The food tasted very good, but unfortunately only came to the table lukewarm. The service was quick, but very short and overall could have been a bit friendlier (it wasn't particularly busy).

I recently had the "Flying Singapore" bowl at Buddha Bowl Restaurant, and unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The noodles were served cold, the curry sauce had an unpleasant, oily taste, and the duck was full of gristle - simply inedible. It will definitely be my first and last visit there. Only the service was excellent. I also left a tip there (:

The decor is nice, but it's far too loud inside and everything always seems very hectic. Inside and outside you sit on benches that are not very comfortable. The food was quite good, although I used to think it was better. The service was not good and very unfriendly, perhaps due to the language barrier.

The food was delicious (but nothing really “special”), the ambience was great (a bit noisy when it was full => sound-absorbing panels would help a bit), but the service was sometimes unreasonable: We ate there several times because we initially thought it had been a bad day. But people shouting at us because we calmly complained at a meal that we weren't given tofu but chicken, or that (on another visit) the completely wrong dish was brought, is simply not acceptable. After my friend, who cannot eat gluten, had a complete stomach ache after eating yesterday, even though she had ordered a dish that, according to the allergens listed, did not contain gluten, this was our last visit. We are happy that there are now many other good Asian options in Lübeck! :)

If there are free outdoor seats that cannot previously be reserved, individual guests are turned away in an extremely unfriendly manner after the number of guests has been asked or asked to leave the free table. It was very tasty and the portion size was also right. A little too much sauce, but that never hurts. Edamame, hands and avocado were already mixed. This can still be optimized here. So layering the ingredients like a real bowl would emphasize the fun of eating. And you could decide for yourself whether you want to mix or not. Rice was proportionately fine. I would be happy to add half a ladle more, then the price would be right.

The food was very good, unfortunately starters came together with the main courses. Service could be better trained. The already empty plates were constantly being cleared away, which is really annoying when eating. This gives the overall impression that you should finish as quickly as possible and leave the restaurant. The ambience is nice, but the cobwebs/dust on the lamps should be removed.

There are now a lot of Asian restaurants in Lübeck. A lot of emphasis is placed on the exotic presentation of the portions. It tastes good and looks really good.

No local cuisine, more Asian. We had a Thai curry and a Vietnamese soup. Both were great.

The food is always delicious, the service is friendly and I always like to come back.

Really nice place with huge portions. I ordered the butterfish, and what I really loved about this dish is that it came with lots of good veggies such as asparagus, broccoli and snow peas, and not just a massive amount of rice like you normally get in other places, which made the dish a lot healthier and tastier.

Well, I haven't eaten so well in a long time. Absolutely amazing, so delicious and beautifully prepared. Everyone was really nice, despite the fact that it was very crowded, everyone was happy :) I will come back and recommend it to others.

Very tasty Asian dishes, everything was very fresh. Sushi was also good. The food was served quickly, even though the restaurant was busy. The portions are also very generous. The service was very friendly. The menus are already very worn and therefore appear dingy, which is a shame. The floor also seemed greasy, like in many Asian restaurants. This could be improved, otherwise it's really great in our opinion. Also suitable for families.

Bad service, food before drinks! No go The stroller was complained about and then the child was touched twice, which I don't think is great. Service smokes in front of guests. Not recommendable.

All in all, it's a good place to eat. The portions are okay to fill you up without a starter. I would still recommend one. The food is prepared very decoratively and chicly. The eye definitely eats here. Service was okay. You had to ask for new drinks. Nevertheless, always remained friendly.

The dishes there are super delicious, but I think it's a shame that the sushi on the menu is almost exclusively dominated by fish and there is 1 vegetarian edition for every type of sushi (inside out, tempura, etc.) and only otherwise with fish. Nearby other Asian/Vitnamese restaurants have a lot more choice in this regard, which is not exclusively vegetarian or with fish. P.S. Be careful because the floor there is very greasy and it is very easy to slip.

I really had fun here. Very tasty, very attentive staff and not afraid of that little extra. I really hope to be able to come back again. A little expensive, but it's worth it.

Outside directly on a relatively busy street, but separated with plants, inside a bit dark, but still attractively decorated. So all in all it's a pretty nice place to sit. The food is delicious and the selection is huge, including a lot of vegetarian options. Price completely reasonable. Service quick and attentive. Parking is difficult, but the city center is better on foot anyway.

Late dinner (10 p.m.). Pho and chicken with rice noodles and peanuts. Very nice place. Fast, efficient service. The pho lacked a little salt, the chicken dish was very good. Not fatty or too sweet.

The dishes are tasty and invite you to repeat. The menu arouses curiosity and doesn't promise too much. A clear recommendation!

We always enjoy going there. The prices are fair and the food is delicious. It is advisable to make a reservation if you want to sit inside. Without a reservation you usually have to wait a bit, but the staff really tries to offer you a seat as quickly as possible. We always come by spontaneously in the evening without a reservation 🙂 The extreme child-friendliness is also very noticeable. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants in Lübeck and the surrounding area. All meals can also be ordered to take away.

Excellent food! One service was great, the other wasn't in the mood. The hand blender turned on twice for 3 minutes, so you needed hearing protection.

We were here on a Sunday evening. The restaurant is VERY dark. It was quite well attended. Unfortunately the sushi is not as good as in the shop around the corner. The rice in the bowl is completely cold. The soup was good, just not Thai-spicy. However, the drinks policy left a bad impression: more than half of the pineapple-mint smoothie consisted of foam. When I pointed out to the waiter that there wasn't 300 times in the glass, but a lot of air, he just said that it was always served that way and that I should drink it, top and bottom 🤔😠

Attention: danger of poisoning! After eating a bowl of edamame beans, I had symptoms of intoxication (vomiting, chills, fever) all night long. I attribute this to beans that were not cooked enough (then they contain phasin that is dangerous to humans), as all the vegetables were still quite firm, but the beans could be the only thing that causes such reactions. When I went the next day to point out that the food was dangerous, I didn't feel like I was being understood. Undercooked beans are intolerable for everyone! No, I don't have an allergy.

We were there with my friend at lunchtime on Friday July 5th, 2024, I ordered item 24 in crispy duck, luckily my friend ate noodle with tofu. Literally after 2 hours I felt very bad, I was sick all day, obvious signs of intoxication, and the service was very sloppy

The food is fresh and tasty. One star deducted because the service was very inattentive (drinks were forgotten, used plates of starters were not cleared away until the end). Unfortunately, out of 4 dishes we ordered (2 starters, 2 main courses), the vegetarian Poké Bowl failed. It was more of a salad with a side of rice than a Poké Bowl as I know it. The worst thing, however, was the honey mustard dressing that was poured over it. The food was literally swimming in this dressing, the taste drowned out everything else - unfortunately it wasn't tasty :( However, the duck curry, papaya salad and spring rolls were very good.

Got food poisoning again! We were here for dinner yesterday and a friend and I both spent the night hanging over the toilet. Unfortunately, this is actually not the first time this has happened, but the first time was a few years ago and I avoided the restaurant after that. Now it's happened again. I called the restaurant and we got our amount refunded. Thanks! Unfortunately it took a long time to apologize. Instead, I was taught how to pay close attention to hygiene here and that someone was on site to check just that week. Please check again and improve processes! PS: in an exchange with another friend it came out that she also had food poisoning twice after visiting this restaurant.

Didn't know the restaurant before. I was pleasantly surprised. The bowl was very tasty and the quantity was completely sufficient. In my opinion, the beer selection could have been larger, but it was okay. I will definitely come more often!

Even though it was reserved for 8 people, we had to wait outside for almost half an hour. Only then were we shown to a table for a maximum of 6 people. We ate, squeezed tightly together. However, the food was excellent and everyone enjoyed it. When we finished eating, we were assigned 7th and 8th place. This way we wouldn't be able to enjoy our drinks in peace and quiet. Overall it was far too loud in the restaurant. Parking at the restaurant is difficult. There is a parking garage nearby, but you have to walk. Despite the inconvenience, it's worth it just because of the good food, which is high quality and tastes great.

It was our first time eating at Buddah Bowl and we were really impressed: we were impressed by the selection of the menu, the beautifully presented food and the attentive service. We had sushi as a starter and main course and matcha ice cream with fruit for dessert. Everything tasted very fresh, with the various sauces and side dishes it was a culinary experience. The deduction of one star refers only (but not entirely unimportantly) to the condition of the toilets.

Sunday evening. Short waiting time (queue). We were shown to the table. It was full - we couldn't choose. Maybe we wouldn't have been allowed to, who knows. I then drew attention to myself when I ordered. After that, the food came quite quickly. Vegetables al dente - perfect. Rice like rice, salmon works anyway. Everything is very nicely presented! Tasted good. We sat in the middle and had to talk very loudly. Reservations are a must at peak times.

A really nice restaurant. We decided to have a little snack. The sushi (rolls inside out) was very tasty. The homemade non-alcoholic long drink was also super tasty and fresh. Only when it came to the service did we have the impression that the order had to be quick. Overall, a great location. I would love to come back and look forward to trying more dishes.

We reserved a table and had 2 hours to eat. The service wasn't bad, the menu was a bit confusing, as things like Suschi and Suschi had menus on completely different pages. What also bothered me was that you quickly lost your orientation because you quickly lost the beginning and end of the cat. I ordered the flying noodles, which are very tasty but the portions are relatively large, which is why you can leave out the starter. What bothered me about the floating noodles was that the metal rod that held the noodles got in the way later when I was eating them. The ambience was really good, but the windows were quite dirty. But in the end the food was very tasty and we were all full.
