Brauhof Wilshaus in Hamm

Leider haben wir fast 20 Minuten gewartet, bis einer vom Service zum Tisch kam, um uns zu sagen, dass die Küche nun seit 3 Minuten zu hat. Dafür 45 Minuten hingefahren…… nie wieder !!!!

Wir waren heute das erste mal hier essen unf was soll ich sagen?! - Essen (Schnitzel und Bratkartoffeln) top! - Ambiente top! Ich mag total das rustikale - Service war Mega freundlich und wirklich flott unterwegs, einfach top! Wir geben mit ruhigem Gewissen eine 10 von 10! In diesem Fall 5 Sterne 🙂 Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Und das nicht nur zu zweit 😬

Es war einmal gut GEWESEN! Nachdem diese Gastronomie in der Sendung „ mein Lokal, Dein Lokal“ gewesen ist, hat sich Vieles verändert. Die Qualität des Essens war sehr ernüchternd, wir sind gerne wegen der regionalen Speisen hergekommen. Die Schnitzel waren lecker und saftig,Spareribs waren hervorragend , JETZT war es lachhaft, trocken, dünner als dünn war das Schnitzel und der Preis ist erhöht worden, was bei einer guten Qualität auch vollkommen akzeptabel wäre, ABER NICHT bei diesem Essen! Die Spareribs waren ohne jegliche Marinade, keinerlei Lasur, trocken und die beigefügte Sauce war Ketchup!!!! Tja, der nun wirklich einfach anzufertigende Apfelkuchen aus eigner Produktion war vollkommen daneben, staubtrockener Mürbeteig mit Fertigapfelmus mit Sprühsahne!!!!😡😡😡😡😡 Wir sind bisher gerne hergekommen, das hat uns jedoch gezeigt, dass wir diese Gastronomie nicht mehr aufsuchen werden und auch nicht mehr weiterempfehlen können. Die Kritik wurde nicht gehört, sehr schade , doch wir können unser Geld auch besser zum Fenster rauswerfen. Sehr enttäuscht und verärgert.

Das Essen war mega lecker, die Bedienung super freundlich und die Preise absolut fair.

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit am Brauhof gefeiert. Eine absolute Empfehlung können wir hier aussprechen, weil Atmosphäre, die tolle Location und das tolle Team diesen Tag unvergesslich gemacht haben. Unsere standesamtliche Trauung konnte im eingerichteten Trauzimmer stattfinden. Anschließend konnten wir die Feier auf dem Hof genießen. Auch die Abstimmung im Vorfeld mit Jens entweder persönlich oder per Mail hat immer reibungslos geklappt. Begeistert waren auch unsere veganen Gäste, die sich beim Buffet immer super orientieren konnten. Danke für den schönen Tag!

Ob man abends gemütlich essen gehen möchte, an einem Bierbrauseminar teilnimmt oder seine eigene Hochzeit feiert- hier ist man genau richtig. Ich war schon einige Male auf dem Bauhof Wilshaus und wurde nie enttäuscht. Leckeres Bier, gutes Essen, schöne urige Atmosphäre. Das Highlight war unsere eigene Hochzeit, die wir vor Kurzem hier feiern durften. Es hat von vorne bis hinten alles gestimmt und wir waren sehr glücklich.

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit hier gefeiert und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Trauwiese ist wunderschön für eine Trauung- unter einem großen Kastanienbaum, umgingt von einem kleinen Bach, mit einer urigen Veranda. Der Sektempfang sowie die Feier abends haben wir auch bei Wilshaus gefeiert. Für den Sektempfang hatten wir einen schönen Außenbereich mit Sitzplätzen und Stehtischen. Der Service war gut, das Essen sehr lecker und der Inhaber (und Ansprechpartner) super nett und unkompliziert. Das war ganz bestimmt einer der Gründe, warum wir unbedingt hier heiraten wurden. Er hat einem wirklich alles möglich gemacht und jeden Wunsch ohne Probleme umgesetzt. 100% Weiterempfehlung!!

Spitzen Hochzeit auf dem Brauhof gefeiert. Von super entspannter Kommunikation vorab bis zu einem hoch motiviertem Team auf der Feier, inklusive standesamtlicher Trauung vor Ort. Alles war stimmig. Wir sind begeistert!

Hatten anlässlich eines Geburtstages einen Tisch reserviert. Als wir saßen, konnten wir relativ schnell Getränke bestellen, bis diese jedoch ankamen verging einiges an Zeit. Als wir sie endlich bekamen und wir Essen bestellen wollten, hieß es, es müssten erst alle im Hof mit Getränke versorgt werden. Naja... Anschließen sahen wir, das immer mehr Gäste die deutlich nach uns kamen, ebenfalls schon bedient wurden und der größte Teil sogar schon Essen hatte. Wir wurden bis dahin nicht mehr bedient und auch nicht mal mehr angeschaut. Als noch weitere Essen bestellen durften und mittlerweile schon fast eine Stunde vergangen war, ging jemand von uns um nachzufragen, wann wir den Essen bestellen könnten. Darauf hin reagierte die Mitarbeiterin sehr unfreundlich und verwies auf Stress in der Küche. (Es kann aber nicht sein, dass so viele Gäste schon Essen haben und Essen bestellen konnten, wir jedoch nicht). Nach weiteren 5 Minuten kam dann eine Mitarbeiterin, entschuldige sich und gab an, es gäbe einen Fehler mit der Kasse weshalb es so lange dauert. Komisch das vorher ein anderer Grund genannt wurde und andere aber bestellen konnten. Nach einiger Zeit kam dann das Essen, mein Essen war sehr lecker, jedoch waren für eine Gäste auch das Essen nicht so toll. Das ist vielleicht auch Geschmackssache, will das Essen nicht schlecht reden, meines hatte wie gesagt geschmeckt. Jedoch war der Service erschreckend. Auf der toilette war die Seife leer, statt neue wurde einfach mit Wasser verdünnt.. Schade für das tolle Ambiente, ich würde es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die hausgebrauten Biere (Schwarzbier und Maibock) waren sehr süffig. Sehr lecker das Schnitzel Jäger Art. Top knuspriges Schnitzel und Pommes. Feine würzige Championsoße. Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, auch wenn sie zeitweise im Stress waren. Essen kam 35min nach Bestellung.

Es ist sehr gemütlich und uhrig. Immer wieder schön.

Das Essen ist spitzenmäßig, die Bedienung freundlich aber die Küche/Service ist leider etwas unflexibel. Essen wurde zu spät serviert. Wir waren mit einer Gesellschaft dort und einer ist später gekommen. Es war der Küche nicht möglich dem einen Gast wenigstens die Vorsuppe zu servieren. Solange die anderen am Tisch noch aßen. Die Küche erwartete allen ernstens von dem Gast das er allein am großen Tisch essen sollte. Während alle anderen fertig waren. Da ist dem Gast der Appetit vergangen. Das ist ganz schlechter Stil.

Selbstgebrautes Bier und eine gute Küche im Sommer kann es schon mal ziemlich voll werden ,bei Radfahrern ein beliebtes Ziel

Auf unserer Fahrradtour haben wir einen Zwischenstopp im Brauhof Wilshaus eingelegt – und es hat sich absolut gelohnt! Wir hatten jeder ein Schnitzel (Wiener Art und Jäger) mit Beilagensalat, beides war sehr lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Bier – wirklich top! Außerdem war das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können den Brauhof Wilshaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren im Brauhof Wilshaus und waren rundum begeistert. Das Bier ist schlicht hervorragend – frisch gebraut, sehr aromatisch und mit viel Charakter. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gebraut wird. Auch die Atmosphäre ist ausgesprochen angenehm: gemütlich, authentisch und genau die richtige Mischung aus Brauhaus-Tradition und entspannter Gastlichkeit. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Essen steht dem Bier in nichts nach – sehr lecker, qualitativ hochwertig und perfekt zum Bier abgestimmt. Ein Ort, an den man wirklich gern zurückkehrt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir waren gestern mit 8 Personen im Restaurant essen (Tisch 202). Grundsätzlich hatten wir uns auf einen schönen gemeinsamen Abend gefreut, leider lief organisatorisch nicht alles rund. Zwei der bestellten Gerichte wurden zunächst vergessen. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin hat sich die Küche dafür entschuldigt, was wir sehr positiv fanden. Den betroffenen Personen wurde als Wiedergutmachung ein Getränk sowie eine Nachspeise aufs Haus angeboten – eine wirklich nette Geste. Leider war es im weiteren Verlauf jedoch schwierig, diesen Ausgleich tatsächlich in Anspruch zu nehmen. Der Service schien insgesamt wenig aufmerksam zu sein. Wenn Bedienungen an den Tischen waren, wurde auf andere Tische kaum geachtet und Augenkontakt eher vermieden, sodass es nicht möglich war, noch einmal unkompliziert nachzufragen oder die angebotenen Getränke und Desserts zu bestellen. Fehler können passieren, und wir haben Verständnis dafür – entscheidend ist der Umgang damit. Die Entschuldigung der Küche war vorbildlich, beim Service hätten wir uns jedoch etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Präsenz gewünscht.

Sehr schöner Brauhof in idyllischen Lage. Super sympathischer Wirt der auch spontan einen Gast mit eigener Idee entgegen kommt und sehr leckeres Bier. Beste Grüße von den Jungs aus Erfurt.

Waren heute zum ersten Mal zu Zweit mit kleinem Vierbeiner dort. Wir hatten nicht reserviert, bekamen dennoch einen Tisch zugewiesen. Da der Tisch direkt am Eingang war, bat ich um eine Alternative auf Grund des Hundes. Der junge Mann war super nett und zeigte uns einen Tisch im hinteren Bereich, den wir gern annahmen.Es war dort ein wenig lauter, da mehrere Kinder anwesend waren- aber das sei nur am Rande erwähnt. Ganz zügig konnten wir Getränke und Speisen bestellen. Die Getränke und die Salate kamen in Null komma Nichts, serviert durch superfreundliches Personal. Auch die Hauptspeise wurde recht flott serviert- und es schmeckte wirklich alles sehr lecker und die Portionen waren reichlich bemessen. Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt dem Servicepersonal: so wünscht man sich eine freundliche Bedienung. 5Sterne!!! Zwei winzige Aspekte die "noch einen draufsetzen" würden, wären : Pfeffer und Salz auf den Tischen im hinteren Bereich und evtl. Streichhölzer oder Feuerzeuge auf den Tischen um die Teelichter anzuzünden. Wir werden gern wiederkommen ( dann mit vorheriger Reservierung und lieber im vorderen Bereich ) und werden dieses Lokal definitiv weiter empfehlen. M.&H. Lange

Es war ein tolles "Erlebnis". Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Kommen wieder!!!

Wir waren am Sonntag mit 4 Personen im Brauhof Wilshaus essen und hatten vorab einen Tisch reserviert. Leider wurde unser Tisch zunächst anderweitig vergeben. Obwohl die Gäste darauf hingewiesen wurden, dass es sich um eine Reservierung handelt, passierte auch nach 20 Minuten nichts. Am Ende mussten wir selbst die betreffenden Gäste darum bitten, den Tisch zu räumen – etwas, das eigentlich nicht unsere Aufgabe sein sollte. Der Service danach war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Alles wirkte völlig unorganisiert: Wir mussten fast 2 Stunden auf unser Essen (Hauptspeise) warten, die Vorspeisensalate wurden uns dahingegen doppelt gebracht, und trotz mehrfacher Hinweise auf die lange Wartezeit schien man eher überfordert als bemüht. Getränke wurden nur zu Beginn serviert und anschließend nicht mehr nachgefragt, selbst als das Essen endlich kam und unsere Gläser längst leer waren. Erst nach mehrmaligem Bitten wurden neue Getränke aufgenommen, teils jedoch falsch. Insgesamt wirkten die Kellnerinnen unaufmerksam und überlastet. Das Essen selbst hingegen war hervorragend, geschmacklich wirklich top! Dass es sehr voll war, erklärt einiges, sollte aber nicht dazu führen, dass Abläufe derart aus dem Ruder laufen. Eine Entschuldigung für die Wartezeit von 2 Stunden wäre ebenfalls angebracht gewesen. Fazit: Ein sehr schöner Abend hätte es werden können, leider war der Aufenthalt durch die Organisation und den Service stark getrübt. Für das Essen allein gebe ich aber gerne 5 Sterne.

Beautiful outdoor area with a beer garden. Very idyllic. The food was really tasty and freshly prepared. The portion sizes were more than generous. The wait wasn't worth mentioning. The kids had fun on the rides provided. The staff were super friendly. We were able to choose our own seats. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. ☺️☺️ Thank you for your efforts!!

Food good, service needs improvement, nice location

It was my first time there. I'm a huge beer fan, and the beer didn't disappoint. The beer was great. The food was good. The service was abysmal. The wait times were incredibly long, which means lost revenue. It's not about the food, you can wait, but drinks? Empty glasses and no hope of a new one. I won't be back anytime soon.

A rustic farmhouse with delicious home-brewed beer and many classics on the menu that don't disappoint. Cozy, rural, slightly hidden, and truly special. I'd be happy to return anytime. The home-brewed beer is especially recommended.

What a wonderful and quaint restaurant! So much attention to detail. So much to discover and photograph. It combines real art and kitsch, with plenty of things to smile about and marvel at. Without seeming chaotic. Everything just fits exactly as it is. Here are some photos that hopefully have an impact and reflect my impression. Simply wonderful and I'd love to come back again.

After waiting 30 minutes, I got up and left because no waiter would come and kept walking past us. It was truly a disgrace for the company.

30 minutes waiting time for drinks, 90 minutes for food. The employees didn't give us any information, only found out after an hour that there were still three companies there. Employees seemed understandably overwhelmed. It seems as if the management is not entirely successful. Maybe we just had a bad day. Unfortunately the food wasn't really seasoned.

A former farm converted into an event and excursion restaurant, located somewhat out of the way. A beautiful beer garden has been created in the inner courtyard and invites you to linger. The always friendly and attentive staff ensures a pleasant stay. The available parking spaces are manageable, but many guests come with two-wheelers or bicycles. The price/performance ratio is right and the quality is really good. We'd love to come back

Rustic location for eating and drinking on bike tours or even to celebrate. When it comes to home-brewed beer, I'm not completely convinced about some varieties. The food is rustic and delicious. Always happy to come back.

The quaint and most beautiful location in Hamm and the surrounding area. The in-house beer is great, and the food is also amazing. We always like to come back.

Update after visit on 02/26/25: 1 star less in the “Food” category. Ordered 2x schnitzel with French fries and salad garnish. Schnitzel and fries are no longer warm to serve, fries are completely hard (mostly impossible to pick up with a fork), salad is basically just green lettuce. Ketchup and mayonaise from small plastic bags. Unfortunately no longer recommended for dining. Ambience and drinks (=beer) good. Since the restaurant was quite full, we didn't complain directly. The waitresses seemed to have to work at full speed anyway. Visited on September 8, 2024, 14 adults (rest after 85 km bike ride). Conclusion in advance: quite good, but nothing special. Service: After arriving (unannounced), it was difficult to find a common table for the group. A waitress then directed us to a covered area on the side. When we sat down, we were "evicted" again by another service person on the grounds that there were too few staff and they couldn't serve us there. Oh well. On our own initiative, we were able to organize another table for everyone because three women made room for us. When we ordered we were told that the stove was broken and we couldn't get all the dishes. Can happen (?). Food: Drinks good as usual. The food was nothing special, portions were large enough for us. The taste is average (e.g. paprika schnitzel a bit "boring": pepper strips in tomato, fries, mayo from the bag - done). This is what you get in any average chip shop. Prices: Upper midfield. Still acceptable. Ambiance: Beer garden atmosphere under the parasols. In order. Now a very sensitive point: the children playing. Yes - children are great. Yes - children need opportunities to play. Yes - but children also need boundaries and education. You can tell children early on where they can or cannot play. We raised two of our own. But they didn't drive bobby cars into tables and chairs, at least not where the food was being served. And a restaurant or a department store are not playgrounds. Even if the operator says that the children playing everywhere are part of the concept of this location. It's not my concept in a restaurant! Let's wait and see whether we will stay here again in the future. May be - may not be.....

I was passing through. I stopped because of the many positive reviews and asked the innkeeper if I could take beer with me... What can I say...? Terrific delicious. Country beer and black beer are excellent. Service from the landlord was absolutely “mega” and extremely friendly. Well. Do we have to “travel through” more often? Keine Hausmannskost es waren überwiegend #Fertigprodukte# ; völlig überforderte junge Bedienungen, nach kurzer Zeit kein Salz mehr da, der Burger war sehr trocken, die Schnitzel waren nicht durchgebraten, nicht für jedes Getränk einen Untersetzer, die Bratkartoffeln waren kein bisschen knusprig, wir saßen auf Sofas und Sessel, die waren sehr weich und man sackte förmlich ein. Damit verbunden saßen wir dadurch sehr tief und es war unangenehm so zu essen. Zum Dessert gab es lediglich Vanilleeis, sonst nix. Das Lokal brummte und der Chef saßent spannt am Tresen und beschäftigte sich mit einem Tablett anstatt seine MA zu unterstützen. Niemand sagte beim herausgehen Tschüss oder so :-( Ich hatte Familie und Freunde zu meinem Geburtstag eingeladen und habe mich fast geschämt dieses Lokal ausgewählt zu haben.

Due to the positive reviews in the last few months, we have given the restaurant a new chance after many years. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The location is great - but that's about it. The first thing we saw when we came in was the boss, who was sitting at one of the bar tables with his laptop and had basically converted the guest room into an office. Directly on the counter, visible to every guest, was a handwritten note about someone's evaluation of a sample work. “Fairly good,” “Overwhelmed,” and the person’s cell phone number. Unfortunately, these descriptions fit the entire service staff. The table at which we were seated, even from a distance (“the table in the back left corner is yours”) was unfortunately dirty. We cleaned up the crumbs and leftover sauce ourselves. We waited about 15 minutes for anyone to come to the table to take our drinks order. This is also rather “listless”. The food came very quickly. Which doesn't necessarily mean that the things are freshly prepared. The food was carelessly prepared and tasted run of the mill - nothing special and definitely not good value for money. As an example, the ham platter consisted of a type of raw ham, dry and hard bread, butter and a portion of salad. Independently, 3 out of 4 people have complained about stomach grumbling after eating. We had to ask for the bill twice and waited a total of about 20 minutes before we were allowed to pay. We all agreed - a kebab in any kebab shop would have been cheaper and better.

I had an interview there and was accepted. Now I've been waiting for over four years for the dates on which I'm supposed to work. Reliable is different.

Der Abend hat schön begonnen. Erstklassige Bedienung, leckeres Essen. Leider war der Inhaber ‚Jens‘ im Urlaub, und sein Schwiegervater (ehemaliger Inhaber) hat uns gegen 21:45 Uhr die Heizung im Vorbau wortlos abgestellt. Es wurde umgehend kalt. Er behauptete nach unsere Beschwerde, dass er bestimmt, wann Feierabend ist. Nach dem Bezahlen unsere Gruppe hat uns draußen noch seine momentane Lebenspartnerin angepöbelt. Hier werden wir nicht mehr einkehren. Schade für uns Gäste und für so ein top Team .….

We were able to celebrate our free wedding ceremony in the Wilshaus and it was an unforgettable evening! 😊 The preliminary meeting was uncomplicated and reliable. The requests to visit the location again (due to the decoration, DJ, etc.) were addressed immediately. All the employees were super friendly, accommodating and fulfilled the guests' every wish. The food was terrific and there was more than enough for the entire wedding party. We had an unforgettable evening and we highly recommend the Wilshaus!❤️

Sensational, the furnishings are so rustic, old and simply great.

We were there with 4 adults and 4 children. The yard and ambience were nice. Definitely great with coffee or a beer. The vehicle fleet for the children was a welcome change, but it didn't help after waiting over 1.5 hours for schnitzel and fries. The portions were just enough to fill you up, the sauces were rather small blobs. Reorder €3. The homemade beer was delicious! Unfortunately, we had to wait longer when ordering again. For an apology or e.g. A scoop of ice cream for the children as damage control due to the long wait (or anything similarly appreciative) was not resorted to.

We held our wedding at the Brauhof Wilshaus. Both the civil wedding in the beautiful outdoor area and the celebration in the festival barn. The process was more than just perfectly organized. The food is a dream and was to the complete satisfaction of all guests. Likewise the service. There was always someone available to answer any questions and the team did a very, very good job. The barn has a wonderful rustic feel. This farm is an absolute highlight for both private celebrations and a cozy get-together for food or drinks. Rural, run with a lot of love and dedication and everything from the homemade food to the home-brewed beer is just right here!

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit auf dem Brauhof Wilshaus ausgerichtet. Sowohl die standesamtliche Trauung im wunderschönen Außenbereich, als auch die Feier in der Festscheune. Der Ablauf war mehr als nur perfekt organisiert. Das Essen ist ein Traum und war zur vollsten Zufriedenheit aller Gäste. Ebenso der Service. Es stand durchgehend jemand für offene Fragen zur Verfügung, und das Team hat sehr sehr gute Arbeit geleistet. Die Scheune hat ein wundervolles Rustikales Ambiente. Sowohl für private Feiern, als auch für ein gemütliches Beisammensein zum Essen oder Trinken ist dieser Hof ein absolutes Highlight. Ländlich, mit sehr viele Liebe und Hingabe geführt und vom hausgemachten Essen bis zum selbst gebrauten Bier stimmt hier einfach Alles!

It was very well attended today, but we were still allocated a nice place. Food arrived very quickly, hot and crispy. Tasty as always. Nice atmosphere, especially in the dark season, very homely thanks to the wood stove heat and lighting. Very nice and attentive staff. We'd love to come back.

It was a great evening, the food was great, the service was more than accommodating, fast, nice and the landlord brewed beer 🍺 while it was running and talked to you as if you had known each other for a long time.... keep it up! We will come back soon..👍

Unfortunately very inflexible… Dishes can only be ordered as shown on the menu (according to the waitress)… Unfortunately changes (without chicken breast) are not possible…

Great place for events, good food, nice service

The Brauhof Wilshaus is a real insider tip for fans of good beer and hearty food! The in-house beer, brewed directly on site, is simply fantastic and a real treat for every beer lover. But it's not just the beer that's worth the visit: the spare ribs are the best I've ever eaten! Tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned – you can immediately tell that a lot of love and care has been taken here. Added to this are the homemade sausages, which are also incredibly tasty. They are perfectly seasoned and taste incomparably fresh. The combination of the delicious, home-brewed beer, the outstanding spare ribs and the unique sausages makes the Brauhof Wilshaus an absolute must for everyone who loves good food and excellent beer in a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I followed a recommendation spontaneously and without any prior information and I have to say it was worth it. A rustic farm, located somewhat out of the way in nature, which has been prepared with great attention to detail, awaits its guests with a large beer garden and a barn. The service is fully committed and this ensures the warmth and appreciation towards the guests. The food, and I consciously had some special requests, was totally convincing, as was the beer. The price-performance ratio is right. At the weekend I can well imagine that many families and cyclists come by just to have a good time. It's a pleasure to be a guest here and that's why there's only one rating here, namely full points in all areas. We'll see you again on your next visit to Hamm. Keep it up.

Uriges, antikes Ambiente, was zu einem Brauhaus passt. Im recht dunklem Innenraum sorgen viele Lichtquellen für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Speisekarte ist gleichermaßen rustikal: Bodenständige, einfache Klassiker ohne besondere Raffinesse. Vegetarische Optionen begrenzt auf Veggie-Burger, Flammkuchen, Salat sowie Tomaten- und Zwiebelsuppe. Vegane Gerichte gibt es nicht wirklich (Pommes, Salat und Bratkartoffeln ohne Speck auf Anfrage). Insgesamt also eher unspektakulär.Geschmacklich solide, ohne Highlights. Mir persönlich erschien die Qualität der Lebensmittel nicht hochwertig, was insbesondere beim Salat auffiel. Auch die Tellersprache ist einfach und funktional. Portionsgrößen großzügig, doch die fehlende Raffinesse nahm oft den Appetit, den Teller leer zu essen. Das alkoholfreie Getränkeangebot ist wenig kreativ und umfasst lediglich Standardoptionen. Service hat Bestellungen mehrfach vergessen und keine Zwischenfragen wurden gestellt. Für Fleisch- und Bierliebhaber vermag das Brauhaus lohnenswert zu sein, für mich wird persönlich jedoch keinen weiteren Besuch wert.

Rustic, antique ambience, which suits a brewery. The interior is quite dark, but the numerous light sources still create a pleasant atmosphere. The menu is as rustic and down-to-earth as the ambience, with simple classics without sophistication. The vegetarian offering is manageable: veggie burgers, tarte flambées, salad and tomato and onion soup. Vegan options are limited to salad, fries and, upon request, fried potatoes without bacon - so nothing special. In terms of taste, the dishes are solid, without any real highlights. The poor quality of the ingredients was particularly noticeable when it came to the salad. The presentation of the dishes is simple and functional, without any visual accents. Portion sizes are generous, but due to the mediocre taste, there was often no motivation to finish the plate. The beverage offering for non-alcoholic guests is equally uncreative and consists of only standard options. Unfortunately, the service wasn't at its best either, as orders were forgotten several times and people didn't ask in between whether they needed anything else. The experience might well be different for meat eaters and beer drinkers, but personally I won't plan on visiting again.

Very rustic and delicious food. However, some of the staff still needed training. The restaurant is considered family-friendly, which is generally a good thing. However, as a guest without children, I would also like to have a good time. Unfortunately that wasn't possible because some children behaved like they were on an adventure playground. The chairs were jostled with kettcars and there was screaming so loud that the eardrums took offense. A request to the staff for a little more peace and quiet was also unsuccessful. The parents stayed inside and had peace 😞. Unfortunately, a relaxed stay was not possible. Very unfortunate. We won't be going there again.

Schoener Hof. Schlechte Bedienung,schlechte Kueche.... Keine Kuemmerer weit und breit... null Service... es dauerte 45 Min. um die 3 Scheiben Brot mit gefrorener Kraeuterbutter hinzustellen. Ohne Besteck, ohne Teller.. Unverschämtheit! Warum auch...Schnitzel Pfui! Sauce war eher eine Pampe.Pommes fettig u d weich + uebersalzen. Wartezeit 90 Min. fuer ein Schnitzel. Bei Nachfrage.. ein arroganter Chef, was sonst. Keine Ahnung von Gastlichkeit. Erschreckend. die Bedienungen, Schueler o.a. Vollkomnen absurdes Gastrotheater.. laienhaft, unfreundlich, schlechtes Essen. Alles enttäuschend und nie wieder.

PRICES RAISED - SCHNITZEL SHRUNK SIGNIFICANTLY!!! We always enjoyed going to Wilshaus. There was good food at fair prices and delicious beer. After the prices were adjusted - of course upwards - as part of the federal government's VAT increase, the prices have now been partly overwritten again - upwards again, of course. The schnitzel has shrunk significantly. If this is the new business strategy, then Brauhaus Wilshaus will soon be pretty empty! The young man's service was very friendly - as always, at least it's like before! Maybe it was just an isolated incident. We will go again and give the previously good brewery a second chance. If it's like today again, we'll be there for the last time - it's a shame.

This location is in a wonderful rural location and yet very close to the city center of Hamm. The farm itself, which has been lovingly restored, is worth a detour alone. The restaurant welcomes you with typical brewery cuisine and many home-brewed beers - all delicious and sumptuously prepared. You definitely can't complain about the price-performance ratio here. Children are extremely welcome here and are well entertained by the farm's many animal residents and the extensive fleet of vehicles, so that parents can relax a little. I can only recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back there.

Very cool restaurant, everything was great. The beer is also highly recommended. We haven't had such a delicious salad as an appetizer in a long time.

After a long bike trip, I returned to the Wilshaus with a group on May 26, 2024. I returned my order of tarte flambée mozzarella with (tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh rocket). The arugula was inedible. From the way it looked, it must have been sitting in the compost for three days. Slightly yellowish and partially decomposed leaves. The whole thing looked pretty unsavory. What the chef was thinking. Whether the tomato gratinated with mozzarella was fresh? I don't know. Or the mozzarella. I can't judge either. At that moment, my trust in careful preparation in the kitchen was disrupted. While my group was already eating, I had to wait until the second attempt at tarte flambée with rocket was ready. The rocket on tarte flambée No.2 was significantly better, but the bad experience remains, especially since the cook has to know what else I can offer or not, what is bad or what is good. Especially with foods that are eaten raw. One star 🌟 for the food is still too much.

Great location with a large beer garden. Interior design totally cozy and original. Food was delicious and the service was very nice. Unfortunately we were just passing through, otherwise we would definitely come back.

Ein ganz besonderes Brauhaus mit richtig leckerm Essen. Für jeden zu empfehlen der es rustikal mag. Es gibt selbst gebrautes Bier, was sehr gut ist.

Tolles Ambiente, sehr leckeres Essen zu humanen Preisen und eine absolut nette und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Wie kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das nächste Mal mit Reservierung. Ist wirklich gut besucht dort. 🥰
