Es war ein wunderbarer Abend!! An dieser Stelle ein ganz ganz großes Dankeschön an Marc! Du hast den Abend veredelt! Früher hat man gesagt " das beste Pferd im Stall" - das muss ich hier an dieser Stelle in dicken Lettern kundtun. Marc ist ein absoluter Gewinn für die Brasserie! Tausend Dank für die schönen Stunden, die Du uns in der Brasserie geschenkt hast! Wir kommen wieder!!!

Es gibt Momente, die sind einfach nicht mehr steigerbar. Punkt.

Sehr herzlicher Service, besonders von Manuel, ausgezeichneter Fisch,ein sehr angenehmer Ort zum Essen und Verweilen.

Fünf Sterne reichen da nicht aus. Wir sind zufällig hier gelandet, als wir Charlottenburg besuchten, aber es entpuppte sich als das beste Restaurant, das wir während unseres Berlin-Aufenthalts besucht haben. Wir sind sogar an unserem letzten Abend noch einmal hingegangen. Wir hatten Salat Niçoise und Trüffelpasta – beides waren mit die besten Gerichte, die wir seit Langem gegessen haben, vielleicht sogar die besten, die wir je von diesen Gerichten hatten. Der Service war ebenfalls fantastisch. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Die feine französische Küche ganz leger. Die Bar ist aufmerksam professionell absolut auf den Punkt,, immer wieder Leute, wenn er hier nicht hingeht wart ihr nicht in Berlin

Die Brasserie Hélène im KaDeWe hat mich wirklich überzeugt. Schon beim Ankommen fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben, der Service war durchgehend aufmerksam, freundlich und gleichzeitig angenehm unaufdringlich. Ein absolutes Highlight war für mich die Bouillabaisse für 22 Euro. Geschmacklich wirklich top, mit verschiedenen Fischsorten, genau so, wie man sich das vorstellt. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass sie klassisch mit Croutons und Rouille serviert wurde. Auch insgesamt hatte ich das Gefühl, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird, ohne dass es übertrieben wirkt. Die Preise empfand ich dafür als wirklich fair, gerade wenn man die Lage im KaDeWe und das Niveau der Küche berücksichtigt. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Unser Mitagessen war purer Genuss. Wir hatten das Ostermenue! Tres lecker! 😋 Bärlauchsuppe, danach Lamm in der Kräuterkruste und zum Abschluss ein leckeres Dessert in Eiform. Hier ist auch das Auge nicht zu kurz gekommen. Unbedingt erwähnt werden muss hier noch der vorzügliche Service! Freundlich, leicht und kompetent. Danke an das ganz Team! Wir kommen sehr ger wieder!!

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Juan und Manuel – beide waren extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und haben dafür gesorgt, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Der Service war schnell, professionell und gleichzeitig sehr herzlich. Das Essen war einfach fantastisch: frisch, perfekt zubereitet und geschmacklich wirklich auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Vielen Dank an Juan und Manuel für den tollen Service – ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir waren am 14. Februar, zum Valentinstag, in diesem Restaurant und haben ein mehrgängiges Menü mit Weinbegleitung genossen. Was uns am meisten beeindruckt hat, war der Service: Trotz des voll besetzten Restaurants war das Personal durchgehend äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Alles wirkte perfekt organisiert und reibungslos, ohne Hektik oder lange Wartezeiten. Eine so gut koordinierte und gleichzeitig herzliche Erfahrung haben wir wirklich selten erlebt. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Abend – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren am Valentinstag zum Abendessen hier. Man konnte vorab das Valentinsmenü reservieren. Des Menü mit den korrespondierenden Weinen war ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort, vom Essen begeistert, vom Service eher enttäuscht. Erst mussten wir auf uns aufmerksam machen, um überhaupt einen Tisch zu bekommen, dann wurde unsere Bestellung vergessen, sodass wir länger als angenehm auf unser Essen warten mussten. Vom Kellner haben wir zwischendurch quasi nichts gesehen. Steak Frites und Trüffelpasta waren aber sehr gut!

Ein Baustein im vollkommen neuen gestalteten 6. Stock. Das kann einem gefallen, muss es aber nicht. Das "alte" KaDeWe hatte Charakter, das "neue" hat viele beliebige Momente, das könnte überall sein. Die Küche im "Helene?" ist gut, da gibt es nichts, der Service freundlich- professionell. Das Ambiente sehr sachlich, die Atmosphäre unruhig, da kaum Abschirmung zu den Käufer- und Besucherscharen, hohe Geräuschkulisse. Da sollte man nachbessern.

Ich habe in meinem Leben schon viele Steaks gegessen und war beeindruckt, wie es hier zubereitet wird – sehr lecker und zart. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind alle freundlich und sympathisch.

Es ist wie nach Hause zu kommen. Tolles Team, beste Betreuung und so lecker immer wieder!

Wir teilten uns fünf verschiedene, köstliche Gerichte mit einer Flasche Weißwein. Alles war hervorragend zubereitet, ansprechend angerichtet und serviert, die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam – ein wirklich gelungenes Erlebnis, das sein Geld wert war.

A building block in the completely redesigned 6th floor. You might like it, but you don't have to. The "old" KaDeWe had character, the "new" has many random moments; it could be anywhere. The food at "Helene?" is good; there's nothing fancy about it, and the service is friendly and professional. The ambiance is very businesslike, but the atmosphere is restless, with little shielding from the crowds of shoppers and visitors, and the background noise is loud. This needs to be improved.

Yesterday, we visited Brasserie Hélène just before closing time, but the service was still wonderfully relaxed. And the food was worth every cent: the morel risotto with peas was perfectly seasoned, the risotto creamy. The bouillabaisse was delicious. An absolute highlight, however, was the rice pudding with vanilla sauce and a bit of chocolate mousse. You sit overlooking the rooftops and witness a wonderful play of colors as the sun sets.

Super delicious food, super good service, lovely atmosphere. We'll be back.

The food was good, but the service was abysmal. We've been there three times now. The first time, we ate at the window opposite the bar, where we received good service. The last two times, we ate at the side of the bar, where you had to make a lot of noise to get the waiter to respond. In other words, it was almost self-service.

Extremely attentive, polite, and not overly intrusive staff. Manu, in particular, who served us most of the time, left us wanting for nothing and anticipated our every need. You could immediately tell that this young man knows what hospitality means and truly understands gastronomy. I would like to express my sincere gratitude and would gladly come back :-)

We come here every 4-5 weeks and our favorite dish is the classic bouillabaisse. The foie gras is also highly recommended. The service is very friendly and attentive. We just find the background music a bit too loud.

An excellent authentic brasserie in Berlin! The steak frites are perfect: tender meat, crispy fries. But the real highlight is the Milchreis foie gras—surprising, creamy, and delicious. Impeccable service and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

An excellent meal. Had the chef’s choice - great value and more than enough food for two people. Superb risotto! Very knowledgeable and professional service - made it a great experience. We can’t wait to come back - is our first choice for supper in Berlin. Very reliable and great value.

I came from Rotterdam to this place, recommended by an old friend, and I have to say the service really stood out. Even though tipping isn’t a big thing in Germany and service can sometimes reflect that, my waiter went above and beyond. His name was Kenneth he spoke perfect English and made me feel like a truly welcome guest. He even asked for my name and addressed me personally, which was a really nice touch. Since I didn’t know the menu, he recommended the fish soup and paired it with a great wine a perfect match. I’ll definitely come back, maybe even plan my next work meeting here because of the amazing service and high quality of both food and wine.

I saw bouillabaisse so I went in to eat it, but it was not the kind I had eaten in Marseille. 1. It was sour. I had eaten bouillabaisse in Marseilles from more than a dozen different restaurants, both cheap and expensive, but I had never eaten sour bouillabaisse. 2. The original version in Marseilles had minced fish meat that seemed to be smashed, which had just the right texture. The soup was not good, but the ingredients were good. It was a surprise to eat good seafood in a place in Germany where I don't eat seafood. I only had seafood for 20 euros. . . The butter was unexpectedly delicious The waiter's attitude was good Overall, it's 3 points

We felt very comfortable here; the service was super nice, attentive, and friendly. The food was excellent. We had the seasonal chanterelle salad with dried cherries and the goose liver as a starter, and for the main course, we had steak fritters, rice pudding, and crème brûlée for dessert. Everything was truly superb.

I had a steak, and for the price, it was outstanding. I asked it to be medium-rare, which is not something common here, but they cooked it just the way I wanted. Not only the waiter(Emanuel) but also the chef(Niclas) came to our table to make sure everything was perfect. I had a very pleasant experience and I would strongly recommend this place for those seeking for a cozy but affordable dining experience in Berlin.

The service is perfect as always, and we, as regular customers, are truly pleased to note that the brasserie has developed very positively. Courteous, fluent staff, trained in several languages, immediately put guests in a comfortable mood, and whether you're a tourist or a "Berliner," you feel like you've arrived. The menu is promising, and rightly so! We tried all the dishes on offer and were/are not only very satisfied, but totally thrilled by the perfect combination of flavors. Please keep it up; your guests will appreciate it.

Brasserie Helene is a top-notch restaurant with fair prices. I visited the restaurant two days in a row. Manuel was a warm and welcoming host. The food was delicious and well prepared. We ordered the steak frites, seasonal salad, pork pate, cheese plate, wine, and dessert. I appreciate restaurants that have their act together and warmly serve you. Note - Helene is inside KaDeVe department store and closes around 8 pm. Make reservations.

A beautiful French brasserie on the 6th floor of KaDeWe. Delicious French dishes like liver pâté, veal tartare, and typical Parisian steak frites are all of excellent quality. The service is incredibly attentive and friendly, allergies are catered for, and the children were also treated very warmly. I would especially like to thank Manuel for the very pleasant service and for putting a big smile on the children's faces with the enormous portion of rice pudding. We would love to come back.
