The burgers, fries and other snacks are very tasty. However, the staff is very unfriendly and rude. You get the impression that they have absolutely no desire to work there. Hygiene is not taken 100% precisely either: they may have gloves on, but the washcloth is used with them and not changed in between.

There is nothing to complain about the food. Super tasty and freshly prepared. A great thing if you want to avoid McDonalds. As far as the staff are concerned, well... you are immediately greeted with an unfriendly look. The tone is an absolute disaster, unfriendly, cheeky and snotty. As the saying goes, "the tone makes the music" - unfortunately the tone here is very wrong. If the food wasn't so delicious, I wouldn't eat here again because of the staff!

We were at the cinema and wanted to go out for a delicious burger. Unfortunately, the staff here is very unfriendly and downright rude. You should enjoy your work, and citizens notice that too. Too bad. It was definitely the last time. You can't actually survive like that.

After more than a year I went out to eat burgers again. We had the Classic Burger and the BBQ Burger in the menu with fries and a drink. The burgers were very tasty, well seasoned and the meat was juicy. The fries were also well seasoned and tasty. However, the style of fries is not my favorite. I prefer classic fries or Belgian fries. Conclusion: Delicious burger with a good price-performance ratio.

Tasty, could be larger portions

Very good citizens menus. Freshly prepared and delicious. I like coming here. But I liked the last menu better because there was more choice and different burgers.

I don’t know how these guys are with burgers, because we couldn’t order a burger even though we really wanted to. The thing is that I just started learning German, and I don’t always understand what people answer me. I tried to order a burger for myself and my husband, but the man behind the cash register simply ignored the fact that I was not understanding his speech and went on an even longer tirade in German. I felt mockery in his behavior, so we left without an order. All that remains is to remind the owners one famous saying: I speak German because it is the fourth language I know. You speak German because it is the only language you know.

Very disappointing impression. Unfriendly service. Annoyed as soon as we entered the restaurant we were immediately greeted with loud pop music. A matter of taste. Food came quickly. When picked up, the burgers were placed there with the loving words: “Here!” We didn't like the burger. Bread was dry, not lovingly topped…meat okay but too well done….

Very tasty food that came quickly and was great value for money! Unfortunately, hits are playing all the time, but you can ignore that. The staff is awesome: friendly, upbeat, funny... Mayo and ketchup are available on the table and do not need to be purchased separately.

Vegan 🍔 really tasty and the chicken nuggets for my daughter were homemade too. I'd love to come again.

The food was okay. The service was rude and dismissive. We even had to ask for the opener for the Cola and Fanta bottles.

So with the incredibly friendly reception, I have no choice. The franchise may be ok, but I would like to give this branch zero stars. I have rarely been treated so unkindly and rudely. If you can't control your mood, you probably shouldn't work in customer contact.

Otherwise everything was always delicious. But last time I was unfortunately very disappointed. 😢 I ordered the food online for pickup. It worked great. 👌 Picked up and unfortunately totally disappointed when I got home. The buns on both burgers were super light and tasted raw. As if you only fried them for 3 seconds. Fries were okay. But unfortunately Aioli Sause tasted very cheap. I would like to come again at some point, hoping that the rolls will be fried properly. 🥹🖤

I was there and ordered food and two cokes and wanted to exchange the cokes before I even received them. said, no, the Coke cannot be exchanged. You ordered it this way, knowing the law. You have the right to return the food. Don't worry about the Coke you didn't receive. Additionally, if you order food at home, you will receive a large quantity. However, if you order the same food in a restaurant you will receive a smaller quantity I don't recommend at all

The burgers 🍔 are ok, but in contrast to the last visit, I felt that the quality had deteriorated a bit. There are also a few burgers taken off the menu.

Anti-social and very unfriendly staff, but the food tastes great. I go here 1st time a month, always get poor service but the food makes up for it

Burger waren ganz in okay, nichts weltbewegendes, die Pommes sind zu empfehlen. Die Sanitäranlagen lassen zu wünschen übrig, keine Seife etc..

Essen super, Bedienung unterste Schublade. Schade, denn das ist eine schlechte Kombination. Bitte beim nächsten Besuch: freundlich lächeln und eventuell dunkle Kleidung tragen, dass man nicht jeden Fettspritzer sieht. Man verkauft nicht nur Burger, sondern präsentiert auch seinen Arbeitgeber/Firma. p.s.: Auch die Toilette lädt nicht unbedingt zum drauf sitzen ein! Einige Kunden sind Ferkel, deswegen: öfter mal checken und nachwischen! An den Burgern müsst Ihr nichts ändern. Die sind super! Auch, dass der Ketchup zum Feierabend eingesammelt und sicher gekühlt wird ist perfekt!

Nach 5 Jahren mal wieder da gewesen. Schade das einige Menükombis nicht mehr gibt. Die Dip Abfrage zu den Pommes hat mir gefehlt. Aber es wieder 😋

Decent place with decent service. Food is overpriced but tasty. As a plus you can pay by credit card which is rare in Germany.

Es gibt hier eine sehr große Auswahl an Burgern - selbstverständlich auch vegetarische. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Gerne wieder. Kartenzahlung war hier ohne Probleme möglich.

Das beste Eis in Ffo und auch alles andere ist sehr lecker.

Leckeres Essen, du bestellst selbst am Tresen uns holst selbst ab, ist aber sonst wundervoll.

Man kann hier sehr leckere Burger, Salate und Pommes essen. Es gibt auch Veggie-Burger und die Salate sind immer sehr schön angerichtet in einer Teig-Schale. Wir waren hier schon öfter essen und es schmeckt immer sehr frisch. Das Angebot findet man online und man kann hier auch zur Abholung bestellen. Man kann draußen und drinnen sitzen, bestellt an der Kasse, holt das Essen selbst ab und räumt es dann später auch wieder selbst ab. Dadurch ist das Essen aber auch preislich vollkommen in Ordnung. Das einzige was ich echt nicht empfehlen kann und bedenklich finde ist, dass auf den Tischen draußen sowie drinnen ungekühlt geöffnete Mayo und Ketchup auf den Tischen den ganzen Tag stehen, auch in der Sonne. Ich würde davon abraten, das zu essen, vorallem die Mayo, mein Freund musste das leider am Abend direkt nach dem Essen auch feststellen (auf der Toilette).

Sehr leckere Burger, Pommes und hochwertiges Eis zu erschwinglichen Preisen

Essen an sich ganz lecker, aber die Mitarbeiter sind teilweise echt unfreundlich. Fragen zu den Speisen sollte man als Kunde stellen dürfen. Der schlechte Service hier ist daher ein Grund, warum ich Burgerbüro nur ungerne besuche.

Die Pommes waren lecker. Das Fleisch hatte keinen Geschmack. Bedienung war ausdruckslos und gelangweilt. Dafür gab es einen Pieper mit an den Tisch der einem meldete wann Du Dein Essen holen kannst. Habe mich geärgert da rein gegangen zu sein. Lehrgeld bezahlt. 👎

Das Essen war gut, die Freundlichkeit, na ja (aber da wollen wa mal nicht ganz so kleinlich sein) wer schon mal im Service gearbeitet hat kennt diese Tage. Sonst war es echt gut. Sauber, lecker, gut. p.s. Wenn man keine Selbstbedienung bei den Getränken wünscht, sollte man einen Hinweis anbringen.

Absolutely the best vegan/vegetarian burgers I have ever eaten in Germany. Even in Berlin, Burgermeister is no match for their burgers. I had the menu of Green Mountain (not sure if the right name) and my girlfriend had a Quinoa Chili. They both were amazingly tasty. The green mountain was so meat-alike but obviously meatless, juicy and tender. But, the best thing ever happened to my order, was the fries. Their fries are OUT OF THIS WORLD. Absolutely masterpiece. I am not a fries expert (thank god), but I will always recommend getting a dish of fries, you can never regret a "hausgemachte Frites". Yes, 10/10.

Lovely burger place with vegetarian&vegan!! Especially their fries, very tasty crispy with skin, the kind of housemade fries that you don't get a lot at burger houses.
