Ordered yesterday: Cheesy & Matterhorn – both burgers were very tasteless, bland, had very few toppings, and the salad was disgusting. All in all, very disappointing – homemade tastes better and is significantly cheaper. The fries were still very good, as always. We were more than satisfied with our last order, but even more disappointed yesterday. :-/ It's really annoying!

Quite expensive burger restaurant. There are no extras included so adding chips makes it 20€ plus for a burger. Staff were friendly and efficient but made one or two mistakes. Nothing major. Overall an enjoyable experience

The concept of only offering menus via QR code is not barrier-free. Guests without a QR code app on their smartphone have no way to view the menu.

Always a great experience. Delicious, high-quality food is served in a pleasant atmosphere. The service is always very friendly and prompt! It's truly always worth a visit!

Just an OK burger joint. It wasn't easy to choose since, if you notice, all the burgers have almost the same ingredients (cucumber, lettuce, burger sauce, cheddar). I got a Cheesy, but I didn't go crazy. The burger was more cooked than I asked for, the meat was nothing special and rather dry. The same goes for the bun, so indifferent that I don't even remember what it tasted like. With fries and a beer, you can spend a twenty —and maybe more— for a mediocre burger. The menu is conveniently scanned via QR code. Large space, with a garden open in good weather. Plenty of homemade lemonades with ice cream. A wide selection of burgers, all fresh and delicious. Regular and sweet fries with various sauces on the side were good. Service was good, everything went smoothly. The young team does a great job.

They have a very nice beer garden in the backyard. I can definitely recommend the restaurant. I had a burger with fries and a drink. The waitress was very friendly and I was able to chat with her for a bit.

It exceeded our expectations👍 Upon arrival, we received a friendly welcome and were able to choose a table. The atmosphere is cozy. The rooms are divided into 4-5 sections. In the summer months, there's also access to the large garden area. Less than 5 minutes later, the friendly waitress arrived. Another 5 minutes later, the cocktails were served, and the food followed shortly after. The food was both delicious and visually outstanding. I particularly recommend the non-alcoholic Jolly Jumper, Chili Cheeseburger, and Lava Cake. Between seating, ordering, clearing, and dessert, everything went very quickly. We're often asked if everything's okay. Service and friendliness are very important here. Thank you for this wonderful evening, we'll definitely be back 😉

The service and atmosphere are perfectly fine! The food, however, is the reason we won't be returning to the place! The burgers are far too small for the price and have absolutely no flavor! You can eat them, but that's it. I don't need to go to a restaurant for burgers like these; I can make them better at home!

Good burgers, top-notch fries, and the service has been excellent on all my visits. When the weather's nice, you can sit in the garden and enjoy a quiet meal in the heart of the city! Always worth a visit.

I last visited spontaneously in June 2025 after the Höfe Festival because I'd had a good experience before. This time too: Friendly and fast service, the food was very (!) tasty and arrived surprisingly quickly. I had the "Matterhorn" burger with rösti, which was amazing! I highly recommend this place.

What a pleasant surprise! Great service, delicious food with a great selection for vegetarians and vegans, a knack for children, and a lovely courtyard. We felt completely at home, thank you very much!

In mid-July 2020, after the first coronavirus lockdown, exactly five years ago now, I visited Burgerheart Fürth for the first time, outside in the beautiful beer garden. And because it was so quiet and beautiful there under the trees, I went there more and more often, both inside and outside, and became an enthusiastic regular, still am today and will continue to be. I'm always delighted by the wholesome salads or tasty burgers, the cold and sometimes hot drinks, and the extremely friendly staff, who exude a truly homey, family atmosphere. Keep up the good work, all the best and much success!

Nice place but service was really slow

Our favorite burger joint! Centrally located! Super friendly staff! Delicious food! And amazing drinks and cocktails! As a mom, I love the options for the kids!

On Sunday, my daughter and I went there for lunch. My daughter really liked the interior and wanted to eat inside instead of in the beer garden. The service was super friendly and allowed us to fulfill her wish. The food was good, too, as it was the first time my daughter had ever eaten a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. She's usually quite picky... The service was friendly and good, we both enjoyed the food, and the homemade lemonade was also very tasty and refreshing... We'll be coming more often from now on...

My family and I come here very often, and right now, as I write this review, we're sitting at our table. It's a wonderful atmosphere, and the kind of service every child wishes for when their parents go out to eat. This kind of food should be a staple in every restaurant. 10 out of 5 stars

It was delicious again today. We especially enjoyed the friendly waitress Stella and her shots ;)

The food was very good and served super quickly. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that the waiters stood outside at the bar, chatting. So, unless they were watching, you had to wait a long time. But they were still very friendly.

Unfortunately, the cocktails (ordered by chance during happy hour) were very meager. There was too much ice, and the alcohol was barely noticeable. You can do better. Food: I've always had very good burgers lately. Service: friendly but inattentive.

Never again!!! Unfortunately, I didn't get the burger I ordered. After complaining, they didn't bring me the burger as it was listed on the menu. My side dish was, of course, cold by then, because they left it out until I got it replaced (so I had to return it completely, but still paid in full). There was no sign of any friendliness, unfortunately. It's a shame to pay €26 for cold food, and then a dry burger with no sauce, etc.

I had a burger there after a long time. But I won't be going back. The quality (e.g., lukewarm) and quantity have declined significantly. Sauces are charged extra!

I was very pleasantly surprised. First, by how big the restaurant is. Second, by the service. The server was super attentive. The burgers were very good. It was a warm, sunny Sunday lunchtime, and we sat in the garden. A very nice atmosphere. What more could you want?

The burgers are tasty but really small and quite expensive (for the size).

At the entrance you think the restaurant is very small but there are lots of seats and a beautiful beer garden all the way to the back of the beer garden :) One service was very, very nice and sweet and very quick etc. The other service was a bit strange because the shop opened at 12, we had reserved a table at 12, but were there at 11:55 a.m. Food was very good and tasty, but a burger isn't enough for big eaters :)

We spontaneously went to BurgerHeart for lunch and waited unsuccessfully for 15 minutes for service in an empty restaurant. Luckily, Peter Pane is right across the street where we were warmly greeted and served.

On Saturday we ate at Burger Heart for my JGA. Both the food and the beautiful beer garden in the back were great as always. But the service deserves special mention. Benny, Stella and Hendrik were not only super friendly, but also had a lot of fun. And this despite the fact that you continued to serve the other guests with confidence and calm. They supported the atmosphere and are just great people. Thank you for the great time with you :-)

After a long wait we left again because two service staff apparently overlooked us...

Luca's absolute machine in service. Cocktail party on Tuesdays is the burner. We'd love to come back. Lucas and Benny in service are one of the best waiter combinations I have ever experienced.

Best burger place for keto eaters.

Super tasty burgers, fresh ingredients and friendly staff. The atmosphere is cozy (especially in the beer garden), and the food and drinks come quickly. Price-performance ratio also fits. Always happy to come back!

The burgers were relatively tasty, but in my opinion quite small for a shop that wants to be called a Bürgerhaus

It was my first time there and I had a very nice experience. The service is good, the food is very tasty! We drive about 40-50 minutes to eat there, so we probably won't eat there again for a while. Unfortunately! But we'll definitely be back.

I was extremely satisfied with the service from the young waiter Hendrich. I haven't experienced such friendly and dedicated service in a long time. Not only was he quick, but he was also extremely attentive and courteous. I come here mainly for the excellent Zirndorfer Kellerbier on tap, a real recommendation for beer lovers. And I will definitely come back, especially when this young man is on duty.

It's a shame we ordered food and a cole slaw was forgotten. Of course, things can happen when we're stressed, but when we called, a lady said they wouldn't deliver because we ordered via Uber Eats, but they would refund the amount of €4.90. It's been 5 days now and nothing has happened. It's a shame it's the last time I order there.

The place is nice and burgers were tasty(it was a little bit cold though) BUT it’s very very loud. The music is so loud that you need to scream to the person next to you and it just ruins the atmosphere.

We went here with two small kids (4 and 1) and the service and kindness of the staff was amazing. They brought the kids coloring books and also the food arrived really quickly

My first visit to Burgerheart Fürth and I am impressed. Very courteous and competent service that is rarely found these days. The burger did what was promised and was very tasty, the homemade lemonade rounded it all off.

Das Essen war wie immer super lecker. Der Service war ebenfalls super. Sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Preislich gehoben, aber Qualität hat einfach ihren Preis. Da bin ich gerne bereit mehr zu bezahlen. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Lemonade tasted like dishwashing water (I ordered blueberry honey lemonade) I've never really drunk anything so bad Plus the music screamed so loudly that you couldn't listen to anyone anymore If you could give 0 stars, I would :)

Most delicious chrispy fried chicken burger ever!!!!!! We order regularly and we love the food.

Incompetent staff ordered 4 times for over 80 euros. They even forgot all the sauces at cheesecake and even ordered 3 times after being told. Now I wanted to get lunch without bacon... I'll get it again with bacon, so it's really hopeless with those Food is good but it's the same elsewhere and they're expensive too. I'll never come back

Well, to be honest, I was here for the first time today and as soon as I walked in I noticed how it was already there, which made me feel very comfortable. and then the customer service and the food, wow, great! I directly recommended this restaurant to family and friends, 5 stars. I can't say more

Cool shop, with a really good, warm boss! The food itself is really great, as is the interior design. We were there with 8 people, unfortunately there was something to complain about while eating, which wasn't bad. The boss then personally appeared at our table and tried to talk to us about what was going wrong. After clarifying the little things, half of the food price was refunded to us and the drinks were on the house. The interaction with the small children was also extremely warm! Really warm and great! We'll definitely be back! There was a real emphasis on guest satisfaction, exemplary management behavior, thank you for that! See you soon again 😊!

We only had a quick drink today and I would like to thank our very, very nice and attentive service person Marlene again. Very caring, very attentive, very friendly...an enrichment. You can ignore the fact that after x shandy/beer there is no more ginger tea and can also enjoy the fabulous mint-lemon tea. Thank you Marlene.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The burgers were okay, as were the fries. However, not so good that I would go there again to eat. The crème brûlée was rather mediocre.
