Delicious, authentic, and fresh food! Unbeatable in Pankow. The packaging could be more sustainable, though.

Very tasty food at a reasonable price.

We had an amazing dinner with my family - everything that we ordered was delicious and fresh. We ordered 5 dishes and waiting time was short. portions are big so we left with our bellies full. Totally recommend!

We were here as a couple and sat outside. The atmosphere was lovely, the food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. We'd be happy to come back.

We ordered via Uber Eats and it arrived faster than expected. The food was a large portion, but the curry was a bit too sweet.

A place you enter once – and never again. The food seems like it came from a discount store, lacking in flavor and lacking any attention to detail – American dressing in an Asian restaurant... maybe someone can take it with a sense of humor. The atmosphere is reasonably cozy, but the real highlight is the management: an outrageously unfriendly waitress, especially towards families and children. You don't feel welcome here, but rather brushed off. Absolutely disappointing. Reading the lower-star ratings, it seems as if everyone is talking about the same dragon.

The spicy dishes 29 and 50 are fantastic. The fish soup is also very, very tasty. I come here every week and alternate between the three. I'm addicted. 😍 My absolute recommendation!

A very nice, family-run Asian restaurant. Really delicious food, very friendly service, and a lovely terrace across from the park in the summer.

It was actually quite good, but if it comes with soy sauce, it has to be labeled with some of that. All ingredients should also be listed, for allergy sufferers. It's a shame that the response was so annoyed, but service can be very stressful.

Not recommended for people with celiac disease; very unfriendly responses to detailed questions about whether the food is truly gluten-free. Unfortunately, most people in restaurants generally have no idea what gluten-free means for people with celiac disease, for example, that the food must not be contaminated during cooking (not even the smallest crumb of gluten/wheat may come into contact with the food), or that many sauces contain hidden gluten/wheat. And then I find it really unfair/disgraceful when detailed questions are met with such annoyance. Honestly, it's exhausting enough to have to explain it all over and over again, but then I at least wish I was talking to someone who listens and wants to understand.

It was very tasty and cooked relatively quickly. Perfect for lunch.

Delicious food at good prices. We like to go with friends when we are in the area. Sometimes the organization of the staff is a bit chaotic but they are very nice. A solid restaurant.

Very bad food quality and smell I have ordered 2nights ago via UberEat and it has been delivered after one hour(the restaurant is by walking (7-10 min)! I would never order!

We always order the curry chay with vegan chicken there, which is really recommended. Sitting on site in the sunshine is also very nice and relaxing as there is only a small street and a park next to it. The staff is also very nice.

I was there recently and was very disappointed with the food. I had curry with duck and unfortunately the smell was unbearable. It smelled abnormal. I then mentioned it and they brought me chicken instead of duck, but it still smelled like a chicken coop. The friends who were with me were also horrified by the smell and couldn't finish their food. I really don't know what went wrong, whether the oil was too old, something was wrong with the curry sauce or with the meat... I have no idea but I've never experienced anything like that.

Rating from the child (5th years old): You should stay as you are. And you are the best restaurant.

Very tasty food and friendly staff. The Pho soup is especially great. Since you can only pay in cash and I didn't have any cash with me, I was still allowed to pick up the food I ordered and then pay for it the next day.

I can't sleep because I think about how delicious that tofu was again. Bui Family has never disappointed me. Very, very big recommendation🫰🏼

I ordered the Bun Bo Nam Bo which had cold noodles.. At the same time, payment only in cash, which was an unpleasant surprise when leaving, as ATMs in the area do not accept online cards and we did not have a plastic one with us. What is nice is the nice interior of the restaurant and the nice service.

The food is delicious, but you might have to wait longer on Sundays. We got our food delivered after 11 p.m. 2 hours after ordering. It's a shame, because the terrible ringing woke up the child.

I reserved a table for two people, the reservation was canceled seven minutes before the planned visit began without any explanation. Absolute impudence.

I wish I could give no star. The staff here is just Wow So today , my wife , 2 year old and me went to this restaurant and it was around 8:45-9 pm and the restaurant had only two customers. So there were a lot of seats in the restaurant. She offered us the seat for two people and I just requested if we could get a bigger table ( table of 4). She told no the stroller needs to be kept aside which I agreed and then I just told her it would be more comfortable if we get a bigger table as we also have a toddler too . She denied us a bigger table even if there were soooo many seats available. It was really sad to have this experience.

Highly recommended, the food is very delicious, the crispy duck is well worth it. We would only improve one small detail, which is that the service joked among themselves too loudly and broke the atmosphere a little, despite that the restaurant is worth it.

Of course, udon are not a Vietnamese specialty, but you should think about the recipe if you put it on the menu. Unfortunately I didn't like it at all. The homemade iced tea was delicious.

We love it there, the food is always super fresh and hot, even when you order. The portion is always large and beautifully prepared and we just love it there because it's so fun and familiar. Keep it up, small but nice. And after the renovation the restaurant is even nicer and cozy, we always leave with a smile home

By far the best Vietnamese food I know in Berlin!! My absolute favorite restaurant! You can taste the fresh ingredients individually and the seasoning is perfect! In addition to many well-known dishes, there are also great new dishes to discover. Pleasant, quiet environment to sit outside. Portions could be a bit larger, but the delicious starters still fit in

Ugh, the annoyed lady behind the counter scared away 3 independent customers in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the food is still below average, even if the ambience is more inviting since the renovation and the new name. We then avoid the store again and go to another Asian restaurant in the area.

There are so many very good Vietnamese restaurants in Berlin. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. We were served extremely unfriendly and didn't feel welcome. The selection of dishes is large and confusing: the dishes are listed twice as vegan and regular, which obviously also confuses the employees. Unfortunately my order arrived incorrectly. I was asked if I would still eat them and that was fine with me. The food tasted of chlorine and very little else. I then seriously had to pay for the significantly more expensive dish that I didn't order - an absolute disgrace. That was definitely my last visit there. I'm not vegan, but the selection of vegan dishes is large. That's probably the only plus point.

The food was very good and the staff was super friendly. If you are near the Pankow S-Bahn station, take a look. I think it's worth it.

Quite classic vietnamese food, but just better. Very pleasant place to have a tasty peaceful dinner.

Delivery took 1:30 hours and the food was really not tasty. Everything was gray and tasted really disgusting. Descriptions of the dishes weren't really good. It wasn't marked whether it was spicy or not.

Eventhough they didn't have my favorite food but their menu had some certain surprise for a Vietnamese kid craving for some home food like me, not to mentioned the warm atmosphere and the service make you feel like a family dinner (I came alone).

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I ordered via Lieferando and the food arrived within 30 minutes. We always order rice with vegetables and peanut sauce there. It really is the best peanut food in Pankow. It tastes very good and is very filling. Prices are a little more expensive but it's worth it 🥰

Delicious food and really nice service, courteous and child-friendly. Unfortunately, the deduction only comes from the fact that card payment is not possible. Google Maps said it was possible and there was a small note to the right of the entrance door that said “Card payment only possible”. Otherwise it was really delicious from start to finish!

Food is good and really affordable. Unfortunately the soup and my duck were way too spicy even though that wasn't marked. A pity.

The shop is quite small, but very nicely decorated. The food was served quickly & very tasty. The non-alcoholic cocktails were also tasty. The service was super friendly. We even got a discount because it was my birthday. That was super sweet & the lady's words were just warm. Thank you for this great evening.

The food with rice bowl tasted better.

We used to come here quite often and enjoy the vegan options on the menu. But then around Christmas we ordered an evening pick up (curry with vegan chicken) and experienced heavy stomach cramps the following night. I don’t feel like visiting this place again. What a shame.

I do not recommend this establishment. The food stank, it was unclear what, the staff wasn't friendly, there was very little meat in the bowl.

There is not much space in the hall (there was less than 30 centimeters between the tables), the service was not at all pleasant. We ordered two different dishes with rice and vermicelli, the taste and smell was terrible and everything was very spicy. Tried a little but found it impossible to eat, left hungry and upset. Payment in cash only. I don't recommend it.

Neat restaurant with lots of choice. It is not high quality, but it is good value for money. The food came very quickly and was fine. They speak virtually no English, but good enough to take the order. A major disadvantage of this restaurant is that you can only pay in cash.

Very cozy, very welcoming, super hospitable. Reservations are worthwhile for small groups.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend mit wirklich leckerem Essen und Getränken, auch die Bedienung war sehr nett. Man sollte sich darauf einstellen, bar zahlen zu müssen.

Kleiner Laden mit sehr leckerem Essen. Unser Tisch war nicht sauber und die Bedienung etwas ruppig, aber das Essen ist wirklich überdurchschnittlich.

Sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit schöner Außenterrasse. Dazu kommt noch das super leckere Essen. Das Vegane Hühnchen hab ich sonst noch nirgendwo leckerer gegessen - auch die Fleischgerichte sind super lecker! Komme immer wieder gerne her
