We reserved a table for Sunday at 1:30 p.m. Google said the opening hours were from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., but the restaurant said they close at 3:00 p.m. – very unprofessional. There were no rice noodles, so several of us had to change our orders. We ordered the dishes by number, but the waiter called out the names while serving, causing confusion as to who had ordered which dish. Instead of calmly helping, he acted impatiently and even mentioned "cameras" – completely inappropriate. The dishes were also served chaotically: two people got an appetizer, one got a main course straight away, and the others had to wait later. Normally, you either bring everyone the appetizers first and then the main courses, or you serve everything at the same time – but not so jumbled. The sushi (Z9 "Dragon Roll") only had eel on one roll, even though it was supposed to be on all the pieces on the menu. Additionally, the waiter insisted that Z9 is "C nine" and not "Zet nine" – which is incorrect. Overall, very disappointing – we won't be back.

Wow, finally a nice restaurant again. Four of us went here for dinner and were absolutely thrilled with the ambiance and service. The food was also really good; we'll eat there again.

The sushi 🍱 tastes excellent. Best location so far. Because the place gets quite busy, it's best to make a reservation in advance.

Very unfriendly. We weren't greeted, waited a while until we approached someone, and then were rudely shooed around instead of being told where to sit. We only ordered two iced coffees, which we then had to wait 35 minutes for. Our drinks simply sat on the counter for 10-15 minutes until a server brought them to us. The dessert looked completely different from the picture, and it was a sadly small portion.

We had all kinds of sushi. What we didn't understand was that they poured a sauce (mayonnaise?) over the sushi; we're not used to it and don't like it. If the sauce is absolutely necessary, please serve it in a separate bowl so everyone can decide for themselves whether they like it. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

The restaurant impresses with an impressively large selection of dishes, offering something for every taste. The sushi deserves special mention: It was extremely fresh, perfectly balanced in flavor, and beautifully presented – a true delight! The ambiance also contributes significantly to the positive overall impression. The lovingly designed decor creates a pleasant atmosphere and demonstrates that this is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience that I would happily recommend.

Very nice atmosphere. The food there is incredibly delicious (whether sushi or other dishes). The price per person is around €20-25. The only downside is that there aren't enough parking spaces, and finding one is a bit difficult, as the restaurant is located in a residential area.

I'm not a big fan of Asian cuisine, but I found some very, very tasty food here. You can order for pickup.

Unfortunately, card payments are not accepted; only cash. The online reservation request worked without any problems. The food was very tasty. The non-alcoholic cocktail (Good Friend) tasted great! Friendly staff. The ambiance was lovely, very elegant with an Asian flair. The outdoor area was also very well maintained.

I actually didn't want to write anything. We were there for dinner with the whole family because we were there shortly after it opened and everything was perfect. But unfortunately, we were very disappointed this time. First of all, we had to clean the chairs of the previous guests. It can't be that I know what the previous guests ate just by looking at their chairs. It didn't look any better under the table. (Leftovers) I had deep-fried shrimp as an appetizer. Unfortunately, they were over-fried, meaning they were just dry. Unfortunately, the food arrived very slowly, so the first person was almost finished by the time the last one had their meal, and to make matters worse, they had the wrong food. Dear Batu team, if there is air conditioning, please turn it on. It was unbearably hot in the restaurant. There's still time to change something, please do. It would be a shame if guests stopped coming. Unfortunately, we won't be coming again because we were very disappointed.

A wide, delicious selection of food...starting with a tasty aperitif, then an impressive starter...and then the main course...the price/performance ratio is absolutely reasonable...unfortunately, the tables in the restaurant are very close together...your neighbor can hear you...service is a bit slow, but the friendliness makes up for it. However, we deducted one star because you can't completely rely on the listed allergens, and we ordered a dessert without a labeled lactose content, which ended up with whipped cream.

There is really delicious food in Batu. Regardless of whether it was a starter, main course or dessert, each of us got our money's worth. The very large selection of vegetarian dishes is also great. I particularly like that you can choose between vegetarian alternatives (tofu, vegan duck, vegan chicken). We will definitely come more often!

Unfortunately the service was a disaster. The waiters were unfriendly, our order sometimes took over an hour and guests who came after us were served before us several times. We had to point out three times that we wanted to pay and were constantly put off with “the colleague is coming soon”. The food was very tasty, but there was very little rice in the portions. The green tea we ordered was already bitter when it arrived and the coffee spoon was sticky. I wouldn't visit the restaurant again. Unfortunately I found it really disappointing.

I absolutely love this new sushi bar! The atmosphere is modern and inviting, and the staff is super friendly. The sushi is incredibly fresh and the selection is huge. We spent a great evening at Batu. Despite the fact that it was very busy, the young gentleman who served us was always friendly and attentive. The drinks and food came surprisingly quickly. Attention was also paid to what we had explicitly ordered as a starter and what as a main course. Accordingly, it was brought to us in this chronological order. The service seems very organized. The food looked great and was of corresponding quality. Both the udon noodles and the sushi were delicious and fresh. The salmon on the udon noodles was cooked to perfection. Compliments to the chef! I can recommend the Vitamesian iced coffee as a coffee junkie. ;) The BATU is a great addition to the culinary offerings in Traunreut and is rightly very well attended. The way it looked today, you should definitely make a reservation. We would like to thank the nice young man from Berlin for the warm service ;) See you next time, Hermina, Tugba and Nadja :)

The food tastes really good, but the portions aren't big. A little more pasta and rice would be appropriate for noodle and rice dishes, and it won't hurt anyone since these products are cheap. Otherwise everything is fine, nice restaurant, nice service - but you shouldn't come very hungry (unless you order a starter, of course).

The food took over an hour to prepare and after that one order was wrong. Unacceptable. The room is nice and new, but it still smells of paint. Maybe I'm wrong, but I didn't see any air conditioning so it was pretty hot inside. The waiters walk around with their eyes down; it's hard to call them. Even if you press the service button, it takes far too long.

The restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Very friendly staff. Excellent food. Very good atmosphere. It couldn't be better. We'll be back.

Just WOW. Both the food and the drinks were impeccable. You can tell that someone has thought about it. You can see the love in the details not only in the dishes, but also in the aperitifs and cocktails. (There are other shops a few streets away that don't even have an orange in their Spritz Aperol). And for me, the eye eats with me. I can highly recommend it!
