Wir haben dieses kleine zuerst unscheinbare Restaurant durch Zufall entdeckt. Das Essen ist der absolute Hammer! Authentische, super leckere Küche. Wir mussten leider ein bisschen warten, bis wir anfangs bedient wurden, das wurde aber im Verlauf des Abends besser. Der süße Restaurant-Hund war zudem ein kleines Highlight. Wir können das Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Waren heute erstmals hier. Die Pizzen waren sehr gut. Leckeres Brot mit Olivenöl als Vorspeise. Tolle Fotos von der historischen Brauerei Cramer Bier, die es seit 1791 hier gibt. Zu den Speisen ein leckeres Cramer Malz. Die Zutaten waren superfrisch. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam. Vielen Dank. Gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen wieder. Man kann auch draußen sitzen.

Hervorragendes Restaurant, das Essen ist sehr lecker und für die gebotene, sehr hohe Qualität sehr preiswert. Das Restaurant ist definitiv eine Empfehlung wert. Komme gerne wieder!

Die Betreiber sind wirklich sehr freundlich. Langer Rede kurzer Sinn: mit dem Radl hungrig angekommen, gut gegessen, anschließend "drüsch und satt" weitergeradelt. Prima war's und gute Stimmung.

Es schmeckt etwas anders als das „durchschnittliche italienische Essen“. Gute Produkte mit dezenten Aromen. Ausgezeichnete Weine und überaus freundlicher Service. Absolut empfehlenswert, und Hunde sind willkommen.

Eines der wenigen Restaurants, für das ich eine Fahrt von 2h Autofahrt in Kauf nehmen würde. Sehr freundliches und familiäres Team und unglaublich gutes Essen. Ehrlich die beste Pizza, die ich bisher gegessen habe. Der Abend bei Brosio hat mir und meinen Eltern den letzten Abend unseres Urlaubs versüßt.

Liebe Freunde der italienischen Kochkünste sucht nicht weiter nach einer guten Pizzeria, lässt alles stehen und liegen, macht euch auf den Weg ins Brosio und ihr entdeckt die leckersten Speisen, vor allem die leckersten Pizzen, ein Gaumenschmaus allererster Güte, wow. Sehr freundliche Menschen, toll, italienische Lebensart für einen Abend, meine Begeisterung für diesen Gaumenschmaus kennt keine Grenzen. Michael

Tolles Essen, sehr freundliches Personal

Richtig starke, authentische neapolitanische Pizza. Auch vegan sehr gut machbar. Unsere Pizza ohne Käse, die Focaccia und die frittierten Teigbällchen waren alle richtig lecker. Dazu kam ein sehr netter und herzlicher Service. Klare Empfehlung.

Wir waren mit 19 Personen da und das Essen kam sehr zügig und für alle gleichzeitig auf den Tisch. Allen hat es gut geschmeckt und bei der Menge an Essen gab es ganz klitze kleine Abstriche. Kein Wunder, da das Lokal mit weiteren Gästen voll besetzt war. Jedenfalls war danach die Resonanz - SEHR ZU EMPFEHLEN !!

Ein grundsolider Italiener, der eher den Charme einer Dorfkneipe hat. Das Essen ist gut, der Service aufmerksam. Man sollte unbedingt die Cramer-Biere probieren (eine kleine Brauerei, die praktisch um die Ecke braut).

Zusammen mit meiner Freundin wollten wir am Ostersonntag im Restaurant " Brosio" leckere Pizzen genießen. Sehr schnell wurde die Reservierung betätigt und pünktlich um 13 Uhr betraten wir das Restaurant.Wir wurden freundlich vom Inhaber begrüßt und an den reservierten 4er Tisch geleitet. Es war nett eingedeckt, auch die Getränkekarte lag bereit zur Einsicht. Nach der Getränkebestellung und kurz darauf erfolgter Bereitstellung wurden die Speisekarte vorgelegt. Da ich schon mehrfach hier sehr gut gegessen habe, fiel unsere Auswahl auf die Pizzen ohne Tomatensoße, Nr. 815 u.816. Als kleinen Gruß aus der Küche kam ein Teller mit stilisiertem B aus Balsamico, überzogen mit einem dünnen Olivenölspiegel, dazu krustiges Hefebrot aus dem Steinofen....allein das ist schon ein optischer und geschmacklicher Genuß ! Kurz darauf wurden die Pizzen serviert, ebenfalls sehr gelungene optische und geschmackliche Kompositionen. Der Nachteil war leider die Größe, aber die Vorspeisen kann man nicht einfach stehenlassen. So haben wir je ein Drittel der Pizzen sauber verpackt mitgenommen.Zum Abschluß einen leckeren Espresso. Insgesamt hatte es uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen garantiert wieder !

Wundervolles kleines Restaurant, leckeres Essen, sowohl „Standards“ der italienischen Küche, als auch Besonderheiten der neapolitanischen Küche auf höchstem Niveau. Herzliche Atmosphäre und toller Service.

Ich war schon zweimal dort und kann es wärmstens empfehlen. Authentische neapolitanische Küche, familiengeführt, gute Qualität und großzügige Portionen. Hier geht niemand hungrig nach Hause. Die Pasta ist fantastisch. Die Pizza ist super. Und die Desserts sind ein Festmahl!

Trotz vollem Haus wurde uns eine freie Ecke gesucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Essen wirklich lecker. Vegetarisch zu essen hat prima geklappt. :)

Es war absolut perfekt gegrillt mit röstaromen . Das Fleisch saftig und Butter zart . Würde ich immer wieder so bestellen. Danke für dieses Erlebnis. Einfach mal hingehen und ausprobieren. Das Cramer Kölsch war gut gekühlt 😅👍

Wir waren zu viert, zwei Erwachsene und unsere zwei Kinder, in dieser tollen Pizzeria und haben vier verschiedene Pizzen bestellt. Der Teig war super lecker und luftig, die Zutaten total frisch und hochwertig, ein echtes Highlight für die ganze Familie. Der Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Besonders der Wein hat mit einem super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gepunktet. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Erfahrung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren gestern hier zum ersten Mal essen und sind wirklich angetan von der Qualität des Teiges. Die Vorspeise war super. Der Teig war fluffig und zu gleich knusprig und toll gesalzen. Der dip war auch perfekt dazu. Ebenfalls das kostenlos gereichte Brot mit dem Öl war einfach lecker. Die Pizza gehört definitiv zum meinen "Top 3" der bisher getesteten Pizzarestaurants. Es sei angemerkt, dass meine Frau Pizza liebt und wir schon diverse Restaurants getestet haben (leider gibt es nicht zu jedem eine Rezension). Tatsächlich hätte es auch für 5 Sterne gereicht, wenn wir nicht an einem Bistrotisch im Durchgangsverkehr hätten platzmehmen müssen. Der Tisch war für meine Frau leider zu hoch und der Durchgangsverkehr hat das Beisammensein doch ein wenig gestört. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass die übrigen Plätze reserviert seien, doch bis zum Ende des Essens waren noch (geschätzt) 60 - 70 Prozent der übrigen Plätze frei. Ebenfalls schade ist, dass das Knoblauchöl nicht separat serviert wurde. Wir kennen es nur so und waren ein wenig überrascht. Finde es besser, wenn man sich das Öl selber auf die Pizza verteilen kann. Kommen aber sehr gerne wieder, da wir noch einige Gerichte probieren möchten :)

Super freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Das Essen sehr gut und frisch zubereitet. Wir hatten Pasta al forno und Pizza Hawaii. Mussten auch nicht lange auf's Essen warten. Das selbstgebackene Brot mit Olivenöl und Balsamico vorneweg war ein Gedicht. Aber der Nachtisch war nicht zu toppen. Frittelle dolci muss man einfach mal probieren. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team. Macht weiter so!

We were there today for the first time, and certainly not the last. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Wheelchair users and strollers have to navigate a step to get into the restaurant, but with assistance, of course, it's no problem ;) Child and dog friendly.

Wir waren heute zum ersten und sicher nicht zum letzten Mal dort. Essen war sehr lecker und der Service sehr gut. Rollstuhlfahrer und Kinderwagen müssen eine Stufe überwinden um ins Restaurant zu gelangen, aber mit Unterstützung natürlich kein Problem ;) Kinder- und Hundefreundlich.

We were there with a wheelchair; there's a larger and a smaller step at the entrance. But it's easy to manage with help. The food was very good. Two of us had pizza, which tasted great. 👍 One of us had lasagna, which was also very, very tasty—finally, one with plenty of ground beef! 👍👍 Extra! The waiter/waitress was also very friendly. We'd love to come back again.

A truly wonderful restaurant in a small village. We felt very comfortable. The food was fantastic, and the service was very friendly and excellent. We will definitely come back and want to try many more items on the menu. The Pizza Parma is highly recommended, as are the pasta dishes and the mixed appetizer, for example—everything was absolutely delicious! :) Oh, and the bread served before the meal was divine! 🥰👍

Very tasty Italian food at reasonable prices. I ordered the "parmigiana di melanzane" (eggplant casserole) and was very satisfied. The pizza I was able to try was also very tasty. The service was friendly and quite quick from that day onwards.

Original Neapolitan cuisine - very tasty pizzas.

Absolutely not a recommendation; there's no second chance for a "first impression." The facts: The seats were reserved a week in advance and also confirmed online. When we arrived on time, the table was neither set nor immediately accessible. After the two missing chairs were added, we were able to sit down, but two more were still missing. The order was placed at short notice, and the drinks were served promptly – but unfortunately not as ordered. Instead of two large drinks, two small ones were served – a gift, it can happen (but we pointed out the error – so it was known). Of the four selected dishes, the same thing was ordered twice. When the dishes were served after a reasonable amount of time, one portion of the same two dishes (tagiatelle with porcini mushrooms) was missing. We were informed that the dish would be delivered shortly (in four minutes). After the three (delivered) guests had finished their meals (the four minutes had long since passed) and there was no activity regarding the remaining food, we decided to pay and leave the restaurant after about an hour (one of us was hungry). Upon paying, we were asked if we wanted to take the remaining dish (which was obviously still not ready at that point), which we politely declined. The crowning glory of this rather botched dinner only became apparent at home when we checked the bill. Despite complaining about the delivery of the two drinks (ordered a large one and delivered a small one), we were charged for large ones – could this still be an oversight? (especially since we had complained beforehand). With all due respect for the obvious lack of qualified service staff and the multitude of potential problems/pitfalls and sources of error in the restaurant industry, in my opinion, too much went wrong here. At no point did we feel welcomed and valued as guests. It's a given that things can go wrong sometimes – no big deal. The question is, how do you handle it? A table not prepared – it can happen. A drink delivered incorrectly – it can also happen (but despite a complaint – so it was known – then billing as a large sum is a disgrace and borders on fraud). One out of four meals was not only late, but also not delivered at all after half an hour without explanation – no, after so many previous mishaps, this shouldn't happen again! No professional handling of mishaps (which can certainly happen), no explanation, and no apology. Once and never again!!!

Stopped here while doing a motorcycle tour, i was received hospitably, the terras was out. I ate the pizza calabrese, which was really good. The espresso is perfect. I can only recommend this place.

A very welcoming restaurant, beautifully located with tables in the courtyard for nice weather! The food was delicious and very affordable! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely visit!

The Aperol mix was delicious, as was the sea bream stuffed with sage and garlic, but it was a bit too dark on the outside, probably from being grilled too long. The spinach was delicious, but I would have preferred some salad dressing or vinegar and oil. My friend ordered extra garlic sauce for her pizza, but it never arrived. A woman at the next table asked if her tiramisu was still coming. You do have to be a bit late, but the courtyard on a balmy summer evening in this Eifel village was so pleasantly peaceful that I would come again. And my second friend thought her pizza with sausage and a thick crust was great (apart from a bit too much grease).

Unfortunately the bar also closes at 10pm

A very pleasant atmosphere, with excellent and select Italian dishes. Very lovingly prepared. The menu also includes unusual Italian dishes a la Nonna. The tiramisu and grappa are a dream. Authentic Italian espresso. We felt completely at home here. Highly recommended.

We celebrated my son's communion here yesterday, and all the guests were thrilled. We met with the owner beforehand and put together a menu featuring antipasti, lasagna, various meats with salad, various fish dishes, and a delicious lemon sorbet. The food was of the highest quality and tasted amazing. The service was also first-class... We would happily recommend you, even for parties and celebrations. Thank you for the wonderful day.

Wonderful gem in the Voreifel! Only discovered it last summer and have been visiting there ever since. Welcoming hosts, authentic Italian food and a nice atmosphere. An Italian to feel good.

A little disappointed. Expectations were very high due to the many positive reviews. Positive: the interior, the bread and the olive oil (leave out the balsamic cream...), as a starter we had a mixed platter... with very tasty potato and cheese croquettes and white beans with salsicia. Then came the pizzas, a Frutti di Mare and a white pizza with potatoes, salsicia and mozzarella. We didn't like both pizzas - the Frutti di Mare was hardly seasoned, and the Pizza Bianco wasn't quite our thing either. The dough is delicious, but it also depends on what's on top. We know that's tastier. Service was ok, but also a bit chaotic. Even though we don't live far away, we wouldn't go there again. There are better alternatives around Zülpich.

A great insider tip in a small town. We had bruschetta, pizza and finally an espresso. Well prepared, fast and friendly service, reasonable prices. It was super tasty, not your run-of-the-mill pizza and we will come back. Anyone who is in the area should stop by there. Ordering and picking up is also possible.

After a long search I found the best Italian. Have been there 6 times now and the food, drinks and service are simply top notch.

It wasn't the first time and certainly not the last time. The service was more than helpful and sorted everything out very well. The food was good considering the price/performance level... except that the steak could have been "fried" a little longer. But no one asked - and I could also have said that I would have liked it fried a little "more" than almost raw. The pepper sauce was a poem *schmackofax*. One or two more croquettes would have made things better... - but that's "mobbing" at a high level. All good and I'll be happy to come back.

Authentic Italian food When I read the menu, I immediately became curious because ingredients (e.g. guanciale, nduja, etc.) are used that are rarely found in Italian restaurants in Germany. Since I have been baking Neapolitan pizza myself for several years, I tried the pizza (Nduja/Pancetta). The pizza was excellent. They are rarely delivered in this quality. A restaurant that will definitely remain in my top 3 in the future when it comes to eating out.

The food was ok. Unfortunately we had to wait over 90 minutes for pizza and pasta. We had to ask several times. The drinks were also not complete and had to be asked for. When we asked if we had been forgotten, the answer was negative. We therefore assume that the long waiting time is normal. It was a real shame that there was no reasonable answer to our angry questions. A “sorry” is probably more appropriate here than “we were completely booked”. Especially when not even half of the tables were occupied.

Wir haben insgesamt zwei Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet. Die Personen am Nachbartisch, die eine halbe Stunde nach uns kamen, waren mit ihrer Pizza schon fertig, bevor unsere Vorspeise (Bruschetta) kam. Wenn man es offen kommuniziert hätte, wäre alles gut gewesen. Aber auf Nachfrage hat man nur beteuert, dass man uns nicht vergessen hätte. Vergessen kann passieren, aber dann sollte man es zugeben.

Had booked a table for 7:15 p.m., drinks and food orders were taken quickly but then... Drinks were served incompletely after 15 minutes, the starter reached us after about 1 hour and only after we asked. The main course only came after repeated requests. If the service staff had at least shown a little insight and apologized for the long waiting time, then a lot of things could be overlooked, but like that... never again Brosio!

Vriendelijk personeel en het eten was echt heerlijk! Ga vooral niet op het resort eten, maar bezoek de restaurants in de omgeving. Brosio is echt een aanrader! Veel meer kwaliteit voor je geld!

The restaurant has a really good vacancy. Tijdens de vakantie ware we het friet en schnitzel contents really beu maar toen vonden we dit pareltje. Héérlijk goten, never duur en super running personeel. Thank you for your time. Another good tip for tourists. Je kunt hier also eten meenemen (in ieder geval de pizza) dus je kunt met 1 bezoek 2 keer eten. We are complaining that we have a tent on our feet and then leave the door open. We were different here because we were here. This restaurant really enriched our vacation. During the holidays we were really tired of the fries and schnitzel portion, but then we found this gem. Delicious food, not expensive and super nice staff. Thank you for this experience. And another good tip for tourists. You can also take away food here (at least the pizza), so you can eat twice in one visit. We regretted that we only discovered this tent on our penultimate evening. Otherwise we would definitely have eaten here more often.

Restaurant is nice and cozy, the food is also delicious. But the service is a nightmare, we waited 20 minutes for our drinks even though the cafe was almost empty. I wouldn't return a second time because of the service.

The main course was very tasty. The service was a bit lackluster. I had the feeling that there were two inexperienced guys working. They forgot my starter. All in all: we were satisfied as the food and wine were very tasty

Stopped in because of the very good rating. At least the other guests were really nice. But that was about it. No greeting. We sat with two children at a dirty table with a full ashtray for 15 minutes. Only other tables were wiped. At some point the (unreserved) table was at least cleared. More minutes passed. Thought the waiter would perhaps bring the menu or wipe the ashes off the table. Instead, we were asked (after the four of us had been sitting around for 20 minutes) whether we had actually made a reservation. When we said no, we were told that the food (which had still not been ordered) would take another hour to arrive. 80 minutes for a round of children's pizza? No thanks.

We were in Heimbach ourselves, but we found this restaurant via Google. Because there was an extensive menu and Italian food is always good, we ate here on Friday and Saturday. It was all delicious, bruschetta, pizzas, lasagna, everything was very flavorful and delicious! Friendly service, affordable and very atmospheric.

Very nice service attentive, the food was very freshly prepared and delicious. In the restaurant the seating area is not that good in terms of tables. We then sat comfortably in the next room.

What can I say... The best pizza of my life! All ingredients selected! Nothing is left to chance here and yes, I have eaten various pizzas in Italy on vacation and know what pizza should be like. This pizza here is simply awesome!

It was a nice stay in the courtyard, very cozy and rustic! Despite the central location, absolutely quiet and idyllic. Particularly noteworthy is the absolutely friendly and courteous service!

The four of us went to this pizzeria for the first time. We all ate a pizza. Everyone was very satisfied. The only place I've ever eaten a similarly good pizza was in Lendersdorf at the Pizzeria Verrace, but unfortunately it's no longer there. Since there is “finally” a good espresso there, Brosio is now my favorite pizzeria. I'm looking forward to the other dishes and am keeping one star in reserve.

We went here based on the good reviews and were not disappointed. All dishes were excellent and authentically Italian. Both the pizza and the carbonara were very tasty. Carpaccio and cannoli too. The prices are fair and the service was also friendly. The restaurant is very clean and comfortably furnished, a place to feel good. We will definitely come back as soon as we are in the area again.

It took almost an hour for the starter to arrive. Main course (sausages with fries and a turkey schnitzel with lettuce) was boring and meat was dry and overcooked. Lettuce was plain and boring. There was too much salt on the fries. Most guests ordered pizza here. Maybe the pizzas are tasty, they looked good.

There was once an advertisement for Italian food that said: let's eat in Italy. With Brosio it really is like that. It was fantastic. We went there on a recommendation and loved it. The main course was cacio e pepe. Last time I ate in Rome. It was just as delicious here. As a starter we had pizza. Here too…like in Italy. Very tasty and high quality food. Very nice service and great prices too. We'll definitely be back.

Very good restaurant far away from the 0815 Italian dishes are authentic and typically Italian perfect. In addition, there is beer from a local brewery, which makes it an additional highlight in the region.
