Bui Family Restaurant in Berlin

I reserved a table for two people, the reservation was canceled seven minutes before the planned visit began without any explanation. Absolute impudence.

I wish I could give no star. The staff here is just Wow So today , my wife , 2 year old and me went to this restaurant and it was around 8:45-9 pm and the restaurant had only two customers. So there were a lot of seats in the restaurant. She offered us the seat for two people and I just requested if we could get a bigger table ( table of 4). She told no the stroller needs to be kept aside which I agreed and then I just told her it would be more comfortable if we get a bigger table as we also have a toddler too . She denied us a bigger table even if there were soooo many seats available. It was really sad to have this experience.

3 HOURS delivery time with a 5 minute drive and then the drinks were forgotten. Ruined the entire evening. Never again!

Good Vietnamese restaurant with delicious food. The service was a little inattentive and the ambience is typical of these restaurants. I still recommend, bon appetit 😋

Highly recommended, the food is very delicious, the crispy duck is well worth it. We would only improve one small detail, which is that the service joked among themselves too loudly and broke the atmosphere a little, despite that the restaurant is worth it.

Cheap oils and not very nice service. Atmosphere dingy. Toilet disgusting. Overpriced.

Of course, udon are not a Vietnamese specialty, but you should think about the recipe if you put it on the menu. Unfortunately I didn't like it at all. The homemade iced tea was delicious.

We love it there, the food is always super fresh and hot, even when you order. The portion is always large and beautifully prepared and we just love it there because it's so fun and familiar. Keep it up, small but nice. And after the renovation the restaurant is even nicer and cozy, we always leave with a smile home

By far the best Vietnamese food I know in Berlin!! My absolute favorite restaurant! You can taste the fresh ingredients individually and the seasoning is perfect! In addition to many well-known dishes, there are also great new dishes to discover. Pleasant, quiet environment to sit outside. Portions could be a bit larger, but the delicious starters still fit in

Ugh, the annoyed lady behind the counter scared away 3 independent customers in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the food is still below average, even if the ambience is more inviting since the renovation and the new name. We then avoid the store again and go to another Asian restaurant in the area.

There are so many very good Vietnamese restaurants in Berlin. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. We were served extremely unfriendly and didn't feel welcome. The selection of dishes is large and confusing: the dishes are listed twice as vegan and regular, which obviously also confuses the employees. Unfortunately my order arrived incorrectly. I was asked if I would still eat them and that was fine with me. The food tasted of chlorine and very little else. I then seriously had to pay for the significantly more expensive dish that I didn't order - an absolute disgrace. That was definitely my last visit there. I'm not vegan, but the selection of vegan dishes is large. That's probably the only plus point.

The food was very good and the staff was super friendly. If you are near the Pankow S-Bahn station, take a look. I think it's worth it.

Delivery took 1:30 hours and the food was really not tasty. Everything was gray and tasted really disgusting. Descriptions of the dishes weren't really good. It wasn't marked whether it was spicy or not.

Quite classic vietnamese food, but just better. Very pleasant place to have a tasty peaceful dinner.

Eventhough they didn't have my favorite food but their menu had some certain surprise for a Vietnamese kid craving for some home food like me, not to mentioned the warm atmosphere and the service make you feel like a family dinner (I came alone).

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I ordered via Lieferando and the food arrived within 30 minutes. We always order rice with vegetables and peanut sauce there. It really is the best peanut food in Pankow. It tastes very good and is very filling. Prices are a little more expensive but it's worth it 🥰

Delicious food and really nice service, courteous and child-friendly. Unfortunately, the deduction only comes from the fact that card payment is not possible. Google Maps said it was possible and there was a small note to the right of the entrance door that said “Card payment only possible”. Otherwise it was really delicious from start to finish!

Food is good and really affordable. Unfortunately the soup and my duck were way too spicy even though that wasn't marked. A pity.

The shop is quite small, but very nicely decorated. The food was served quickly & very tasty. The non-alcoholic cocktails were also tasty. The service was super friendly. We even got a discount because it was my birthday. That was super sweet & the lady's words were just warm. Thank you for this great evening.

The place is very cool, the service is friendly and food was very nice. They have very interesting nice dishes that you won't usually find everywhere. Prices are also very friendly :)

The food with rice bowl tasted better.

We used to come here quite often and enjoy the vegan options on the menu. But then around Christmas we ordered an evening pick up (curry with vegan chicken) and experienced heavy stomach cramps the following night. I don’t feel like visiting this place again. What a shame.

There is not much space in the hall (there was less than 30 centimeters between the tables), the service was not at all pleasant. We ordered two different dishes with rice and vermicelli, the taste and smell was terrible and everything was very spicy. Tried a little but found it impossible to eat, left hungry and upset. Payment in cash only. I don't recommend it.

I do not recommend this establishment. The food stank, it was unclear what, the staff wasn't friendly, there was very little meat in the bowl.

It tasted very tasty. Cocktails really great but unfortunately very small. The staff is very nice.

Neat restaurant with lots of choice. It is not high quality, but it is good value for money. The food came very quickly and was fine. They speak virtually no English, but good enough to take the order. A major disadvantage of this restaurant is that you can only pay in cash.

Very cozy, very welcoming, super hospitable. Reservations are worthwhile for small groups.

Best Pho in Pankow 🍜🙏🏻😌 Super warm service, unfortunately there are sometimes longer waiting times at peak times due to the delivery business. We have been regular guests for a long time and will probably continue to enjoy the authentic Vietnamese cuisine for a very long time!

Stopped in for a quick drink and very light bite. Though its definitely more of a sit down meal sort of place. Nice quiet area. I'll go back if I'm in the area again. The cocktails are good and the food I had was good, the food I saw others enjoying looked really good too.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend mit wirklich leckerem Essen und Getränken, auch die Bedienung war sehr nett. Man sollte sich darauf einstellen, bar zahlen zu müssen.

Kleiner Laden mit sehr leckerem Essen. Unser Tisch war nicht sauber und die Bedienung etwas ruppig, aber das Essen ist wirklich überdurchschnittlich.

Sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit schöner Außenterrasse. Dazu kommt noch das super leckere Essen. Das Vegane Hühnchen hab ich sonst noch nirgendwo leckerer gegessen - auch die Fleischgerichte sind super lecker! Komme immer wieder gerne her

Unser Lieblingsrestaurant!!! Die Inhaberin ist immer bemüht neue Gerichte zu kreieren und das gelingt ihr auch. Dieses kleine Restaurant hebt sich von den kulinarischen Einheitsangeboten in der -vietnamesischen- Gastroszene ab. Außerdem ist es dort ein hochprofessioneller Service.

I would highly recommend. Went in today with my husband for an early dinner. We ordered a soup together and one main course per person. I had dish no. 25 - I recommend it. I have never eaten such good 'chicken' in my life and the breading is fantastic - crunchy but soft. The sauce was also very good - with an interesting flavor but not too sweet. The decor is also noteworthy - I liked the ceiling. Personally, I think it adds character to the whole decor. My husband liked the slats on the back wall.

Sehr große Auswahl an Gerichten und sehr lecker zu guten Preisen. Das Essen kam zügig und auf der kleinen Terasse kann man sehr gemütlich sitzen.

Went there as a group of 5 people to get dinner, just 5 minutes before 10. However, the hostess did not turn us away and invited us in even though it was almost closing time. The hostess was very polite and the ambience was awesome. The main event was the food, I had ordered egg fried rice with chicken and it was really delicious. Will definitely go back to try other dishes!

Das Bui Family Restaurant ist ein vietnamesisches Restaurant in einer Nebenstraße gelegen, deshalb ist es dort sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Das Essen ist sehr gut und das Personal ist freundlich. Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe und die Öffentlichen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren das erste Mal da, werden aber sicher zum Wiederholungstäter.

Mittelmäßiges Essen für einen mittelmäßigen Preis. Die Pho schmeckt sehr stark nach den Brühewürfeln und hat relativ wenig Fleisch, Gemüse und Kräuter. Es werden keine Limetten, Kräuter oder Sprossen gereicht. Die gebratenen Udon waren auch nicht besser. Die Leute die hier das Essen loben haben garantiert noch nie authentisch gegessen.

Ich finde, dass es in Berlin viele sehr gute vietnamesische Restaurants gibt. Dieses hier war nicht nach meinem Geschmack. Das Essen war nicht besonders gut und eher enttäuschend. Die Bedienung war jedoch freundlich.
