A successful evening with small deductions – our experience in the restaurant We visited the restaurant for dinner and chose two different dishes: a salad with Brägele and a cordon bleu, each accompanied by a shandy. The drinks were excellent – ​​fresh, well chilled and of impeccable quality. The salad with Brägele was particularly impressive because of the freshly prepared, crispy Brägele, which gave the dish a pleasant texture. The only small criticism was the long waiting time when paying. However, it should be taken into account that the restaurant was very busy that evening, which makes the delay understandable. Conclusion: A restaurant that impresses with its quality and freshness and is definitely worth a visit.

We had an amazing Flammkuchen and käsespätzle as well a big glass of Coke Zero for a very reasonable price. We got very lucky they wanted to take us as they had a lot of reservations an hour later. Nice and cozy and ze had place to put our stroller next to us.

An absolute pleasure and great service! I had the pleasure of trying the salmon rosti at this restaurant and I really love it! The salmon was perfectly cooked, juicy and had a wonderful flavor. Together with the Rösti, which was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, it made a wonderful combination - simply delicious and seasoned to perfection. I would also like to particularly highlight the service: the waiter with his blonde hair slicked back was extremely friendly and attentive. He gave us the best advice and served everything with a smile, which made the atmosphere even more pleasant. Such warm and professional service completes the culinary experience perfectly. Nice restaurant, nice offer. Unfortunately, service is quite slow. Main course was great (steak and spaetzle). Dessert pana cotta was too solid, unfortunately tasted solid and not fresh. Unfortunately the pancakes were warmed up in the microwave. It's a shame that dessert ends the delicious meal stupidly. Waitress doesn't respond well to constructive criticism. Was here for the second time after 2023. The food was still quite good, but we had to wait about 1.5 hours for it. The billing was very chaotic; each guest in our group had to declare what they had about three times. The restaurant was very full and, according to the nice hostess, the service staff was partly new. At the end there was something on the house to make up for it.

Despite a reservation, we were assigned an uncomfortable table in the middle of the restaurant, which spoiled the atmosphere. The service at this point was disappointing. The food, however, was flawless: the vegetables were cooked to perfection and the schnitzel was prepared in an exemplary manner. Anyone who values ​​culinary quality will not be disappointed here, but there is still room for improvement when it comes to comfort.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, ein herausragendes Essen zu genießen, das mich tief beeindruckt hat – und das nicht nur wegen der exzellenten Zutaten und der meisterhaften Zubereitung, sondern vor allem wegen der absolut himmlischen Spätzle. Die Spätzle, die als Beilage serviert wurden, waren eine wahre Offenbarung. Perfekt zubereitet, hatten sie die ideale Konsistenz: zart, doch mit einem leicht bissfesten Kern, der jedem Bissen eine wunderbare Textur verlieh. Sie waren goldgelb, mit einer leichten Butterglanz, der sie unwiderstehlich appetitlich machte. Das Aroma war ebenso berauschend. Schon beim ersten Bissen entfaltete sich ein reichhaltiger, vollmundiger Geschmack, der durch die dezente Zugabe von Muskatnuss und einem Hauch Butter noch verstärkt wurde. Diese Spätzle waren keine bloße Beilage, sondern ein kulinarisches Meisterwerk für sich. Sie harmonierten perfekt mit dem Rest des Gerichts und hatten gleichzeitig die Kraft, als eigenständiges Highlight herauszustechen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die handwerkliche Präzision, mit der diese Spätzle zubereitet wurden. Man konnte die Sorgfalt und die Liebe zum Detail förmlich schmecken – sie waren weder zu schwer noch zu leicht, sondern genau richtig, um das Hauptgericht auf die nächste Stufe zu heben. Die Zugabe von frischen Kräutern – Petersilie, die das Ganze mit einer feinen Frische abrundete – war das i-Tüpfelchen, das dieses Gericht perfekt abrundete. Insgesamt waren diese Spätzle ein Paradebeispiel dafür, wie eine scheinbar einfache Beilage zu einem herausragenden kulinarischen Erlebnis werden kann. Es war ein Fest für die Sinne und eine Erinnerung daran, dass die wahre Kunst des Kochens oft in den kleinen, liebevollen Details liegt. Wer diese Spätzle nicht probiert hat, dem entgeht ein kulinarisches Erlebnis der besonderen Art.

Arrivé à 19h30 en terrasse environ 40 à 50 couverts à servir. Je commande un Schnitzel Madagascar et 1h15 plus tard toujours pas servi. Je suis donc parti sans manger parce que je trouve ça scandaleux. Il y avait 3 serveurs et je n’étais pas le seul à me plaindre du service très long. Pas d’excuse du personnel et le comble le serveur me dit à Offenbourg à partir de 22h plus personne ne sert à manger. Malgré une première fois où j’avais déjà attendu la cuisine est bonne, voilà pourquoi je note 2.
