Really great food and beer, even if it's not cheap. The service is friendly, but we often got the wrong things and not for the first time, e.g. we ordered vegan chicken wings but got the normal ones or the wrong amount of chicken wings. Later, there were also no glasses for the four-beer flights and we had to wait a long time for it. Unfortunately, ordering by app or using the QR codes at the table still doesn't work. The waiters generally seem to be a bit overwhelmed. Nevertheless, a great evening overall, which is also due to the beautiful location.

I'd give it 5 stars just for the tampon dispenser in the ladies' room! It was super convenient, as I suddenly got my period during our visit. My boyfriend said the beer was good, too. So was the coke, but hey, they don't brew that. The atmosphere was also chill!

I ordered a Brewdog advent calendar a month ago. It arrived with a duplicate, so doors 5 and 6 are missing. Contacting them has been a nightmare. NO phone number... after days I finally received an email apologizing for the problem and saying they would send a replacement... that was two weeks ago. Several more emails have gone unanswered. And tomorrow is December 5th! This is typical Berlin apathy – customer service at its worst, and it's simply sad how they deliberately rip off their customers.

I thought we walked into an abandoned factory party, turns out it is just a beer garden with serious commmitment 😅 Yes, it is somewhere in the middlle of nowhere, but the area is huge, tons of tables, perfect for big groups to sit and slowly disappear in beer. There are free games everywhere, so you can park drunk adults and treat them like giant chidlren 🎯🍺 Beer is pricey but good, food is meh, more like background noise than a reason to come. Smart trp move eat before, then just enjoy the industrial vibe and atmosphere that is full 5 out of 5. For nerds of fun pick tables near the games zone, there you definetly stay longer 😏🏓

The food was great, but the chickens wings all-you-can-eat-offer was not specific enough. All the chickens wings sauces (BBQ,Buffalo, Lemon) were unpleasently spicy. The lemon-option was the least spicy of them all. So, if you are a spicy lover, this over would be great for you. Overall the atmosphere is top-notch and the staff was really kind.

Great atmosphere. The food was okay, but didn't justify the price. Ordering and reordering were often difficult, and you practically had to hold onto the server.

After placing an order online, I received a confirmation email instructing me to use the address noreply.... for any inquiries. When I had a question, this address was unusable. Of course, it's noreply! After sending four more emails to hello...., I received a response after a week, but it was in English. Apparently, there is no German customer service. My request to exchange two glasses, which were not clearly identifiable in the product packaging from the shop (the small image was barely visible on my smartphone – a terrible Christmas design, looks like window clings), was denied. The subsequent cancellation of the order was processed, but I was expected to pay for the return shipping. This was certainly the last time I will order from them.

We had a fantastic brunch at BrewDog. The location is very suitable for larger groups and family celebrations. The variety of activities was particularly noteworthy. We played a lot of foosball and even managed to play DogPin (bowling) for half an hour. The brunch food was delicious, but unfortunately, the live cooking station was often unattended, and the brunch itself wasn't as long as we'd hoped. We sometimes had to wait to order drinks, but they arrived very quickly afterward. The staff was always friendly, but some spoke only English and limited German. However, this wasn't really a problem. We will definitely come back and thank you for the wonderful experience!

I went to BrewDog again recently and I have to say, it was disappointing once more. The burgers were tasty, but unfortunately served lukewarm. The service also left much to be desired, as the servers were rarely seen. It's a shame, because the atmosphere is actually quite nice and the selection of beers is fantastic. If the service improved, they could definitely make more money...

The beer selection was, as always, excellent. The food was of very good quality, and the price-performance ratio was also right. Service was a little slow at times because the place was really packed. I can also highly recommend the dugpin (short bowling alley). It's fun. The evening was rounded off at one of the shuffleboard tables.

We were here on Saturday for the Christmas party. Unfortunately, our food (red cabbage and kale) was cold. The duck leg wasn't great either, and there wasn't even enough sauce. We also had to wait ages for our drinks. Otherwise, the location was fantastic; there was a lot of variety.

Please don't be offended, but the food was truly outrageous. I ordered a classic burger and fries. The patty was straight from the freezer. The fries were cold. On top of that, the prices were outrageous. The first round of drinks was brought incorrectly. Overall, the place felt more like a kindergarten. It's great for families with children, no doubt. There's plenty of room to play. But if you want to eat and drink in peace, forget it.

First, we went to the mini bowling alley, which wasn't easy despite having a reservation, just like ordering drinks. It makes me wonder again how they deal with their customers. Running such a large place with only people who obviously don't come from the restaurant industry is very brave. Even taking food orders without a handheld device isn't a good idea. The hamburgers are okay, but otherwise, they should stick to beer.

We’ve been here many times before and the team was never this good, but this time it was different. We’d like to thank Victor — he took great care of us. Everything was fast, delicious, and wonderful. Thanks to him, we had an amazing evening. We’ll definitely come again

I think it's very good there. The food and beer are delicious, prices are reasonable, and the seating is very comfortable. And the duck bowl thing is also very entertaining.

We're Brewdog fans, but unfortunately, the service was a bit slow compared to other visits. We definitely would have ordered more, but the waiters and waitresses were either unreachable or incredibly stressed. We waited 30 minutes for a beer order. The Lucky Norris bar was also rather empty (all compared to our many other visits). Sadly, not the best memories we've had. Nevertheless, best regards and see you next time.

I can't comment on the food or service. We were only there for the brewery tour and tasting. The tour was very informative, entertaining, and fun. Afterwards, we tasted four more beers, all of which were unique and delicious. Highly recommended.

As a beer lover, you'll definitely want to come here more than once. The food is really good and fairly priced (€13.90 for a Buffalo chicken burger, which was probably the best chicken burger I've ever eaten). Since the beer here is an experience, you should expect to pay a bit more. I spent about €7 on a 0.5L IPA, which is really worth it for its unique flavor, including citrus notes. (It's not your average mass-produced beer.) In general, I'll definitely be back! :D Edit: We went back a few months later, and I can confirm: It's still great. We were served by Pavel, a very competent and friendly person. (He also gets 5 stars from me! :D)

We reserved a table for 12 people. When we arrived, it had to be prepared after we politely asked. It was very cold, and after we asked, the smoking door was locked. I wouldn't go there again with a larger group. The staff at the bowling alley were also completely overwhelmed. All the lanes were free, but no one was available to talk to anyone.

Portions were far too small, the food didn't taste good, and the beers were outrageously overpriced. There were some decent beers, but not worth the price. The waiters were overwhelmed and some didn't speak a word of German. The atmosphere was loud.

I highly recommend Wings Wednesday. The service and atmosphere are simply top-notch. I'm only deducting one star because the buffalo wings were a bit too vinegary for my taste. But that's just a matter of personal preference. Otherwise, I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

If you're looking for a place that has a cozy and good vibe, this place is the best! Food, service, and an amazing atmosphere! My husband and I enjoyed it, and we'll be back soon.

I think the food concept could be improved. The quality could also be better. The service was very friendly, but clearly overwhelmed by the number of guests. The beer selections were printed on several sheets of paper in rather small print. That could definitely be done better. And there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to the prices. Anyone booking by email should either speak English or have a working translation app.

Genius reuse of this massive old factory hall: raw brick, soaring ceilings, pure Berlin energy. Hands-down the best spot for team-building; we came with the whole office and never wanted to leave. 30+ taps of BrewDog legends plus wild limited releases, and the food hits hard: the vegan Cajun Burger I had was insanely good, spicy, juicy, zero compromise. Games everywhere: table tennis, duck-pin bowling, curling, pinball, the lot. Simple menu done perfectly: truffle fries, loaded nachos, killer burgers and vegan options that actually taste amazing. Only hiccup: first time driving here feels like a maze (Google Maps sends you round the back of nowhere), but once you know the industrial-estate labyrinth, it’s worth every wrong turn. Book the next company day now!

Pretty decent place with a huge potential, unfortunately peppered with a grumpiest and emotionless staff ever existing. Hey guys, if you don’t like it there how about getting a different job?

We went to BrewDog DogTap Berlin for a team-building evening from work – and overall it was a really great night! 🎉 The venue is large, modern, and has a fantastic atmosphere. Bowling was a lot of fun and a great team-building event. Unfortunately, the lanes are a bit dated and had a few minor issues, which dampened the fun a little at times. 🎳 However, the food and beer selection were excellent – ​​the craft beers, in particular, are highly recommended. 🍔🍺 The staff was friendly and attentive, and we felt very comfortable. All in all, a successful evening with only minor drawbacks regarding the bowling lanes – otherwise, highly recommended! 🙌

We ended up at the place through friends and were thrilled. We received a very warm welcome and had great waiters and waitresses. Even though the place was full, they kept coming back to the table to ask if everything was okay or if we wanted anything else. We went for the "All You Can Eat Wings" and it was delicious; the vegetarian version with cauliflower was also really good. In between meals, you can also play pinball, darts, table tennis, and more, so you won't get bored there. We'll definitely be back 👍😊

CAUTION WHEN PAYING IN CASH AT EVENTS We celebrated our wedding at this venue at the end of May 2024. We had paid a partial deposit in cash and then paid the remaining amount – also in cash – after the event in June. A receipt was only issued to us after we specifically requested it during the payment process (it was several thousand euros). Now, about a year and a half later, Brewdog's accounting department suddenly contacted us and demanded the payment receipt they issued themselves as proof that the amount was actually paid. They apparently can't trace the payment internally, and we now have the burden of proof to prove that there are no outstanding items. Fortunately, we were well-organized in this case and kept the receipt. After such a long time, however, hardly anyone would have expected to receive such a request again – and many would probably have thrown the receipt away long ago. It's easy to imagine the unpleasant situation we would have found ourselves in. The fact that a company can no longer track its own bookings after 1.5 years and asks customers to resubmit their own documents is simply unprofessional. Anyone who can't keep proper accounting records shouldn't be running an event venue. To us, this behavior seems either a blatant attempt at fraud—or a clear sign of entrepreneurial incompetence.

Phew, things have changed here. Let's start from the beginning: When we said we didn't have a reservation, we were given strange looks. Sure, we're in Berlin, and I know that look. I also knew the place and thought, "It's my own fault, why didn't I make a reservation, but maybe they have a table for us." And they did. Enough, actually. Really enough – half the place was empty, but they acted like it was Fashion Week and Beyoncé had just called in. Finding a table was no problem, and the tables didn't seem to be reserved either, and they all remained empty during our long wait. Where we were, 50 minutes until we could place our order, I had to ask several times if we could get a menu. Overall, it was a bit strange with the waiters. I don't know if I've ever been to a restaurant where I rarely saw a waiter. But while we were waiting, I did see them... At least: There was a lively atmosphere in the kitchen. I saw them there laughing, chatting, living life. Good for them. I almost wished I were part of that party – instead of starving at my table. At some point, we were finally allowed to order, and the food arrived pleasantly quickly. Well, I was happy too soon. The patty on my burger was hard and dry...perhaps a veteran from the lunch business, sent into its last honorable stand and given a quick blast on the grill to freshen it up. And the truffle fries...sure, I don't expect fresh white truffles shaved over them for that price. I realize it adds more flavor, but even that was in vain. For the service, it was hard to think about tipping. It would have been gracious if the taciturn waiter had perhaps briefly asked if I was satisfied. But all he managed to say was point me to the tip button on the card reader—a plea for my generosity. My hands seemed still slippery from the greasy fries, and I unfortunately missed it and pressed "no tip." That must have shocked him, and he left without saying another word... I hope I didn't ruin the good mood in the kitchen. But hey...the beer was good.

We answered the call of Oktoberfest and promptly reserved a table. The Oktoberfest delicacies weren't specifically advertised in the propaganda, unfortunately. The food selection was meager...half a corn-fed chicken that was bland and untypically seasoned. The pretzels were good quality, and the Obazde (traditional Bavarian cheese) was quite similar to the one we'd find in Bavaria and okay. We also ordered buffalo wings, which were quite spicy but unpleasantly sour. The blue cheese dip didn't help. The mac and cheese was unseasoned and tasted like substandard processed cheese. No ham hock, no white sausages, no Oktoberfest beer, and a few blue-and-white garlands...that's really weak. Maybe they should rethink the gastronomic concept. Good luck, but without us in the future.

The food, beer, and location are good to very good. Unfortunately, the service is the opposite. Many staff stand around bored, but don't come to the table to take an order.

There were 15 of us and we sat there for 15 minutes before anyone even noticed us. If you have that many guests you should have enough staff. After ordering we waited well over an hour for the food to arrive. The drinks came after half an hour, but only after I, visibly annoyed, snapped at the waiter. In between, one of us was given a burger without the fries he had ordered, completely unmotivated. In between, we watched as trays were placed on empty tables, only to be picked up by completely disoriented staff and then offered to tables because they obviously didn't know which table the order belonged to. Very strange. When the food finally arrived, my ribs were cold and the fries were undercooked and inedible. I have no idea why this place still exists. Definitely never again!

The wait times are really long. It took at least 45 minutes for our food, and then we weren't served again. Our ordered drinks weren't brought, and after we flagged down the waiter, he complained, "That's just not possible," but it wasn't the first inappropriate reaction from the staff. We also asked several times to order something else, both at the bar and directly from the kitchen, but somehow they didn't want to come to us. At least the food was mostly delicious. Nevertheless, we probably won't come back next time because the behavior of some of the employees was inappropriate.

A truly great location. A huge hall, absolutely beautifully designed. There are plenty of ways to pass the time: vending machines, bowling, or shuffleboard. There are at least 25 drinks on tap, absolutely delicious. But: everything is extremely expensive. And the food, I'm sorry to say, isn't good for the price. You don't have to go there for the food. Also worth mentioning is the beautifully designed outdoor area. The restrooms also look clean, even at the end of the evening.

The food and beer are very good. It's very noisy inside late at night. There's considerable room for improvement in customer service and staff engagement.

No matter what you try here, it tastes excellent. Sometimes ordering takes a little longer, as the place is quite large. There are also various games available, so you can have a great time with a large group or just a few people.

Great event location with a special atmosphere 😊

Unfortunately, everything took an extremely long time before a waiter came and we were allowed to order. Then there was an incident in the kitchen, and we waited about an hour for the food. And then we waited forever again—20 minutes, in fact—until we were allowed to pay. I'm writing all this because I thought there might be a discount or compensation for the excessive wait, but no. They wanted a tip. What a pity.

Positive: The food was very good. Contrary: It was extremely difficult to order anything because you hardly ever saw any servers. Many tables weren't cleared for several hours. "Our waiter" was visible every half hour.

We were there on September 21, 2025, with a group of 20 people. The atmosphere was nice and the beer was good—that's why you come to BrewDog. Unfortunately, the service was a bitter disappointment: We were often ignored for a long time, the staff were reluctant to come to our tables and seemed unmotivated. Even simple orders were messed up. The food was okay, but not outstanding for the price. Overall, it's a shame, because the location has potential, but the service is really poor and unhelpful.

Lovely location and definitely worth travelling to, however I've been multiple times now and every.single.time. something is wrong with the service. Either being slow, mistakes with orders, or general mismanagement. Staff is friendly and seems to be doing what they can, but it feels like either poor hospitality management or a lack of training/senior staff is causing these issues. A real bummer because it's otherwise a really cool spot. I'll be coming back for sure, but my advice to everyone planning a visit: adjust your expectations and prepare for your patience to be tested 😅

It was packed on a Thursday evening. The staff were on the ball, and there weren't long waits for drinks or food. The burgers and sweet potato fries were delicious. Always great there. I wouldn't recommend the fish and chips, though, as they were two pieces of fish with a very thick and overly crispy coating.

A year ago: Great service, delicious food, and a fantastic location. Brewdog remains a great memory. Today: The service only spoke English, we waited a long time for our drinks, and we had to run at least three times for seven people to get everything on the table. The food, however, was once again very tasty and plentiful.

Brewdog is a place I love visiting—both for the home-brewed beers and the food and pleasant atmosphere. During our visit on September 7, 2025, the place was very busy, and it took a bit longer for the first cellar to be served. The beer tower arrived on time, but unfortunately, the food took almost an hour. I understand that delays can occur on a very busy day, and I hope this was just an exception.

Very poor service for a wonderful place to find long (and timeless) relaxation and fun. The burgers are great, as are the fries. A fantastic selection of beers (including non-alcoholic ones) and vegetarian burgers.

While the place is cool a huge, the service is something absurd. It’s almost like a comedy (only not a pleasant one). Just imagine that NONE of waiters know what they are doing, as they just came in 5 min ago. One girl who was bringing 1 beer at the time (like literally one by one to tables next to each other) to my question why she just doesn’t bring all together to make it faster, answered she can’t remember table numbers 😅 you can imagine how slow everything goes, they come with dishes and no one knows which table it goes. They just all walk randomly not understanding much. Worse service I have ever seen!

The brunch was great, the flat-rate coffee was very pleasant; it's suitable for all ages; the noise level is relatively low, so you can have a good conversation even in larger groups. A definite recommendation.

We took the tour with a tasting, which was very informative and entertaining. The beers on offer even convinced die-hard wine drinkers, and there's a lovely terrace. We'll be back :)

If you enjoy a delicious craft beer, this is the place to be. A brewery tour is highly recommended. In summer, there's also a lovely beer garden with chess and table tennis. Inside, you can play pinball or try your hand at shuffleboard.

My german friend and i analysed it. I am from chicago, i like it and hazy jane is my favorite. I thought team service was good , my Berliner friend complained about everything the germans would not have found suitable.prices , game addiction, server couldn't say Weizen properly, she didn't know what he was asking for..( non german speaking servers were frowned upon by him.he paid the bill. Anyway he thinks a club should be in that area. It was apparent larger business groups go there. I was satisfied with it. I would come again with another friend.

The location is really cool and has a lot to offer. But unfortunately, it's also the only reason you go there, and it seems they're just relying on the ambiance. The food was OK, but nothing spectacular. BUT: The service is abysmal. Even when the place is only half full, you wait up to an hour to even order something. Staff who don't speak German stand around bored and aren't responsible. Meanwhile, two people take orders alone, but they're also incredibly inefficient, running back and forth aimlessly. Repeated inquiries about ordering/payment, etc., result in unmotivated, annoyed responses. Given the rather hefty prices, it's a good idea, since you can hardly consume more than two drinks in an evening, even if you wanted to...

BrewDog is an interesting location. In addition to dishes like burgers, salads, ribs, currywurst, and a variety of vegetarian options, there are at least 30 different beers on tap. The old factory building also creates a special atmosphere. This would also be ideal for team events.

I've been here several times and I always enjoy coming back. The food is great, the service and the ambiance are simply perfect. There's an endless selection of delicious beers and other drinks, and various options like shuffleboard or small bowling alleys always make the evening entertaining. The outdoor area is also great and especially beautiful in the evening. Just feel at home and enjoy! 5 well-deserved stars!!!

Great location!!! Bowling with the kids was fun, but unfortunately, it didn't go quite as smoothly as planned. The pins got stuck, the balls wouldn't come back... After a few initial hiccups, it worked out. And all in all, we had a great evening!

Great location, super friendly service. The food was good too. Basically everything you'd expect from BrewDog at other locations. Access is a bit difficult at the moment, as there's construction on site and we were trying to come in from the wrong side. But that's not BrewDog's fault. We'll be back :)

Interesting location. Bowling is immediately canceled after the time limit, and the scores are deleted, which is a shame. The operator didn't speak German (only English...why?), and the order was misunderstood and arrived incomplete. A shame, but otherwise very pleasant.

Visited on a summery Tuesday evening. Very nice ambiance throughout, both inside and out. Since it was very hot, we stayed inside because the hall is nice and cool in the summer. Comparatively slow service for only about 10-20% capacity, but relatively friendly and unobtrusive. The food didn't impress me – the TacoTuesday tacos tasted bland, the taco flatbread itself was soggy, and the tacos were very small (three people had the same thing and everyone was still hungry afterward). They also cost €11 for three – so the value for money isn't good. The beer was "okay" for a light beer in my opinion – not outstanding. And at €6.20 for a 0.5L, it was extremely expensive. Therefore, I can only give it 3 stars – I wouldn't come back again.

We had a great afternoon with friends. The beers were varied and the place was very nice, with plenty of space. As for the food, we ordered burgers and fries, nothing special. But the service was good, and the prices were "fair" for a restaurant of this type in Berlin. It's easier to get to by car; there's parking too. The place also has slot machines where you can play for a few coins. One of them swallowed our money, and the worker kindly returned it to us. They also have bowling alleys and offer guided tours of the brewery. We also saw several dogs :)

I was there with a friend for Wings Wednesday in the evening. Both the cauliflower wings and the proper chicken wings come in three varieties: Korean BBQ, Buffalo Hot Sauce, and lemon. I liked the lemon version best; I personally preferred the Buffalo Hot Sauce to the Korean BBQ, which I found too spicy. The drinks were great. The Punk IPA was also very good, but my companion and I preferred the Hazy Jane IPA. The Hazy Jane IPA tasted fruitier and had a much smoother flavor development. The service was always friendly, and because it was Wings Wednesday, people kept asking for another round, and I was finally quite full after the fourth round. The restrooms were clean, and they use an air dryer to dry your wet hands, which could theoretically be better for the environment, but I would have preferred paper towels for hygiene reasons. Another visit is definitely planned and I can fully recommend DogTap Berlin – especially on a Wings Wednesday, but beware: Reservations are required for this event!

Warning: Incorrect prices on sale! I bought a few beers at DogTap. Then I realized I paid much more than the price tags indicated. The nice man at the cash register called his manager – Rike – who calmly said that an employee had made a mistake with the price tags and that I was out of luck, and the higher prices would apply. So, I didn't get my overpayment back! What a shame!

A very, very, very nice restaurant with fantastic facilities (vending machines, bowling alley, etc.). A very nice location and perfect for an evening with friends.

We had a fantastic brewery tour here, followed by a beer tasting and explanations. Afterwards, we ate there, and there are no complaints at all. Fast service, a great selection of consistently delicious dishes, and the opportunity to try a wide variety of beers.

Location very good, food good, service rather poor (only in English), always someone different came, long waiting time, you don't feel like a guest, very loud, everything pretty chaotic there
