We recently had hot dogs in the store here and thought they were okay. The saleswoman was super nice, the prices were really ok, so we had nothing to complain about.

I have ordered 3 times in the past 2 weeks and the 3 times my order has been accepted and cancelled when the time to be delivered has passed. I have not got a call from them explaining nothing! I am not a person who would give reviews, I hate it, but this people already have me feed up. all the time cancelling my orders, no explanation and I have been waiting for over an hour. you guys are extremely disrespectful.

Food arrived cold and way too late A drink was also missing Never again.... Please don't spend your money here to save yourself the disappointment

Very bad and worse behaviour ever

I can only agree with similar comments below: the smell emitted by the restaurant's exhaust system is worrying.

We found a fly in the hamburger and didn't exchange food, not even an apology. The toilet was also very dirty.

After ordering via Uber Eats, I received a call from a store employee. They can't deliver one of the burgers to me and I would get a refund for it because "everything has already been sorted out," they said. Yes... as I said, the burger didn't come and I'm still €10 short. Of course, Uber Eats can't do anything anymore because it's been more than 48 hours. Food was OK, but with such unnecessary fraud I wouldn't recommend the store.

Whenever I walk ultimately by there’s a very disgusting smell (like frying oil turned bad/rotten) coming out of the restaurant or its vicinity. Wouldn’t want to order or eat here anything until that’s taken care of.

I ordered here for the second time today. The first time there was no delivery at all. The second time the meal was canceled after a wait of 90 minutes.

worst restaurant ever i have ordered the food through lieferando and i have waited more then 1 hour for it but at first the said it will be delivered in 10-20 mins then i was not able to cancel my order and i have to go with lots of things to cancle it please don’t order from this restaurant they were not even picking my phone

Delivery took two hours. They charged me before I received my order. The person in the phone hung up on me. They forgot one item... Very crazy, I will never order here again.

An order was placed for weeks for a sum of 50.00 euros, the order did not arrive and the money has not been refunded to date. So far I have not received the amount I paid back. When will I get my money back? Not there until Tuesday, then reported for fraud.

Just don't order. Ordered at 4 p.m., estimated arrival at 5:15 p.m., now 6:36 p.m. and still no delivery... There is no contact information either. The number stored on Uber Eats does not exist. impudence.

It used to be good, but now it's really bad... It doesn’t even taste good anymore, so you can confidently say “No thanks.”

Burger tastes okay, but for the price combined with a delay of about 1.5 hours, it's absolutely bottomless.

I'm looking forward to the next time I get food again, it tasted really good!

Biggest garbage store, the delivery came to me completely wrong. The employee on the phone was very cheeky and also asked what she should do (work properly), I would say. The other Burgerzimmer stores are definitely better NEVER order from here! One star just for pity!

Sehr enttäuscht! Mehrere verschiedene Burger bestellt, Getränke und Menü. Geliefert; offensichtlich drei mal der gleiche Burger und einmal falsches Getränk. Burger nicht beschriftet/ gekennzeichnet! Jungs, wie soll ich herausfinden, welcher Burger welcher sein soll? Sch... drauf, waren offensichtlich sowieso die gleichen Burger. Schön, dass es in Berlin Alternativen gibt.

Haben 4 Hotdogs bestellt, Hotdog ohne Hotdogsosse und fast kaum Röstzwiebeln? Daneben 6er Nuggets, die innen nach Püre schmecken, ekelhaft, Pommes war ok

wirklich leckeres Essen , jedoch hatte ich gestern mal wieder den Fall dass ich mein Essen bestellt habe und dies nach 1,5 Stunden im Laden selber abgeholt hab. Die schaffen es einfach nicht es anständig zu liefern immer heißt es dass es wurde geliefert.. und zu all dem Ärger hatte ich gestern für 12 Nuggets bezahlt aber nur 6 erhalten… ich habe für knapp 37€ bestell und was soll ich sagen ich war mehr als sauer. Mir ist es auch einfach zu doof gewesen nochmal im Laden anzurufen, den einen Rückruf hab ich nach dem ersten Anruf nicht erhalten. Ein Tip an das Team bitte lasst es einfach mit der Lieferung wenn ihr es nicht hinbekommt oder lasst euch durch uber und co unterstützen!!!

Mag das Essen und die Auswahl der Getränke. Jedoch wenn man anrufen will um Auskunft über die Lieferung zu erhalten, geht die Mailbox ran und man kriegt die Benachrichtigung sie sei voll. Kein angenehmes Kundenerlebnis, wenn man es saft ausdrücken will.

Richtig guter Burger , die Toilette ist schon ziemlich dreckig was das Gesamtbild etwas kaputt macht. Aber der Burger war richtig gut.

I ordered two hot dogs, one rolled down and fell when I was picking it up and the guy just gave me another one. It was my fault and the fixed it without blinking. Very nice of them. And it's cheap and good btw.

Gerade geliefert bekommen. Es fehlte eine Sprite, sehr ärgerlich. Burger ist zwar groß, aber die Sauce schmeckt nicht. Die Pommes waren salzig und zu braun. Leider nicht so zu Frieden.

Ich bestelle regelmäßig hier. Die Burger sind immer lecker und die Portionen machen auch satt. Das Essen ist meisten auch in unter 30 min bei mir. Alles super - weiter so 👍

Nicht so groß und lecker wie der in der Wilma, meine Klamotten rochen danach leider nach Fett, schlechte Belüftung aber ist sowieso eine Filiale für delivery
