The food tastes good, but we were not treated well at the beginning because of an order as a new employee made some mistakes with us, however, an employee apologized to us and gave us something as a gift, otherwise everything was good

These burger chains are playing with our health. Don't bring your children there. The quality of the food is underground. Not to mention hygiene. Stand in front of it for 3 minutes and observe how cleanly they “work” in the kitchen and whether the food is fresh. Then you definitely won't eat there.

I recently went to Burger King and my experience there was anything but pleasant. It was actually my first time in my life ever going to Burger King - and unfortunately it will probably be my last time. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I noticed that the employees paid little attention to hygiene. What was particularly shocking was how an employee wiped his forehead with his hand to wipe away sweat and then used the same hand to distribute food to guests. No hand washing, no gloves – it was just unhygienic. However, that wasn't the only incident. While I was waiting for my food, a person coughed right into my freshly served fries. This sight was unsavory and made me seriously question the restaurant's hygiene standards. To make matters worse, my friend accidentally dropped her drink. She politely went to the staff to ask for a new one, after all she had paid for it. But instead of showing understanding, the staff categorically refused to give her a new drink. This reaction was not only disappointing, but also a sign of how little customer service is valued there! The behavior of the employees was overall unfriendly and disrespectful! You didn't feel welcome, but like a burden. I would have preferred to give this experience 0 points, but even that wasn't possible due to the rating rules. Such behavior and conditions are completely unacceptable and should not occur at a brand like Burger King. I hope that this feedback is taken seriously, because such experiences are unacceptable for guests or the company!!!

Haval very good service, very satisfied, always happy

I was there at peak time of 12:00 on a Friday. There were a lot of customers there, but the Burger King team seemed perfectly coordinated, almost like a choreography. Curly fries took a little longer, but were not forgotten and brought to the place. Clearing stations were also empty and tables were clean. Teams like this should be in every BK!!!!

On 13.08 I have been here. The food quality is very bad. The Cola Zero has zero gas in it. When I asked the manager he is asking me come inside the shop to check the gas. But they just cheating people by heating the old cooked food items. The cleanliness and maintaining sanity is poor here. I highly recommend health department to check the place properly.

The worst fast food place I've seen. Food arrives wrong. At the counter, my mother was attacked verbally. The boss physically attacks the employees because he insults us. In the end the food is cold and we try to get money several times. When the right food came they wanted us to pay again when we thought we had already paid and they said we still had to pay for the chalapenos even though they had already been paid for. I'd rather not eat anything all day than eat here again

Unfriendly. I'm currently at the terminal to place my order. My daughter sat behind me. The employee reaches into her or our pockets to get the number from the order. But there wasn't any in there. Our receipts were there. Just because no one responded to a number called, are bags taken apart? Outrageous. Never again. That you have to protect your things from employees. Pooh.

The unfriendly shop I have ever experienced. An older foreman I would say is of Indian or Afghan origin (I'm a foreigner myself) became so unfriendly towards my 4 year old daughter that the little one started crying. I ordered ketchup and got mayo, the food wasn't very tasty. The chicken nuggets were burnt (?) and the fries were overly salted. I stick with Mc Donalds they have nicer service + better food

Very unfriendly and definitely not recommended. I pointed out that my onion rings were flabby and looked very old. The answer was that they were always like that because they were freshly made. My husband's burger wasn't hot but warm. And my Payback points were not credited to me either. Ordering can only be done at the three computers and no longer at the counter. So we don't go there anymore.

I've never seen such unfriendly staff, they don't ask what I want to drink and assume I want cola. I asked for iced tea to go with my order, the woman at the checkout said it was too late now, I didn't get my iced tea ice cold. So unfriendly, I worked in service myself and behavior like that is impossible. Friendliness and customer requests are of the highest priority. I won't come here again. Communication is missing here with hello and goodbye, nothing is done here.

Für Leute die gerne bei Bürger King essen nur zu empfehlen. Es ist sauber, gepflegt. Das essen kommt schnell und warm. Bestellungen gehen hier leider nur über die SB Terminals.

Typische Einkaufzentrumvibes.. Angenehme Bedienung und im Vergleich zu anderen Burger Kings, kann man hier mit einem gewissen Standard rechnen! Nach dem Motto.. kann man mal machen 🤫

Burger King nein danke zu ekelhaft

Wollte eine Bestellung am Schalter/Kasse aufgeben. Mitarbeiter meinte das es nur am Automaten geht wollte ich nichts mehr essen. Meine Frau hat 5 Minuten vorher mit meinen Enkelkinder essen an der Kasse bestellt und konnte auch bar bezahlen. Ich wieder zu den Kassierer und habe gefragt, warum das bei mir nicht gehen würde bar zu bezahlen, wendet er sich ab, und ein Kollege kam, wo ich dabei bezahlen konnte. Nach BurgerKing Mühlheim der zweitschlechteste BurgerKing Laden in Köln. Mitarbeiter vor allem der Leiter in der Branche KATASTROPHE! Ambiente möchte ich gar nicht anfangen. Demnächst bevorzuge ich weiterhin BurgerKing Ehrenfeld.

Standard Burger King Qualität. Finde das bestellen am Terminal praktisch und es ist super, dass es beinahe jeden Burger auch als plant based Option gibt.

War nach langer Zeit nochmal hier : ECKELIG, DRECKIG, UNTERIRDISCHER SERVICE ... das Essen war kalt und ungeniessbar, wenn die Kinder mal wieder ihren Burger niicht aufessen sagt das wohl Alles!!! Hoffe das Gesundheitsamt schaut hier bald mal vorbei :-)

Ranzige Pommes, Burgerfleisch hart und trocken. Ich konnte es nicht zuende essen und hatte später auch noch quälende Bauchschmerzen mit Durchfall.

Herr Flick, der wohl Filialleiter sein soll, ist sehr unfreundlich gewesen und bestand drauf dass man am Terminal bestellt, da es wohl nicht mehr an der Kasse geht. Obwohl ich 2 Tage zuvor hier noch an der Kasse bestellt habe! Ich war mit meinem Kind da, der sehr hungrig war und er mal einen extra Wunsch auf dem bürger hat. Dies geht an der Kasse nun mal viel schneller. So einen Herren wie Herrn Flick wünsche ich niemanden gegenüber, der kein Verständnis zeigt selbst wenn man kinder hat. Ein Pluspunkt für den Bereichsleiter, der vor Ort war und sich dafür entschuldigt hat und der es nachvollziehen könnte!!!

Naja ist halt ein Burgerking. Essen genau was man erwarten kann bei einer größeren Fastfoodkette. Personal meistens sehr unfreundlich und nicht sehr hilfsbereit. Kann man mal muss man aber nicht.

Zum Essen ist es gar nicht gekommen,da ich für einen Cheeseburger am Automaten bestellen sollte, obwohl es, erst 11:00 Uhr war und nix los. Mal ehrlich,steckt euch die Automaten sonstwo hin, MCDONALD'S hat sich auch entschieden, wieder beide Bestellformen zu machen

Wie man es nicht machen sollte. Dann hier. Wo kein Platz ist, ist ein Bestellautomat kontraproduktiv. Die Leute stehen in großen Teilen vor der Theke. Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten im Akkord.

Am 13.02.2023 um 18:30 Uhr hab 20 Minuten auf meine Bestellung gewartet. Dabei waren alle die nach mir kamen schon weg. Stand 20 Minuten da. Als ich dem Personal Bescheid gesagt habe, haben sie sich nicht entschuldigt, sonder sogar zu frech mit dir geschimpft. Sehr unfreundliches und freches Personal. Werde nie wieder hierhin kommen!!!😠😠😠

Solange man nur noch am Automaten bestellen kann, werde ich bei Burger King nichts mehr essen bzw. kaufen. Bevor BK den Leuten vorschreiben will, wie sie bezahlen sollen, sollten sie lieber auf die Sauberkeit achten, siehe Fernsehreportage. Ist der falsche Zeitpunkt, am Personal zu sparen.

Zwar immer Voll und laut aber besser als andere Restaurants

In den Arcaden nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr schmutzig und nicht einladend zum essen, Tische sehr schmutzig auf dem Boden viel Essensreste Verpackungen. Personal eher genervt würde nicht sagen unfreundlich aber es fehlt halt was.
