Yes, it was our second time there. Unfortunately, the food was a bit cold today.

I highly recommend this restaurant. It's simply excellent! Especially the buffet.

The restaurant is cozy, the service is attentive and quick. The size of the buffet is good, everything is very tidy, well filled and nothing is empty. Everything was also warm. The fresh counter was also very good. Everything tastes fresh and delicious. Only the dessert buffet disappointed me a little. Only soft ice cream and the rest... Fruits were also rather absent. The price is absolutely okay at 25 euros. Highly recommended

I have known this restaurant for many years. Unfortunately, some friends celebrate their birthdays there. This is an extreme mass processing. At the buffet there is e.g. T. like the SSV or WSV. Unfortunately there are only three different sauces for the meal. Unfortunately there is no more garlic and ginger that I can put on food. In my opinion, peanut sauce is very boring, but my sauce tastes much better! My beef was fried to death, very annoying. The sour and spicy soup is one of the bad ones I've eaten. That didn't excite me at all. Food for the masses…not for gourmets!!! The Aperol Sprizz is an absolute joke, little Aperol, but a lot of water!! The service was e.g. T. underground. The plates were not cleared away promptly. An employee (with short hair) was very upset because a friend didn't react immediately when the drinks were handed out. All the friends around were very shocked at the behavior. A woman like that isn't allowed to work as a waitress. We weren't thrilled this time either...

There is a fairly large selection of dishes at the buffet, so everyone is guaranteed to find something. We particularly like the “fresh counter”, where you can have fresh vegetables, meat and fish fried. However, with a price of around €25 per person plus drinks, it is a little higher priced.

Great food... At a low price....

Nos gustó mucho este lugar, gran variedad de comida y todo se rellenó a tiempo para que siempre pudiéramos elegir de todo el buffet. No hablamos alemán, así que cuando tratamos de pedir ayuda a la camarera se aseguraron de enviar a la colega que hablaba inglés a nuestra mesa. También hay un “mozo robot” que me pareció divertido, sin duda recomendar el lugar no solo por la estética, sino también por la experiencia.

The food is very nicely prepared, but the quality is not very high. A lot of work is done with inexpensive fat and the usual flavor enhancers. But completely normal and ok in the price range. The ambience is great.

I was in the restaurant on February 9, 2025 with table number 51. First I asked how it was going and then I was told that it would be explained to us when our friends were there. Then the order was taken without any explanation. The waiter was watching me the whole time. Then he came and said if I eat so much and it stays on the plate, I have to pay for it. I said yes I can, but if I don't like it and why didn't he tell me this before. He rolled his eyes and said he didn't want to argue... Simply outrageous. So if you go, you should think carefully about what you put on your plate. Service not worth one star......

Very nice staff who try to clear away dirty dishes as quickly as possible. The meals were very tasty and well prepared. The food on display was always refilled and care was taken not to leave it lying around for too long. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and also offers enough space for youth ceremonies or weddings. Highly recommended

The food was very tasty. The buffet was quite tasty and we stayed there for almost 4 hours. 2 soups were available, sushi, typical Asian dishes and fresh things that could be grilled. The ambience was somewhat like a train station hall, there was also a robot operation and several times people sang a song for their birthday.

A really great restaurant whether you come for the buffet or order take away. If you order food to take away, it is packaged in high quality, rice, meat with vegetables and sauce individually. The portion is really big, so you'll be full. I can only recommend the restaurant and come back again and again. Thanks!

The buffet is first class and tastes excellent. The service is great and friendly and the ambience is great. However, if you want to have a conversation there, this is the wrong place. As soon as the restaurant is full, the noise is deafening and you can only communicate loudly. Only the separate rooms offer the opportunity to talk to several people. We were there around 2 p.m.

The food is good so far but the service is not special and the background noise is more reminiscent of a cafeteria! For the price, it's better to go to the a la cart restaurant!

Unfortunately, your food is getting worse and worse. We have been going to you every now and then for 19 years. At the beginning it was really really good... the quality has deteriorated extremely since COVID.

We saw a restaurant and decided to go have something to eat. The journey took half an hour and 24 kilometers. We arrived at 21.40 and at the entrance we were told that the buffet closes at 10 pm, even though it says it closes at 11 pm, so we went home hungry... if we had gone to a neighboring restaurant we would have been full. .a waste of time...

There are a variety of vivid shrimp dishes here. It's so delicious. Meat dishes are also delicious. I choose the food, give it to me, and the chef cooks it on an iron plate and serves it to me. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. Desserts also seem to be popular with children. Service is also good. I think I will come here often to eat.

Went to the restaurant for the first time on a recommendation. We were assigned a table, a very large restaurant. We find it loud and uncomfortable, but there are also niches and other more comfortable tables, we sat very awkwardly, everyone walked past us back and forth to the buffet ,also to the toilet, more of a check-in, no relaxed restaurant feeling. We had the feeling that we had to hurry. Fast, very friendly service, the buffet was briefly explained, unfortunately no price was mentioned... we left 15.50€ because we were told that beforehand. But... on the weekend there is also a Mongolian buffet with raw meat, fish, etc., which is freshly prepared. Only, we don't eat any of that, we ate baked chicken, fried chicken Pasta and vegetables, plus dessert (which is very clear and was in different places). The "awakening" came with the bill, the buffet costs €24.90 per person. For the food we chose ourselves unfortunately too much. Room clean, as well as cutlery/dishes. Buffet is regularly refilled, unfortunately food is only lukewarm. We wish everyone bon appetite and a nice "trip to Asia".

I had the pleasure of visiting the Royal Garden and I absolutely love it! The buffet offers an impressive selection of authentic Chinese dishes that impress in both taste and quality. I was particularly impressed by the variety - everything from crispy spring rolls to perfectly seasoned Kung Pao chicken to freshly prepared sushi was there. Vegetarians will also get their money's worth here, as there are numerous options with vegetables and tofu. The ingredients taste fresh, the food is constantly replenished and kept warm. A highlight for me was the live cooking station, where you can choose your favorite ingredients and have them freshly prepared. The ambience is cozy and inviting, and the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Even on a busy evening, the service remained quick and courteous. Value for money? Absolutely great! For this quality and selection, the price is more than justified. I would recommend Royal Garden to anyone who loves Chinese cuisine or wants to discover new flavors. A culinary excursion that is definitely worth it!

Went here spontaneously at lunchtime with a friend because we were in the mood for "Asian"... The usual dishes were available in the buffet, which were always refilled. I was surprised that there were also chips and fried potatoes there, which I had never seen before in an Asian, here Chinese restaurant. The taste was terrible!!! I definitely won't go here again at lunchtime and hope it was an exception.

One thing must be made clear here: it is a buffet restaurant. Nevertheless, the food is of the highest quality. As you know, a buffet restaurant doesn't need a lot of staff, so I can't really say much about it - but the food was fantastic. Even if you wanted something freshly prepared, that wasn't a problem, from shrimp to scampi to steak. All I can say is that I will 100 percent come back.

The buffet is very tasty and there is also sushi. Freshly prepared food is served on the lower level by a robot, which is a highlight. The restaurant also offers too good to go. 👍

Mega buffet with a huge selection. There was even a soft ice cream machine. Quiet relaxed atmosphere. Service very friendly. Operated partly by a funny robot. We will definitely come back.

Great atmosphere from the outside to the entrance (koi pond) to the inside (statue)... We were there for the buffet, very rich and varied and everything was delicious. The staff is friendly and competent. All in all, highly recommended!

Quite large, clean Mongolian/Chinese restaurant with a typically nice ambience. The Mongolian Christmas buffet is rich, varied, unusual and also suitable for vegetarians as meat is sometimes offered separately. You can also have fresh things fried. The service is very friendly and super accommodating! We would like to thank the team for the good hospitality, especially on the holidays!

I have been a guest at the Royal Garden for many years. Both at lunchtime and in larger groups on special occasions. Yesterday I was there again at lunchtime with someone and it will probably have been my last visit. The new containers in which the food is presented look attractive, but all the food I took was cold, so my food (at least) was warmed up in the microwave by the friendly service :/ With the advice that I should take food “from below”. Okay, but in the new containers everything is basically "on top" because they are only warmed with the undersides, while the old containers were "sunken" all around for warmth. The plates are no longer within easy reach on the buffet but below the food. The quality itself has also declined massively. An increase to currently 15.50 euros at lunchtime would be acceptable if the food were as tasty as it once was. The beef with onions, very tough. The tom kha soup like warm milk. The duck cold. The shrimp saved us because we were able to sort out the corn cobs as much as possible and the chicken along with peanut sauce. Plus, haha, the soft ice cream as a little consolation. Really a shame! What also irritated me was that an employee washed the cutlery again before using it for herself.

Food was okay but I have never experienced that if you don't want to drink you have to pay an additional €3 on top of the price of the meal. Therefore only 1 star.

The food itself was delicious BUT in my opinion there wasn't enough choice at the buffet. I found there was enough meat on the Mongolian side. More vegetables would have been nice. You didn't have to think long about dessert, it was very manageable. The atmosphere is small, loud and in winter you should take a table further back. The front door keeps opening and doesn't close on its own. It then drags so much. Service is friendly but takes its time.

Went here by chance this afternoon. The restaurant was empty, apparently the buffet meal had just ended. Service was rushed and unfriendly. The food was lukewarm, was not eaten and was therefore almost completely returned. The beef with onion was sometimes very mushy, so the dog ate it. In response to our comment there was no apology, credit or even a drink. I have rarely experienced such behavior. You are not valued there as a guest.
