We were a wonderful and delicious Hamburg trip with the most delicious meals in Essen. The Sauberkeit and Hygiene were excellent. Unfortunately, less than 1 star is not possible in this review. The veal, bread, and the kebab were extremely dry, despite the sauce. French fries in the kebab box with chicken tasted of old grease. The food was returned after three bites. The employee paid without asking if we enjoyed the food or why we were returning it. Instead, they looked at us with indifference. No thank you, no goodbye, or anything else. Respect! Absolutely not a recommendation. Response to the owner's reaction: It is absolutely correct that we were only there for a very short time, as the food was simply inedible. You had the opportunity to respond at any time. Claiming that you didn't have that opportunity is simply ridiculous and unprofessional. Simply wrong! As already mentioned, you didn't say a single word about how the food tasted or why we had returned it to the counter. Just keep doing what you're doing and rely on unsuspecting walk-ins. Instead of bothering to comment on reviews, you should seek direct communication with your customers and strive to optimize your dining experience. Again, less than 1 star rating is welcome.

As someone who's eaten food all over the world, I approached it with a prejudice, but I never imagined it could be this good. I had the opportunity to try the wonderful döner kebab. The sauce was also delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive. I especially thank Mr. Aras for his attentiveness and attention. I'll definitely stop by again if I'm ever in the area.

Mega store and lovely delicious food

I've been here twice now and have been more than satisfied each time! This time I tried the dürüm – and it was absolutely top-notch. The lavash bread was wafer-thin but sturdy, slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfectly enclosing the filling. The rotisserie was perfectly browned, and the meat was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Fresh, finely chopped vegetables were crisp and flavorful. The homemade garlic and cocktail sauces blended perfectly and permeated the dürüm evenly without overflowing. The service was friendly, attentive, and fast. For me, this is a kebab shop where everything is just right – quality, taste, and atmosphere. A clear 5 stars! 🌯✨

I got myself a chicken doner kebab with curry garlic and feta cheese with salad and cheese which was very tasty and a veal doner kebab with fries salad and cheese without sauce which was also really tasty and the staff were very nice and friendly and very correct the veal doner tasted really good without sauce but the meat was really good and you could eat it without sauce the bread in both was very crispy and very tasty all in all a 10 out of 10 I can highly recommend the shop

There's plenty of seating, which is very convenient. I'd happily return.

Hello, I ordered from Brothers Kebab House for the first time and I'm unfortunately very disappointed... I ordered a doner kebab plate and 6 baklava, and the baklava was the only thing that tasted really good... The doner kebab plate was cold when it arrived. The salad really didn't taste good... The salad was bitter and not dressed properly; it tasted like the white and red cabbage had been soaked in water with a bit of vinegar... My salad also had a lot of liquid, probably from the red or white cabbage... The meat wasn't well seasoned. That was the first and last time...

After the renovation, everything improved and multiplied again ✨ I recommend everyone to go there and enjoy it, the owner also works with Uber Eats so save yourself the trip and have something delivered to your home ;)
