Our Elbis Döner on the corner has two second-place finishes in Berlin. That says it all!

The kebab is always so delicious. Especially the Elbis, without the sauce. It's always worth the detour!

Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The doner tasted and smelled like lamb. I was usually satisfied, but after this experience, it was my last visit.

Tried the doner kebab 3 times, unfortunately it was always too dry and the good meat was fried for far too long.

One of the best kebabs in Berlin. The special Elbis kebab is especially recommended, as the regular sauces are one of the biggest drawbacks and aren't available here. Only the generous portions and attention to detail vary a bit too much from kebab shop to kebab shop. The best place to go is with the older gentleman who runs the place; you can tell how much heart and soul goes into it.

Love the Elbis special: veal, with just tomatoes, onions, sumac, parsley and hot spice. Simply perfect. Always coming back for more.

The doner kebab here tastes very good! Given the quality (both the meat and the bread), it's surprising there aren't more customers. Hopefully, it remains an insider tip. What's absolutely unacceptable, though, are the prices for the chay. It's okay that it's not free. But €1.50 for a small glass and €2 for a cup is outrageous.

Today I picked up a kebab box and a new employee gave me half a portion plus dry meat. Full of sauce. 2 months ago there were 5 stars but now only 1. And sadly I paid €10 for it

Unfortunately, the meat was very gristle-heavy and tasted burnt. The bread was something different, but not good either and for that price. I was only there shortly after 7 p.m., but I think it should still be possible to get a good kebab.

Highly solid, trustworthy and tasty kebab. My special requests (meat very crispy, little sauce) were correctly fulfilled, the kebab was well composed, exactly the right mix of meat and salad. Made a good impression, I'll be back.

Halloumi expensive (€7.50), bread very good, doner overall weakly filled and too many sour onions. Quantity/price/performance ratio for halloumi is difficult.

Super pleasant and fun service. Good selection, prices ok. Dürüm delicious, could easily be a little more for 9€. But okay, next time I'll go with “Big” for 90ct more 🙃

Really a top kebab. So delicious that I always have to eat two. Very dear employees. The best Abis. Above all, the kebab is also very large. My number 1 for sure. Go and see for yourself, don't say I'm just pushing the store like a bot. Really the best kebab for me. No vending machines and alcohol, which is also important to me.

Bread, meat, vegetables are great. Unfortunately, the garlic sauce had too little flavor and was dosed very sparingly.

Yaprak skewer of the highest quality. Meat 1a, bread toasted perfectly fluffy. The only deductions in the B grade are for the sauces, which could all use a little more kick. Otherwise a dream of a kebab!

The meat is good, without question. The bread itself is also great. Now the but. - Took the Big for an extra 9 euros. Unfortunately, it was still shockingly empty. I don't even want to know what the normal one looks like. I saw that a pseudo kebab tester made a video. The amount he had was definitely a camera bonus and wasn't even close to being in my "big". - The bread was very tasty and crispy but too present for me. Maybe it was too crispy. - Unfortunately the kebab was rather dry and tasted boring, even if the meat was delicious. The sauce felt completely missing. Overall, I missed the variety of tastes. Solid kebab with good meat but otherwise average. Unfortunately the halloumi kebab wasn't any better either. Standard product, which unfortunately also tasted very boring and dry. Wow, I came from Hamburg especially to test the great rating (1st place on the U9 subway line) from Can F. Kennedy. A great kebab with really good meat, fresh salad, delicious sauces and the bread is also great... also really nice service from the boss! Everything... just like Can F. Kennedy said. Keep it up!!! For me, Elbi's kebab is the best in all of Berlin. If you go to Berlin and want to treat yourself to a kebab, you should definitely make the trip to Tempelhof, because the kebab is really recommended. The sauces are bomb, it was the first time I found a hot sauce really hot. The lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cucumbers are all fresh. Layered meat made from veal and you can taste it. Everyone says that you shouldn't use sauces with meat like this. However, I don't recommend that, the sauces are really good and without them you just have oil, which would devalue the kebab. Also not to be forgotten is the gentleman behind the shop, a very nice man who is easy to talk to. The seats were comfortable and the bread was nice and crispy. The price was ok, but definitely worth it. Definitely go!!!

Absolute fraud, the store actually closed long before the stated time. It's not worth visiting until 2 hours before closing time because there's nothing left to eat.

An incredibly delicious kebab, the meat tastes unique. The store has been getting a lot of attention on social media lately. Accordingly, the rush in the store has increased and as a result you have to wait a bit at peak times. However, I am pleased that Usta gives each kebab the necessary attention and thus maintains its quality standard. I'm already looking forward to the next kebab.

I've been going to Elbis for years, but unfortunately - in my opinion - it has to stop now... As is well known, the price of kebab has risen rapidly, but in my opinion it is too expensive in the price-performance comparison for the (standard) quantity on offer (there are standard and big kebabs). In the last 3 months the meat skewer has changed and tastes worse to me. Instead of quartered flatbread, the standard ready-made bread (oval) is now used. The sauce recipe for the garlic sauce was also worse in my opinion. It's actually a shame, because the owner is a nice and friendly person and the shop always appears clean and tidy from the outside.

I had a dürüm in this kebab shop today and was pleasantly surprised. The meat tastes very good, the salad is very fresh and the sauces are yogurt based, which I personally like better. The store is definitely a recommendation.

Prices for a kebab at €7.50 and then so small and not much in it is really a disgrace. I also had to wait a long time for my kebab so that I could get something empty and dry that called itself a kebab. The employee was alone, hence the long waiting time, but he would have liked to have been able to tell me that he still had 8 orders to process before mine. After all, card payments start at €15.

Very nice shop. The meat skewer is homemade and therefore tastes excellent - not like any run-of-the-mill kebab. If you like good kebab, you won't be disappointed. Top!

There is an unpretentious but wonderful kebab here. No Chi Chi... Just delicious meat and for standard salads... If you want three sauces, you can do without them because the meat creates the taste.

One of the best Yaprak kebabs in the city. Excellent service, the boss prepares the kebab with love for the product. We recommend ordering the house kebab called "Elbis™: only iceberg, tomatoes, onions, meat, no sauce.

The kebab tastes phenomenal. We did a whole tour of Berlin with friends and were all convinced and also came to the conclusion that it is one of the best kebabs in Berlin. The kebab man is also a close friend and offers top service. We are very satisfied and can highly recommend this spot.

Delicious 👍 I'm not a big kebab eater at all, BUT since the shop did so well in the subway kebab test (Instagram) and I don't live that far away, I bought one on January 1st. (!) treated myself to a New Year's kebab.😀 And didn't regret it. A particularly positive thing to mention is that the bread is nice and crispy and the skewer also contains real meat, not just minced meat. €7.50 isn't necessarily a bargain, but it does give you something good. 😎

We live right in the neighborhood and, unbelievably, only discovered the kebab shop a few weeks ago. Since then we have probably been there eight times and have already recommended the kebab shop to many friends. Everyone was as excited as we were! Not only the best kebab shop in the area, but also one of the best in Berlin. The kebab meat is not minced meat. It tastes very good, just like real meat that is grilled. The bread is also great and always crispy. Even my mother, who is really picky and rarely eats out, is thrilled. What an inconspicuous shop with a really extremely tasty kebab! Deserved 5*! Absurd prices for the small portion. Charging €8.50 for a dürüm that is almost as thick as a cucumber is almost criminal. I came hungry and left hungry. Once, never again!

Based on a recommendation, we drove almost 100km to eat a kebab at Elbis. Our expectations were exceeded. The owner, who does everything himself, is very attentive and friendly. We once ate a “normal” kebab and an “Elbis kebab”. The Elbis kebab is currently still a little insider tip, but will soon be added to the menu as a standard. Look, you're not paying attention when they say the meat is awesome. Just starting with the fact that the meat is REALLY meat. It's dripping with juice and develops other flavors. Bread and meat go well together. Plus a humble and very friendly owner. I can only recommend people!!!!

Absolutely clear recommendation! One of the best, if not the best kebab in Berlin! The bread is very tasty, is shaped more like a ciabatta than a classic kebab bread and is rubbed on a meat skewer before toasting so that it absorbs the aroma. The Yaprak meat is super tasty and crispy. Be sure to try the Elbis kebab! It comes without sauces and only with meat, onions, tomatoes and parsley, is very hot thanks to the chili powder and the full flavor of the meat comes out perfectly. Real insider tip and not on the map (yet). ;) In addition, the boss himself is behind the counter here. He puts his heart and soul into it and you can taste it! So definitely stop by and try the Elbis kebab, the longest journey is worth it!
