Sehr sauber ,höflich ,viel Auswahl ,schmeckt immer ,bekommt viel für sein Geld ,hatte nie Probleme.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Man sitzt schön und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es war ein schöner Abend gestern :-)

War zum Frühstücken dort und es war furchtbar. Die Auswahl am Buffet war sehr enttäuschend und die Qualität der Lebensmittel war auch minderwertig inkl fauler Eier! Besteck, Tische und Stühle waren schmutzig und der Boden unter den Tischen war voller Essensreste. Aber das absolute no go war das die Spielecke nicht nur voller kaputtem Spielzeug war, sondern auchnoch kleine Schrauben und Muttern rumlagen! Die Servicekraft war jedoch sehr freundlich.

Essen war sehr schmackhaft und für den Preis groß genug. Ich hatte Rindergulasch.

TOP Mittagstisch, Linsen mit Spätzle und Saiten, geschmacklich herrvorragend!!! Nach den Essen gabs nen Espresso aufs Haus. Und hinten raus sitzt man netter als erwartet. 100% Weiterempfehlung 👍

Lieferung war etwas verspätet, aber die Portionen dafür groß, das Essen lecker und als "Entschuldigung" gabs ein paar Getränke umsonst.

War heute zum Essen da. Reisfleisch mit Rind und Lamm. Es ging heute so. Normalerweise bin ich immer sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren heute zum Muttertagsbrunch in der Brasserie Pforzheim und insgesamt wirklich sehr zufrieden. Trotz des enormen Andrangs war das Personal durchgehend freundlich, aufmerksam und bemüht. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass zu jeder Zeit ausreichend Essen vorhanden war und ständig nachgefüllt wurde – das ist bei so einem vollen Brunchbuffet alles andere als selbstverständlich. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass einige Gäste leider unmöglich aufgetreten sind. Manche haben sich eigenständig Plätze gesucht, ohne auf eine Platzanweisung zu warten, und wurden dann sofort ungeduldig und forsch, wenn sie nicht direkt bedient werden konnten. Dieses Verhalten konnte ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen und das Personal tat mir teilweise richtig leid. Gerade an einem so stark besuchten Feiertag sollte man etwas Verständnis und Geduld mitbringen. Als konstruktive Kritik hätte ich vielleicht ein paar Ideen für zukünftige Veranstaltungen: * Tische nummerieren und mit einer Reservierungsliste verbinden * Die Kasse weiter vorne aufbauen * Direkt beim Bezahlen Bänder oder Marken ausgeben Für uns war anfangs nämlich nicht ganz ersichtlich, wie der Ablauf funktioniert. Neben uns haben Gäste sogar darüber diskutiert, wie einfach man theoretisch die Zeche prellen könnte – das war schon etwas unangenehm. Trotzdem ein großes Lob an das Team für die Freundlichkeit und Organisation unter Stress. Minuspunkte gibt es für manche Gäste – nicht für das Personal.

Einfaches Selbstbedienungs- Restaurant mit sehr leckeren Speisen und Hausmannskost für faire Preise. Der kostenlose Espresso dazu runden das Bild ab. Sehr freundlicher Service, jederzeit wieder.

Richtig toll, vor Ort und auch Lieferung, super Essen. War bisher nie enttäuscht. Preis-/Leistung mega.

Also ganz ehrlich der wo hier was zum beschweren hat, muss echt was an der Waffel haben. Frühstück für 9.90 € ist der Hammer und die Auswahl einfach Super, waren Sonntags da und mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte mal, vielen Dank an das Nette Team besser kann man nicht machen, und Idioten gibt's immer wo was Blödes schreiben müssen. Das sind eh die meisten wo zu Blöd sind, selber zuhause überhaupt ein Frühstück hinzubringen. Von mir und meiner Freundin würde es 10 Sterne geben , einfach nur Danke das es sowas noch gibt Heutzutage.

Frühstücksbuffet hat alles was man braucht und der Preis ist auch sehr gut. Man bezahlt das Buffet zuerst und kann sich dann bedienen. Getränke bezahlt man separat.

Per Lieferdienst bestellt - super, wirklich super. Alle Gerichte waren durch die Bank Topp. Ich zieh meinen Hut vorm Koch.

Einmal zum Frühstück hier gewesen. Da war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut und es hat auch geschmeckt. Das zweite Mal wurde dann zu Mittag gegessen. Das war geschmacklich eher enttäuschend.

Sehr weitläufig, stark unterschätzt!

Wir waren noch nicht vor Ort, haben aber das erste Mal nach Hause liefern lassen. Ehrlich gesagt, hat das Essen unsere Erwartungen um einiges übertroffen. So schmackhaft und vor allem frisch zubereitet! Wirklich gut! Wir kommen demnächst vorbei !

Osterfrühstück mit All-You-Can-Eat-Buffet, viel Platz auch für Kinderwagen und Rollstuhl vorhanden, etwas chaotisches Selbstbedienungs-Konzept mit dem versteckten Besteck, Erklärungen erst auf Anfragen. Eindeutiger Personalmangel muss mit etwas Geduld akzeptiert werden. Schöner Spielraum für Kinder, die schon weg vom Esstisch wollen.

Im 3. Stock des Pforzheimer Kauflandes Nord gelegen, barrierefrei über das Parkhaus oder auch den Markt zu erreichen. Sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot, im gemütlichen Ambiente, zu bestimmten Zeiten auch als Buffet erhältlich und auch der Mittagstisch ist nur zu Empfehlen.❗Ganz abgesehen von den übrigen Speisen, die man zu den regulären Öffnungszeiten bekommen kann, zu günstigen Preisen. Die Mitarbeiter selbst, hilfsbereit und sehr Freundlich. Wie gehabt .... absolut Empfehlenswert. ‼

We went for breakfast on Sunday. The reservation didn't work out. The breakfast buffet was limited, and coffee, egg dishes, and drinks had to be paid for separately. The children's play area was filthy, and there were large stoneware figures in it! What were they doing in the children's area? There was broken glass from the previous day on the floor and in the play area. That's unacceptable! The lack of cleanliness in the women's restrooms was practically an assault on the senses.

This is our first time here today and we're very happy. The staff is super friendly and the selection is fantastic! From bread, all kinds of sausage, cheese and spreads to fresh fruit, fresh waffles and drinks – there's something for everyone! Excellent!

We came here for the breakfast buffet on Sunday and had made a reservation. The first surprise was that the Kaufland parking garage and the usual entrances were closed. You have to use a side entrance. This could have been mentioned when we made the reservation. Then we arrived and were shown to our table. Unfortunately, there was no explanation of how everything worked or what was included, nor was we asked if we had been there before to see if we were familiar with the system. Included are rolls (okay to bad), cold cuts and ham, a very small selection of cheeses, hard-boiled eggs, a few sweets, and fruit. The fruit was tasty, especially the watermelon and the fruit salad. Scrambled eggs and drinks are extra. The process of determining what's included and when to pay wasn't clear, and the answers we received were unclear and contradictory. First, we were told we'd pay for the buffet later, then we got a lecture about why we didn't go to the cashier to pay (which is hidden in the back corner). I would give it 3.5 stars overall.

Unfortunately, we were totally disappointed: - Delivery was OK and arrived within the specified time (approx. 1 hour). - Portions are large, quality rather average. - The ordered food was not delivered... "XXL Pork Schnitzel - Western Style - with Bacon" was delivered with "Spaetzle" instead of "Potato Wedges." The bacon wasn't crispy. The gravy was missing. "XXL Schnitzel with Lemon and Pepper Breading" was ordered with "Curly Fries" for an additional charge!, but it came with "Standard French Fries." The pepper cream sauce was WITHOUT pepper ;-) - Complaint was made by phone: As an apology, a bottle of wine was delivered. We will definitely NOT order from here again.

The atmosphere is actually great! Very nice, and it's especially great that there's a children's play area. Unfortunately, it looks like the games have been thrown away, and it was incredibly dirty! We were the first ones there, so it hadn't been cleaned the day before. The high chairs were also very dirty! What a shame! The food tastes great. Only the waffle batter is way too sweet, and the waffle iron didn't look very appetizing.

We ordered from there yesterday via Lieferando. Delivery was faster than expected. The portions were large, and the food was excellent. The only minor issue was that one of our meals came with the wrong side dish, hence only 4 stars.

The food tasted impeccable and was served quickly in huge portions. Everything was fresh and handmade. Very tasty 😋

It's a shame... I've always enjoyed going there... but when I saw how they treat their employees and temporary workers and that they pay them like minimum wage... that's completely unacceptable!!! I won't support this anymore... I wish I had given it even fewer stars.

We had breakfast at the brasserie a few years ago and were disappointed. After several people raved about the buffet, we went back. The breakfast buffet for €9.90 per person sounds good at first. However, it doesn't include everything you'd want for breakfast. Coffee, tea, juices, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, etc., all cost extra. There are a few sandwiches and buttered pretzels next to the sausage. These also cost extra. I liked the waffle station (even included in the price). There were no coffee cups. You had to use latte macchiato glasses for coffee and tea. Only espresso cups were available. Some of the teas contained different varieties. The seating seemed nice. However, I found it quite noisy there. The music was quite loud, and there was a constant hissing (ventilation?) noise. This was definitely our last visit there. It's a shame, because we had expected more based on several recommendations.

The food was truly delicious and freshly prepared. The portions were generous and the value for money was excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back – I highly recommend it!

Clean location, good food at a reasonable price, plenty of space and always a daily menu on offer, breakfast brunch is available, also suitable for smaller celebrations such as birthdays etc., perhaps less so for weddings, as it is not the brasserie that is important but rather the location - otherwise everything is positive, when you are here there is always an option for a coffee and cake

Really, you have to give more than five stars. I had lunch today. The food was great, fresh, and clean. The service was very friendly. Of course, I would go there again with my children.

We had breakfast at the brasserie for the first time last Wednesday. We found the breakfast buffet to be very extensive and very, very good. The service is very friendly. It's very clean. There's something for everyone here. Everything is made with a lot of love, you can see and taste it. We'll be back. The owner is also very nice.

...unfortunately, there were hairs in the food, specifically in the breading of the schnitzel. Not the first time there was hair in a meal. Everything from the deep fryer... ready meals. All the side dishes have been sitting in the hot counter for what feels like hours and then they're just thrown in. Someone is making a lot of money off of food that's been sitting in storage. We used to like ordering here, but we've decided to stop now because the price-performance ratio isn't even close to what we're used to. Furthermore, the staff at pickup are quite unfriendly and don't even respond when you speak to them.

What's being marketed as family-friendly here is an outrage. The play area should be closed immediately; dangerous and dirty doesn't even come close. It's one thing for people to be so raging here, but for the operators to not take care of it is irresponsible and disrespectful to all children. Just close the area and stop letting children play with broken objects and in the dirt. There's simply no excuse for that.

Friendly staff, a large play area for the kids, and an excellent breakfast. We'll be back.

We ended up here rather spontaneously after the other restaurant one floor down refused to combine the voucher book with the roast beef/rump steak offer. I was skeptical at first – but I was so pleased that we were so pleasantly surprised here! The food was excellent: freshly prepared, generous portions, and the roast beef was cooked to perfection. The wait was absolutely reasonable, especially considering everything was freshly prepared. A particularly positive aspect was that the voucher book could be easily combined with the weekly special – that's customer-friendly service. We'll be back!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Breakfast was a disappointment. The selection was very limited – the buffet was almost empty. The only beverages available were tea, and all other containers were empty. The atmosphere was completely lifeless. Why offer a breakfast buffet when there's hardly anything? Sad and disappointing.

Hello My sister and her toddler, my mom, and I went to eat here. We ordered the turkey schnitzel with spaetzle in a mushroom cream sauce and the meatloaf with baby carrots and fries. The turkey schnitzel was still pink inside, just like the meatloaf. We had the meatloaf put back on the grill, and when we got it back, it was just as pink inside as before. We then said that the schnitzel was also pink. The "boss" then came over and asked what the problem was. We explained it to him, and his only answer was, "We always check with a thermometer and measure the temperature of the meat inside, and at 70 degrees Celsius, it's cooked through, no matter what kind of meat it is." Well, I definitely won't be eating here again; I don't want to get salmonella.

The initial contact was excellent. But on the day of the party, when we arrived, nothing was decorated as agreed. The food wasn't prepared either. At least the appliances for keeping it warm weren't. The floor was sticky. The price/performance ratio was okay.

We were there for breakfast 🥞 buffet. Everything was explained since it was our first time there. Friendly staff welcomed us to the table. The buffet is deliciously prepared and has everything you could wish for. You have to pay extra for scrambled eggs, as do the drinks.

Top breakfast buffet at a top price with waffles, fruit salad, pancakes, muesli, yoghurt, cheese, sausage, honey, sandwiches and much more.

Hello, I always enjoy going to the brasserie for breakfast! I know that prices have increased again but today I was shocked. My breakfast amounted to a scrambled egg (the price remained the same), a cup of cappuccino, a mini dessert, individual billing for the parts to put together yourself: 2 slices of cheese + Kaiser roll + small butter + 1 slice of turkey and when I added everything up I was over 11 euros. The scrambled eggs cost 3.90 euros, the cappuccino 2.85 euros. I'm unemployed and don't know if I can I can afford it for longer. After a long time here again, a lot has improved for the better. Totally comfortable chairs and fresh waffles so delicious. A new room has been added for every occasion! Today I have a small cup with very good, delicious various salads for 4.90 euros, also available in large format for 7.90 euros, highly recommended, available from 11 a.m.!

Here we cook with heart and passion - and you can taste it in every detail. Service should always be professional, warm and with love.

Ambience is fine, in a shopping center. Unfortunately the food wasn't great, my vegetable schnitzel with ratatouille was cold, the salad was soggy and tasteless. Wouldn't eat there again.

Due to a voucher campaign (2nd discount) we tried the brasserie once. We really liked the renovation. There is enough space. The reception was very friendly and helped us to order the onion rostrate at the counter. We were also asked if we wanted this medium or through. We were then able to pay and look for a place. The roast was visibly freshly prepared in the open kitchen. After about 10 minutes, the still very friendly employee brought us to the place. The first impression was great with a beautiful salad creation, spaetzle and extremely tasty gravy. The only drawback was that the roast was very, very “done” and anything but medium rare. For just under 16 euros it's still a fair price/performance ratio.

Ambience is not that great, as it resembles a hotel buffet. The food was good and the waiting time was ok. The price of the food was okay and the service was super nice. They put in a lot of effort. It was tasty too, but it's not exactly a fancy location to take someone out.

We were there for breakfast today. Buffet for €7.90 plus drinks... incredibly good food, delicious selection of cold and hot dishes, everything beautifully presented! Super friendly staff, especially for people with limited mobility, including those using crutches or walkers; everything is easily accessible! We'll definitely be back! Great value for money!

We stopped for gas in Pforzheim and discovered this restaurant by chance. The first thing that comes to mind is: a restaurant in a shopping center? But the quality of the food didn't match the location and the ambience. The salad was fresh, the tzatziki was homemade (amazing), the fries were decent and the steak was perfect.
