Brothers Kebap Haus in Hamburg

I've been here twice now and have been more than satisfied each time! This time I tried the dürüm – and it was absolutely top-notch. The lavash bread was wafer-thin but sturdy, slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfectly enclosing the filling. The rotisserie was perfectly browned, and the meat was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Fresh, finely chopped vegetables were crisp and flavorful. The homemade garlic and cocktail sauces blended perfectly and permeated the dürüm evenly without overflowing. The service was friendly, attentive, and fast. For me, this is a kebab shop where everything is just right – quality, taste, and atmosphere. A clear 5 stars! 🌯✨

I got myself a chicken doner kebab with curry garlic and feta cheese with salad and cheese which was very tasty and a veal doner kebab with fries salad and cheese without sauce which was also really tasty and the staff were very nice and friendly and very correct the veal doner tasted really good without sauce but the meat was really good and you could eat it without sauce the bread in both was very crispy and very tasty all in all a 10 out of 10 I can highly recommend the shop

PERFECT! I'm from North Rhine-Westphalia and haven't had a kebab as good as this one. It was truly top-notch. Especially the bread and the meat, not to mention the garlic sauce—I highly recommend it. The owner is also very attentive and super friendly. The atmosphere deserves five stars for a fast food joint, just because of the friendly sales staff. There's plenty of seating, which is very convenient. I'd happily return.

€8.50 for a tiny portion of kebab: barely any meat, thin bread, and far too little salad. Simply outrageous! For that price, I expect more. Never again!

Hello, I ordered from Brothers Kebab House for the first time and I'm unfortunately very disappointed... I ordered a doner kebab plate and 6 baklava, and the baklava was the only thing that tasted really good... The doner kebab plate was cold when it arrived. The salad really didn't taste good... The salad was bitter and not dressed properly; it tasted like the white and red cabbage had been soaked in water with a bit of vinegar... My salad also had a lot of liquid, probably from the red or white cabbage... The meat wasn't well seasoned. That was the first and last time...

Highly recommended! There is a diverse offering. Since the renovation in summer 2024, the store has become even more inviting and everything looks clean. So far everything has tasted good. We particularly recommend the “Turkish style” kebab and the fries taste fantastic!

I was there during a busy time. The chef was nevertheless very calm and friendly. The dishes are freshly prepared according to the customer's wishes. I was very pleased that they also offer vegetarian options. I ordered takeaway. When the rain started, I was able to eat there in peace. Guys, I ordered a kebab with Uber Eats. Of course it was a little cold but that's normal upon delivery. Bread was crispy, salad was crunchy, meat was well seasoned, the sauce wasn't watery and had a great garlic touch. Top 👍

I just saw a report on ZDF about this kebab shop and its owner. I've never eaten here. Still, he gets all the stars from me. Namely for the tolerant attitude to life and to each other in this district. This operator is a smart, super friendly person. Unfortunately it's very rare.

Einige Male dort Dürüm gekauft… das ist aber schon länger her. „damals“ waren sie gut. Wenn ich die aktuellen Bewertungen hier lese kriege ich Angst und mag da nicht mehr kaufen. Von mir trotzdem 5 Sterne weil ich nix zu meckern hatte.

Wirklich guter Döner. War öfters da. Hat nie enttäuscht.

Seit 11 Jahren holen wir uns hier gelegentlich unsere Döner. Nicht ohne Grund, denn es waren mit Abstand die Besten. Frischer, knackiger Salat, prima Qualität und Gargrad beim Fleisch und leckere knusprige Pommes. Seit einiger Zeit ist das leider nicht mehr so. Die letzten Male wurden die Döner lieblos "zusammengeklatscht" und die Pommes waren so gut wie roh. Ich hoffe, dass dies Ausnahmen waren und zukünftig wieder die gewohnte Qualität auf unserem Teller bzw. in unserem Döner landet.

Bessere Döner und Döner Teller gibt es nicht
