All sauces were forgotten, not just with our order

There is a cashier very rude person who can't handle the work pressure and treats people rudely and disrespectfully

The food was okay but the friendliness of the staff always leaves something to be desired. Disrespectful tone and unfriendliness at its best.

Place was warm and some of the drinks were empty..

Service good. The food was a disaster. Despite ordering extra cheese, the burgers were old, cold and without extra cheese. The vegetarian burger had meat on it instead of a vegetarian patty.

Just tried to order something at the drive thru. First we had to wait about 10 minutes until we could order and then there were no drinks until aif cola zero. Staff unfriendly, overwhelmed and incompetent. Close this branch.

During the drive in I specifically ordered two double cheeseburgers, a double Whopper and fries. When we got home there was only one regular cheeseburger in it (not two) a double Whopper. When they called, they denied everything and cheekily claimed that he had only typed in a double cheeseburger (he just wasn't listening properly) and that was a double cheeseburger, even though it was a simple one. Sometimes I feel like I have to control everything and everyone because everyone's work is sloppy

Ice in the drinks machine doesn't work for what feels like the fifth time in the last six months. Even the €5 milkshake was incredibly warm. But honestly, it's better to be disgusting than not.

Ordered a Bacon King menu with a large portion of fries. I have to admit I haven't been there for a few months. 13 euros and the portion of fries 🍟 went into the palm of my hand. Lukewarm and carelessly topped burger. I'd rather go to a restaurant and be served for the same amount. BK like that not with me.

Our meal was disastrous. The menus we originally wanted were not available at the restaurant. The fries felt like they were from the day before and were ice cold, the few selection of drinks were without sparkling water, a drinks machine was completely out of order, the ingredients on the burgers were also super tough and old. Wasn't worth the calories at all. If we had eaten there, we would have asked for our money back. We will not submit a complaint online directly to Burger King, as it will not be responded to anyway.

Quite satisfied so far. Yesterday the catastrophe: one drinks machine was completely switched off, the other had about 30% of the drinks on offer - but all of them were almost non-carbonated. The fries must have been sitting around for an hour before they came into our bag. More like thawed than fried: pale, flabby and unseasoned. The crispy chicken had probably been sitting there for a while because the breading was wet, soggy and tough. The onion slices were hard, leathery and inedible. A really great experience for customers who take the food home and just want to eat something quickly

I was in the branch for the first time today. I ordered 2 Whoppers with extra ketchup and mayo and no pickles. One Whopper completely WITHOUT sauces and the other completely normal WITH cucumbers and no extra sauce. And there wasn't even much going on. Absolutely lost. I can hardly drive back 30km and complain about it. So you should be able to do something like that.

I ordered only pommes fries (Drive in) and they served me cold/old tasteless fries. They were the worst I had at any Burger King outlet in years. This outlet is worst to opt for on any given day. I will never go there.

Burgers very good and fresh. Almost all of the ordering machines were broken.

Attention: the burgers here are about 20% more expensive than in all the other branches I've been to, e.g. Double Chili Cheese 4.29 instead of 3.49 like everywhere else...

My son and I ate there yesterday at noon and we were surprised by how clean it was, by how pleasant and smiling the employees were and by how fast and efficient the preparation of the order was. So far I think it has been the best experience at a BurgerKing. We really like being able to order on the screen and the offers and variety were adequate. Everything great.

Excerpt from the food control disgust list: The ice cube machine in the guest room (self-service) was heavily contaminated with black and red mold-like deposits. The ice cubes were intended for cooling drinks. The ice cube machine was taken out of operation and the ice cubes were disposed of. ! One more reason, besides unfriendly staff, not to eat there!

We arrived around midnight because the internet says they are open until 1am. Well, what can I say, we stood in front of a closed door and an employee just waved to us that we should go to the drive-in. That's not a problem, but then write it on your door and don't just close it. When we stood in the drive-thru like the employee said...nobody spoke to us, we felt like we were just ignored. I don't think it's too much to ask for a moment, we'll be there for you in a moment. McDonald's can do it too. I really enjoy waiting and understand that you might be understaffed, especially at that time. But then you don’t have to ignore your customers. I find that a bit disrespectful. So we drove up to the windows. Here too we were seen several times but, as expected, ignored. So they found time for us and our order was taken. And of course what I really hate happened again, the sauces were forgotten. On a stressful day when there's a lot going on, I can totally understand that, but not when you're the only car in the drive-thru. Well, I know that I'll probably have to go to MCs again soon because at least you'll be treated with respect there. This is just my experience here, others may have a different experience. We should remain objective. It's a Burger King, so it's a fast-food restaurant, but sometimes little things like a friendly employee called Alibaba make all the difference... it's hard to find an employee who is very courteous and takes their time when ordering these days.

What can you say, just a fast food restaurant. I gave five stars for the food, the food is completely fine and you know what to expect in a fast food restaurant. It's been a long time since I've been to the drive-thru at Burger King and I extremely regret it. I ordered a menu for 14 euros and got a burger that was squished, completely submerged in sauce and the meat smelled extremely strange. Absolutely disgusting... (don't get me wrong, I think the burger would have tasted good if it was cooked correctly and fresh). In the future I will definitely avoid this Burger King....🤢

After there were difficulties last year and I changed my former 5 star rating to a 2 star rating, everything is now running smoothly again. I ordered 2 menus and unfortunately there was several hairs from the employee in my burger. I also had to slowly pull the 10 centimeter long hair out of my mouth. DISGUSTING! There are currently 4 women working on site and none of them have a hairnet on. The employee, who could barely speak German, said to me with a laugh, “There is only money back for the citizen, you drank the fries and cola) and I was then able to clarify it with the manager. I would ask the branch manager in his position to see how the employees speak to the customers! I have been a customer for years but will never spend a cent there again in the future! Es war zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht viel los darum wurde ich auch schnell bedient und hatte mein Menü dementsprechend schnell ich war mit dem Service sehr zufrieden

Früher war das Klima dort nicht so gut, aber mittlerweile sind die Mitarbeiter sehr angenehm. Gratis Refill mit allen möglichen Geschmacksrichtungen. A nice place to be! Außer spät Abends, wenn die unfreundlichen Preisboxer eins für jede Frage oder jeden Wunsch eins in die Fresse schlagen! Aus versehen Jalapenos bestellt ... Soll ich einfach runterkratzen 🫣

Sauberkeit Top Essen sehr lecker und heiß Schnell zubereitet Und dann auch noch freundliche Mitarbeiter. Alles was der Burger King in Speyer hat vermissen lassen. Da hat sich der Weg dann echt gelohnt. Ab jetzt als Speyrer nur noch nach Schwetzingen. Traurig aber besser für meinen Blutdruck.

Bestellung am besten kontrollieren wird ab und zu was vergessen. Und Spielzeug bei den Kindertüten entweder gar keine oder keine Auswahl vorhanden...

Essen war kalt Toiletten haben einen sehr unangenehmen Schneider optisch sauber zu sein aber der Geruch des Urin ist jetzt.

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich vor allem gegenüber Kindern, was mich total begeistert deshalb kommen Kinder und wir gerne ins Bürger King - Schwetzingen.

Die drei Damen hinter der Theke waren mehr mit sich selbst beschäftigt als mit den Kunden. Meine Sonderbestellung (extra Patties beim XXL) würde falsch ausgeführt. Nach der Reklamation dann Ratlosigkeit. Ende vom Lied: dürfte dann nochmal ein Pattie zahlen, der aus Hygienegründen dann in einer Pappschachtel übergeben wurde. Den Zusammenbau durfte ich dann selbst erledigen. Da bekommt „Fingerfood“ eine ganz andere Bedeutung. Mein 12 Euro Burger war dann -bis auf das eine Pattie- kalt. Zudem war der Getränkespender defekt. An der Bude halte ich kein zweites Mal…

Nettes Personal, Getränke kann man selbst kostenlos auffüllen. Gibt oft gute Angebote für 6 Euro mit allem drum und dran. Gehen alle gerne hin.

Fernbedienung an der Kasse kann auch an sich arbeiten. Die Aussage die Eismaschine ist den ganzen Sommer schon kaputt ist sehr traurig. Auch der eine Getränkeautomat konnte nicht kühlen.

Kein Eis oder Cola in der Maschine. Bestellung komplett vertauscht. Und keine Eiscrem🙄 Da fährt man direkt zum MC Donald gegenüber, wie viele andere Kunden auch.
