Never again! Today we went to get food for 5 people and the lady didn't manage to prepare our order completely. We came home and there were two things left and we paid for it. I don't think that's right at all.

Everything was great. All the staff were very nice and friendly. The food was amazing.

Nothing special, the burger was cold.

They gave me old chicken nuggets, like chewing gum, and argued that they couldn't give me anything new. Not even the boss came out. In the end, my chicken nuggets were served up as new, so they made me look stupid.

Well, it's about time I wrote something... Every time I order from the drive-thru, something's missing... Today I ordered two Double Chilli Cheeseburgers, but only one was in the bag... I complained immediately, got a hard time, and offered the guy a good old-fashioned fistfight... And lo and behold, they found the receipt, apologized, and gave me the second burger... Not recommended... I ordered the same thing at McDonald's 500 meters away, much faster, polite, and above all, better tasting than Burger King... The chili actually tastes like chili and not like vinegar like at Burger King... Conclusion: Go to McDonald's, folks...

Perhaps the staff were having a bad day, but it shouldn't happen: cold fries, lukewarm burgers. Even a good atmosphere can't save that.

Was here for the first time, the drinks machine was horrible, the Coke was warm, they didn't work properly and I can't understand at all, if the shop is empty why don't they clean them, the machines were a complete bacteria factory sorry I never rate like that but this is the first time I've experienced something like this.

Unfortunately it's getting worse

Very unfriendly staff. They preferred to stand with their backs to the customers rather than work. It took 13 minutes to pay. It took another eight minutes to get my food. That was also wrong.

So, everything was good for us. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the extras we ordered from the vending machine were taken care of and served. At 2 p.m., it wasn't busy. The restaurant was a bit chilly, but it was clean.

I was craving a burger again, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed today because I couldn't order using the app. The lady at the cash register couldn't really help me because she barely spoke German. She just debited my payment for 1,000 kroner, and as I said, I couldn't place my order. After waiting 20 minutes, I left. You can't call this a fast food restaurant.

The service at the drive in was underground like everywhere else

Not a great place. Staff were relatively unfriendly, the burger was cold and came with a pickle, even though I specifically ordered it without. After one bite, I realized the burger was really cold, so I politely asked for a new warm one. The staff member then went to the kitchen and gave me back the reheated, half-eaten burger. 😂

The guy with curls is the best man!

The ingredients are of high quality. We all enjoyed the burgers, fries, and salad.

Well, it's a fast-food restaurant like any other. If I'm in a hurry and urgently need something to eat, I sometimes opt for this. Unfortunately, during my last visits via the drive-through, the word "Fast" in the name is nowhere to be found, nor is the mayo sauce I ordered. It's annoying when you're in a hurry and order it, only to realize later that something is missing because you didn't take the time to check a simple order. Not the end of the world, but still, only 3 stars.

This was the second time in a row that I didn't get anything to eat! The first time, I stood in the drive-thru and was ignored for nine minutes. Even after calling out several times, there was no response. So I drove up to the window. There was no response there either. When the employee finally noticed me, I was yelled at. Then I drove to a competitor without saying a word. Today was the second time. At least I was able to order food. Unfortunately, they told me that nuggets weren't on the menu. They had them for years, but apparently not anymore. So I drove to a competitor, McDonald's. Burger King probably won't see me again. Especially not the one in Schwetzingen.

What they delivered yesterday was absolutely terrible. The burgers have never tasted so mediocre in my life. I was bound to get an upset stomach afterward. Never again at Burger King Schwetzingen. You've lost a loyal customer.

They're incapable of remembering a small order here! I had to go back because a burger was missing. No mayo or ketchup. Terrible service!! And the sentence under every comment: Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations. We're constantly working on improvements and hope to do better next time! We were in the drive-thru at night and the ordering was really quick, and everything went smoothly with the payment. The fries were fresh and hot, which was a positive. Unfortunately, the chicken nuggets were cold and two of them had hard spots that were hard to chew; that was really unpleasant while eating. It's a shame, because otherwise the visit would have left a much better impression.

After all the scandals at Burger King, you would think that hygiene is particularly important. Well, definitely not in this branch. When I order, the employee asks if I want the cup now. Gladly accepted this and the employee stuffed the lid of the cup all the way to the bottom of the cup. His entire hand was in there. That looked very disgusting. Well, when the food arrived I asked the employee if I could have mayonnaise with the fries. I thought that was on the menu. He then said, yes, but YOU should have said that. I know that I'm usually asked, ''ketchup or mayo''. He told me that in a tone that was very disrespectful. Well whatever, I was just really hungry... These burgers were just damn cold and dry...say this place can do something right? Never seen such abysmally bad staff in any branch. A German-speaking manager reported that an Indian manager made derogatory comments to customers in his native language, accompanied by inappropriate laughter. The advertised “King of the Month” menu priced at €4.99 was not available when this executive was present. An alternative menu offered cost €8.99, which I - the customer - refused. This fact suggests dubious business practices. This is also incomprehensible to the cashier. The customer-specific burger composition requires frequent questions to the manager, but the reason for this is unclear.

I have often not received what I ordered. Today I paid for churros with chocolate sauce and smarties and received churros without sauce and smarties. I am very disappointed and have uninstalled the Burger Kind app. A juice shop like that can't even read the orders. 👓 Put it on! EDIT: Based on the answer from BURGER KING (Drive-In) Schwetzingen / Brühl (owner), I tried again today (02/28/2025). I ordered chicken nuggets, but at first I didn't receive anything. When I received the EMPTY bag, the lady smiled in my face. When I asked her about it, without hesitation she put something in the bag, unfortunately the wrong thing, namely chili cheese nuggets. In their response they wrote: "This does not meet our standards at all". Apparently their standard has remained unchanged in the last 2 months. Another disgrace was the terminal. I wanted to order churros, but the "Without Extra" function was unfortunately sold out 🙃. However "Without Extra" may be sold out. This location is and will probably remain a disgrace for the Burger King franchise.

Went to Burger King today and what a disappointment. The plant-based burger was completely burnt, which made it taste more like ash than a burger. The chocolate milkshake had no flavor at all, it just looked like melted ice cream without any chocolate flavor.

I've been a customer for years and have never had any complaints with this store, but what's not right are these two new employees who can't be surpassed in their incompetence, one of whom is probably the boss. I got the menu with this t-shirt. First you try to be stupid because you forgot the t-shirt and then you don't even have it anymore. But he brazenly demands the 17 or 18 € for it and has no interest in paying compensation. They agree on ten euros, let alone two free things that add up to that value. In the end they almost try to sell my cheap cheeseburger for two euros and then blame me because they don't understand German. Sorry, then you'll learn because you're here in Germany. I'm glad that there's still one nice gentleman on site, because he seems to be the only smart one among these hollow foreheads. The only positive thing about the store is that you can take full advantage of the stupidity of these two ladies and they don't mind taking out the menu with the t-shirt and ordering it again and again to get more. My conclusion is that I will continue to order the T-shirt and let myself be served by the gentleman and no longer by these second ladies. Apparently they have no place in there, because they are definitely not an asset to Burger King.

When I wanted to pay with my points, the cashier entered the number and the points had disappeared, and the cashier accepted it. Even though it said 0.00 at the checkout, the cashier said it wasn't possible but my points had disappeared. And I still had to pay by card

If prices go up, ports could stay the same size and not shrink

For 60€ there was a wrong burger, 3x cold fries, 2x missing ketchup, 1x missing BBQ sauce, a watery mezzo that tasted more like stale booze and a strawberry milkshake without syrup, i.e. a milk-milkshake. And everything to take with you. The journey home takes about 3 minutes by car. The burgers were lukewarm, fries were cold and soggy. All in all, from now on I will pick apart every order on site and return it if necessary. December 22nd, 2024 around 6 p.m

I was actually always happy in this branch. Recently, I've noticed more and more that something is going wrong with the orders. It can happen in general when it's hectic, so I'm actually not that fussy. However, when it comes to my health, I am! The icing on the cake was that I ordered a plant-based tortilla and instead got a normal tortilla with meat and then also with raw minced meat! This is disgusting and simply unacceptable!

Good food, great service and the restaurant is well maintained! The highlight was the absolutely beautiful smile of the young lady who brought the food to my tablet!

Typical Burger King. Food was typical, nothing special, but you wouldn't expect it either. One of the fries was still green. Free refill is great. The staff seems demotivated, but that's no blame, I didn't feel like cleaning up other people's messes for minimum wage on a Saturday evening. Everything was clean. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether they like the concept of fast food.

The BK was very clean and the food was also very fresh. The staff was friendly, so I definitely can't complain about anything. So I'll leave a few good words here.

The drive-in simply wasn't processed. After you drove to the window (possibly the system was defective) you saw your headset placed at the counter and none of the employees there felt responsible and you were ignored.

Maybe it's age or because we haven't been to Burger King in a long time (almost 5 years), but enthusiasm is different. It annoys me when I have to choose my food on such stupid screens (I know, others love it), then I have to wait until my number appears and then I have to pick up the drinks myself from the machine next door. Ok, it's a matter of taste, but if the fries are only lukewarm, soft and sticky and taste like nothing, and the two drinks are no longer carbonated, then the fun stops. But then why 2 stars? I politely complained about the drinks, the employee politely apologized and exchanged the drinks instead. Friendliness deserves one more star. Unfortunately the new drinks weren't any better. Maybe someday again, but not in the next 5 years

We ate there yesterday...I'm still annoyed...again...we thought we'd give it a good try...we spent over 30 euros on cold, loveless food...cold fries. Citizens cold. My husband also had a BBQ wrap. 1. We had to wait 30 minutes and the food was served cold. The cheese had spread and cooled down so much that it stuck firmly to the packaging. Parts of the order were wrong, I ordered the Tortilla BBQ Beff and got the plain one with ketchup and tomato. No response to complaints on site. We won't come here to eat again.
