A typical Friedrichshain restaurant. Despite having a reservation, we didn't get a private area. Drinks were overpriced and self-service, meaning you had to go downstairs every time you wanted a drink. The food (especially the fries) was quite bland. The wings were sold out by early evening. It's a nice spot for groups, but I wouldn't go back.

We arrived late. We had to get our own drinks. The tables were sticky. The beer wasn't to our taste.

Absolutely amazing service - very kind ans child-friendly staff, awesome wings and a chef who personally came to our table to make sure everything is in oder - this place is doing a lot of things right ;)

The beer is good, the toilets are disgusting.

We were only there for the beer, so I can't comment on the food. However, the beer was great, and the staff was super friendly. I'd like to visit this chain again.

We ordered the all-you-can-eat wings for two people and were seated at a table for eight with other patrons. After the server told us she'd be right back, we waited 20 minutes in vain for service. Several staff members wandered around the restaurant somewhat aimlessly, seemingly unsure where the food orders were supposed to go. We left BrewDog after 20 minutes without having ordered. We probably won't be back, as we expect prompt service at an all-you-can-eat buffet. The atmosphere would have been okay for a quick beer (if we'd actually gotten one), but it was quite noisy.

I can’t recommend this place at all. The staff is just awfully disorganised. I booked a table for a large group and even though I went directly on site a couple days before to agree with the staff for a specific large table, on the day I was seated on a very different area with 2 tables instead of one. The table that was first confirmed to me was given to another large group instead, without discussion. Then for some reason a tab was opened for my group without my consent and I was given a bill of 400€+ at the end of the evening with a lot of things listed that we did not order. So the staff didn’t keep track at all of who was using our tab. We could reduce that bill for a lower price but I definitely paid drinks to random people. I ended my birthday with a very bitter taste in my mouth 🙁

If you like miserable service and waiting 1,5 hours for your food just so it never arrives, please come to the worst Restaurant/Bar in Berlin! PLEASE AVOID!!!

I've been to a different branch. Hazy Jane is my favorite. The kitchen is very slow, so I'm deducting points. I experienced the same thing at the other branch. The staff is very nice, and the atmosphere is spacious. It's also suitable for large groups.

The Coke Zero was okay, but I can't rate the food. At the all-you-can-eat, I didn't see any food for an hour. Then I left, great.

y love this bar — the atmosphere, the beer, the whole vibe. It’s been one of my favorite spots for a long time. But lately, something has changed. They’ve placed an ice machine and a speed rack right in front of the best seats at the bar — now the first six or seven spots are unconfortable and disconnecting. The bartenders can’t really see you anymore, and when your glass is empty, they often don’t notice (or pretend not to). It used to feel personal and connected — now it feels like there’s a wall between guests and staff. I still love this place, but I really hope they bring back that bit of attentiveness and warmth that made it special. 3 stars now, 5 in the past!

A beautiful, spacious venue with a wide selection. If you like unusual beers, this is the place for you. The selection is rather mediocre, but the view directly onto the Frankfurter Tor is pretty cool. Good value for money. We'll be back for a few beers!

Most of the personnel is very nice and service oriented, except for 1 guy, who interrupted my order for some food, by saying that the kitchen was closed (21:30) even though I was just told by another staff member that it was open, same as was written on the website (until 22:00). He obviously looked like someone who simply didn’t want us to order food, because it might cause extra workload, but we only wanted a snack, something that we didn’t even get to tell, before he abruptly decided to close the kitchen early. With that said the rest of the service employees are very nice, smiling and polite.

Super bad customer service. Kitchen was supposed to close at 22:00, and they didn’t take my order although I wanted to order at 21:00. The waiter was super mean. (It was a blond one, sorry for the other nice waiters)

I was actually in a good mood and was looking forward to a nice beer. Unfortunately, the service wasn't so friendly. And we waited over an hour for our food, only to find out that it wasn't available that day. Personally, I wouldn't go back. Maybe it was just a bad day...

I went there for a game meetup while visiting Berlin. Really nice place, with great service. It felt cozy and casual.

The worst Korean fried chicken wings I ever had! Do NOT order the Korean BBQ! The wings were super salty, chewy and hard to eat. There was practically no flavor to it other than salt. Absolute waste of money. While the waitress was super nice and friendly, I'm deeply disappointed that when I asked if she would recommend these wings, she said they were really good. I had other wings here before which were ok. Seems the only thing Brewdog gets right are the fries.

6.80 for a beer and the service only speaks English.

Never again - all vegetarians, take note. Almost a month ago, I had the worst "culinary" experience of my life. My boyfriend and I went to Brewdog in Friedrichshain after work; the place looks great, and we'd never been there before. We ordered two beers, and I had the vegetarian double cheeseburger (no other burger on the menu had a comparable or similar name). To be on the safe side, I specifically told the waiter "the veggie one" and pointed specifically to the burger on the menu. The food arrived about half an hour later. The fries were great, and so was my boyfriend's food. I took two or three bites of my burger and then pushed it over to my boyfriend; there are some very good meat-free alternatives these days, but somehow I couldn't shake the feeling that I'd gotten a real burger. After my boyfriend tasted it, we called the waiter, who confirmed that it was a real burger with meat. There was no apology or anything else. He just smiled at me and said, "Oh, I'll change it." I immediately felt sick and had to throw up in the bathroom for 20 minutes. Of course, we'd lost our appetites, and when I got back to the table, I had the waiter fetch the evening's manager. He was inconsolable; he apologized several times, thanked me for handling the matter so discreetly and not causing a fuss in the restaurant. He canceled our bill and promised to make up for the experience with a meal voucher (which he wanted to send by email) to prove how good the restaurant really is. I nodded, but I still found it friendly. Of course, the evening and what happened stayed with me for a while; but that's not the point. My point is simply the humanly incorrect behavior; the waiter who apparently didn't even look at me when I ordered a burger that didn't have a comparable name on the menu, and even pointed at him. The waiter's outright smile and the manager's equally complete indifference attitude; I still haven't received the voucher. It's not about the value or the voucher; I'll probably never set foot in the store again in my life anyway. It's about the human gesture of sending a sorry again on behalf of the establishment and not just laughing off such an incident. Thanks for nothing.

Went for all you can eat wings. They give you 5 wings at a time and wait around 30 minutes between each serving to make sure you get bored before you get full. IPAs are 7 euros each and service was slow. Waited about 30 minutes before anyone gave us any attention.

I got a seat on the terrace at 6 p.m. without having to wait and was served very courteously and quickly. The dish of chicken wings and chicken strips was generous. It was labeled as spicy, but it was moderately hot. The beer isn't cheap, but it's craft-made and therefore worth the money.

Nah, it's my second time here, and the whole thing just doesn't sit right with me. They messed up our reservation, and even though they fixed it, it doesn't look very good on the customer. The food, well, it's okay, along with some beers. The beers are the strong point, with a wide selection that's eye-catching. Otherwise, it's a great place for after-work, from my point of view. It's fine.

We had a reservation for the brunch at 12 and we got there it wasn’t even open, even though it opens at 12!!! We waited for 30 min and still no show. Terrible service. Very disappointed.

Our waitress, Tianna (so sorry if I misspelt it!!), made our meal here an absolute delight - not only was she incredibly kind and treated us to a complimentary beer, but the food itself was also amazing. Highly recommend for both burgers and beer!!

When I lived in Berlin, there wasn't one, but when I came back after a long time, Brewdog Pub opened instead of an Italian restaurant. I often went to Brewdog in other places, so it was a little disappointing. It was my first time here, but the food wasn't bad, and the beer didn't seem that different from other branches. It took a little while to order, but it didn't seem that bad.

We're still waiting for our wings... Disappointing burgers, as for the "cluck Norris," if it's meant to refer to Chuck Norris, yes, you don't eat a Norris, it's him who breaks your teeth! The chicken was undercooked inside and the breadcrumbs were way overcooked... Otherwise, it's okay to go for a beer, and the staff is friendly.

We were four colleagues who were in the mood for a beer and a burger. It was a good location, and we really enjoyed the food. Both the beer and the burger were excellent. I highly recommend it!

Brewdog is still one of our favorite bars to go to. The ones in Berlin are also good, but I think that their selection of beer could be a bit better. It is mostly BrewDogs own beers and not that many on their guest taps.

The staff is really sweet. Apologizing for delay of beer that was ordered when the food finally came. Everything seemed really good at the start but with waiting one hour for the food the grading of this place falls to the bottom. It wasn’t even crowded. The staff should have told us the amount waiting time and we could have had a döner kebab instead and just beer at this place. Ordered another beer when the food came but got it after we’d paid our bill. Way too late that as well. Location is super and I would come back for drinks.

The wings were really delicious, and the beer was also great, we really enjoyed it. The (all you can eat) wings day is especially popular and definitely worth trying. I definitely recommend this place. Making a reservation beforehand is a smart idea.

€5.95 for a regular beer is absolutely extortionate! Where is this going?

Waited over 15 minutes at the bar to order food. When the waitress finally acknowledged me, she scolded me for skipping the line—the line that had formed behind me while I stood there waiting for her to finish slowly serving the people who were actually ahead of me. Luckily, there are better places to get a burger nearby.

first pub in the whole world, where a tap beer taste worst than a canned/ bottled beer. Tried 4 types of beer, all watery taste, no flavor. and costs 3 times the one in a supermarket. thank you for the understanding to the employees for returning some.

I don't know. It was messy while there were max 10 people inside. Beers are (too) expensive while this should be the kore business. Only reason I give 3 stars is the service of the bartender. Sounded American, bald head. Without his service it would have been 1 star max. I am a Brewdog fan but this hurts.

I really love this bar and come here often. Excellent atmosphere and service, good for meeting friends or just popping in for a beer. Rare place in Berlin that serves chicken wings. It is better to book the first floor on weekends. Well, the selection of beer is excellent, although a little expensive, in my opinion.

This is how a brewpub should be, number one beers (really love the "post punk IPA", nicely hopped and a fresh hint of mango, superb), excellent food, nice, bit rough, atmosfeer, love it!

The food is not tasty, it feels like everything was just dipped in vinegar for a couple of hours. The service is terrible.

The wings weren't that good, so the first round was okay but the second round forgot the sauce. So you can do the food itself. However, the beer, for which we of course had high expectations, was very, very disappointing! :( It looked and tasted as if it had been mixed with water. So for the price it was really beneath all dignity. Now I can only judge the light beer, I have no idea whether it was the same with the dark one. Not a recommendation!

The beers here are becoming increasingly expensive while I can enjoy the beer there I do not find it acceptable to pay minimum 7.20 for a beer. The extra icing on the cake is when going to get a beer and pay by card, you have the machine asking you for a tip which I find somewhat disgusting as you're at the bar and already buying an expensive beer.

Bring your own boardgames upstairs and pay a fee, inexpensive and good food too

I've been looking for a shop in Berlin for a while that serves Buffalo wings with the original, sour-spicy sauce. I found him here. A wonderful experience, even if it is a tourist spot. Somewhat funny are the reviews from people who order Buffalo sauce and then get upset about getting Buffalo sauce. The saying applies here: What the farmer doesn't know, he won't eat.

The food was delicious and the beer is highly recommended. Very nice service. Location looks great and you can feel really comfortable here. There is a point deduction because the prices could be a little lower and because there is only access to the toilets via the 1st floor. The 1st floor can only be reached via a very high staircase. Unfortunately, if you have walking difficulties you have no chance of using the toilet here.

Cool location right at the Frankfurter Tor opposite the two towers. Lots of exposed concrete inside and a nice, large bar. Went there for dinner as a family with children in the early evening. Great selection of food, even for the kids. The burger (Patriot) was good but could have been warmer/hotter. Service was great at first, but later it was just too busy for the two guys at the counter. All in all, cool store!

Berlin craft beer has too much fruit. Anything without fruit was delicious.

I’ve been to several BrewDog locations before, but this was by far the worst experience. My friends and I came for the unlimited chicken wings and some beers—sounds simple enough, yet the staff here managed to completely fumble both. We arrived at 6:30 PM. The place was about 80% full—not packed, but definitely not empty. Overpriced Beer – Most beers were over €7 for just 0.25-0.33L Slow & Small Wing Servings – Despite ordering quickly, we received only five rounds in two hours, each with just 5-6 wings—hardly "unlimited." Declining Wing Quality – At first, the wings were okay for bar food, but by the third round, they tasted awful. The buffalo wings in particular just turned into pure vinegar—either the sauce was off, or the beer made it worse. Incorrect Orders – Our waiter messed up the wing order twice, apologized, and promised to fix it—but never did. Shady Billing – When it was time to pay, they ran out of receipt paper, so we had no way to verify what we were charged. We ended up paying €40 each for wings (€18), a small taster (4×200ml, supposedly ~€12), and a beer (€6). Something felt off, but without a receipt, we couldn’t check. Overall, I won’t be coming back. While two of the four waiters were friendly, the rest were inattentive. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Great beer. Food was okay, and there were good vegetarian options. Self-service and the bar were often empty because they were busy or smoking, which is annoying when you're standing at the bar waiting instead of chatting with friends.

Been yesterday after work, got a beer a some loaded fries with chicken. Weird taste. Ends up with stomach problem after an hour.

My burger was sensationally good and came with delicious fresh fries. Great, crazy-sounding types of beer tempt you to try them all. Very nice staff. Absolutely recommended. Thank you.

The burgers were very tasty. The French fries worth €3.50 are very few and unfortunately not worth that amount in this quantity. Unfortunately, the employee didn't understand us because he only spoke English. Another employee intervened. The colleagues here are relatively friendly. Unfortunately, you have to sign up formally here, as conversation is not possible due to the extremely loud music. You feel like you're in a club. This is also how you can generate money. We were pushed offensively by €1.50 and defensively by an additional €4.00. We paid on Sunday, February 16th, 2025 at 4:58 p.m. at your house at Frankfurter Tor 7. We had 2x The Hoppy Meal for €16.75, a non-alcoholic beer for €5.00 [instead of €5.70] and a Fritz Kola which was also charged at €5.00 [instead of the regular €3.50]. We were also denied the popsicles and the little surprise as promised on the menu. “Only children get that,” were the words of her employee. Then the menus should communicate that too. Since this is not the case, we still have a claim to it or the monetary value. An email to you asking for an amicable agreement has not yet been responded to. That's why we have to give such an assessment here. 𝗡𝗮𝗰𝗵𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗴: After the request was made to reach an amicable agreement again by email, I sent another email. That was on the 26th 02:25 at 5:14 p.m. No answer so far, so here's just an empty promise in the hope that someone will rate it differently. But this will alienate you even more. On the day I was there there were two service staff behind the counter. Unfortunately only one of the two served, the other just cleared away. Therefore, there was a lot of traffic jam and the ordering process became a test of patience. I wouldn't have expected that on a Thursday. But otherwise everything was OK.

Food is good. Unfortunately, it takes a long time until service arrives and you can place your order. Not all service staff speak German - but a lot of things in FHain are international. If you have time and want to drink good beer, this is the place for you. They have delicious wings!

A good hangout spot with a huge variety of craft beer. You're welcome to taste any beer on the menu. Tried out the "Wings Wednesday" all you can eat, no complaints.
