This place is so insanely good. The burgers are large, and delicious. I wasn't able to eat all of mine and fries, but there was an attempt. I also enjoyed the staff interactions while I practiced my German. 11/10 will visit again when I'm in Berlin.

This is my second time at Burgermeister, and I would definitely choose it over one of the established fast food chains. The burgers are delicious, even the vegetarian ones. This time we also had an incredibly good cookie.

This isn't a Burgermeister anymore. I've never been disappointed by the quality. Until now. The bottom of the bread was burnt, the meat patty wasn't fresh, but either thawed or a few days old. No flavor, not smashed, watery, and a grayish color. I'm used to something completely different from Schlesi and Kotti. With expansion, quality and taste seem to be declining. It's a shame. What am I still doing in Berlin when even Burgermeister can't deliver?

A Berlin institution that started in an abandoned toilet, we had to finally try Burgermeister. The vegetarian burger was far better than most of those I’ve sampled in the UK and the atmosphere was nice as everyone geared up for a night out ahead of the public holiday the following day. Ordering is super easy bilingually as is the case in most of Germany, and food was very quick to arrive

I was pretty disappointed with the burger (master butcher with a double patty), and the fries weren't particularly crispy either, but the quantity was okay. Unfortunately, the drinks were only Coca-Cola products for 2.99😅. That stopped me from ordering a drink. Later, I needed something, so I and the others scraped together exactly 2.99 with a lot of copper in cash and got myself a Coke...🙂2.99🤦 I don't need it again... Similar to Goldies, it can't be compared to the early days at the Schlesisches Tor.

The burger is truly top-notch. I can only agree. The bun is perfect, not too greasy, it doesn't sink. I can taste the meat and every ingredient. Not overpowered by the sauce, really solid. The cookie is simply delicious. Juicy, not too sweet, and full of flavor. Thank you.

A good burger, it doesn't blow me away, but it was really good. Other burger shops can't come close! The furnishings are simple and modern, the cold white lamps immerse the restaurant in an uncomfortable ambience! Employees are very nice and attentive!

Very great atmosphere, really cool furnishings. The food can be ordered quickly, either on site at the terminal or online in advance. Just under 10 minutes of waiting and the food was ready to be picked up at the counter. Incredibly tasty, especially for the price. Our burger €5.90 each. The fries €4.20. Absolutely unbeatable. Not comparable to other fast food chains where you now pay the same prices for the burgers. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent burgers and excellent potatoes. Fast McDonald's style service, with touch screens for ordering, but superior quality. Drinks only in glass bottles. For those who want an alternative experience to the usual chains, it is a place not to be missed. Open until late evening. Always busy but don't expect much!

Lots of seating and nice staff. Hamburgers taste better than at McDonald's, but both the burger and fries were very salty.

I've actually been a fan of Burgermeister for a really long time, but yesterday I got a really dry, crumbly bun, hardly any sauce and a dry little patty that had hardly any taste. That was much better. Has profit optimization taken over here? I hope I just had a bad day...

The "Hausmeister" burger is very good, although one could complain about the over-fried and dry bacon. It is definitely better compared to the Polish MC. The waiting time after ordering is not long. I can recommend it.

The worst mayor in all of Berlin, take an example from Bahnhof Zoo or Konstanzer Straße, where suppliers don't have to stand outside in the cold and are allowed to take a maximum of two orders with them and things still work much better.

The burger was delicious. Great meat flavor, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The bun was nice and buttery, and it didn't fall apart. A top-notch burger, and all for about €7. The fries were golden brown and crispy. Mayo, ketchup, and another sauce were free at the self-service counter. The competition could learn a thing or two from that. A well-deserved 5 stars.

The meat was really dry, apparently lying around for a long time or being fried for too long. Definitely won't eat there again. It really wasn't good!

Last time I was still unsure whether my stomach problems and stomach cramps were caused by the burger. Now I ordered the vegetarian burger again and I felt really bad again afterwards! And delivering fries that are obviously still raw is just abysmal.

We paid way too much money for ketchup and mayonnaise, even though that was actually included. We asked the seller about it and he didn't give us the money back. We feel ripped off.

Not a bad burger and fries.. I realise it’s probably been commercialised a fair bit since it’s humble beginnings. Nonetheless, it’s still a tasty and a decent option at times. However; just back up a bit on the SALT. If anything, just a lil bit! More often than not, it’s wayy too salty! Put the salt down for a moment in the kitchen and let the other ingredients do the talking!

Positive: Very tasty burgers and fries, easy to order at the terminals, quick preparation, nice, quiet and clean seats in the upper area. Negative: Selection: Hardly any vegetarian alternatives, no salads, no burger with chicken. Same with drinks - apart from water there was nothing I drink, just standards like Cola Fanta Sprite.

This was such a great day for us. We went shopping and then to Mehringdamm Burgermeister. The burger was so delicious that we ordered it a second time. But we couldn't finish the second burger because the burger was really big. We are really looking forward to visiting Mehringdamm Burgermeister next time.

Good burgers and chips. I visited in the evening of the New Year's Day and it was fairly busy inside the restaurant. Perhaps they could work on customer service a little bit more as the server was a tiny bit bossy unnecessarily.

Value, choice and configurability were all good, as were the ingredients and the bun. What ruined the burger for me, was that the patties were brutally over-salted. I accept that salt levels in German restaurants are generally higher than in the UK, where I'm from, but this was ridiculous. It's rare to have the flavours of beef and fat overwhelmed by salt. It's easy for customers to add more salt if that's their thing, but it's impossible to take away if not. Won't be going back
