Super tasty burgers, if you like burgers you can go there without hesitation!

Unfortunately, we are no longer as satisfied as we once were! Unfortunately, the quality and service have declined. Apparently the fries are no longer homemade. They now taste like the classic frozen fries. Burgers are good in themselves, but they have also been better. Unfortunately, for the penultimate order with delivery, the driver was 30 minutes later than expected and the food was cold! Given the prices, I can eat delicious burgers somewhere else.

Never be disappointed with the burger. Always fresh and delicious. Not offering card payment is extremely annoying every time, I think that could really be upgraded again. The price is sporty, but as long as the quality remains the same it's ok 🙏🏼😉☺️

The Burger Haus completely convinced me! Not only were the burgers juicy and tasty, but the staff was just great. Friendly, attentive and with a smile on their faces – you immediately felt at home. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and every wish was promptly fulfilled. A huge compliment to the team for making the visit so pleasant. I'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the food is the only thing that convinces here! 😕 Whether burgers, fries or salad, everything is really recommended. The “service” is really impossible. We ordered in a large group (around 20 dishes). The first problem was that the system/PC didn't seem to be working properly so only half of our order was sent. I really understand that and we were able to order it over the phone later. An apology might have been in order at this point. These dishes were not on the bill and therefore have not yet been paid for. It's not that bad. On the other hand, there were unfortunately also dishes that were on the bill and had therefore already been paid for. When I explained this in a really understanding and friendly way, I only received pushback. Everything couldn't be right and the fault would be ours. After a long discussion on site, a portion of fries and a burger were “on the house”. By the way, on-site means: we've already been there once to eat. And after I asked, since half of the food was already there, whether the rest could be delivered, I was first made aware of the delivery costs. So we went there for the second time. Mistakes happen and that's completely normal, but I just don't think it's okay to make mistakes, to be blamed on others and to be made stupid about (apparently we can't count). Yes, a service provider doesn't have to put up with everything, but neither does a customer.

Everything was top, both the food and the service. Always very, very friendly! I can only recommend it!

Absolutely unfriendly service. We ordered online with 20 people and a lot was missing when we picked it up. Some of the paid castles and supplements were also missing. When we asked, we were told it was our fault, the food was missing. Customer service is apparently a foreign word.

When ordering larger, some things are missing. Food partly lukewarm. Prices are steep.

It was really ok back then. But unfortunately that hasn't been the case for a long time. The burger is dripping with fat. Everything is just greasy. It's always extremely salty. But delivery comes quickly. It's a shame, I wish it tasted the same as it did at the beginning.

Food was great, I ordered an avocado hamburger with a portion of bacon/onion fries with BBQ sauce. You can sit inside or outside. Delivery service is available.

Very simply furnished for a burger house. No decorations, no pictures or other accents on the walls. Bottled beer. But the most important thing... the BBQ Haus burger itself was good, the fries were ok. But I'm disappointed at the price of €12.50 for the burger plus €4.30 for the classic fries. So the decision for the next burger in favor of the freeway is not difficult. Price/performance/ambience is unbeatable... Sorry.

I pay so much money for a citizen who has cheap minced meat. If I pay 14 euros for a citizen, I also want quality. Citizens don't have cheap minced meat that doesn't taste good. Germans have no idea about taste, they eat sauce and they don't notice the taste of the meat Metro has Angus American Ireland hamburger patties they taste right too But the owner has to make more profit here example picture I also buy quality I'll never go there again the citizens max 8 euros no more

Significantly better than other burger joints around here! When we feel like a good and juicy burger with a fresh patty, we go or order here! I think that you can taste the patties whether they are freshly prepared or not - in other shops I have long had the feeling that they are mass-produced due to commercialism. But here they are freshly pressed and tasty patties! You can't complain at all about the price-performance ratio either. I like to drive by in person when we're not sitting down inside, because I can save myself the waiting time for delivery and instead have a quick chat with the great, friendly and super personable team.

Burger just usual patty with bad meat but side dish as French fries which should be spicy was just terrible thing with MSG. almost 30 euros are not worth it

We ordered delivery there yesterday and were initially unsettled by some of the reviews. But I can't understand them in retrospect. The burgers were very tasty and our special requests were taken into account. The food seemed very fresh, the salad was nice and crunchy. Of course, if you're traveling a long distance, you have to take into account that the food will have cooled down a bit. The food came quicker than stated in the confirmation email, and it was perfectly fine for Saturday evening. In addition, the delivery person was friendly. Price/performance, I think, is absolutely given. You have to pay more for quality.

We've been here several times - either outside in the summer or ordering and getting burgers. Same thing last night. After about 30 minutes of waiting, I was able to get the burgers and enjoy them at home!

Good food, service ok but - unfortunately - not very appealing ambience inside. Glasses for drinks are only available upon request.

Essen ist top. Leider immer noch nur Barzahlung möglich. In der heutigen Zeit ist das ein absolutes No-Go.

Ich war immer gerne beim Burgerhaus. Am Wochenende war ich allerdings enttäuscht. Die Qualität war nicht wie sonst, das Patty war „geht so“ und das Brötchen ist nicht mehr das was es mal war…

Leckere Burger. Bacon allerdings im Vergleich zum BH Rüsselsheim und anderen Läden nicht durch genug. Meine Freundin ist immer enttäuscht vom Bacon. Wenn der nächstes Mal passt, gibts 5 Sterne.

Leckere Burger. Draußen sitzen ist bisschen ungemütlich, weil direkt an der Straße. Service gut. Geht flott, Fragen nach. Gute Portionen.

Burger top ...Lieferung ist immer so ne sache wann man bestellt manchmal halbe stunde manchmal auch 1 st Ich bestelle immer dazu das Kids Menü mit Überraschung und die Überraschung kann ich meistens weg werfen weil ne kalte milchschnitte bei warmen Essen ist dann flüssig sehr schade ...aber ansonsten top

Wer einen richtigen Burger essen will, Home Made, der ist hier an der richtigen Stelle! Wir bestellen immer zum Liefern oder Abholen und wurden bislang kein eines Mal enttäuscht. Der Burger ist selbst gemacht, mit frischen Zutaten und man hat richtig was zu beißen und die Pommes sind noch mit Haut dran, der Wahnsinn. Wenn geliefert wird hat es genau die richtige Temperatur, sodass man sich den Mund nicht verbrennt und die angegebene Zeit wird immer eingehalten. Dieses Burgerhaus kann ich nur empfehlen und bin absolut zufrieden!

Music zu laut minderwertige Lautsprecher

Preise wurden viel zu stark erhöht. Opel Kapitän von 9,50 auf nun 11,50€. Kids-Menü von 8 auf 9,50€. Dazu die gleichen Preise ob man abholt oder dort isst. Für diese Preise ist das Essen nur durchschnittlich.

War nicht mein Geschmack. Der Laden sieht leider auch sehr ungepflegt aus, Ja auch zu ungepflegt für einen Bürger laden.

Also man kann ja viel schreiben aber das essen ist wirklich sehr lecker. Leider hat das Ambiente etwas von einem drive in Schalter oder besser gesagt von einer Mitnahme Pizzeria. Hier will man nur essen und wieder gehen. Was man hier an Geld lassen könnte wenn es schön wäre sich hier länger aufzuhalten... aber das ändert sich hoffentlich bald. An die Küche nochmals extra... wirklich sehr lecker, Dankeschön.

Wir waren nach dem Fussball dort. Sind zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen. Alles Top, netter Service und schmeckt Megalecker. Bis zum nächsten Mal. 🙂

Jetzt schon mehrfach dort bestellt und nach Hause liefern lassen. Die Burger kamen warm an, der Lieferservicee ist sehr nett und die Qualität ist immer gut gewesen. (gut einmal waren die Pommes versalzen, das kann aber mal passieren). Die Lieferzeit wurde auch immer eingehalten.

Beide Burger waren top. Sehr lecker. Die Fritten jedoch ungenießbar, ganz schlimm versalzen.

Unsere Familie verbindet den Standort noch mit dem Freeway, bei dem es leckere Burger 🍔 gab. Wir haben zum ersten Mal im Burger Haus in Nauheim bestellt. Eine Abholung war nicht möglich, da wir von weiter herkommen. Die Burger 🍔 waren perfekt. Der Patty war saftig gut gemischt und sehr gut gewürzt. Kompliment an das Team. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles super, bestimmt schon über 20 mal bestellt und immer lecker! Einfach ein top laden. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen 👍🏼

Essen war gut, leider war vieles aus der Speisekarte nicht mehr verfügbar. Heizung ist offiziell kaputt gewesen...sodass man in der Winterjacke essen muss. Leider nur Bargeld Zahlung möglich..nicht wirklich zeitgemäß. Service lässt zu wünschen übrig..ein Glas bekam man erst auf Nachfrage.

Burger werden frisch zubereitet, in vielen verschiedenen Variationen. Sind sehr lecker.

Sehr nettes kleines Burger 🍔 Restaurant. Bedienung nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten den Opel Kapitän Burger und Haus Classic Burger, beide waren sehr lecker. Dazu hatten wir Sour Bacon Fritten mit Frühlingszwiebel und einen Burger Haus Krautsalat. Alles war sehr lecker und ausreichend. 👍 Wir werden öfters vorbei kommen.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden und begeistert, alles frisch und sehr lecker, weiter so! Ich freue mich schon auf die Nächste Bestellung! LG
