The burgers were relatively tasty, but in my opinion quite small for a shop that wants to be called Bürgerhaus.

It was my first time there and I had a very nice experience. The service is good, the food is very tasty! We drive about 40-50 minutes to eat there, so we probably won't eat there again for a while. Unfortunately! But we'll definitely be back.

I was extremely satisfied with the service from the young waiter Hendrich. I haven't experienced such friendly and dedicated service in a long time. Not only was he quick, but he was also extremely attentive and courteous. I come here mainly for the excellent Zirndorfer Kellerbier on tap, a real recommendation for beer lovers. And I will definitely come back, especially when this young man is on duty.

It's a shame we ordered food and a cole slaw was forgotten. Of course, things can happen when we're stressed, but when we called, a lady said they wouldn't deliver because we ordered via Uber Eats, but they would refund the amount of €4.90. It's been 5 days now and nothing has happened. It's a shame it's the last time I order there.

The place is nice and burgers were tasty(it was a little bit cold though) BUT it’s very very loud. The music is so loud that you need to scream to the person next to you and it just ruins the atmosphere.

Excellent burger and loaded fries!

We went here with two small kids (4 and 1) and the service and kindness of the staff was amazing. They brought the kids coloring books and also the food arrived really quickly

One of my favorite burger places in Fürth where you can find a place even without reservation. The burgers are tasty and the price is fair. highly recommend local beer and radler. Thanks to Janni for the welcoming Friday atmosphere.

Food was delicious, unfortunately the loaded fries were a bit cold and the burgers could be bigger. It's a bit loud and cool but it's a nice location. Service was great!

My first visit to Burgerheart Fürth and I am impressed. Very courteous and competent service that is rarely found these days. The burger did what was promised and was very tasty, the homemade lemonade rounded it all off.

Das Essen war wie immer super lecker. Der Service war ebenfalls super. Sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Preislich gehoben, aber Qualität hat einfach ihren Preis. Da bin ich gerne bereit mehr zu bezahlen. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Lemonade tasted like dishwashing water (I ordered blueberry honey lemonade) I've never really drunk anything so bad Plus the music screamed so loudly that you couldn't listen to anyone anymore If you could give 0 stars, I would :)

Most delicious chrispy fried chicken burger ever!!!!!! We order regularly and we love the food.

Incompetent staff ordered 4 times for over 80 euros. They even forgot all the sauces at cheesecake and even ordered 3 times after being told. Now I wanted to get lunch without bacon... I'll get it again with bacon, so it's really hopeless with those Food is good but it's the same elsewhere and they're expensive too. I'll never come back

Cool shop, with a really good, warm boss! The food itself is really great, as is the interior design. We were there with 8 people, unfortunately there was something to complain about while eating, which wasn't bad. The boss then personally appeared at our table and tried to talk to us about what was going wrong. After clarifying the little things, half of the food price was refunded to us and the drinks were on the house. The interaction with the small children was also extremely warm! Really warm and great! We'll definitely be back! There was a real emphasis on guest satisfaction, exemplary management behavior, thank you for that! See you soon again 😊!

Well, to be honest, I was here for the first time today and as soon as I walked in I noticed how it was already there, which made me feel very comfortable. and then the customer service and the food, wow, great! I directly recommended this restaurant to family and friends, 5 stars. I can't say more

We only had a quick drink today and I would like to thank our very, very nice and attentive service person Marlene again. Very caring, very attentive, very friendly...an enrichment. You can ignore the fact that after x shandy/beer there is no more ginger tea and can also enjoy the fabulous mint-lemon tea. Thank you Marlene.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The burgers were okay, as were the fries. However, not so good that I would go there again to eat. The crème brûlée was rather mediocre.

Huge praise to Burgerheart and Matthias! We ordered via Lieferando and a delivery time of 20-40 minutes was given. After about 1 1/2 hours we called Burgerheart directly to ask. Matthias told me to ask Lieferando, the order was then canceled by Lieferando. We were then called back by Burgerheart and were offered that if we picked up the food, it would be on the house. There was even a cheesecake on the house. As always, the food was delicious and such accommodating customer service is not a given. Absolute recommendation!

Die Burger sind der absolute Wahnsinn und die Bedienung waren alle super nett

Ich war vor wenigen Tagen hier und war enttäuscht. Der Burger war nicht schlecht. Doch die Enttäuschung kam beim Wein. Der bestellte Rotwein, ein Primitivo, wurde kalt serviert. Er hatte Kühlschranktemperatur, was es bei einem Rotwein nicht geben darf. Auf Nachfrage teilte mir der Service mit, dass der Primitivo durch eine kurzfristige Lieferung am gleichen Tag so kalt sei. Ich frage mich, warum man mir das nicht bei der Bestellung gesagt hat, dann hätte ich einen anderen Wein genommen. Leider musste ich den Wein komplett bezahlten, es wurde mir keine Kompensation angeboten.

I was here a few days ago and was disappointed. The burger wasn't bad. But the disappointment came with the wine. The red wine we ordered, a Primitivo, was served cold. It was at refrigerator temperature, which is not allowed with a red wine. When I asked, the service told me that the Primitivo was so cold due to a short-notice delivery on the same day. I wonder why I wasn't told this when I ordered, then I would have chosen a different wine. Unfortunately I had to pay for the wine in full and I was not offered any compensation.

I ordered a Double Smash Burger and the Fryan Gretzky Loaded Fries for lunch via Uber Eats and absolutely loved it! The burger was one of the best I've ever eaten and the fries were also amazing❤️

The music is extremely loud. We had to wait over an hour for our two burgers... when they came, one burger and the fries were cold. Was replaced quickly and without any problems and brought to the table with the words “then someone else will just have to wait longer for their food”. We hoped for more based on the reviews. Don't come back

Burgers are very big. They taste great. Pound of fries is a lot. Unfortunately there wasn't any ketchup or mayo available. Price performance a good 4/5 12-14€ per burger is now standard here but you also get a good portion. There is even an event on Mondays where trainees, students and schoolchildren raft 20€. If you eat before 5 p.m. there is even an offer for €10

Unfortunately not a good experience Ordered food online and waited more than 90 minutes until we were told for no reason that the order had been canceled. We ordered through Liferando and are still waiting for the payment we made before to be fully reimbursed...

Quite okay. Average modern burger joint with not very comfortable interior and annoying music. The food was okay, but I expected more for a 12 euro burger.

I was pretty disappointed with what I got here. My crispy chicken burger was below average and I have to honestly admit that the chicken burger in McDonalds doesn't taste any worse, and the burger was served to me on paper just as carelessly as in the fast food chain. When I eat in a good restaurant, I just expect my food to be served properly on a plate, and I pay three times the price for it. Big praise to the service. The young lady was very friendly and attentive, she saved the 2nd star, but the food is really nothing. Are there much better addresses for the same money...

Nice burger shop with quick and friendly service. The burgers are super good and the price is ok. The menu is only available via QR code. I thought that was stupid, because there was nothing in paper form for our slightly older companion and not everyone has a technical affinity. Cool progress, ok, but not at every price. Otherwise really solid shop

We were there to eat on a Thursday around 4 p.m., made a reservation and were asked which table we would like because there wasn't much going on at that time, which wasn't a problem for us. We were there for the first time - we already know it from where we live and thought we could visit it now in Fürth - after we sat at the table, we waited for the menu (as you know it), but the employee told us that we should scan the WR code to see the menu and make our selection accordingly. But since you had never eaten at this restaurant before, you didn't really know what was on offer, what you could combine and what was included - especially with the menu, which refers to the burger, you should perhaps make it a little clearer. . by the way. So we both ordered a menu where you could choose your burger, with fries - drinks separately, and initially noticed that the side dish (fries) didn't come with any sauce at all, neither was it at the table or was brought, like mayo or ketchup. So we ordered a "sour cream" sauce for another €2.20 - it's not like the menus were already around €14 with a burger and a small bowl of fries. The menus were served at the same time but were already a bit cold. So you should actually eat it right away if you like your food to be a little warm... the burger (cheesy & NY chili cheese) wasn't anything special in terms of taste, it was very bland and dry. The fries are very simple, "thin" fries from the frozen food store that are not homemade. They could have at least been fried a little crispier and seasoned, which would have been within reason. The extra sauce for €2.20, which was a sour cream sauce, It was also very bland, because it only tasted like sour cream and you could have guessed that it was seasoned a bit with pepper and 4-5 pieces of chives probably just for decoration purposes, but in terms of taste it only tasted dry.. yes you should Don't expect much from the sauce, but if you're going to pay extra, then it should at least taste like this type of sauce. The drinks like the iced peach tea only tasted half like peaches, otherwise it only tasted like water (ice cubes) the more it stood and the ice cubes thawed. The employee was nice at the beginning and after asking a few questions about the combination to the menu or the type of sauces, the employee unfortunately seemed a bit annoyed and accommodating towards the customers. So much for the topic of "first impressions count", in the end we counted our bill and found that one drink had been overcharged because, according to the colleague, since we had the children's menu, there was a drink the so-called iced peach tea. Conclusion to the whole thing, once and never again. With these prices and these confusing menus and then you have to order a few things at an additional cost in order to have some taste, it's not ours.

I've been to Burgerheart in Nuremberg several times and therefore know the delicious burgers well. The food was also great in Fürth. What particularly stood out was Benni's friendly service! For the first time we received really good advice. He was very attentive, and there was even a coloring book and an extra children's menu for our nephews. Really great!

Yesterday a family of four were passing through Nuremberg and spontaneously found Burgerheart Fürth. We really liked the atmosphere right away. The maids and boys from the service were all friendly, pleasant and just in a good mood. The working atmosphere in the team was also lively and happy. But now about the food: Oh how cool! I had the Cheeses Christ - it was delicious! And together with the fries, which are also amazing, we really enjoyed it. Pure taste explosion! Afterwards we were all well full - the combination of a pound of fries and a burger each worked great for the four of us. But then there was the dessert: we melted! Thank you for a really nice and delicious evening!

I like burgerheart but it really wasn't crowded and the food took all of 50 minutes. It was pretty cold, especially at the windows. Maybe you should close both doors again and put the curtain over them too, especially with the current temperatures. The food is super tasty but a bit expensive.

There were seven of us there for an early dinner. The food came quite quickly and was very tasty. Price/performance completely ok.

Burgers were very tasty, but unfortunately just a bit expensive in the evening because fries or side dishes cost extra and you only get a burger for €12. But there is a very large vegan/vegetarian selection of burgers :)

Essen war schonmal besser. Alles sehr fad gewesen. Süßkartoffelpommea haben nach nichts geschmeckt. War diesmal sehr enttäuscht. Auch die Kommunikation dass man um 20:45 Uhr raus muss, wegen den Vorbereitungen für das Event After Kärwa wurde uns erst um 20:30 Uhr gesagty waren noch nicht mal richtig fertig mit essen. Kamen dann zum After Kärwa nochmal, 10 Euro Eintritt (das stande auch nirgends) für das was geboten wurde sehr übertrieben. Beide Djs haben auf voller Ebene versagt. Getränke nochmal etwas teurer wie normal Abzocke pur. Für ein Wasser 5,50 bitte, wenn ihr ansich so ein cooles Event macht dann bitte fair. Das ich zwar mit raus nehmen durfte aber nicht wieder mit rein. Pure Abzocke einfach nur sehr schaden. Ich bin gerne ins Burger Heart gegangen aber nach dieser Erfahrung erstmal Nein Danke.

Good food, good price and nice decor

After we weren't convinced by Burgerheart in Erlangen (and my partly positive, partly negative review was deleted), we gave Burgerheart Fürth a chance. The staff is super friendly, although I don't like being spoken to. But, that's a matter of taste. Unfortunately I was disappointed again. Ordered burger without bun. Then comes the burger with salad. I've had that a few times in burger restaurants and I think it's really cool. But... here that means that the meat comes between 2 lettuce leaves. You can read it that way too, but it's ok. Extremely much sauce in between. I didn't like it at all. Since you only pay for the burger and have to order everything separately (fries, mayo, etc.), I don't think the price-performance ratio is right. Too bad. For me, Burgerheart is no longer an option. I'm curious whether my review will be deleted again.

Incredibly beautiful ambience, perfect beer garden. The waitresses are always on point and you never have to wait long. Burgers and fries are very heartwarming every time :)

Very nice restaurant, with comfortable seating. There were two of us and we had the lunch deal which offers a good selection of burgers, salads, fries and handmade ice tea and soda. The food was very tasty and the salad was fresh with a very good dressing and the sauces for the fries were very good. We were served by a very nice and young waitress who gave us good advice and responded to our wishes.

This used to be a restaurant that I enjoyed visiting and spending good times with my friends. The waiters who looked after us were very friendly. Today we wanted to eat here with other friends and introduce them to this lovely restaurant, but unfortunately we encountered a rude waitress. She was in charge of the tables near the door. When she took our order she was very dismissive towards us. Unfortunately, since we are tourists, our German is not perfect, but instead of trying to understand us, she preferred to make fun of us. After we finished our food, she kept harassing us until we left. We felt like we were being thrown out. I probably won't go there again.
