Delicious food and quick service. Would recommend to come on Saturday at around 3pm due to low amount of customers. Would also recommend to order a burger with small fries of your choice (It's a perfect portion to make you feel full and not overfed)

Super nice people. Food super tasty. Unfortunately the service is not quite up to scratch. Waiting time was far too long, 40 minutes. 1 grill plate each for 2 people, even though no one was in the restaurant. In the next room, boxes and rubbish are piled in one place and have no place in the guest room. Sorry. Cleaning up and some trained service, and there are 5 stars. Now unfortunately "only" 🌟 🌟 🌟..... edit 03.11.24 unfortunately the service has not improved. Very bad. What happens when the store is full? Nothing going on again and waiting another hour, it doesn't work at all. Then the ribs were thawed. No longer fresh. The entire store reeks of sewage... it's a shame so much potential and so little is being done with it. Only 1 star left 🌟

Came here for a quick meal. It was very quiet, it was a Sunday so that may explain it. Still a delicious meal, but I would order extra fries with a burger if you are really hungry. For the rest nothing to complain about!

Ordering online is absolutely not recommended! There are always problems! When the delivery finally arrives after almost 2 hours, parts of the order are often missing! We have tried it several times and have always been disappointed.

Citizen was a total disaster, Meat was industrially frozen, Totally dry and the consistency was not pleasant. Ordered garlic fries and when I got them they were regular fries with a ton of garlic powder. Same with the garlic dip, it was mayo granulated with garlic powder. Fries were totally soggy Overall it's a total failure and not recommended for the price, every McDonald's is better. But service was very nice

The whiskey and cola I ordered and the burger bread were good. The meat looked like something you could buy from the refrigerated section in the supermarket. Even though I ordered medium rare, it was well done and it wasn't really juicy either. You can't go wrong with cheese😅 Salad was not spread over the whole burger, but rather 1/3 of the burger, cucumber, lettuce and tomato. The amount of sauce was okay, but you couldn't taste it. The sweet potato fries were nice and crispy but not seasoned/salted. The mayo wasn't the best either.

We were at the opening, Delicious meat, beef, burgers. Today all that remains is the memory of it. The meat is terribly well-done, only suitable for chewing. The hamburger with a lettuce leaf and a piece of tomato looked like a caricature of what we ate a few years ago. It's a shame, a great restaurant was announced.

Update 7/12/24 Unfortunately, we can only agree with the most recent reviews. We are used to much better quality than before. Unfortunately, since Mustafa is no longer there, the shop has gone downhill. The service is really subpar, not only do you wait a long time for your food, but some of the food is served raw or not completely cooked through. This was the case, for example, with my pizza and the fries I ordered. We had the feeling that after the first unsuccessful attempt to prepare my pizza, the mixing plate was simply kept warm or brought to temperature. Unfortunately, apart from the drinks, I can't think of anything good to say about today's visit. Ordered via Lieferando. Good price, quality of burgers, meat and fries very good and plentiful and great taste. However, we are located in the most hidden street in the area, so we couldn't be found straight away, but it's still only 30 minutes from order to delivery.

Good burger for 11 euro , was enough for a light meal. Bittburger draft beer.

You will be warmly welcomed and from then on the waiting begins. Our recommendation: take a board game with you! This is how you sweeten your stay. The waitress picked up our drinks quickly and brought them quickly, but after taking our food we still had to wait over an hour, almost an hour and a half, for our food. Reason given by the service (which wasn't even communicated to us, but to the table next door and we only noticed it by chance): There are few staff there & quite busy, it would take a while. McDonald's is busier at 1am. 🚨Attention: use your drink sparingly if you get one. The second drink is a long time coming. After 1.5 hours of waiting, the burgers came with a 1cm thick slice of onion on top. We were then allowed to cut the onion into small pieces and take the rings apart. The menu says something about “quality” and Angus beef. I'm glad these words are known. It's just a shame that they can't be found here. The meat was more like frozen meat. My teacher once said “always say something positive”: The vegetables were fresh and you couldn’t complain about the burgers visually. Another positive thing is that you can find decorations at any time of the year. So you feel in good hands with your board game between the Christmas and Easter decorations. But why are we complaining, the table next door had to wait 25 minutes to even place the drink order.

We waited 2.5 hours for delivery. No apology, discount or compensation received. The burgers were good, the fries were rather soft.

Eating in and eating out have nothing in common. The burger meat looks the same as the burger meat. So it's like poop.... The sauces are tasteless, and the vegetables are just a piece of tomato, which if you wanted to see it, you'd have to take a magnifying glass. The only thing I liked was Coke, but only because your cooks had nothing to do with it. So I paid 30e for a coke, because I threw the rest straight into the trash. I totally don't recommend it....

The burger tastes great but the fries are undercooked. And the person who brings the food appears to have no interest in the customer.

There was a dead cockroach in the toilet in general. The place is generally dirty. I have a few photos of trampled cockroaches. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING FROM THIS LOCATION. THERE'S REALLY COCKROACHES IN THE PUBLICATION WITH FOOD, a bit bad.

Ordered for 60 euros, the chicken was burnt and the steak was completely cooked instead of medium rare. There was also very little sauce. Fries were still half raw. Very unfortunate

No longer recommended! It's just money-making! We have no problem spending more money on food, but that's cheeky....You order double bacon, no double bacon in it...you order jalapenhos with it, pay €1 for it, and have no jalapenhos at all...the patties (if you order them separately) they are only halfway through...at the beginning the store was great, now...there are better stores in Emmerich. 56.70€ for two burgers and two large fries....and get such quality......it's no excuse that it was delivered.....it's only a small difference if you call it "fresh "pick it up at the store. Tastes are different, no question... but that's really not possible.

Waited 2.5 hours for delivery. Been put off on the phone several times. Reparations were promised. Neither discount nor compensation received. Then the veggie mini burgers were a cut up patty. For 10€!!!

The quality of the food was very good for a long time, but unfortunately it is declining. Delivery times of significantly more than 2 hours are out of the question. Therefore we will not order any more.

Ordered, waited 2.5 hours, called and then asked for the location, only to be told that the delivery should have been delivered 15 minutes ago. After that, calls were ignored and only when a call from another number was received was it answered and then they said that it would take another 15 minutes. In the end it took over 3 hours for some burgers and pizzas. Pizzas were okay, burgers were probably sitting around for 3 hours because that's exactly what they looked like. The fries were also completely soggy and the sweet potato fries were more oily than fries. It is simply unacceptable that neither the guy on the phone nor the woman who delivered it can speak a word of German. Emmerich is going further and further downhill. It's better to pay a few euros more and have fresh food in 30-60 minutes instead of over 3 hours and several calls. Well, almost 100€ was spent for nothing, but it was also the last time from there.

Because of the good reviews we went to Butcha today...but I'm very disappointed and won't be going there again. When ordering drinks, the waitress was unable to provide any information. My chicken (breast) died twice...the smallest piece was cooked through and slightly burned. They weren't wedges, but rather the last leftover chips from a bag (you couldn't even skewer the ones at the bottom of the basket with a fork). It's also a shame that you never come and ask if you'd like something else to drink. I then did that myself at the front of the counter. At the end we got two short shots on the house (one with coconut and the other was unknown). As a service person you should actually know this and, in my opinion, be more attentive. The toilet itself was clean, but the floor was really sticky on your shoes. Please don't be angry about my honesty, because all four of us were disappointed... But that's the only way to change things

Super leckere Burger…..geschmacklich 1a! Was mich jedoch störte, waren die Preise für Getränke (wie fast überall)! 4,80 Euro für eine Apfelschorle ist zu viel des Guten! Fast 3 Euro für eine Sprite (0,2 Liter) finde ich auch „to much“! Die Preise für die Burger sind dagegen ok - für die Qualität super!

Die Burger waren OK, aber auch nichts besonderes. Die Pommes waren gut. Eine Frechheit sind allerdings die in der Karte angepriesenen Avocado Mini Veggies (8 Mini Avocado Burger mit Rucola Balsamicocreme). Hierbei handelt es sich um einen oder zwei in Stücke geschnittenen Veggie Patty welche mit Balsamicocreme und Rucola garniert wurden... Definitiv nicht das, was man sich unter Miniburgern vorstellt.... Dies sollte auf der Karte auf jeden Fall anders benannt werden, da man nicht das bekommt, was man bestellt.

hatte ein rumpsteak medium bestellt,es war durch. das fleisch wird quer zur faser geschnitten und nicht mit der faser so das man ein gleich dickes stück fleisch bekommt und nicht an einer seite 0,5 cm und auf der anderen seite 3 cm dicke hat. es sah auch nicht so aus als wenn es aus dem rücken eines rindes geschnitten wurde,sondern aus der hüfte. nie wieder

Zweitens, und Sie sagen Supermarktgerichte. Sie sind wahnhaft, unehrlich und unehrlich und wenn Ihnen unser Essen nicht geschmeckt hat, hätten Sie nicht bezahlen und das Restaurant sofort verlassen sollen.
