Fast service, delicious food, staff very nice.

Very tasty food. A very good selection for vegetarians and gluten-free options, too. The food arrived quickly, was fresh, hot, and very tasty.

Super delicious and very generous portions. We were very lucky and got a table without having to make a reservation. The only minor issue was the service, and we had some communication issues. But after a bit of back and forth, we sorted it out. We'd be happy to come back.

The food is beautifully presented. The atmosphere is also very nice, as it's rather quiet. The waiters are sometimes a bit inattentive, but very friendly. A small quirk: when I went to the bathroom, there was no soap, and the faucet was strangely loose. Considering this was my first time eating real Asian food, I was very pleasantly surprised, especially by the taste. Definitely recommended.

This was our second time here and we were very satisfied both times. Even special requests were handled with kindness, and the food was truly excellent.

You've barely finished eating when a waiter appears at your table, demanding your payment. It doesn't feel right and you feel like you're about to be kicked out. It's not exactly cozy... It's a shame. But the food tastes really good 👍

The food was good, the ambiance great, but unfortunately, the service ruined everything. We were sitting outside, it started to rain lightly, and we were forgotten. So we went inside with our cutlery and menu, but had to stand in line for tables with our stuff. When we finally got a table, our stuff was taken away without further ado. The waiter, wearing sweatpants from the football nation of Argentina, didn't speak any German. We were asked to leave, but after a clarifying conversation with several waiters, we were allowed to stay and finally order. The food and ambiance alone deserve 5 stars; thanks to the "service," it only got 3.

The place was completely packed. But we still got our food in just five minutes. You definitely need a reservation here. The food wasn't completely hot, but rather a bit above room temperature.

I love the Buddha Bowl!!! 😍 It's very popular, but rightly so. The food is great and the service is friendly. I especially recommend the Phon Peng Peanuts or the Mango Salad. The Poke Bowl and the sushi aren't bad either.

How can you have such an underground internet presence in 2025 simply a disgrace

We've been coming here every now and then for many years... the prices are good, the food is very good, and the service is also good, especially considering that it's always busy and stressful for the staff... you can still get a seat without a reservation if you're okay with a short wait, and you won't be turned away... all in all, one of the best places in the north for solid Asian food. The owner hasn't let his success go to his head in the slightest, and I really appreciate that about this restaurant.

Great Pan-Asian cuisine, reasonable prices, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Primarily a young crowd. [Unfortunately, when it's busy, it's also very loud (lack of soundproofing); you mostly sit on benches without backrests – rather problematic for hearing aid wearers or those with back problems.] Otherwise: a definite recommendation.

We had a short stay in Lübeck and were looking for a place to have a quick dinner. We took a walk around the area and checked which restaurants had good reviews – and here we came across Buddha Bowl, which had received really great ratings. The restaurant lived up to expectations. The food was tasty, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the surroundings were cozy. There was a lot of life in the restaurant – even on a Monday night it was full of guests, and when we left, there was actually a queue at the door. That says a lot! All in all, a really nice place if you want Asian food in a cozy setting. We could easily come back if we visit Lübeck again one day.

A floor that makes you drift when you walk, tables that stick to your feet, a menu that sticks worse than children's hands, and more bad food than good... The dishes seemed to have been reheated. It's a shame, I used to love being a customer and now I'm just disappointed.

Five-star food, five-star venue. Two or three-star service, depending on who you get. But it doesn't matter; just ignore the unfriendly waiters, because the food is truly excellent. They serve bowls filled with everything and more. For less than €20, you'll leave feeling full and happy. Among the drinks, I recommend the various lemonades flavored with mint, ginger, and other excellent ingredients. Everyone is good, except the waiters, who should be taught good manners.

The food is truly delicious, whether it's sushi, curry, or whatever, there's nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the service is often not so good; even if you wave conspicuously, you're ignored or put off. Furthermore, it's almost impossible to reserve a table by phone because no one ever answers the phone (yes, I tried several times at different times). In the end, I drove there to make it there because it was for a birthday and I wanted to play it safe, and when we arrived on the day, they said there were no reservations...

Everyone was satisfied, adults and children alike. We had a noodle dish, bowl and sushi which tasted really good. Nice toilets and the option to sit both inside and outside. Would like to visit the place again if possible :-D

One of the best, if not the best Asian restaurants in Luebeck. Good Pho and Bantam rice noodles. Friendly staff. If you wanna eat at rush hour times, you better bring some time. It's too good, that's why it's overcrowded. They also serve nice lemonades.

Cons of the restaurant: It gets loud quickly when it's busy, which is often the case—and that's also a plus. If you want to sit and chat for a while, it's better to move after dinner. What bothered us more this time was the long wait. Getting seated at all, despite having a reservation, and then waiting for the bill at the end. Otherwise, the service is very friendly and excellent. We'll be back, one way or another.

Flying Shanghai noodles was epic. amazingly tasty crispy duck with tasty sauce. I definitely recommend.🙌 Vegetarian sushi - veggie crispy rolls was good too, tasty mango lassi. for desert we ordered tiramisu and it was good. polite and very fast service, beautiful ambiance. We ate there spontaneously during a city break. Very good value for money. Large portions. I really didn't need the starter. Service was very reserved and not very chatty, which was probably due to a slight language barrier. The taste was very good, perhaps it could have been a bit stronger, but that's a matter of taste. The restaurant was quite busy even at lunchtime during the week. The lunch menu was very affordable and offered plenty of variety.

I was here for the first time recently. I really enjoyed the food and it tasted good, but it took a long time to get served, which wasn't exactly exceptional. It wasn't exactly busy, but after 20-30 minutes, we had to ask how long we would approximately have to wait for our food. The staff were very understanding and friendly.

Been there twice now. You get a lot for your money. The food is really delicious and you don't have to wait long. The service is friendly and it feels like you can't manage the portions on your own. With starters, drinks and a main course it comes to €25 to €30 per person. I'd love to come back!

The duck was disappointingly tough and not crispy at all. And the accompanying sauce was bland and boring. Not at all what I was expecting by the food prices here. On the other hand, the starters were nice: shrimp dumplings, battered prawns, spring and summer rolls. If I eat here again I will order just starters and soup.

The fact that it is fried in coconut oil alone probably makes a difference in price compared to vegetable frying oil.

Whether I go depends on who I accompany off.It's often too loud for a nice conversation. The benches are not ideal for older people. No backrest, hard seat. This time we were better off. Young people, 2 p.m. We didn't want to chat, we wanted to eat well. That worked perfectly. It tasted delicious, was very plentiful and was a feast for the eyes. Mango Lassie is so delicious. The price-performance ratio is good. We'll definitely be back.

A lot of great choices to Eat, drink and have dessert. I personally recommend their ice cream, fair portion. Great selection of fresh vegetables and tasty beer. Clean spaces and ready to use outdoor seating, even outside of the main season. Cozy and interestingly lit restrooms.
