Great food, great service and attentive. Eating took a while but the restaurant was very busy so you have to be patient, so it wasn't bad at all since the food was great and tasty. Prices are reasonable. We'll be back.

I visited the brewery and tried the all-you-can-eat schnitzel buffet. The price of €12.50 was very fair and appealing. Unfortunately, the atmosphere didn't really convince me, and the staff was more neutral than cordial. I also ordered a sports salad with yogurt dressing, but unfortunately the dressing was absolutely tasteless. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the experience and I probably wouldn't visit the brewery again.

Unfortunately we had to wait almost two hours for food without apologies or complimentary drinks/food. So even though the Käsespätzle were delicious, we were to exhausted from waiting to really enjoy them. Pity their service was so poor, especially as we reserved a table in advance. Very annoying to see people getting food before us even though they came after us...only one vegan main option for 19e too pricey... Another issue for non-german guests, card payment only with German EC card or in CASH!

Disastrous service - never again! We reserved a table for 6 people at 7:30 p.m. The evening started reasonably well when the drinks were brought out quickly. But after that things went steeply downhill: 1. Long waiting times: • After about 15 minutes, the unmotivated waitress took our food order. • Another 20 minutes later our drinks were empty, but the waitress couldn't be found to order refills. • Only when I went to the counter myself was I able to order new drinks. • When we asked 50 minutes later when the food would arrive, we were told we had “ordered too late” and would have to wait. • Finally the food didn't come for 1 hour and 20 minutes! 2. Miserable food: • The fried potatoes were frozen. • The pork tenderloin was dry and drowned in a ready-made sauce. 3. Poor hygiene: • The first time I went to the toilet there was no paper to dry my hands with. • 30 minutes later the situation was unchanged, despite pointing out the listless staff at the counter. 4. A brewery without beer? • By 10 p.m. the Pilsner was sold out – in a brewery! As a restaurateur, I can say: I have rarely experienced such poor service. That was definitely our last visit.

We had a wonderful Halloween evening at the brewery! Incredibly great food (especially the pork knuckle), relaxed atmosphere and very friendly service. Despite my gluten intolerance, I had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. We can only recommend the brewery. We say thank you!

We often go to the brewery and have never been disappointed. I love the spent grain schnitzel with the crispy breading. The sauce is perfect. Whether it's spaetzle or fries, both taste delicious. A big plus point are the kitchen times, there is hot food all week long 👍

Great brewery and location at the train station in an old hall, very lovingly designed. Very good food - the onion roast, the pork knuckle and the spent grain schnitzel are very good I also recommend the Kässpätzle for vegetarians😉, I recently had the Brauhaus sausage salad, not bad either.

My review is focused on the food, which I was surprised how good it was for a craft brewery. Being from out of the country I wanted to get something traditional and was recommended the Sauerbraten. This normally comes with dumplings, but they had run out so substituted with Swabian egg noodles (Spätzle). The meat was very tender and full of flavor with a little tanginess. I also really enjoyed the Spätzle because it was chewy and all the edges soaked up the sauce. I might even suggest others to try substituting the Spätzle for the dumplings to try something different. If you are really hungry, the Spätzle was more filling than the dumplings also. The inside was very cozy and also had seating outside.

Unfortunately the team was completely chaotic today. The drinks were recorded and typed in three times. We only got them after the fourth reminder. The same game when ordering food. We were a group of several people. For vegetarians there is a boring choice between Kässpätzla, gratinated Camembert and the usual salad. How boring. The tables were dirty. Sorry guys, the food was good, but the service really needs improvement. The service girls were always friendly.

Everything fits here. Great fitting atmosphere. The beer selection is huge. The food is really good. Prices are mostly completely reasonable. The waitresses are very nice. The knuckle was solid for the price and for the fact that we are not in Bavaria. Fries are thinner than usual. They taste really good! And don't forget the spaetzle! They are also very tasty!

On Saturdays there is a schnitzel buffet from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for €12.50, children pay half price. Schnitzel tastes good, spaetzle probably homemade or premium quality, roast and cream sauce are good and there is enough. Croquettes complete the offer. Coordination of the staff needs optimization, no tables assigned, first no one comes, then 2 at once. People don't ask about drinking often enough; my wife had a noticeable smell and taste of beer in her cola glass (a beer glass). When we complained, they just said that it couldn't be because there was a dishwasher and no beer was poured into the glasses. We got a new Coke, but there was no apology or anything, the reaction was a shame. All in all, nice to eat and drink, but you won't find a high standard.

Wollten den Mittagstisch nutzen und haben das Tagesmenü und Käsespätzle bestellt. Tagesmenü „halbes Hähnchen mit Lauchnudeln“(?) Nach geraumer Zeit wurde es gebracht. Ein Hähnchen das nicht frisch war, ekelhaft trocken und schon so alt, dass sich die Knochen selbst gelöst hatten vom Fleisch. Mein Teller soll sehr heiß sein mit den Käsespätzle, sagte der Kellner. Ja, war er auch, aber das Essen war so, dass es nur gut warm, aber nicht wirklich heiß war. Meine Frau aß nicht alles, so wie ich auch. Wir haben dann nach der Frage, wie es war, gesagt, dass das Hähnchen nicht frisch und alt war. Kann nicht sein, wird frisch gemacht und dann im Ofen nochmals aufgewärmt. Definitiv nicht!! Zuhause hat sich dann mein Darm gemeldet und ich musste innerhalb einer Stunde 2x zur Toilette. Nie wieder.

Wonderful food, great beer, and super quick and friendly service. Overall just a complete joy, especially for a tired traveler looking for a nice dinner with a relaxed atmosphere. The food really was excellent - fresh vegetables, and crispy (but not dry) meat. The house-brewed beer was also a delight. I tried the Weizen, and I have to say, it was one of the best I’ve had in recent memory. I’m even tempted to come back for dinner again tomorrow…

Hier gibt es nichts, aber auch gar nichts zu beanstanden. Im Gegenteil, wir wurden ruckzuck bedient und auch das Essen kam wirklich sehr schnell. Wir hatten viele verschiedene Sachen bestellt und konnten uns am guten Geschmack und den Portionen erfreuen. Ein anderer Teil des Lokals hatte eine geschlossene Gesellschaft und daher hatten die Angestellten genug zu tun. Auch bei den Besuchen davor gab es nie etwas Negatives, daher werden wir gerne wieder kommen und können das Brauhaus nur sehr empfehlen. Hier gibt es hervorragende deutsche Küche in einem Ambiente, dass uns sehr gut gefällt.

Disappointing visit with a very long wait. On Saturday we unexpectedly wanted to have a quick traditional meal for two adults and a child. We entered the inn, where nine people were already sitting, and hoped for a quick meal. We ordered Gordonblue, schnitzel and spaetzle with sauce, nothing special. What was even more annoying was that guests who came and ordered after us received their food before us. Only after 46 minutes did we finally receive the spaetzle with sauce for the junior. At this point our son had already finished his meal and we decided to leave. By the time we paid, a total of 59 minutes had passed. It's very disappointing that the kitchen was so poorly prepared, especially considering there wasn't much going on. A pity.

Fries were quite ok. The beer is excellent and tasty. Schnitzle was tasty and a decent portion. They have a vegan main course on offer.

After 45 minutes the drinks were taken, 5 starters of salads arrived, but the 2 soups we ordered came 20 minutes later. After another 45 minutes and when we asked why there was still no main course served while other tables were occupied an hour after us and had already had the main course, our 4 schnitzels, the sirloin and the onion roast were also served. The great luck was that we all ordered 0.5 l drinks, because in 2 hours they didn't even ask if we wanted to order anything else. So we were able to leave the restaurant after 2.5 hours. Unfortunately, there wasn't even an apology, your order was forgotten, etc. It's a shame our meal had to end like this.

Absolutely perfect! Food was fresh, generous portions, taste excellent!! The soup was hot, good vegetables and fresh flatbread. The salad was fresh, crunchy, spicy and delicious. The crowning glory was the main course with the eaves plate. The quality was simply perfect but the best thing was the farmer's bratwurst. I've never eaten anything so delicious!!!! This really stands out from the crowd and has a distinctive, unique taste..... Wooow.... the sauce was also particularly delicious with the fried potatoes. You definitely had time to look at everything. Ordered 4 meals, all came at the same time, 3 meals were good and mine was burnt, I had the schnitzel with the fried potatoes. What can I say, the fried potatoes were massively burnt plus schnitzel and the fried potatoes were very mushy, everything didn't taste very inviting We were able to confirm all 4. Ordering drinks was actually very easy: 3 cokes and was asked for a light one..... The answer was: export..... Yes... All clear If you knew anything about it, you could have said that according to our menu, we don't have anything light, only if you want to buy a six-pack or box... Well, I just said yes, but it wasn't professional. All in all, the other three meals were eaten and, as far as I was concerned, it was unfortunately a failure. Of course I would come back but...... Yes. I'll talk to a colleague at the company to see if there needs to be some improvement here.

Uriges Brauhaus mit super Küche und tollen Service. Preis-Leistung ist hervorragend.

Perfektes Essen und das Bier schmeckt einfach nur lecker, Service top kann man nichts sagen. Alle zuvorkommend und Freundlich immer wieder gerne. Empfehlenswert für größere Gruppen oder auch zu zweit.

Sehr gutes Bier und Speisen bei tollem Brauhaus Ambiente und zuvorkommendem Servicepersonal. Das Treberschnitzel kann ich besonders hervorheben. Zeit sollte der Gast jedoch mitbringen, am Montag um 18:30 haben wir 55 min. zwischen Bestellung und Essen gewartet. Kartenzahlung mit Kreditkarte ist nicht möglich.

Essen gut, aber am Rest mangelt es doch sehr. Personal stellenweise heillos überfordert. Mit Freundlichkeit wird das leider auch nicht wettgemacht. Und das ein so großes Restaurant 2023 keine Kreditkarten akzeptiert ist schon fast eine Dreistigkeit.

Ich bin absolut verärgert und enttäuscht. Ich war langjähriger Gast hier und eigentlich immer zufrieden…Wir haben über 1h auf unser Essen gewartet. Das war beim letzten mal schon so und ich bin erneut hin, da ich dachte ,,kann ja mal passieren’‘ Leider wieder viel zu Lange. Auf Nachfrage beim Service nach 1h Wartezeit, hieß es wir hatten eine größere Bestellung und es käme in 10 min. Darauf folgten 20 weitere Minuten, bis es da war. Noch nie, außer hier hatte ich mir überlegt ohne essen rauszugehen. Wenn man Bestellungen und Reservierungen nicht einschätzen und planen kann, dann sollte man sich als Gastronom ordentlich Gedanken machen. ich war gerne hier, es ist sehr sehr schade wie es nun ist. Werde höchstwahrscheinlich nicht mehr hier her kommen…

Wir waren zu dritt, hatten das. Tagesessen für à 12€. Dieses war jedoch nach noch nicht Mal nach Halbzeit nur noch mit Puten- statt Hähnchenschnitzel zu haben. Üppige Portion, freundliches Personal. Toilettenraum war an den höheren Decken mit Spinnweben an den Ecken. Boden war sauber.

Sehr leckeres Essen und gutes Bier. Wir kamen kurz vor Küchenschluss, wurden trotzdem sehr zuvorkommend bedient. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir sind langjährige Kunden gewesen bis zum Sonntag leider gibt es ab 20 Uhr kein Essen mehr Sonntags unter der Woche bis 21 Uhr da versteht man die Welt nicht mehr Die Preise sind mittlerweile auch extrem nach oben gegangen Wir werden aufjedenfall nicht mehr hingehen schon alleine wegen der Öffnungszeiten der Küche kamen 20.05 uhr an dachten es gibt bis 21 uhr was internet seite wird auch nicht darüber informiert da steht immernoch durchgehende Küche Unverschämtheit Schade das einst ein gutes Lokal so den Bach runter geht

Auch nach 15 Minuten wurden wir noch nicht bedient. Es war zwar viel los, aber zumindest Getränke hätte man mal aufnehmen können. Wir sind dann wieder gegangen. Glaube nicht, dass ich dort nochmal rein schauen werde.
