Food of usual quality, staff unfriendly, ambience at rest stop

Fast food with nothing special. It is within what is proposed.

The tables were stuck even though everything was free within the 30 minutes I took a break, the floor didn't look very clean to me either, the employee was very friendly even though he didn't speak German very well, he communicated with gestures and facial expressions 😀.

BK at the rest area. Unfortunately there is no ice cream there. Staff friendly.

It is not like Burger King that we have in the Arabian Gulf. The food is less than normal and tends to be bad. The chips are bad and the burger Whopper is acceptable, but there is too much ketchup in it.

The food is always great but the staff pisses themselves off! As a leader, I wouldn't tolerate something like that. As a customer, I find something like this really annoying. Such unfriendliness towards each other is not possible. Unfortunately, I've experienced this so many times at Burger King. They can be lucky that I'm not their boss

Closes on Tuesday at 8 p.m., is it still possible?! Should be open until 10 p.m., according to Google Maps. Maybe adjust the times in Google Maps. Then you wouldn't drive out at the rest stop. Impossible. The time is correct in the BK app at 8 p.m. Just don't rely on Google Maps.

Don't take coupons from the BG app, the simplest things aren't there, the excuse would be so small, I won't accept it, it says Burgerking on it and not Mini Burgerking with restrictions. In my opinion, it's a rip-off shop because it has expensive items.

Burger King was closed, prices were way too high even for rest area standards and there was an intrusive smell of farts

The worst Burger King I've ever eaten at, cold and old sandwiches, and I'm not talking about the staff anymore, they're angry with everyone. This place is 100% to be avoided!!!

I've never eaten such a bad burger 🥴 A large amount of mush with half-fried patties, the whole thing was heavy on my stomach until the evening. The whole store actually has nothing to do with the Burger King that I know 😞.

Despite repeated requests, I was served chicken nuggets instead of plant-based nuggets, something like that doesn't work! I only noticed this after trying the nuggets on the highway and was then allowed to drive on, disgusted and hungry! The employee was extremely unfriendly and unmotivated; Absolutely NOT recommended to stop here!

The service was terrible, the staff unmotivated and in a hurry. The bacon in the sandwich came raw, it was impossible to eat.

Coupons are not accepted even though they are displayed in the app. Likewise, you can't pay EC because the staff can't handle it. Never again. Why have a fast food chain if it's not the same everywhere?

The first BurgerKing branch that reportedly doesn't accept coupons.

Ordered and paid for a plant burger with cheese. Goods received without cheese. When I complain, the staff denounce each other without making a decision. Afterwards the bag is handed to me crumpled up at the top without any words. Conclusion staff unfriendly unprofessional. Rated burger with 3 because the cheese was cold and the burgers were very deformed.

It's crazy what's going on here. At first you wait a really long time until you can finally order. That's really bad in a fast food restaurant. But it wouldn't be so wild. While I was waiting in line for 10 minutes, 3 more customers came who had errors in their order. Sometimes I forgot the onion rings here, sometimes there's only one burger instead of three in the bag. But the highlight was when a father wanted to order a junior bag for his children and the apparent boss shouted from the back of the kitchen: “Only for children”. The customer then replied that these were clearly children and were probably 7 years old. The only answer from the kitchen was that there was no discussion and that they didn't have to accept the customer's order at all and that he should leave the restaurant, which he then did. So if you want to eat something relaxed and as quickly as possible, you should drive on to the nearest Burger King. However, if you want good entertainment while eating, this is the place for you.

Total netter Service, frische krosse Pommes, vegetarische Burger. Super!

War okay. Burger waren frisch gemacht. Das Essen war heiß. Keine Ausschläge nach oben oder unten. Alles wie es sein sollte. Mehr kann man nicht sagen.

Kleine Auswahl, keine Milkshakes, freundlicher Service, wie bei Burger King üblich heiße Burger die gut schmecken.

Für mich besser als McDonald's, ansonsten ein Burger King wie alle

Hatte am Freitag das Pech hier etwas zu Essen zu bestellen. Der Chicen Burger was innen kalt (=Gesundheitsrisiko???). Als ich dann zur Theke zurück ging um dies zu reklamieren waren bereits andere Gäste mit dem gleichen Problem dort und wir wurden alle von dem Burger King Mitarbeiter angebrüllt und auf das übelste Beschimpft. Ohne Witz. Bei BURGER KING werden die Kunden angebrüllt wenn BURGER KING etwas falsch macht. Echt toll. Also wenn Sie schlechtes Essen zu sich nehmen wollen und sich auch gerne von aggressiven Restaurant-Kräften anschreien lassen, dann kann ich BURGER KING Lorsch nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Super schnell nette Mitarbeiter Ambiente konnte besser sein aber ist halt an einer Raststätte.

Die beiden Mitarbeiter heute Abend waren sehr nett und gut aufgelegt, so macht es Spaß und das Essen war auch super alles heiß und frisch !!!

Der Cheeseburger war mit das schlechteste, was ich an Burgern gegessen habe. Trocken, lauwarm und Bei einem fehlte die Gurke

Eigentlich wie immer .Leider keine App oder Coupons möglich

Aufgrund meiner Tätigkeit im Außendienst bin ich Pausen an Raststätten gewohnt und gehe des Öfteren auch zu Burger King. Die Produkte an dieser Raststätte haben die typische Burger King Qualität und kosten den üblichen Preis. Allerdings habe ich nur sehr selten so einen schlecht organisierten Service gesehen. Teilweise wirken die Mitarbeiter unmotiviert, teilweise auch überfordert. Man kann als Kunde zu sehen wie Bestellungen falsch zusammen gestellt, Pommes zu lange im Fett gebadet und Preise sehr langsam eingegeben werden. Weshalb kann man zu schauen? Naja, weil bedingt durch den Service, die Wartezeiten an der Kasse wirklich extrem sind. Ein Schnellrestaurant ist das hier definitiv nicht.

Ein Burger King, wo man ertspannt Pause machen kann. Leider etwas unübersichtlich. Die kleinen Produkte sind auf der kleinen Tafel kaum lesbar.

Natürlich nimmt dieses Restaurant nicht an Coupon Aktionen Teil... Hier auf jeden Fall vorsichtig sein Es könnte mit der Familie teuer werden !! Lieber ein bissle weiter fahren und einen Burger King aufsuchen der Coupons akzeptiert!! Mal ganz davon abgesehen das dass heutige essen auch nicht so gut war, fast kalte Pommes die Getränke schmecken sehr wässrig 😑

Mal was anderes 😉 Also es ist ein Burger King wie jeder andere auch. Soweit so gut. Aber das war das erste Mal das ich keinen Burger bestellen könnte. Naja auch sowas hat was gutes. Soooo gesund sind sie ja bekanntlich nicht. Leider war an diesem Tag der Burger Herd defekt, das kann natürlich auch Mal vor kommen. Und hungrig bin ich auch nicht wegfahren. Hühnchen und Pommes gab es ja noch. Achja das Personal war sehr freundlich und konnte ja auch Nichts dafür, s.... Happens wie es so schön heisst.

Prompte Abwicklung wenn erst mal eingetippt. Negativ war das permanente wiederholen der Bestellung da Personal während Aufnahme wieder verschwand. Ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau. Payback machen sie mit aber es werden keine Coupons akzeptiert. Trotz allem ok.

Also wenn man offensichtlich keine Lust hat, bei BurgerKing zu arbeiten bzw keinen Kundenkontakt haben will.. dann sollte man es besser lassen.

Burger King halt, immer gut und schmackhaft. Leider werden keine Coupons oder Apps akzeptiert.

Bedienung ist freundlich und schnell, Essen vor Ort ist mit nachgewiesenem Impfstatus möglich. Achtung: dieser Burger King akzeptiert keine Gutscheine/Coupons oder Handybarcodes (deswegen leider nur 4 Sterne). Bezahlen bar und per Karte möglich. Zum 3. Mal besucht für Durchreise, Essen ist immer komplett.

Alles frisch zubereitet. Schneller Service.

Normaler BK mit bemühten Mitarbeitern. Kleinere Fehler des Personals (Falsche Getränk) aber nichts großartiges. Im Grunde ganz normal.

Der Burgerking befindet sich in den Räumen der Ratstätte. Der Service dauert etwa länger weil auf der kleinen Fläche natürlich auch wenig Menschen arbeiten. Dennoch das Essen Sysremgastro typisch gut. Nur der Kassiervorgang mit Kreditkarte dauerte ewig durch die schlechte Funkanbindung. Service aber freundlich und gut.
