Delicious schnitzel and fried potatoes. Next time I'll try the meatballs

I've never eaten such a great schnitzel! This was the best and friendliest service in an extremely long time. Maybe because my language was flawless and accent-free. Every time I'm around! Next time rolls!

Joerg is an absolute brand and cooks with heart and soul. Very cheap for the quality. Top shop.

We like to go to Jörg's for lunch, it's something different - even though it's so normal. So the kitchen is reminiscent of a mother's and quickly brings back memories of childhood. I mean that in a positive way, because the cuisine is down-to-earth and mainly serves solid food. Prepared freshly and with heart, you can taste it straight away. In any case, you will always want to come back - you may also find a favorite dish. In addition, despite being fresh, the selection is impressive with a wide variety of combinations and you quickly think... how does Jörg do that? In addition, Jörg wears his heart on his sleeve... that's exactly right, just keep it up!

On the way from Magdeburg to Münster, Jörg’s Bulettenschmiede was our absolute destination. The furthest journey (we are from near Stuttgart) is worth it - food like your mother's. If you weren't there, you should definitely go.

Hello Jörg, best regards from the Ruhr area, but what you sell there as currywurst you can pour into the bin. Have the Dönninghaus sauce sent to you from Bochum (Bratwursthäuschen Bochum, that's the currywurst stand where Herbert Grönemeyer sings about) and they'll run the hut down on you. Otherwise you're a tough boy

If you haven't visited Jörg's Bulletenschmiede yet, you MUST do so soon. Just like in the NDR documentary, Jörg is very warm, open, funny and always has a great saying up his sleeve. I would be happy to come back, prices are reasonable even after the increase, which is completely understandable. Thank you Jörg ❤️

Unfortunately, hygiene is out of place here

We were traveling on business and wanted to take a coffee break... Our connection was really spontaneous. Absolutely surprising the food is delicious, fresh and tasteful. Warm and funny conversation with each other, we didn't want to leave the store. This snack bar combines great cuisine, warm conversation and hygiene. An absolute must when traveling through! You can enjoy good, cheap home-cooked food here and the snacks are also quite ok. The mashed potatoes with red cabbage were good, the sauce and the meatballs were very tasty. The currywurst was okay, but the sauce tasted too much like the well-known curry ketchup and I've eaten much better elsewhere. Still recommended if you're in the area, but it's not worth driving an extra 30km for us.

Just like in the documentary - cooking is done with heart and hand - super delicious. Meat-heavy home cooking - really real Jörg and his place.

Jörg's Buettenschmiede is one of the best snack bars I know. I had a currywurd with fries and this is highly recommended because the fries were perfectly browned and the currywurst was huge and very tasty. I haven't had such a good currywurst in a long time. After that I had another meatball and it was really perfect.

We ate there for the first time yesterday, schnitzel with fries and curry sauce, super tasty large schnitzel and a decent portion of fries. Everything you could see there looks very tasty. I can only recommend everyone to stop by there. The only downside is that parking for trucks is a bit bad

After a report on NDR, we went to see Jörg on Friday afternoon. It was relatively full (of course, lunchtime), but things progressed relatively quickly. We were even able to get a seat. The ambience is great. Still like a currywurst stand from my childhood in the 80s. Unfortunately, there are far too few things like that these days. The food selection is large. I chose meatballs with vegetables and mashed potatoes. What can I say?! The food was original, like from mothers... really good German home cooking. We felt totally comfortable and will definitely come back to try something else delicious. Thanks.

Friendly, down to earth and delicious...

We had the roast pork with the fried potatoes and the red cabbage, and everything was really delicious. Probably the best fried potatoes I've ever eaten. I can highly recommend it. It's best to come relatively early (11 a.m. - 12 p.m.)

Super Brötchen und Mittagessen zu moderaten Preisen. Der Chef Jörg ist ein orginal

Ate at Jörg’s for the first time. This is really very special and at the same time I thought it was great. I enjoyed the food very much. An XXL chicken leg with fried potatoes and his own gravy. There was a couple sitting at the table opposite who recommended the sambal sauce to me next time. I noticed during the meal that she likes to be chosen. Jörg has a menu but he prefers to tell us what he can currently offer. The room itself is small; But in my opinion it fits with the overall picture of the snack bar. I will definitely go back to check it out to try other dishes. Thank you very much, Jörg

War zum ersten mal hier und hab ein Bulettenbrötchen gegessen. Super lecker. Ich werde hier öfters einkehren.

Wir waren spontan dort und obwohl viel los war, haben wir noch einen der wenigen Sitzplätze bekommen. Von den Speisen her gibt es eine sehr große Auswahl und diese sind im Verhältnis sehr günstig. Wir haben uns jeweils für die Buletten entschieden und dazu Bratkartoffeln. Fazit: Es waren mit die besten Buletten die ich je hatte, auch die Bratkartoffeln waren klasse! Man kann die Buletten vor Ort auch zum selber fertig braten erwerben. Wir werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen um bei Zeiten die anderen Gerichte zu probieren.

Fünf Sterne, sehr leckeres Essen Danke für das Bild und für die Probierbox, haben die gar nicht gesehen, war dafür umso leckerer 😋

Naja, ganz ehrlich, wenn man sich die Reportage über ihn ansieht und sieht, wie er sich am Grill die Haare kratzt oder manche Dinge zubereitet, bekommt man einfach einen faden Beigeschmack. Wir waren 2x hier, es war durchaus lecker und Jörg ist so wie er ist, super Sache. Aber naja, es ist klar, dass da durchaus mal ein (oder mehrere) Haare im Essen landen können. Seit rausgekommen ist, dass er ein Catering für die AfD organisiert hat, ist auch klar, dass wir nicht wiederkommen werden.

Nun war es soweit. Inspiriert durch die NDR Nordstory war ich heute endlich mal in Jörgs Bulettenschmiede. Mitten im Industriegebiet gelegen und von außen…nun ja, hätte ich die Doku nicht gesehen, wäre ich da vermutlich nie reingegangen. Ich habe es trotzdem getan und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Alles super rustikal, klein und genau so wie man sich einen Imbiss vorstellt, der schon morgens für die Malocher Frühstück bereit hält. Leider war Jörg nicht da, aber seine Mitarbeiterin am Tresen gab alles - flott, frech-freundliche Schnauze (ja, das gehört und ist gut so) und immer einen Spruch parat. Ich habe die legendäre Currywurst mit Pommes bestellt und die Größe der Portion hätte locker für zwei Personen gereicht. Super Preis, super viel, super lecker! Die Doku hat nicht zu viel versprochen. Fazit: Ich komme wieder - das nächste Mal sind die Buletten dran („ Ran an die Buletten“ 😅). Jörgs Bulettenschmiede ist ein Stern am Imbisshimmel! Hingehen und Spaß haben.

Wir haben auf der Durchreise den Besuch bei Jörg' Bulettenschmiede eingeplant und wurden nicht Enttäuscht 👍Die Buletten sind der Hammer👌Es gab das Mittagsmenü mit Bratkartoffeln und Rotkohl, alles Handgemacht und sehr lecker!!! Wenn man auf der Ecke ist lohnt sich der Besuch. Viele Grüße aus Kiel ⚓

Ein sehr solieder Imbiss ohne Schnickschnack, dafür mit gutem Essen und freundlichen Service. Muss man in Hannover kennen, oder besuchen, wenn man auf der Durchreise ist.

Die Sauberkeit ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Dieser Imbiss vereint großartige Küche, herzliche Unterhaltungen und Hygiene. Ein absolutes Muss auf der Durchreise!

Gutes Essen mit großen Portionen

Kleine gemütliche Bude, aber das Essen wie bei Muttern, große portionen für kleines Geld! Jeder Trucker freud sich! Weiter so! Ich komme WIEDER. MAPPF

Eine typische Imbissbude, aber mit sehr leckerem Essen und ordentlichen Portionen. Es ist nicht allzu viel Platz, aber man rückt auch gerne zusammen und schafft Platz und der Chef Jörg ist eh ein selten gewordenes Original 👍

Top Angebot, top Essen, Top Typ. Einfach großartig. Ich bin sehr dankbar das es ihn und sein Unternehmen gibt.

Bis auf die absolut unfreundliche Bedingungen alles gut. Man gut gibt es noch Läden wo der Kunde freundlich bedient wird. Schade für den Chef, doch so lang wie die Bedienung dort arbeitet werden wir nicht mehr kommen.

Okay, etwas großer Hype, evtl auch durch den Bericht im Fernsehen? Aber der Laden ist wirklich noch ein echter Imbiss. Ich wurde sehr nett bedient, man sieht, dass die Ware frisch ist und eben kein Convinience-Food ist. Es könnte etwas aufgeräumt werden.

Urige kleine Imbissbude mit Sitzplätzen drinnen und draußen. Essen mega lecker und in Portionen von denen auch der hungrigste Kraftfahrer satt wird. Zutaten-Qualität ist erstklassig. Buletten sind per Hand geformt, Formfleisch habe ich hier bisher noch nicht gesehen. Preise evtl etwas höher als anderswo, für das Gebotene aber sehr gut. Immer wieder ein Hochgenuss hier zu essen. 9,50€ für überbackenes Cordon Bleu mit Sambalsauce, Pommes und Mayo. Sehr gute Portion fie ihr Geld absolut wert ist.

Richtig gute bodenständige Küche. Durch die doku entdeckt :D Hatte gebratene Leber und Rouladen. War beides sehr lecker.

Was da auf die Beine gestellt wird, ist großartig. Wir hatten 2 unterschiedliche Gerichte und beide haben gut geschmeckt.
