Not recommended! Unfriendly employees... for whom finishing work on time is more important than the wishes of the customers!

Computers for ordering food are muddy, you have to press them 3 times to understand them, I waited 25 minutes for one small hamburger because of course there was no staff, I received cold and rubbery fries - it was the first and last time I was at this place. I don't understand why the owners of such pseudo restaurants waste so much money on staff who can't keep up with orders.

It's a long wait even though there's nothing going on. After 10 minutes no order has been sent out. It simply has nothing to do with quick cuisine anymore!

We ordered extra jalapenos on all of our burgers for 50ct each, and not a single burger had any on them...

I was immediately directed to the machine at the checkout. So the matter of eating there was over after 30 seconds.

There was a food moth in our bag, we were able to throw the whole bag away☺️ so think about going/getting food there...

Just in time for summer, like every year, the ice cream machine breaks down. Throwing the thing on the scrap heap and buying something sensible is apparently not an option. Otherwise nice shop in contrast to most BKs you know.

Fantastic experience at Burger King I recently had the pleasure of eating at Burger King and all I can say is that it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I entered the restaurant I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean, which immediately made me feel good. The selection of food is impressive and offers something for every taste. I would particularly like to highlight the legendary Whopper – an absolute delight! The meat was juicy and perfectly grilled, and the fresh ingredients rounded off the taste experience perfectly. The fries were also crispy and tasty, just the way I like them. What really sets Burger King apart is the quality and freshness of the food. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on high-quality ingredients here. I also appreciate the opportunity to customize my menu as desired and to be able to express individual requests. The service was also first class. The staff were attentive, polite and quick - my food was ready in no time and everything was exactly as I ordered. The prices are also fair and offer very good value for money. All in all, I highly recommend Burger King. Whether you're looking for a quick snack or a leisurely meal with friends and family - you're always in good hands here. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Today I had dinner at Burger King with my friend. We had to wait 2-3 minutes longer, but that didn't bother us at all because the food is freshly prepared when we order. The staff consisted of two people. The two were very friendly to one and apologized for the slightly longer wait. I can only highly recommend eating there. It would also be nice if you could order via Lieferando, as there are also people who are not mobile but want Burger King

Employees who speak German. Food was delivered quickly. Nice toys available, not paper toys like at McDonalds. Very motivated and service-oriented employees. The restaurant and toilets were clean.

What I experienced there this evening shortly after 6 p.m. cannot be topped in terms of impudence. Nothing going on inside or outside. Man asks me about my order and tells me over the intercom that I have to come in to order. At the next window I politely asked if it would be possible to order outside. Then the young blonde man loudly and insultingly shouted at me that he was understaffed and the store was full. As I said, no cars in front of or behind me and not really in the store either. You can count yourself lucky that I didn't have time otherwise I would have come in, what an impudence. And thanks for the finger, I saw it in the mirror as I drove away. You definitely won't see me in your place anymore. And for your information, I also sent Burger King Germany an email about how they deal with customers there. Do you even read your reviews, but you know best how bad you are. I just say Service Desert Germany especially in Haldensleben

Today I was at the BK with my boys and was amazed to find staff who spoke German and, above all, were nice and friendly. That's what it gets full stars for. I would also like to be greeted with a smile in other branches. Thumbs up today for the staff in Haldensleben despite being understaffed. 👍👍

Toilets very unclean, everything sticks and no toilet paper If you wait for service they are gone and if you want something you will be complained about. The floor in the restaurant is very unclean and everything is dirty. With a wheelchair you are hardly able to get to the tables without the man coming against the chairs. Only 2 staff do that is bad... The dish return (tray delivery) It was totally full and I found food in there from where I was 2 days ago and it was already moldy and it was very obvious and that's crazy for a restaurant (fast food chain) I even saw a rat and several mice...

Unfortunately, a very long waiting time. There were only 2 employees who had to rotate without taking a break. Then 30 minutes waiting time. And that on the Friday evening before Pentecost.

Staff overwhelmed... often with extra orders not received... Ambience, well lack of staff no time to clean tables. And the toilets look like they're in a train station. No toilet paper, women's toilets are even worse 🤮...

Unfortunately you had to give 1 star so that you can write something. I love Burger King and it used to be much better, now the food is cold, you wait 15-30 minutes for food, the food doesn't taste good. The tables were dirty. An employee would have to do everything.

This Burger King will probably go down in history. If you worked even more slowly here, you could easily travel back in time. Waiting times of 15 minutes with 3 small burgers and an almost empty house are quite an art. Another attraction is the card payment at the drive in, which often doesn't work. By the way, you only get the information at the counter. And when there are cars in front of you (because the orders are flown into Bulgaria) and cars waiting behind you, it's not that easy to get out of the queue. Have fun visiting and keep it up.

Unfortunately the store is really unreasonable. Neither service nor 100% accuracy of the order nor friendliness are guaranteed. After we were turned away from the drive-in for the third time because you can't pay by card, we were casually answered with the statement 'you could put up a sign saying you can't pay by card at the moment' with "Joaar " replied. We've actually tried to dine here several times and turned a blind eye to missing parts of the order about 10 times, but now it's just an imposition. It's a shame that I have to give at least one star. You would have to put a minus in front of it. Every tank sandwich is now more worthwhile.

I stood with my motorcycle at the drive-in counter for about 5 minutes. Since no one answered, I drove to McDonald's. There was no problem...

There were three of us there today and everyone was very satisfied. The service was very nice, the burgers were great and the time it took to prepare it was absolutely right. I would also like to emphasize the cleanliness both inside and outside but also the toilets were 1a. That's how it should be!!!

As always at Burger King, burgers are nice and hot, fast service, but when I order milkshakes I want to have "milk" shakes to drink and not oversized ice cream sundaes where nothing comes out even through the thick straws. After all, Burger King's milkshake machine usually works, unlike its competitors with a capital letter

No matter what I ordered, I didn't get the dish. I was happy that I got the Sprite. Burgers were cold and just thrown together. A pity. I knew the store even in better times.

Bestellung ging sehr Schnell, und würde auch Schnell fertig gestellt und rausgegeben. Das Essen war gut, Warm und es war auch das was ich bestellt hatte. Vom Aussehen her sah es sauber und aufgeräumt aus. Es hatt alles geklappt und war zu meiner Vollen Zufriedenheit. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Ich war mit meiner Freundin vor Knapp 1- 1 1/2 Jahren schon einmal dort... Katastrophe.... Schlechter Service... lange Wartezeit auf einen kleinen Hamburger... nicht weil wenig los war sondern weil Personal kein Bock... ABER Heute! vom Absoluten Gegenteil Überzeugt keine 10min auf eine Große Bestellung gewartet und dann noch vom Restaurant Manager und seinem Stellvertreter bedient worden wie Schnell und vor allem mit wieviel Nettigkeit die beiden das gemacht haben ist man 2023 in der Gastro garnicht mehr gewöhn TOP! Weiter so! Vor allem weil der Manager mir sagte das er etwas ändern will und das ist im Gelungen! Aktuell der beste BK in der Börde!

Der Laden sieht nett aus und der Service ist sehr angenehm. Das Essen ist lecker, nicht zu teuer, nicht zu kalt oder zu warm. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Laden hier.

Ein sehr sauberes und gepflegt Restaurant. Der Service wird auch sehr groß geschrieben und die Mitarbeiter an sich auch total gut gelaunt und lustig drauf. Daumen hoch !!

Leider mussten wir 15 Minuten warten bis wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben konnten, da nur eine Bestellstation funktionierte. Dann mussten wir 30 Minuten auf unser Essen warten. Wir waren zu dritt und jeder hatte ein Menü plus einen Cheeseburger. Also eigentlich keine Herausforderung. 9 Gäste die nach uns kamen, davon zwei Familien auch mit 3 Personen haben ihr Essen vor uns bekommen. Fast Food ist anders, es war eher low and slow, was ja auch ein Methode zum Grillen ist. Schade und das auf einem normalen Freitag Abend. Gut war das die Plätze im Restaurant und die Toiletten sauber waren. Gefühlt hat eine Mitarbeiterin sich jedoch um alles kümmern müssen. Essen packen, Wagen leer räumen, Tische abwischen usw.

Es sind einfach zu wenig Mitarbeiter ! Einer alleine schafft es nicht im Abendgeschäft den Drive und die Theke zu bedienen... Es ist leider oft so ....

Heiße Pommes Bürger super gerne wieder

Waren an einem Sonntag da. Keine Gäste im Restaurant. Bestellung und erhalten der Ware ging fix….allerdings war die hälfte „ausverkauft“ Eis auch….naja vielleicht war die Maschine auch grad einfach nur sauber….nervig wenn man sich auf was zu essen freut und die Hälfte nicht mehr vorhanden ist….da hat wohl derjenige der für die Bestellung zuständig ist seinen Job nicht richtig gemacht…schade, sonst war’s ok. Trotzdem würd ich Mc Donalds bevorzugen.

Wenn im Sommer gelüftet wird, zieht der Rauch von den Rauchern durch das Gebäude.

Hier ist dringend weiteres Personal nötig! Sowas unfreundliches am Drive-In habe ich noch an keinem Burger King erlebt! Man merkte richtig die „Null-Bock-Einstellung“. Auf das Essen haben wir gemeinsam mit weiteren Gästen verhältnismäßig lange gewartet (15 Minuten).

Interessante Geschichtlichen Hintergrund an diesem Ort. Sehr nette Vegane und Vegetarische Gerichte für zwischendurch. Für hin und wieder auf die schnelle geht das in Ordnung.

Super Restaurant. Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal hier. Wir sind sehr positiv überrascht. Der Verkäufer Can bediente uns mit vollem Arrangement. Nach unserer Bestellung am Terminal warteten wir wie alle Anderen über 25 Minuten auf unserer Bestellung. 5 Leute befanden sich hinten. Bestellungen waren ganze 6 Leute und kein Drivegast. Was zur Hölle dauert denn hier so lange? Das Essen wie überall der Standard! Jetzt sind wir seit 15 Minuten allein im Gastraum und keiner kommt mal raus um die Sammelstellen zu leeren und Tische zureinigen. Hier muss unbedingt nachgearbeitet werden.

Der Burger King in Haldensleben ist relativ ruhig und auch sauber. Das Essen ist eben Standard, obwohl es heute auch wirklich heiß war. Einen großen Kritikpunkt gibt es allerdings. Wir bestellten, wie immer, die vegane Mayonnaise, aber zum wiederholten Male haben wir die Pommes Sauce bekommen. Es geht mir dabei nicht darum, dass das Produkt vegan ist, sondern um den Geschmack. Die vegane Mayo schmeckt uns einfach viel besser. Schade, dass die Kollegen vor Ort nicht so Recht verstehen wollten.

Langsamer Service und dann obwohl am Terminal bestellt Hamburger statt Cheeseburger serviert und drauf behaart das es so richtig sei

Das Essen war gut, Pommes kalt, Burger relativ warm. Wartezeit betrug 20min, drei Tische waren belegt. Man sollte nicht unbedingt hungrig hierher fahren/ gehen. TISCHE dürfen auch gerne abgewischt werden. Toiletten dürfen auch gerne mal wieder gereinigt werden

Essen wie immer, Personal ziemlich unfreundlich. Das Mobiliar schon in die Jahre gekommen, teils wirkt es schon sehr schäbig
