Burger King in Greifswald

We were missing two drinks and all the sauces! Every table was dirty, and the restroom stank terribly of urine! It was really unpleasant; we won't be going there again!

The burgers were cold and carelessly thrown together. (It wasn't busy at all.) When we asked where our ketchup or mayo was, we were accused of not ordering anything and were constantly interrupted. (By the restaurant manager.) Our receipt listed 6 dips, but we only received two.

Prices are a bit dizzying 😁 Quality is better than the Golden Seagull, at least for my taste 🍔

Well, I have to say, the food itself wasn't bad. I thought it was really good...but the staff forgot a few things. I first noticed this when the milkshake was missing, but after I pointed it out, they brought it back. It's not a big deal because it can happen. But then I noticed that all the sauces and dips we had ordered were missing. There were no sauces, even though I had paid for them.

You don't expect miracles after more than an hour, but they surpassed that. Cold burgers, cold, soggy fries. Never again.

Everything was fine so far, the burgers were a bit poorly prepared. But it was busy during my visit, so maybe that was the reason.

Sorry, but this has nothing to do with fast food. Finding good employees is indeed difficult. But if three people are watching the one person who's working, there's something seriously wrong with the organization.

A burger every now and then is okay. I had a Chicken Crisby. I can recommend it with a clear conscience. The young man at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful.

The worst burger of my life, the meat completely burnt and cold, and for €15 (bacon king) it was an absolute disgrace. Lieferando is a no-brainer. Thanks for nothing, the service was also incredibly unfriendly, completely unsympathetic. I'd even rather go to McDonald's, and that's saying something.

Today, after a long time and many disappointments at Burger King in Greifswald, we once again dared to place a large order with several meals for four people and take them home with us. When we got home, we discovered once again that one meal was missing fries, one of our Big King XXL was missing a patty, and the second didn't have any lettuce on it; it was all carelessly smeared on. The single piece of onion on it was at least 3 cm thick, and the sauce on the bottom bun of both buns was completely gone. But of course, cost-cutting measures like this can boost operating profits every year. After we got over our initial annoyance and weren't willing to accept the loss of almost 70 euros so easily, we called BK in Greifswald. The branch manager mumbled his name so unintelligibly, acting as if he hardly understood anything... surely intentional, because then he suddenly said cheekily that our order had been a while ago and we could have come back. Sure, and who's going to pay us for the gas on top of the €70 we lost? We live just outside Anklam. 😡 Burger King should consider whether management like this is working in their interests, or is such questionable customer service actually intended by the company? There are so many reviews here pointing out the same problem, and nothing has changed in the last three years; in fact, things have gotten worse. And then there are the inappropriate comments from the branch manager. I would be ashamed. We'll never see that store again!!! Zero points!!! And to top it all off, they're a little cheeky: you have to give at least one star to be able to submit your review. Unbelievable!!!

Not really recommended. The food was terrible. The lettuce for the burger wasn't even cut properly; the core was still in it. The onion rings looked old and tasted old, too. The worst Burger King I've ever been to.

I ordered from the delivery service today for the first time in five years. And what happened again? 9 chicken nuggets and a large king fries were missing. The food was only lukewarm, and the driver called me 10 minutes before arriving. He asked if I could open the door because my name wasn't on the doorbell. It turned out he was on the wrong street with my order. I hope I don't end up stuck with my money, since the delivery service does cost a bit more.

The burgers and fries were fresh and hot. The place was clean. The staff was friendly.

Today we reached into the toilet again. This is the third time we've ordered takeout (quite a large amount for four people). When we got home, we discovered once again that a menu item was completely missing. Sorry, with that amount, I don't check at the counter. It's really starting to get to you! You're paying for stuff you don't get.

Absolute disaster, you order a vegan burger and what ends up on it? Bacon. Find the mistake. Absolutely outrageous! And actually not even worth a star!!! They should have pointed this out when ordering. Period. Why would you order a plant-based burger and then get a piece of a dead animal served on your burger?

The manager is the nicest person in the world, always friendly and in a good mood, a real sweetheart.

Unfortunately, the girl at the drive-thru wasn't able to sell me a burger. She wasn't familiar with the product I wanted, and she couldn't or wouldn't recommend any other burger, even getting rude. Communication skills were at a premium. It's about time the competition reopened after renovations...

What are order specifications for? Why leave out ingredients when it's just grabbed off the shelf and the employees don't give a shit or maybe can't read? I have no idea, it was really the last time I ate there - well I actually spent money for free because the entire order was wrong. Thank you for taking my money and letting me throw away the food. I was there on April 25th, 2025 around 9:30 p.m. The order receipt is from 9:33 p.m. It was relatively well attended and there was a sign because the McDonalds in Greifswald burned down over the New Year, there was a lot to do and it could therefore take a little longer than usual. Ok, nice note, but I don't understand why something like this would be used for a delay in a "fast-food restaurant" - especially if it's been several months and you could adapt to the new circumstances (e.g. hire more staff). We ordered the following: 2 Whopper Juniors 3 Long Chickens 1 Cheese Melt Burger 1 whopper 20 king nuggets Fries with the menu plus drinks After 20 minutes I asked where the food would be because people who came after us received their orders before us. I saw that there was already a tray with our food on the counter. I was then told that there was still a burger missing and only put the tray in the warming thing after I asked. It sat on the counter for minutes - even with the fries - where it cooled down. I then asked for the managing director or shift manager to come. A gentleman with a strong accent and difficult to understand explained to me that it was because of the McDonald and therefore everything would take longer. I tried to explain to him that it's not about the fact that it takes longer, but about the coordination of the whole thing. Our food sat in the "cold" for minutes, even the fries were already on it. He still didn't understand. I can't say whether it was due to his unwillingness and unfriendliness or his lack of knowledge of German, but both are not clear for a branch manager/shift manager. He seemed unfriendly to me (as you can read in a previous review) and overwhelmed. It's not about waiting longer for the food. The point is that one part is ready and cold, the other part is still missing and the food is only "kept warm" when asked. He didn't understand what was going on and refused to have the burgers remade. He would only remake the fries, but he wouldn't remake the entire order. Since we had already waited over 20 minutes for the food, I agreed and got the fries again. In picture 1 you can see how clean the store is, the fries are even lying around on the counter. But it's much worse with the drinks. You stand directly in front of the cash register, the staff constantly reaches over the drinks to type something at the cash register. Since when do people always and constantly resort to “open drinks”? So I complained about this and the drinks were also remade. In picture 2 you can see how the food was “prepared”. And of course the long chicken burgers were lukewarm and the Whoppers were cold. The only thing that was hot were the fries, and the nuggets were only lukewarm. For the fact that you order a meal like this for over 42 euros - it's not possible. I hope the McDonalds will be back soon so people can eat properly again.

Ordered food online. With free dips, you can only choose without dip and have to choose dips for an additional charge. It's getting bolder and bolder.

Ordered Whopper with cheese and a cheeseburger. Received Whopper without cheese and cold, no chesseburger. I couldn't find the receipt either. Just bad!

Unfortunately, the only burgers available here (even on the fourth attempt) are as cold as the ice-cold soft drinks. Neither the Big King nor the cheeseburger were warm (let alone hot). Those who prefer cold burgers should opt for the frozen version at the nearby discount store. What a shame.

Typical Burger King food, luckily not cold, as read in the other comments. Service was an absolute disaster. The store manager was absolutely rude, arrogant, and extremely cheeky. I've rarely experienced such behavior. However, this disaster seems to be well known at headquarters. Let's see how long such a store manager stays employed. Service is service with performance, not the opposite. Perhaps a job should be done away with other human beings?! For example, filling ketchup bottles? Hygiene? Nonexistent :)

Preferably no star! You wait ages for a really simple order. Order numbers are not processed chronologically. So that other customers who ordered after half an hour can get their food straight away.

We were there for dinner today. Ordering went quickly. But. The food was cold!!!! And it was pretty unclean!!!!

This is the second time we have ordered takeaway there. First of all, we both waited over half an hour for our really simple two-person order. When we first ordered, instead of two burgers, ONE completely different burger was placed in the order. Today we ordered a plant-based burger, but the patty was a chicken patty!!! Unfortunately we didn't notice it until we got home because the burger was still in plant-based packaging! Preferably 0/5 stars!

Ordered two burgers to go (Whopper and BigKing); I was honestly surprised that it happened so quickly. As soon as we got home (around the corner) we got the explanation: Both burgers were already ice cold. Very weak! (on the evening of January 16, 2025, around 9:30 p.m.)

Burger King, what can I say? You order a cheeseburger - with a hint of hope in your heart and hunger in your stomach. But what do I unpack? A sad bun, an almost insulted piece of meat, but... no cheese. Yes, you read that right. The cheeseburger came without cheese. A joke? Unfortunately no. It was reality. You'd think the cheese would be optional here, some kind of bonus for special guests. Maybe I was inadvertently promoted to the VIP group of cheeseless people? Unfortunately it didn't feel VIP-like at all. This one was without the cheese "Burger" was just a sad, lukewarm pile of bread and meat that looked and tasted like it would have preferred to spend its life somewhere else. The service? Also a story in itself. A strained apology? An explanation? Maybe even add a piece of cheese? None of that. Just a blank look and a shrug. It was almost as if serving a cheese burger without cheese was the most normal thing in the world. Conclusion: If you want a burger without any joy, this is the place for you. But for everyone else? Find a restaurant that has “cheese” in the word Takes “Cheeseburger” seriously!

What should you say about food? Typical Fastfoot. Typical Burger King. I've been very satisfied so far. Unfortunately, the ambience has just deteriorated a bit. Broken seats, armchairs and benches are broken. The tables are not cleaned immediately after a guest. The ordering process is also quite lousy. After we placed our order at the terminal, everything went quite smoothly. Although we had to reorder 2 products that were forgotten, that can happen even if there wasn't that much to do. While you're waiting, you can also look around. Cobweb and “residents” in the corner. :-( Notified, but was ignored by the waitress at the counter. Only after vigorous insistence did an employee come after what felt like 5 minutes and remove the cobwebs and residents. Food as usual in other restaurants, but very poor service and staff and unfriendly attitude

A very cozy restaurant. It was sparsely busy at 11am on a weekday. The atmosphere is great. The service was quick and the staff very friendly. Particularly noteworthy is the Whopper with cheese, bacon and jalapeños – simply great! Very juicy and tasty. I highly recommend trying the new burger and visiting this restaurant.

In my opinion, the better alternative to McDonald's. The taste is ok for fast food. The chicken nugget burgers and the crispy chicken are recommended. The ice cream machine isn't always "broken" either. The selection is also larger. Only the side sauces don't taste good at all. Sour cream and mayo only taste sour. The bigger drawback is the price. For the price you would almost have to expect restaurant quality and not fast food. There's nothing bad to say about service. They do their job well, are friendly and the burgers are prepared properly, even if you have special requests. The shop is clean. Access via the drive-in passage is somewhat suboptimal and the entrance door leads directly into the waiting area. This could be designed better.

Unfortunately a very bad branch. We really enjoy eating at BK, but the Greifswald branch is just bad. We ordered to take away, the burgers were just carelessly thrown into the bag so that everything was pressed together really nicely. The burgers didn't taste good at all and didn't compare to the actual standard from BK. And the lady at the counter really “loves” her job. Unfriendly, makes a face as if something is about to happen and prefers to have loud private conversations rather than take care of the customers. In addition, the restaurant was very dirty, food was on the floor, so it was very sticky. You should also note that the chicken wings are very spicy, not everyone can tolerate that.

The food is very good. The prices are reasonable for the food and delivery via Burger King or Lieferando is very quick. There is a large selection and you get your food quickly. I ordered something home yesterday and wanted to pay with the money card. I also specified it. Then the boss himself came and brought the food and forgot the card reader and told me to come back. Waited for 2-3 hours then an employee came with a broken card reader and no more drivers were contacted. Something like that sucks because it's already happened twice with the same person. And that's kind of nice, boss, I personally went to the Bk and paid and then you complain, no one cares, only your statement can't do anything or wanted to give you a shitty ice cream as compensation. I felt sorry for the young driver who arrived with a broken card reader. And how can you as a boss forget that when you say to the customer come back then you don't keep the customer waiting - very unprofessional

Waiting for over 1.5 hours was understandable because there was a European Championship game, but I don't understand that the driver sits downstairs in the car playing on his cell phone and popping for 14 minutes. You don't pay much for food these days and then it arrives slightly warmed. If you don't feel like it anymore, look for another job.

When I asked whether the white-looking and vanilla-tasting chocolate shake was really a chocolate shake, I got the answer from the seller: "The chocolate shake would be vanilla-based with chocolate syrup"... then let's believe him - the 4.49€ asked for is not without... You should expect more for that

First of all our number was called out and even before we picked up the food he turned his back. After asking for some napkins, he yelled to me that there are plenty of them underneath the food. Sorry, I didn't see that.... But I'm still your client and don't need to behave impolite. Not any friendly word or " enjoy your meal " or whatever. We visited today 27.02.24 between 17:00 and 17:30. The guy served us was probably between 20 and 30 years and quite heavy built. Management, do your work!
