Very friendly staff, good taste and relatively quick preparation. There was a burger and fries, the burger was very well prepared and tasted quite good and stands out from the general burger stalls. The fries were also very tasty and the selection of sauces is also good. What was a bit of a complaint was that everything is heavily salted and you quickly get thirsty, which is an expensive affair, especially with children, if you don't have anything to drink with you. (PS we had drinks with us and there was no problem with the staff) All in all, worth a recommendation 👍👍

Again, I'm here for the third time and as I said the burgers have lost the touch, the meat pieces inside are extremely salted and the potatoes no words... There were once good, now let's see.

Just waiting for this restaurant to finally add a gluten-free burger and that way be as inclusive as they say they are. Strictly gluten-free is very hard to achieve but at least try with GF buns. They are cheap. If I can't eat there, my other 5 friends will also not go there.

Mayor, Merinngdamm very bad Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the mayor in Meringdamm We ordered our food from this restaurant via a delivery service and when I got home I realized the entire order was wrong. I then called the restaurant employee to clarify the problem. The first call simply wasn't answered. On the second call, someone answered, but instead of offering a solution, the agent simply ended the call. I tried calling two or three times after that, but no one answered the phone. The behavior of the staff and the way they dealt with my concerns were extremely disappointing. I really expected more from Mayor and probably won't order from here again.

Attention: I think the operator is taking action against bad reviews and is asking Google to delete them. My negative review about the very high prices for what I consider to be low quality was blocked by Google because it was allegedly defamatory.

Always great service, cleanliness is on the top level, during summer AC is on. I have been a big fan for years, but noticed a drop in the quality of burgers. Burgers became greasy, especially buns (why??), and meat is thinner and over-seasoned. But will still support the chain due to other stuff being good.

Patty is cooked through - the bacon on the bacon+onion fries is now the easy one from JA! (It tastes correspondingly salty due to the brine). It's dimensions instead of class, prices are okay for it - it's good, the price is almost identical for something similar.

Good burgers. However, I ordered fries with cheese sauce and there is hardly any sauce on the fries (see picture). Unfortunately, when I mentioned it to the staff, they didn't understand it.

A new fast food chain in the sky. The mayor at Mehringdamm offers something similar to what we know from other chains. Maybe in a somewhat limited variation. The quality of the fries was excellent. The burgers were decent. There's still room for improvement here, but it's significantly better than the normal standard. The atmosphere was creepy. Of course it should be that way, but you could just as easily have eaten in the middle of Frankfurt Central Station and even there it would probably be more comfortable. Neon light tiles and lots of noise. The food was relatively expensive. So for pure fast food, consider whether you really want to go somewhere else. Since the food was good, four stars, albeit narrow.

The worst Burgermeister, somehow the food is off every time. Usually overcooked. I’m gonna give up and admit it’s a mistake to keep eating here but one time, one precious time, it was actually as good as the Schlesisches Burgermeister which is always on point.

Taking into account that it is located in a fairly touristy location and that it is fast food, it has an acceptable price and service. The best thing is that it has tables outside.

This is my second time at Burgermeister and I would always prefer it to one of the established fast food chains. Burgers very tasty, even the vegetarian ones. This time we also had an incredibly good cookie.

The service was quick and warm. Unfortunately the fries were a disappointment. They were way too salty, which significantly affected the enjoyment. My companion also confirmed this to me, unfortunately it was already the same on the last visit. The burger itself tasted good, but half of it fell apart while eating it, which made the whole thing a bit inconvenient.

In my opinion this one of the best Burger fast food in Berlin. Enjoy!

If you go in person, this review is not for you, but if you should order via Lieferando? Let it be! I only received my order after almost 3 hours! Meanwhile, I was either pushed away from the restaurant or put off with lies like “the food went out to the supplier a while ago.” To the restaurant: tell me, do you think you can't see on the order slip or online at Lieferando when the order was actually entered? You can see that! How hard can it be to place an order for a single burger on time? And even if you forget, you don't put off the customer with cheap lies, you come up with something!

We had two cheeseburgers with fries. Unfortunately we have to say that the quality in this branch was really below average. The buns collapsed after the first bite and the whole burger was only lukewarm. The atmosphere absolutely doesn't invite you to linger. This has nothing to do with Burgermeister from before. It's a shame and unfortunately not worth another visit.

The food is good and always tastes the same every time you visit. I would be happy if a chicken burger variant was offered, as it quickly becomes monotonous if you eat here often. The cheese fries are definitely recommended, just like a cookie if you're craving something sweet. The service is good. You get your food quickly and without errors. The checkout staff is also very nice. I really like the atmosphere. Especially the choices. You can even sit outside where there is always something busier. Overall, a highly recommended burger joint.

The Fleischmeister is an absolute blast, the fries could be better but not as bad. Special thanks go to the employee Mo (Mohammed in the picture) who was super friendly and always had a smile on his face. 👍🏾

Ordered a burger at 1:15 yesterday and it wasn't edible, these stupid employees can't even make a burger, it was very greasy that it dripped when I opened it and my suit was messed up. It was very disappointing and you lost a customer, idiots

Absolute recommendation! Have eaten here several times. Super quick ordering process and burger prepared a la minute. Price performance is simply top. In return, you earn a lot from the supplements. It's usually pretty loud inside and it can get crowded at times. Tip: If you come by car, park on the median opposite.

Everything is right - one of the tastiest cheeseburgers I've ever had. And the kids love it too - 30€ for the family including fries, you have to get that with the fast food chains, not to mention the huge difference in taste 👍👍👍

For me it's still the best price-performance ratio for burgers in Berlin. Good meat flavor with lots of butter in the bun. I don't need a Smashburger. Fries also great with free mayo. However, I find the toilet policy very disappointing. Access only with door code. There were loud discussions because an Uber driver was denied access. Just leave the toilets open for everyone. You don't need that.

The meat is very tasty. Unfortunately there are only these sweet burger brouiches. Unfortunately we didn't like it. I asked at the checkout to expand the selection to include sesame rolls. I'm curious to see if it brings anything.

Delivery was quite quick. Unfortunately, the taste is not as good as at the zoo, for example. It lacked a certain kick. It was too “clean” and had a boring taste for me. The burger itself looked very good though. I think it was missing that “greasy” quality. Fat is a flavor carrier. Otherwise the milkshake was well sealed, but unfortunately it still leaked. Still 4 stars because everything looked neat and was of good quality. Everything else is a matter of taste.

A very bad experience, a false modesty, seemingly friendly but in reality some... I'm at a loss for words

We were looking for a cool burger restaurant in the south of Berlin, but couldn't find it. And yet, the Burgermeister was interesting. The burgers were good and tasty, no comparison to the "ordinary" burgers that you can find on every street corner. The cost for the three of us was as follows: one burger each, one double burger, 2 x fries, 1 x with cheese on top, 1 Cola, 1 x Fanta and 1 x vanilla chake, which makes a total of just under €38. Waiting time was almost 10 minutes. Ordering via monitors is too impersonal for me, but that's apparently the intention today, but I still don't like it. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about. Everything was good and tasty, sitting outside and seeing lots of freaks was something!

Very great atmosphere, really cool furnishings. The food can be ordered quickly, either on site at the terminal or online in advance. Just under 10 minutes of waiting and the food was ready to be picked up at the counter. Incredibly tasty, especially for the price. Our burger €5.90 each. The fries €4.20. Absolutely unbeatable. Not comparable to other fast food chains where you now pay the same prices for the burgers. We'll definitely be back.

Honest opinion, the burger and the fries, or rather the fat in which the fries were fried, tasted incredibly bad... The veggie burger is an insult... But the extremely hard-working staff can't help it. There are many much better alternatives in the immediate vicinity. Leave it alone if you have a sense of taste.

One of the best places to try in Berlin staff is super friendly and also the burger tastes delicious!! The quick timings at which the staff delivered burgers was impeccable and also the quality was admirable!!
