Yesterday I went to this restaurant for the first time with my friend. It was a wonderful experience, the place is quiet and the decor is cozy. Now I'm going to talk about the food. Honestly, this was the best hamburger I have ever eaten in Germany. The food was wonderful and the waitress was very cooperative and very, very nice. Thank you very much and I will definitely come back.

The burger tasted great but unfortunately the food was relatively cold (for all of us) and we had to wait a long time. Everyone thought the burger was quite small, but the price was very high. The location and the friendliness of the service were very good.

Unfortunately very disappointing. Delivery took 1 hour even though we live on the same street. 5 min walk. Burgers were cold. Fries already soggy. Sauces were missing. The special fries barely had any cheese on them. Paid €55 for cold burgers and fries. A call to complain was not responded to in a friendly manner either. We were offered 2 iced teas.

I have rarely experienced worse customer service. We specifically called to make sure that this was taken care of as we often received the burger cold/lukewarm and then the food arrived after 1 hour 10 minutes 1. Dry bun 2. Dry meat 3. Fries lukewarm 4. Fryan Adams without cheese sauce, with dried fried onions 5. Paid for dips and forgot about them. When I called again, the nice girl passed me on, possibly the most incompetent employee/supervisor I've encountered in a long time. Totally arrogant, unreasonable and justifying. We were offered that they would send us two iced teas?! We hadn't even ordered drinks... no forwarding of the items we had paid for and not received. e.g. the dips or cheese sauces. For me it was an underground experience and this woman on the phone was the culmination of a complete contradiction of what gastronomy should mean - completely missing the point!

Nice restaurant and good service. Value for money so semi, due to small portions. Otherwise everything is good! tasted great.

We ate there this evening and were very satisfied, the burgers were juicy and tasty, the service was very child-friendly, the prices were ok, everything was great, we had a lovely evening.

Best burger I’ve ever had? Not quite, but it put up a good fight. The sweet potato fries were a total win, though! Great, varied menu. Excellent service. Our server didn’t speak English but she was super effusive and welcoming - more than willing to let us muddle through our crappy German! 😂 I wouldn’t fly to Pforzheim just to eat here, but if I were in town again, i wouldn’t hesitate to drop in again for a burger.

When we arrived, Burgerheart was 1/4 full of people and over an hour later the place is full, but our stomachs are still empty... All because of 3 burgers for 2 people? Guys, plan on waiting for a long time!!!

Die Holy Bites sind Mega, die Burger wie immer Mega lecker und die Bedienung wie immer sehr freundlich. Es macht immer sehr viel Spaß und man geht immer gut gesättigt nach Hause.

Really great! The three of us had dinner there last Friday evening. This was our second visit. I had the Chuck Norris burger and it was delicious. So delicious that I ordered a second one afterwards. My girlfriend had the triple cheese and a friend had the same as me. The burgers were really exceptionally tasty, there's nothing to complain about. A pound of fries with the dips you want is also great. Taste excellent. We will definitely eat here more often. Highly recommended!

We ate at Burger Heart yesterday. The food is simply delicious. We had 1x triple cheese burger, 2x Chuck Norris and 1x the double smash burger. Plus a pound of fries. All burgers were extremely tasty and the fries were nice and crunchy. The service was also very friendly. The restaurant itself is very nicely designed. The prices are reasonable for the good quality. What I also like about Burger Heart is that they donate part of their earnings to a good cause. I'll definitely eat here more often.

The tastiest sweet potato fries I've eaten in a long time but the store has nothing to do with Smashburger. If you want to eat Smashburger, please go somewhere else.

The burgers are really tasty and definitely recommended! Unfortunately you have to order the fries separately, which is a bit of a shame considering the prices are already slightly higher. However, the service was very friendly and attentive, which made the visit pleasant. A little insider tip: On Tuesdays there is a 20% discount for schoolchildren and students, which is a great opportunity to eat cheaper. Overall a good experience.

Four of us ate at Burger Heart and had a really successful evening. The hamburgers were simply fantastic: the meat was juicy and fried to perfection, and the buns were particularly tasty - they didn't fall apart and went perfectly with the burger. The fries were nice and crispy and had just the right amount of seasoning. Particularly noteworthy were the onion rings, which were also crispy and not too greasy - really a treat! The sweet potato fries were just as excellent: nice and crispy, not greasy and with great taste. We all had a hibiscus spritzer to drink, which we also really enjoyed. All in all, we had a very cozy evening in a great atmosphere. The food was consistently excellent and we would definitely like to come back!

Food, as always, delicious, even if delivery times sometimes take longer. Unfortunately, this time the beetroot was missing from the Loumi loumi salad. Too bad.

Mega tasty burgers with a decent selection. Also ideal for vegetarians. Selection of delicious side dishes including Canadian fries and mega desserts. Super nice service even with special requests regarding toppings etc. Definitely recommended.

Not only was the delivery late, it was also completely cold. Our fries were soft, the burgers already soggy from the sauce. There was exactly 4g of lettuce on the burger and the ingredients were not spread out but simply slapped on one at a time. 1.5km route, and very warm outside and still arrived cold... really a shame about the good ingredients and the money. The service still gets 2 stars because the delivery person was very polite.

I have had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant countless times and can say that the quality of the burgers are of a high standard. Unfortunately, there are some aspects that cloud the overall impression. A recurring shortcoming was the noticeably unfriendly and unprofessional service. Despite our always friendly nature, we didn't notice any change in her behavior. This is unfortunate, as pleasant and courteous service contributes significantly to the overall experience of a restaurant. The fries that are served as a side dish are usually very tasty. However, there were occasional problems with the deep fryer, which meant that the fries only appeared after you had already finished the burger. This circumstance reduces the enjoyment because you would like to enjoy fries and burgers together. A small point of criticism concerns the selection of drinks, especially the apple spritzer. Unfortunately, these often no longer had sufficient carbonation shortly after ordering. This is a shame as a refreshing and bubbly drink complements the taste experience. Despite these points of criticism, it should be noted that Burgerheart has a certain consistent quality. The burgers are tasty and the fries are well prepared in most cases. However, it is unfortunate that the service often does not meet expectations and problems with the fryer may arise. When it comes to beverage selection, the restaurant should ensure that carbonation is maintained until serving. Overall, I hope Burgerheart works on these criticisms to provide an even more pleasant and seamless experience for its guests.

The service from the employee Judita was particularly good! Very friendly and accommodating.

Very tasty burgers and side dishes and no long wait. Service also friendly. Unfortunately, there was a strong smell of toilet stone coming from the toilets during our visit. Our first place right at the stairs to the toilets was therefore very uncomfortable. We were allowed to move to a different day though, which helped.

Burger recommendation: Berlin Mitte. It was so delicious!!! Very friendly service and quiet atmosphere. Would love to come back.

Burger and fries were OK. There is a deduction for the really long waiting times and the fact that ketchup and mayo have to be bought individually in small bowls. In a good burger restaurant, ketchup and mayo bottles belong on the table!!!

Leider wurden wir direkt neben die Toiletten gesetzt, die sich zwar einen Stock tiefer befanden aber der Geruch drang bis nach oben.. war sehr ekelhaft beim Essen. Außerdem finde ich das Essen allgemein sehr überteuert dort (für 3 Pers. 70€) und man muss wirklich für ALLES extra bezahlen… die Pommes sind nicht mit im Preis inbegriffen und wenn man Ketchup/Mayo möchte zahlt man dafür auch extra. Somit muss man seine Pommes ohne Dip genießen, schade. Das einzig positive war die Bedienung. Aber nochmal werden wir dort nicht hinkommen.

Was a delicious burger. Unfortunately it was fried a little too long and the meat was a bit dry. The truffle mayonnaise could be a little more intense because you couldn't really taste the truffles. The fries were very good. All in all solid. We ate there for 30 euros per person without dessert.

It seems to me that you will notice the change in 2024. Otherwise, full recommendation for Burger Heart and the always friendly and courteous service!

Went to Burgerheart again after a long time. Unfortunately we were disappointed. There is no menu, it only works with a QR code and you have to download the menu. I find it totally confusing. Burgers were completely cold. Meat was warm. The roll was cold and crumbly because it wasn't fried briefly. There was hardly any sauce on the burger either. Very unfortunate...

So far only ordered but everything always tip top and warm.

War gut leider war der PulledPork Burger von meinem Kumpel nach dem Servieren schon fast kalt leider war meiner(der EL Gordon) auch nur noch lauwarm Pommes waren schon heiß aber wäre schöner gewesen wenn auch die Burger so warm wären

Service was very friendly. The ambience was nice, but there was a smell of cleaning products everywhere. What's also not so great is that you can only order via Qr code, which leads you to a PDF that you have to download. We had 2 burgers, 1 pound of fries, fries with sauce, a side salad and 3 drinks. The burgers were very small for the price, they tasted okay but a little more sauce would have been better. Fries were not included and had to be ordered separately and the mayo cost extra. The fries with sauce were good and a lot, the side salad was also good, but over 60€ for this meal is questionable for me. Unfortunately we won't be going there anymore.

Burgers for €11-15 are small and come on plates with no side dish or decoration which looks empty. The breadless burgers, which were small, were disappointing Salad arrives, which unfortunately isn't dressed but is shattered all over the place, so that it's totally mushy and warm from the warm dish. A single mess on the plate, something we don't know from other burger shops. Zero stars for the Berry Bomb lemonade, which tasted artificial and very sweet, not natural. Overall, no recommendation, two stars for the friendly service and the avocado dip.

Nice atmosphere, service very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately price/performance suboptimal. Small portions, unfortunately prices too high for the size. Taste was good. Salad absolutely overpriced for the mini portion as a main course, almost no sauce. The only bright spot here, a large piece of goat cheese. Bread was somehow toasted, tasted like it had been thawed and partially frozen. It's a shame because it's really centrally located and the furnishings are really nice

Insgesamt ok. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Service. Einrichtung stimmig und "hipp". Salat völlig überteuert an der Menge und Zutaten gemessen, nahezu keine Salatsoße. Portionen im Verhältnis zum Preis sehr klein. Geschmacklich alles gut. Sitzbänke unbequem, gegenüber an der Wand lehnend, ebenso unbequem. Empfehlung würde ich nur geben mit obigen Erläuterungen.

Unfortunately, our citizens weren't really hot and one of them was even cold. 2 employees in service are not enough when the store is full, as is our case. Therefore, there were unnecessary waiting times for the drinks service and one or two drinks would certainly have been consumed if someone had taken care of it. All in all very disappointing, just under €12 for a citizen without a side dish is ok, but other shops offer more.

Der Besuch im Burgerheart war prinzipiell gut. Sehr störend war leider der Duft aus der Toilette, der immer wenn ein Gast die Tür dort öffnete, an unserem Tisch deutlich zu riechen war. Wir saßen neben dem Treppenabgang zum WC. Generell fanden wir es sehr stickig im Raum. Der Salat war super gut, die Burger waren ok. Preis/Leistung gerade noch so ok. Personal war sehr freundlich. Bei den Preisen finde ich es unnötig, für Ketchup und Mayo noch extra bezahlen zu müssen, aber man weiß es ja vorher. Für den Salat würde ich tatsächlich wieder hingehen, aber darauf achten, nicht neben dem Toilettenabgang zu sitzen.

Very nice and attentive service both as a guest in the restaurant and when picking up from the restaurant. The best and most creative burgers in PF also have a lot for vegans and vegetarians. Our dog was given a bowl of water without us having to ask for it.

Wir waren zu 6. und haben verschiedene Brüder und Sides dazu bestellt. Auf Getränke und Speisen mussten wir nicht lange warten, die Bedienung war sehr freundlich zuvorkommend. Kommen wir wieder, auf jedenfall.

Keine Garderobe für die Jacke. Keine gedruckte Karte. QR code führt zu PDF statt einer Bestell-Seite. Also gar kein Vorteil zu einer richtigen Speisekarte. Links in PDF zeigen auf die falschen Seiten. Heise Getränke nicht unter Getränken zu finden. Raum hallt sehr laut.

Ich habe drei Burger bestellt. Die drei Burger waren alle richtig belegt aber Die Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich Und die Bürger waren leider nur noch lauwarm. Als ich sie vor Ort abgeholt habe. Ich hätte etwas mehr erwartet. Schade.☹️

Burger waren ganz gut. Allerdings hätte mir ein größeres Stückchen Fleisch gewünscht und war froh Pommes dazu bestellt zu haben. Ansonsten wäre ich wahrscheinlich nicht satt geworden. Schade das auch kein Menü angeboten wird, sondern das alles extra bezahlt werden muss.

Ich habe bestellt und alle an der Lieferung Beteiligte waren sehr zufrieden. Sogar in Anbetracht des dazwischen geschalteten Lieferservices war die Zufriedenheit äußerst groß.

Kann man essen, nichts besonderes. Pommes waren eher matschig. Es geht immer wieder die Tür auf, weil Leute kommen, um ihr Essen abzuholen. Das macht es unruhig.

Waren seit langem mal wieder hier im Burgerheart. Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und es war auch nicht zu sehr überlaufen. Trotzdem hatten wir vorher reserviert. Geschmacklich ist der Burger sehr gut.Das Fleisch war sehr saftig, das Brötchen wirkte auch frisch und sehr lecker. Für mich persönlich könnte das Pattie ein wenig größer sein. Die Pommes sind sehr schmackhaft und die Dips dazu ein muss. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Preis Leistung völlig in Ordnung. Kommen gerne wieder im die große Auswahl an Burgern wieder zu genießen.

Wir haben 3 Burger zum Abholen bestellt. Vereinbarte Abholzeit wurde eingehalten. Dann aber die große Enttäuschung (hier spreche ich jetzt nur von meinem Burger): Laugenbun war nicht frisch, zuhause würde ich es nicht mehr verwenden. Patty war viel zu lange gebraten, deshalb sehr trocken. Auch die spärlich verwendeten Zutaten waren nicht besser als Bun und Patty. Alles in allem einer der schlechtesten Burger, die ich in letzter Zeit gegessen habe. Eine ziemliche Enttäuschung.

Menu theme is fun xD, sorry for not leaving a tip had to rush to train.. :( definitely deserved it though. (Was a bit hot inside but thats mostly on us to eat inside on hot summer day ^^')

Meine Freunde und ich hatten vor einen entspannten Mittag zu genießen. Das Essen war sehr gut und schnell da. (Küche ist schnell). Jedoch war es der Service der uns enttäuschte. Genauer gesagt eine sehr unfreundliche und ungeduldige Blonde, große Kellnerin. Dies war nicht das erste Mal der Fall bei meinem letzten Besuch hatte ich genau das selbe Erlebnis. An sich ein gutes Restaurant aber der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Zum zweiten Mal hier, dieses Mal mit der kleinen Tochter (3 Jahre) und Freunden. Und wieder hervorragend. Das Essen kam zügig, vor allem kam das für die Kleine als erstes. Alles top also, sogar mit kleinem Kind!

Haben an deinem Donnerstag Abend über Lieferando bestellt: 3 Burger (Fleisch), Pommes und 2 Salate. Beim Bestellen rate ich wirklich viel mehr Zeit einzuplanen, als ursprünglich angegeben wird! Wir hätten NICHT BESTELLT/storniert, wenn wir gleich gewusst hätten, dass es fast zwei Stunden dauert! Das Konzept mit Lieferung sollte dringend durchdacht werden!!! Dank dem hervorragendem Essen, vergeben wir dennoch 4 Sterne. Die Salate möchten wir besonders hervorzuheben! 5* Super Dressing, geschmackvoll und sehr Kreativ! Burger waren ebenfalls gut, den Erwartungen entsprechend! Und selbst die Pommes kamen sogar warm und knackig an!

Sehr leckeres Essen vom Burger bis zum Salat alles am Start. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man kann sehr schön auch draußen sitzen.

Spontanbesuch am Dienstagabend, kein Problem einen Platz zu bekommen. Bedienung war freundlich, Essen kam zügig, war frisch und heiß zubereitet und super lecker. Sehr empfehlenswert sind außerdem die Home made lenonades und Ice teas. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

alles an dem laden is mindestens gut nur leider schmecken eure Pattys eben wie Pattys die in der Fabrik hergestellt wurden. Auch bei ausgewähltem Biofleisch schleichen sich dadurch immer wieder fleischteile ins patty die man nicht haben will und die man bei handarbeit nicht hätte... manchmal hab ich das gefühl ich hab ein fertigpatty vom supermarkt auf meinem burger.... da der patty das wichtigste ist gibt es dafür 2 sterne Abzug. trotzdem eine der beste burger und auf jedenfall DER beste lieferbare Burger im Großraum Pforzheim

Das Essen war gut, der Service war nett und zuvorkommend.

Super nette Bedienung, Essen kam schnell und schmeckt hervorragend! Süßkartoffelpommes die besten die ich jemals hatte. Burger auch wirklich sehr lecker. Dafür sind die Preise absolut in Ordnung. Werde wieder kommen, wenn ich mal in der Nähe bin!

Hamburger war leider nicht so toll. nicht frisches Burger-Brötchen und ganz normales Fleisch dazu noch Penny Schmelzkäse. im gegensatz zu Burger war der Salat einfach geschmacks voll und lecker.

Es war ein sehr schöner Abend, bei dem alles gepasst hat - vom leckeren Essen über den aufmerksamen Service bis hin zum Ambiente.
