I recently spent the weekend in Berlin and had the pleasure of being served by the big blonde Irish lad. The service from the rest of the team as well as the food and the drinks were brilliant. 10/10 would recommend.

This place definitely pulls the bar of Berlin restaurants’ and bars’ service quality lower than ever. My partner and I were shouted at by a waiter and a waitress last week with cursing words in English, after we complained about the poor quality of their food and the terrible attitude of their staff. This is no funny business. I have submitted my complaint against this place to Verbraucherzentrale Bundesverband and Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes. To the other customers who have been treated horribly here, you can also leverage proper channels to protect your rights by checking out the Verbraucherschlichtungsstellen page on Bundesamt für Justiz’s site✊🏼

Right on the corner in Frankfurter Alee, a great location! Local beers, brewed in their Berlin base, according to local styles: helles, pils, kolsch. Bit expensive compared with the area.

Delicious Beer and a wide range of craft beer with any kinds of flavors. The Burgwr was great and so fresh and High i Likes it. Take your time for when it is full you have to wait some minutes but you will enjoy. Interiour Design is industrial Style with a bit of American Diner Elements

The service was very bad and unfriendly

A bit on the pricey side but the beer quality makes up for it. It would be nice if it had a terrace.

The waiters and waitresses were extremely rude. A few days ago when my friends and I went for wings there (those wings were overly fried and vert dry), a waiter shouted at some customers on the ground floor with the f word. It was shockingly unpleasant. 0 point to the staff👎

Very rude service staff, don't go if you are a Korean tourist, they treat non-European tourists very arrogantly

Pretty chill place thats quiet and not too busy in the day time. Had the wings. Although crispy, i thought the lemon cajun could use more seasoning in general. The beers are always nice and refreshing!

Beer at a good temperature, friendly staff, unfortunately very loud, but that is probably due to the high room - and it was a Sunday afternoon, prices well, 5, 6, 7 euros for a special beer are not unusual and prices for the food are too OK, you don't have to eat anything. I was interested in the architecture and interior design; the last time I was here was when it was still a McDonalds...

Three of us ordered a vegan burger and got a chicken burger. While the waiter served us the burgers he said the name of the vegan burger.

Wings Wednesday is totally weak, portions are getting smaller and smaller and the sauces are no longer included in the second round. You wait almost an hour for the wings and can only order twice in that time!!! Staff can only speak English

Full. Bad. Rip off. Danger. My recommendation: KFC You can get it cheaper and get more out of it! Biggest trap. You can do 2 hours and just one round with the all you can eat. Portions are getting smaller, but not at KFC. Don't come here. P.S. Food poisoning in coming!

Suffering from Success I recently visited Brewdog at Frankfurter Tor in Berlin and was quite disappointed by the experience. Despite the restaurant being fully booked, which I understand is a sign of popularity, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, there was no table service in the upstairs area. This lack of service added a layer of inconvenience, as we had to keep going downstairs to order food and drinks. Moreover, our food order took an entire hour to be completed. This long wait time is unacceptable, especially considering the restaurant's reputation. When the food finally arrived, the burger, which I have enjoyed many times before at this location, was overcooked and dry. The fries were cold, adding to the disappointment of the meal. In summary: - No table service in the upstairs area. - Food order took 1 hour to be completed. - The burger was overcooked and dry, and the fries were cold. Despite these issues, I am giving Brewdog Frankfurter Tor 2/5 stars because the beers were still alright. However, I hope the management addresses these problems to improve the dining experience.

We came this Sunday, the barman is sooo lovely, good advices for the kind of beers we could love, very quickly service, very kind. The beers are awesome !! We took the IPA and the Berliner one. Danke for everything, so much love !!! 💜💜💜

Cool atmosphere good american food and great selection of beer

Unfortunately, total disappointment! Unfortunately the service wasn't good. We were made to wait at the entrance for 10 minutes even though we were seen (the store was almost empty since we were there at lunchtime). Only when we approached the waiter independently did we get a seat. The wings were way too over-seasoned for our taste. We didn't like the sauces either. Unfortunately, orders were also forgotten in between. Not recommendable

Wow, chicken wings massacre, they are amazing. Try all the different flavours and the homemade beers. Thanks also to the lovely service 💪

- Very expensive - Food okay, some small portions, bad fries - Not clean: There were still chips on the floor and tables were greasy - There is self-service in the upper area. But it doesn't say that anywhere and it isn't told to you at the beginning. So we sat there and waited for 20 minutes while nothing happened and nobody let us know, even though we spoke to a waitress when we came in and even though the store was almost completely empty. When we asked, we were then informed. That was all a shame, as I'm actually a BrewDog sympathizer!

Also a top location in the middle of the week. Anyone who likes good beer in a central spot should stop by the BrewDog team. Also recommended is the BrewDog DogTap in the south of Berlin.

Food was ok, my salad could have used a little more dressing. The menu said "with fresh peppers", but I only got pickled ones. You have to get your own drinks and food, but unfortunately that's not available anywhere. Overall, the store was very dirty, even though there wasn't much going on. There were fries on the floor and the tables hadn't been cleaned. Wouldn't go again.

What you expect really. They're a bit victims of their own success. The staff are friendly and helpful though.

I ate here today with a friend on the recommendation of a work colleague. Before we arrived I had read a few reviews and was worried that it would be a complete failure. But my buddy and I were pretty happy afterwards. The food and drinks are a little cheaper (as with all restaurants these days), but they are pretty tasty and we were both lucky to benefit from the U25 50% discount promotion. So €50 became €25 :) The service was also very courteous and friendly and the music wasn't as deafeningly loud as some people here would like to describe. The only criticism I have about the ambience is the couch I sat on. Unfortunately, despite the padding, it was very hard and it felt like sitting on a bare wooden board. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to come back when the opportunity arises. :)

Been here several times, it's pricey for the beer, which at least is decent, but the food never fails to disappoint. We've tried multiple different burgers (we got gift cards given to us so kept trying) and honestly, we never had a single one we liked and often simply didn't finish them, the one saving grace was they had vegan parmesan truffle fries, so this week we went again JUST to have a beer and those fries as we can't have Dairy at the moment, and they were more with normal parmesan.... ok, disappointing, but we're here anyway we think, so let's get something else to snack on..... The mixed vege platter with cauliflower "buffalo wings", cucumber salad, Theo types of Pommes, and onion rings sounds like good beer snacks, we'll have that. Damn. Cucumber with tobacco sauce (weird and unappealing), cauliflower was stinky drowned in a Tabasco style sauce too, no subtlety, no balance, onion rings were passable but not great, Pommes we're fine, hard to screw up frozen premade chips. Again, left most of it. Two beers and the snack platter was over 30€, so not good value either. We give in, we kept trying to like it (my wife likes the punk IPA which is one of the main reasons we went at all) but the value simply isn't there. We won't be back again. Point of note, this review is for the Frankfurter Tor location only. May be better at the others? Not sure I'm willing to find out though honestly with so many other options for good beer available in Berlin

Found brewdog Friedrichshain to offer some of the best, friendliest l, service in Germany. The wings were much smaller than what I'm used to at other places that do a "wings Wednesdays" type promotion but it was tasty. The beer is good but more expensive than I've been used to in berlin

Done with this place, since coming here on the opening, the service has been the worst. Slow, hard to order, hard to pay. Recently went to watch the football - reserved a table, and then the staff refused to turn the TV on, the proceeded to shout at us when we complained. So many consistently bad vibes. Plus, the beer is always too warm, and too flat.

All you can eat? More like all-you-can-suffer My family and I were unfortunate enough to visit this restaurant. The ingredients were carelessly mixed together, the buffalo wings were inedibly sour. When we wanted more, we were judged - it's all about profit! The waiter? Constantly smoking outside, smelled when served. Where is the hygiene? Disgusting! The noodles: overcooked, tasteless. The lemon chicken wings: simply thrown into the deep fryer. Does anyone in the kitchen even have a sense of taste? Incompetence in the kitchen, miserable food and disgusting service - absolutely not recommended. PS: Fries were delicious but how can you go wrong? However, I could have imagined it with this horror house. :))))😋

Went to watch a game during the Euros and the experience was decent. I was told by a friend that all their beers they brewed them self and they taste good. Went with some truffle fries also with the game and they were taste. The staff was also fast and friendly.

A store the world doesn't need: Ambience is nice, service is okay, you don't understand any German and only speak English with a strong accent. Outdoor chairs are an absolute disgrace. The food is average at best. So you can really save yourself the store. It has this rating for a reason.

First things first, staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is super nice. We went there to watch an Euro Cup match and it was nice, you can book in advance to make sure you’ll be able to seat in front of the tv (this includes a beer and nachos) for 15€ Food was tasty as well but a bit salty and not that cheap. However, if you share it’s worth it (specially the loaded Korean fries 🤤) Beer is okay, you have plenty of options to choose from.

I was here with friends and we had a really great evening! The waiter was really super friendly and we were always served quickly, which is why I can't agree with the previous speaker, everything went well with our reservation too. The wings were really delicious. Unfortunately, there is a deduction for the burgers, which, in contrast to the wings, were rather disappointing and a bit bland. My friends thought the beer was delicious. Thank you very much for the evening with you!

Went there for euros. Bad atmosphere. Bad budffalo chicken burger. Stale beer. Definitely not fresh keg. EUR 8 for a beer.

The beer is of course great! We sent for watching the game and wings. Wings were good, but the tv had no sound and the second floor was super hot. They say for you to go to Brewdog for watching the game but only just a few tables can see the tv and no sound. Zero game atmosphere. Recommend only if burger, beer and chatting

They serve one of the best craft beers in Berlin, if not ever!

Sorry but that was nothing. The wings and cauliflowers were inedibly sour. And I don't mean sour that it doesn't exactly suit my taste, but more like I've extinguished a bottle of vinegar. Please let the chefs try their food themselves before serving it to the customers. The service was also careless, poorly trained but still tried hard. The price-performance ratio here is definitely a 6. The worst restaurant visit so far, but thank you, I'll never come here again.

Positive: *Waiter very friendly. Neutral: Cauliflower wings were basically whole cauliflower heads fried. Well, I've never seen anything like that! :'D Bigger than my fist for a "wing" And we had 5 of them! You always get full haha. Negative: *Very expensive / no beer under 5€, not even a small 0.3l beer. *Several drinks were missing despite ordering. *Unfortunately music is way too loud. *Were at the all you can eat wings meal. We had to wait between 20-40 minutes between each wing order. *Baffalo Wings WAY TOO SOUR (but they also have other flavors. These were quite tasty) *In the end we paid 15 euros too much. Unfortunately we only noticed it at home.

This is a very neat little BrewDog just by the subway station. It is the smallest BrewDog I have visited, but it still has all the beers. My favourite Punk IPA tasted fresh and fabulous!

We have food for 1 hour 30 minutes. waited. At the end my friend asked about our order but we didn't get an answer from the waiter and left with an empty stomach

Onion rings were so fetish that men could no longer eat them. There were bones in the chillen burger and it was inedible. We paid 42 euros for 2 burgers and fries, it was really expensive

We went for wings Wednesday, the food was delicious and the service was almost perfect, but waiting 40 minutes for wings (where there weren't many people at the time we were there) wasn't the best experience

Delicious beer but unfortunately the atmosphere and mood that we usually know from BrewDog didn't come across. Much too loud music and careless service.

Food was mid. Wings are tasty but took an hour and they where cold. Burgers soggy. Beer and ambience good, staff was friendly.

We asked for the double set of wings and asked if they could be two flavors and the waitress said no, bc it was too busy. Mind you it was us a group of 2, a larger group of guys in the same table who only got drinks and one person at the bar and that’s busy??? Not to mention the bathrooms were incredibly dirty and none of the women’s stalls had toilet paper I felt like I was eating at a gas station

Love the atmosphere at BrewDog. You can go for a drink or have a proper meal (depending what “proper” means to you). They have amazing choice of beer! Even though I am not a big beer fan, I always find something special in their beer selection. This time I tried nr. 24 and it tasted amazing, souvarish and fruity. 100% recommend! And their staff- very friendly, very knowledgeable and very cute! P.S. You can pay by card. Always a plus :)

When we arrived we were greeted very nicely. We got a table and the menu was right there. The staff was very nice and professional during our ordering process. In this restaurant you can even try the current drinks (especially beer on rotation), similar to wine. The burger was one of the best I've eaten in a long time, but my companion found the sweet potato fries too mushy. But the Self-Made Mayo convinced us. When we were offered the chance to get a free dessert by playing a game of “Rock Paper Scissors” against an employee, we jumped at the chance and won. However, you should note that there was only one game per table. All in all, this restaurant is highly recommended.👍👍

As an EFP I've been to a fair few BD bars. This is the worst one and hope / trust its just a bad one off night. Not sure where to start tbf, if someone senior is bothered reach out to me. This was not a great visit for me and cant imagine this is really part of the BD family?? I'm in Berlin for a few days, but wont drink here again

We went for Wings Wednesday and i can say that I really enjoyed the experience!! The service was super friendly and helpful. 3 flavors for wings are available; I wasn't a big fan of the korean bbq, but the lemon cajun is nice with crispy texture. My favorite was the BUFFALO for sure! 🤩 all you need is a football game running in parallel and it would be perfect! 😅🤌

Sorry, but the store is a total failure. Over 45 minutes for wings and fries. Then I had to leave hungry. And then they intrusively ask for tips. The store wasn't even half full. Never again.

Very cozy and a great service team. The beer tastes good and as a tourist you can buy a few beer gifts. English is spoken here.

All you can eat chicken wings - not worth it. There is a lot of time left, the table is scheduled for 2 hours. In an hour we only got one round of wings - that's not possible!!

Unfortunately, neither the chicken nor the cauliflower wings were convincing. You can buy the chicken wings in exactly the same size and with the same glaze at the discount store around the corner. Both tasted rather underwhelming. The 'Smashed Cucumber Salad' was simply outrageous. A cucumber quartered lengthways in soy sauce awaited us here. 'Smashed' is at best the price-performance ratio here. The fun cost as much as the mac'n'cheese (that was bomb). Unfortunately only one non-alcoholic beer. The taste of this is strongly towards ale, so not for lovers of bitter beers.

Update: last Saturday the toilets were really disgusting and it was obvious they had not been cleaned for the day It is a shame because the food the beer and the service were very nice but going to a smelly and really dirty bathroom ruins the experience. We had a groupon for beer and burger and were very satisfied with the service and the food. The only problem is the temperature inside, upstairs is incredibly hot!

Unfortunately we had to wait 3x 40 minutes for new wings on Wings Wednesday. After the first 1.5 hours of waiting, we took a short smoking break during which our half-full beers were simply cleared away. Waiter shouted loudly 3 times through the restaurant Relax come down what is your problem after I asked for my wings for the 4th time…. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Staff understaffed and obviously very overwhelmed. It's a shame because the wings were delicious even if we never received dips with them as written on the menu. but not again under such circumstances. The volume in the restaurant was so loud that unfortunately you couldn't have a conversation.

The service was great as always! Well of course the majority are Latino 🤍 The low rating goes to the food. For what the fries cost, the portion seems like a joke to me, the meat of the "chicken" burger was extremely burnt. The atmosphere is a bit chaotic, for my taste the music is too loud whenever we go. I recommend the beer school to try different beers but it is no longer what it was before or at least when I did it in Spain, they explained different things to me at the bar and asked me questions to identify things about the beer that I found interesting. You might like them, now they give you a QR and fix yourself.

First of all: The staff, the beers and the location are very nice. But with the food it's okay-ish. We've read already on former ratings that the wings have a strange taste and can relate. I've shared "the feast" and "mini mac n' cheese". Most of all I can recommend the combination of sweet potato fries with blue cheese mayo. The wings were the worst. The vinegar was so present and I'm really confused about missing any umami at all in a buffalo chicken wings. Rest of the food was nothing outstanding but fine for me. I really hope they work on the recipe for the wings.

Unfortunately you sit very cramped. Too close to other people.

Very full (that at least speaks for the quality of the store) but we spontaneously got seats for three people on a Saturday evening. Service was quick and friendly. Anyone who is happy to pay a little more for good burgers and craft beer will be rewarded with an unforgettable culinary journey of discovery. Big recommendation.

There are hipsters in Berlin too. We went to a burger bar with about 30 types of beer and were super happy. Burgers and beer are fantastic! We spent a lovely evening here. Thumbs up and keep it up. 👍👍

Food: First of all, I go there for the beer and it's great. Large selection, which changes regularly (except for a few regular beers), and interesting varieties. The food (at least the burgers) are ok. Service: Friendly and happy to help with beer selection. From time to time it can take a little longer. Ambiance: Good location, great connections and the furnishings are harmonious.

The beer selection is exciting. Otherwise pretty loud music there. I had the Chuck Norris burger. The chicken was too over fried for me.

I really enjoyed my first visit these days. The food, service and furnishings are great, I'll definitely be back!

Mac and cheese without cheddar? chicken Wings with Korean BBQ are disgusting, you cannot eat them, way way way too salty. Also hardly any meat on them, its more sauce+bone than meat. Actually I want my money back! the wings are just awful!! the place just looks comfortable but sitting on the red bench that is supposed to be upholstered and soft actually feels like sitting on a wooden bench. It is not comfortable!

Good beer, but the staff is quite neglectful. No one greets you when you come in, the bar keep was having a private conversation and ignored us. To get service you have to practically drag the staff to your table.

If I could, I would give this place 6 stars out of five

Wonderful, beautifully furnished brewery, which extends over two floors. In addition to “classic” dishes, vegan and vegetarian dishes are also offered. Even if you don't drink beer regularly, it's worth a visit. We found the staff to be friendly. Our dog was welcome.

Nice atmosphere and kind staff, the food was also nice. However…. They are not very transparent about their promotions. We went in for the kids eat free promo and were charged for the kids meal. Upon realizing the mistake, I went back to rectify it. I was met with tamed disdain - very easily recognizable for those with years of working in hospitality. I was told I had to book for the kids eat free - which I did. The staff member tried to return the money to my card but had no password permission and said I could wait for the manager to show up. On Easter holiday that wasn’t much of an option so I left, leaving my money behind and taking a sour taste in my mouth. If a family walks in to a booking, order two mains and a kids meal on kids eat free day, one would think to mention the promo? Very poor service at a very high cost. Oh! And the “kids hoppy meal” doesn’t include treats - even though it says on the menu they are supposed to be included, they aren’t. They were kind enough to bring toys they had in the back to borrow so that’s ok but the menu should definitely be adjusted to fit the reality. Lack of transparency really is a theme.

Worst service EVER. 20min in the queue to get a drink or food. There were 2 people only for serving the entire place. Also, upstairs is a sauna. We were sweating. I don’t recommend it.

The wine here is delicious and the burgers are delicious. recommend The bathroom has a peculiar smell.

I had the classic all you can eat chicken wings... It was actually very tasty, but the wings with sauce had a bit too much sauce (sorry), so I recommend taking wet wipes with you. Most people speak English there, I wasn't well prepared for that, but luckily my companion was 😅 Unfortunately the music upstairs is very loud for my taste. All in all, I would still go back

I love the place and come often but giving it 2 stars at this time because of a rude barman that worked in the afternoon 24.03.2024. He started taking my order, but then when I couldn’t give him a table number right away, just switched to other customers and ignored me. I had to order everything again after getting the number of my table. People in the service industry should be trained to communicate and be helpful.

Lovely service and delicious wings!!

Our first visit in one of the Brew Dog branch in Berlin was pretty good, the reason why we went back to Brew Dog…this time a different branch. Waiters are friendly but you don’t serve this burnt meat if you are asking for 13.50€. And WiFi does not work at all. Probably our last visit in this restaurant.

So I have to agree with some people here and can only advise against the wings! the worst wings I've had. service friendly but slow slow slow slow. The toilet was dirty and smelled bad.

Service is unobtrusive and competent, it tastes good, I like it very much, the people are nice.
