Buletten-Bude in Ronnenberg

Die leckerste Bulette mit Kartoffelstampf, Gemüse und hausgemachter Soße, die ich seit langem gegessen habe. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen hier vorbei zu schauen, es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Außer den Standart Gerichten Currywurst etc. Gibt es immer was neues, es ist keine Sternekoch aber es wird mit Liebe zubereitet. Es ist ein Imbiss mit ganz großer Auswahl und das Ambientte zwischen LKW Fahrern, Handwerkern, Büroangestellten und Co. ist einmalig, bei Jörg sind alle gleich!

Unglaublicher Imbiss. Bessere Hausmannskost als in den meisten Gaststätten. Außerdem super schnell und super freundlich. Hier zu essen ist einen Umweg wert.

Essen war okay. Nicht der Oberkracher, wie erwartet, aber lecker. Was eher so lala war, ist das Personal. Irgendwie werd ich mit dem Typus Mensch die dort arbeiten nicht warm. Und dabei meine ich nicht Jörg. Scheint vielen hier so zu gehen. Aber hey, ich komm zum Essen und nicht zum Freunde finden her.

Hier gibt's noch "richtiges Essen" 🥰 Gulasch, Hackbraten, Kartoffelstampf mit Soße für nen 10er aber auch Currywurst oder selbst-gemachte Buletten. Love it!

Toller Typ der Jörg, das Essen ist was ganz besonderes. Toll, dass es dieses Restaurant gibt.

Einmal und nie wieder , Schnitzel aus der Friteuse kann ich auch, Bratkartoffeln ohne Zwiebeln und Speck , lasst es euch schmecken , im Fernseh sah alles etwas besser aus , Personal auch nicht freundlich . Sauberkeit lässt auch etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Nett, gemütlich, lecker. Die Preise musste Jörg leider etwas erhöhen. Besuch lohnt trotzdem. Neuerdings Fernseh-Star (Imbiss-Held).

Was eine Ehre hier mal gegessen zu haben. Alle sind super nett und das Essen ist tatsächlich auch so gut wie beschrieben. Ich schließe mich anderen Bewertungen an: das Essen sollte teurer sein, sie haben es verdient.

Die besten Frikadellen überhaupt

Hatte mir mehr von versprochen! Habe schon bessere Buletten gegessen.

Das Essen ist großartig. Man merkt, hier brät ein Mann, der weiß was er da tut! Man schmeckt die Liebe, die hier in die Rezepte gesteckt wurde. Die Auswahl ist TL, das Mittagskonzept gefällt mir auch sehr gut, hier bekommt jeder das, was er mag. Ich freue mich aufs nächste Mal! :)

Ein kleiner Imbiss, der zeigt, dass gutes Essen keinen Schnickschnack braucht. Hier wird mit viel Liebe gekocht, und das schmeckt man bei jedem Bissen. Besonders die Bratkartoffeln sind ein echtes Highlight – wahrscheinlich die besten, die ich je gegessen habe. Wer ehrliches, leckeres Essen schätzt, ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Empfehlung!

Gute Buletten & Currywurst. Ist jetzt nichts besonderes aber schmeckt ganz gut. Location und Service ist so naja... aber ist ja auch ein Imbiss und kein Restaurant!

Gegessen 2 Buletten einmal mit Bohnen einmal mit Rotkohl. Mit Kartoffelstampf . Die Stampf war gut die Bulette zu trocken die Schnippelbohnen aus den Glas zerkocht .Rotkohl aus den Glas ok. Die sosse ebenfalls ok. Ganz einfach gesagt bestimmt nie wieder

Hausmannskost at it´s best! Lecker, Preis-Leistung passt und die Auswahl ist sensationell! Weiter so.

Waren heute auf dem Weg nachhause aus dem Urlaub bei Jörg. Personal und Essen wie aus den bekannten Beiträgen. Einfach wunderbar. Hatte das Schnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln und Sambalsauce, sehr lecker, guter Preis ordentliche Portion. Wäre es nicht so weit weg würden wir öfter kommen.

Moin Mögen vielleicht die besten Buletten in der Region Hannover sein sind aber auch mit 5 € kein Schnäppchen mehr und der Nobelschröder für 7 € is einfach etwas zuviel des Guten Bin extra aus dem hohen Norden mal reingebremst weil der Laden so sehr durch die Medien geht Der Mittagstisch mag alles im Rahmen sein preislich und auch Qualität Frikadelle im Brötchen kann der Norden besser und günstiger Die drei Sterne wären vier wenn Preis Leistung bei den von mir gekauften Produkten gestimmt

Egal ob die Filiale in Thailand oder Deutschland, beides beste Klasse!

Wir waren vor Ort und haben ein Bulettenbrötchen gegessen. Und ich muss sagen "Topp, einfach lecker" Super freundliches Team, wir kommen gerne zum Mittagsessen erneut rum. Und demnächst gibt's was neues im TV mit dem gesamten Team. Dort ist ständiges rein und raus, moin und tschüss. So muss das und die Bude rennt.

Jörgs Bulletenschmiede ist von außen eher unscheinbar, überrascht jedoch mit einem außergewöhnlichen Geschmackserlebnis. Die Speisen werden stets frisch zubereitet, was man bei jedem Bissen deutlich merkt. Mit viel Raffinesse, handwerklichem Können und spürbarer Leidenschaft verleiht Jörg seinen Gerichten eine besondere Note. Genau diese Liebe zum Essen spiegelt sich in der Qualität und im Geschmack der Speisen wider. Für mich eine klare Gourmet Empfehlung. Wer frische, ehrliche und geschmacklich überzeugende Küche schätzt, ist hier genau richtig.

Super zubereitetes lecker Essen

Der beste Imbiss weit und breit. Das Essen ist immer fantastisch und die Bedienung oder Jörg sind super nett. Preiswert ist das ganze auch noch.

Leider negativ durch rassistische Aussagen aufgefallen. Schade!

Ich war gestern zum ersten Mal dort. Ich wollte unbedingt mal dort hin und bin durch das YouTube Video aufmerksam geworden. Da ich diese Woche auf einer Messe in Hannover gewesen bin habe ich dort angehalten. Es war Mega! Die Buletten? Die besten die ich je gegessen habe! Personal super sympathisch und total herzlich. All the dishes are fantastic! A particularly great feature: you can even pre-order meals that aren't on the menu. The service is always friendly and cheerful. And Jörg is without a doubt the king of meatballs!

Honestly, I don't quite understand the hype. The currywurst was okay and the fries were decent, nothing special in my opinion. However, I found the staff rather unfriendly and not very welcoming. The place felt a bit dingy and chaotic to me, not a comfortable atmosphere. Would I go back? Definitely not.

The food is amazing, the rest is a matter of taste, but the whole place has charm 😀

Best meatballs in the entire Hanover region. Every time.

After watching videos on YouTube, we drove to Jörg's Meatball Shop. We were lucky to get a table inside. The currywurst with fries and mayo was delicious. The liver, unfortunately without onions, was served with red cabbage but was moist and not dry. Finally, we took four meatballs home with us (4 euros each), which were tasty.

I was there earlier and got myself an XXL meatball roll with mustard. It was truly the best meatball roll of my life. I'll be back tomorrow, that much I can say.

Hello fellow food lovers, Here at Jörg's, you're in the right place if you're in the area and want to eat like Grandma used to make. The red cabbage alone will instantly transport you back to your childhood. I'm often in the area for work and sometimes even drive 25 minutes during my break to stop by. I've never been disappointed. Jörg is a real character, and he can cook! Wow! Jörg! If you're reading this, I hope you and your snack bar stay open for a long time. I always enjoy coming back whenever I'm in Hanover. You absolutely have to try that samba sauce! Super delicious in an authentic snack bar atmosphere. Where else can you find that?? Best regards

This meatball is indescribable. A pure delight! All the components of this meatball sandwich come together harmoniously in a symphony of culinary art! The two of us had the Jägerschnitzel (hunter's schnitzel), two beers, and two meatball sandwiches for dessert. This establishment more than lives up to its reputation. Highly recommended!

Absolutely recommended – I have to give the guys from northern Germany a shout-out! It's a truly awesome, iconic snack bar. The owner is a really good cook, and some of the dishes are fantastic and way above your average snack bar fare. Definitely worth a visit!

I don't understand the hype. The schnitzel comes from a deep fryer, and the meatballs are just overpriced. There's no bratwurst. I ordered goulash and only got gravy. Maybe I was just unlucky, okay, but I'm still very disappointed.

Best German snack bar I know!!! No media hype here!!! I was already going there 10-15 years ago, just for breakfast! The meatloaf sandwiches in the morning were simply delicious 😋!!! I was there again recently for lunch, twice in fact, because it was and is so good 👍🏼!!! I was there with my girlfriend and she was just as happy as I was! Truckers always stop by too! I rewarded my colleagues with a meatball (one each!). I even got to try a piece 😁🤤 Best meatball I've ever eaten outside of my family!!! Simply amazing. Nice people behind the counter, the other food looked fantastic. Cleanliness is important to me, and it's there! It was a snowing day, but the floor was still clean, the table surfaces weren't sticky, and the dishes and cups were clean. Unfortunately, I'm not in Hanover often, but I'll definitely make a detour to try the daily special or something similar. I think the prices are a bit too low, considering how fresh everything is. The ambiance is great; this food could easily be served in a nice restaurant. I'm simply thrilled!!!! It's perfect for tradespeople and truck drivers—great quality at great prices. Keep it up! Parking: Industrial area, so when it's full, it's full. Wheelchair and child-friendly—I didn't check that, unfortunately. It's a snack bar. ... The place to go for the finest home-style cooking – and vegetarians will love it too! The fried potatoes are out of this world, the service is warm and genuine, and the prices are more than fair. We'll be back!

Honest German cuisine. No fancy-schmancy portions, just proper portions, the way they should be. When you work hard and are hungry. He has my respect for that alone. I'd even pay more. I much prefer a place like this to the tenth kebab shop in the village that's so careful not to put too much meat on the kebab. These aren't huge portions, but they're absolutely fair. If I lived nearby, I'd be a regular.

My choice of non-alcoholic beer was met with two negative comments from the server, who also pointed me towards "real" alcoholic beer. It was probably meant to be funny – at least they had non-alcoholic beer.

There were three of us (three young guys) at Jörg's for the first time. The staff and Jörg were really very nice; he took his time and was friendly. (He even came outside for a quick photo.) Plus, the food was absolutely fantastic! Good prices, large portions. Everyone will leave satisfied!

Golden shop, top service, and Jörg is an incredibly nice guy. You really can't go wrong there, easily one of the top 3 snack bars in Germany.

Unfortunately, the clientele and staff on site are difficult; they quickly become very insulting when there are differences of opinion, which is a real shame.

Best place for good German cuisine!

Having lived in Hanover for two years, I only recently became aware of Jörg's restaurant through an NDR documentary and drove there the very next day. A wonderfully rustic and cozy atmosphere that impresses with good, delicious, and simply honest cuisine. While kebab shops are popping up on every corner, here you find honest, traditional German food at a price that Jörg could easily raise by 20-30% and still be very reasonable, considering the work he and his team put in. I was certainly happy to have discovered it and will be back soon.

Today I traveled all the way from Wetzlar in central Hesse to Jörg's meatball shop by public transport after watching the documentaries several times and getting hungry. He and his two employees are very friendly and just like they are in the videos. One of the employees even packed the raw meatballs for me because otherwise they would have dried out. I had a meatball with red cabbage, gravy, and fried potatoes... Unfortunately, I completely forgot to take a picture... Absolutely delicious and highly recommended.

The shop is simply fantastic. The staff is very friendly, and the food is simply amazing.

Honest food for honest people. Eating like mom used to make, it's the perfect recipe! There are many classics like schnitzel with fried potatoes, meatball rolls, and a Manta platter. You can expect great value for money with down-to-earth, home-style cooking. I'd love to come back 🙏 P.S. The daily specials are also highly recommended.
