisch. Wird frisch zubereitet. Personal ist freundlich. Viel Auswahl,man wird satt und die Preise sind in Ordnung. Insgesamt gut.

Die vegane Bestellung führte leider zu einem sehr unzufriedenen, ersten Besuch. Die Küche hatte augenscheinlich einen hohen Aufwand, dann bietet doch bitte keine Alternative an. Vor der Bestellung wurde ich hingewiesen, dass es eine Weile dauern wird. Das war in Ordnung, nach ca 15 min warten im Essensbereich habe ich nach der Bestellung gefragt. Da ich der türkischen Sprache mächtig bin, hörte ich heraus, dass meine Bestellung an jemand anderen ausgehändigt wurde. Insbesondere die blonde Mitarbeiterin fiel sofort negativ auf, statt einer Entschuldigung gabs nur ein grimmiges Gesicht. Unsympathisch, keine Gaststätte kann sowas gebrauchen. Sie isst augenscheinlich ständig heimlich die Köfte/Falafel, ich konnte sie mehrfach beim Snacken sehen. (Anstatt die Bestellungen zu organisieren) Nach weiteren 10 Minuten wurde die Bestellung erledigt und mir ausgehändigt. Das Brot ist definitiv nicht frisch und zerfiel bei der ersten Berührung. Der Rest war okay, aber definitv überteuert. Ich empfehle definitiv die anderen Lokale.

Das Essen war für die Coca-Cola Oase ganz gut und preislich auch okay. Jedoch sind die Portionen schon sehr klein. Es gibt hier auch vegane Gerichte, aber als ich dort war, waren diese nicht vorrätig:( Die Falafel-Tasche war mit frischen Kräutern garniert, also wenn ihr Minze mögt seid ihr hier richtig.

Wir waren nach längerer Pause mal wieder hier. Das Fleisch schmeckt immer noch sehr gut. Leider sind die Döner sehr klein geworden. Daher aus meiner Sicht zu teuer. Die Döner werden in einer schönen Kunststoffschale serviert. Sieht toll aus, ist aber überflüssig und schadet nur der Umwelt. Außerdem ist mir und meiner Begleitung, wie wohl auch schon anderen (siehe andere Rezensionen), das Fladenbrot beim ersten Biss zerbrochen und das Kebab herausgefallen. Hier wurde das Fladenbrot wohl zu lange erwärmt. Fazit: Fleischgeschmack super. Das alleine reicht aber nicht aus, die anderen Defizite auszugleichen. Daher von meiner Seite aus keine Empfehlung mehr.

Den besten Dürüm den ich bis jetzt gegessen habe super Geschmack und bis jetzt noch nirgendwo in Deutschland so einen so einen Dürüm gegessen sehr gut bin sehr zufrieden wäre auch gespannt mal die anderen Menüs zu probieren von mir in allen Punkten fünf Sterne sehr gut

Der döner an sich ist recht klein das Fleisch trocken die Saucen aber dafür in Ordnung aber was sehr stört ist das die Saucen oben auf den döner kommen anstatt rein das heißt wenn man rein beißt ist die Hälfte auf dem Boden oder auf dich drauf !

Döner bowl geprobeerd, was lekker. Had meer groente bij gemogen, maar een leuk concept. Makkelijk om te delen.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, besonders die an der Kasse arbeiten. Das Essen war in Ordnung im Vergleich mit was es woanders gibt. Leute erwarten echt unlogische Sachen,, das ist ein Fastfood Laden, kein mega Restaurant.

Die Wahl auf dieses Schnellrestaurant fiel, weil es eines von drei auf der Seite von Centro als HALAL bezeichneten Restaurants war und ansprechend gestaltet war. An diesem Tag war es sehr voll dort, daher um so unverständlicher, dass das Fleisch im bestellten Dönerdürüm und Döner (echt Mini) eher der Konsistenz von Holzspänen entsprach als allem anderen. Wie auf dem Foto zu sehen, sah der Döner trotz Minigrösse echt gut aus, die chinesische Schirazza-Sauce, die für die Schärfe aufgebracht wurde und sehr scharf war, konnte nicht über den nicht vorhandenen Geschmack des Döner hinwegtäuschen. Unverschämt sind die Preise. Für diesen Minidöner wird zwischen 6-7€ verlangt. Für das Menü wird ein Aufpreis von 4,50€ genommen und dafür gibt es das kleine Getränk und die lächerliche Menge an Pommes. Leider waren die Mitarbeiter zwar viele, aber trotzdem musste man unnötigerweise warten, damit ein fertig gedrehter Dürüm vom einen auf das andere Tablett wanderte und der Dönerschneider nach Minuten von hinten nur teilweise gewaschen zurückkam. Die Pommes und die Cola waren ok und die Petersilie war frisch. Würde aber deswegen niemandem empfehlen, hinzugehen.

Mein Mann und ich haben gestern zum ersten Mal da was gegessen. Er hatte einen Tombik Köfte und ich einen Tombik Döner. Fanden beides total lecker! Das Dönerfleisch war richtig gut gewürzt, nicht wie "normales" Dönerfleisch.. und der Salat war auch frisch. Preis ist für ein Center-FoodCort ok. War jedenfalls nicht das letzte Mal...

Der Döner ist zwar ganz gut, aber für den hohlen Zahn. Das Fleisch, sehr lecker, wird in ein viel zu kleines Fladenbrot gepresst, und der Hauch an Salat dient nur der Dekoration. Für über 6,5 Euro kann man auch eine ordentliche Portion verlangen

In dem Laden habe ich den besten Dürüm in meinem Leben gegessen und ich würde ihn jedem anderen auch empfehlen!!!

Ja alle Preise in der Oase sind überteuert.... aber von allen anderen Möglichkeiten im Centro zu essen, ist meiner Meinung nach Butcha am besten. Ehrlich Essen 10/10. Trotz sehr vielen chaotischen Kunden schaffen es die Arbeiter organisiert zu bleiben. Portion Dürüm könnte trotzdem größer sein für 6/7€. Hähnchen sehr gut. Steak Pommes auch ein Genuss

7,50€ für einen Falafeldürüm ist nicht teuer, aber stattlich. Die Größe hingegen ist ein Witz. Zu wenig Sauce und Minze im Dürüm. (Geschmacksache) Design und Abwicklung sind top.

Service zu langsam, Fleisch zu hart bzw. trocken. Obwohl die einzelnen Zutaten von hoher Qualität sind, wird mit der Zubereitungsart alles zerstört. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

An sich alles super aber leider war das wichtigste nicht so super. Die köfte waren wie ungewürzt , als wenn man Hackfleisch nur mit Salz angebraten hätte …

Ich hatte einen Tombik Falafel und mein mann einen Tombik Döner. War sehr lecker und zum Service kann man nicht viel sagen.. wie soll das denn auch in einem Einkaufszentrum anders sein?! Die Dame, die mich bedient hat, war sehr freundlich und ich habe mein Essen schnell gekriegt. Ich ziehe einen Stern ab weil mir die Soße zu wenig war. Eventuell kann man das ja nachbessern und unten im Brot auch was reintun. Und ein wenig größer wäre auch nicht verkehrt. Ansonsten wirklich sehr lecker und man bereut es nicht.

Dort herrscht nur Chaos! Kunden die nach uns gekommen sind erhielten ihre Bestellungen bereits. Ich habe mir ein Dürüm Döner Menü bestellt, es war eher ein Pommes Dürüm Menü, kaum Dönerfleisch drin. Das Fleisch war trocken und sehr fettig, das eine hat wohl damit zutun, dass es geschnitten beiseite gelegt wird und nicht frisch vom Spieß serviert wird. Ich war unter der Woche dort, also wenig Kundschaft, ich möchte nicht wissen, was Wochenende los ist. Würde nicht empfehlen.

Döner und pommes erste klasse Personal nicht besonders freundlich

Très bonne viande et frites bien assaisonner cependant le prix et le bruit ambiant ne me permettent pas de mettre plus de 3 étoiles et c'est dommage. Après je vous conseil de prendre votre kebab et de prendre la sortie située proche de là afin de vous balader/asseoir au bord du canal pour déguster votre repas sans inconvénients.
