The food is extremely bad and cheap... the kebab tastes like a dry packet of Maggi spice. The pizza isn't the best either. Price performance is NOT given and I would not recommend it to anyone. You have to know

Well, I think the kebab was delicious, but these fries were the worst I've ever eaten. I don't know if it was because of the delivery or something, but the condition of the fries was like it was from 2 days ago and they were wet, unsalted and absolutely inedible

Outrageous! We have been ordering there for years and ordered there again today. Well, never got here and closed all at once at 8 p.m. We will never order there again. Such an anti-social thing!

The food was always good, but we will never order it again. I ordered at 6:20 p.m. for 7:15 p.m. They arrived at 7:50 p.m. Without any call or information that you are so late. 3 kebabs took 1 1/2 hours. When you complained on the phone that you were very dissatisfied with your order, the gentleman on the phone screamed so much that my neighbors probably heard it over the phone. He then said I should refuse it and would get the money back. That's what we did after the screaming action. I also come from the catering industry and have had customers who were angry - that's part of the business! If you are not capable of criticism, you should look for another industry to work in. Talking to a customer like that and shouting at him like that over the phone is really horrible. You could have just apologized and said "it was so busy, sorry we couldn't make it and yes we could have called." But we won't be visiting the store again. It's a shame because we used to order there often. But other shops are also delicious.😊

After several orders from the Brüggner Grill, we complained for the first time that the order was delivered incorrectly and, above all, really cold. After agreeing to deliver the food again, the boss called and made fun of me on the phone in a way that I had never experienced from the delivery person. His words: There are only problems with the Germans and after returning the food and refunding the money we should order somewhere else but never from them again. The driver, who had been there a few days before, was unable to find the address despite being exactly 7m away. The boss then wanted to make him pay for the meal. A driver who has delivered to us many times is always friendly and finds the addresses.

I love the pizza! Faster delivery, delicious food, special requests are taken into account and nice delivery service. What more do you want? There will be a few more pizzas to be ordered 😋

Ate a grilled plate in the restaurant yesterday. Highly Recommended. Top quality meat, perfectly seasoned and prepared. Side dishes fresh and 😋. Very generous portion for a reasonable price. Friendly staff in a strikingly clean snack bar!

Der Döner kostet zwar mittlerweile 6€ dafür ist der im Gegensatz zu anderen Geschäften in der nähe gut gefüllt und schmeckt hervorragend. Gehe gleich mir direkt noch einen holen. Außerdem ist das Personal sehr höflich und schnell.

Ziemlich teuer und qualitativ eher unbefriedigend.

Sehr nettes Personal und das beste Fleisch aus ganz Erft Kreis

Beste Pizza in der Gegend mit großzügigem Belag. Die Menge an Käse ist angemessen und nicht - wie so häufig - so übermäßig, dass alles inklusive Verpackung matschig wird. Auch die gefüllten Pizzabrötchen übertreffen die lokale Konkurrenz geschmacklich deutlich, besonders da hier mit Kräutern gearbeitet wird.

Super Service und nette Bedienung 👍 und schmecken tut es aus ;)

Alles frisch, lecker und bei Abholung heiß und kein bisschen matschig Sehr zu empfehlen. Sie bieten aber auch Lieferservice an.

Wie überall Maskenpflicht Aber definitiv der beste Döner im ganzen Kreis!!!!

Ein kleiner Laden, aber hier gibt es mit Abstand den BESTEN Döner in Köln und Umgebung!! Die Dönertasche wird immer sehr großzügig gefüllt und das zu einem sehr guten Preis 👍🏽 Ausserdem sind die Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke auch sehr freundlich und gehen auf alle Wünsche ein. Die 35 km Hinfahrt sind es wert!

Eigentlich bin ich immer zurfrieden, es schmeckt immer lecker! Leider kommt nicht immer alles so wie gehofft/bestellt an. Wenn man bei Lieferando bestellt, und man extra wünsche eingibt, werden nicht immer berücksichtigt. Die Pizza ist nicht immer kross, der Boden ist oft matschig, kommt aber wahrscheinlich auf den Belag an. Und oft ist nicht „Dönerfleisch“ drin, sondern Hähnchenfleisch. Die Leute sind super lieb und recht schnell im liefern. Aber man muss schon auf Überraschungen gefasst sein. Ich werde trotzdem immer weiter dort bestellen, denn niemand ist perfekt!

Pommes waren lecker. Leider war der Ketchup und die Majonaise abgepackt und nicht frisch zubereitet. Für 2.50 Euro ist die Portionsgröße für eine große Portion zu klein.
