Little choice, not very inviting, only self-service...floor very slippery. A woman fell and was not taken care of. Not recommended at all

The selection at the buffet was impressive, with everything your heart could desire: from fresh sushi options to crispy spring rolls and a variety of delicious main courses such as duck, chicken and beef in various preparations. There would also have been exotic things like frogs. Everything was fresh, lovingly prepared and incredibly tasty. There was also a large selection of branded drinks, all of which are included. The desserts were also great. There were lots of different things. Lots of ice cream, fruit, chocolate fountains and pastries and much more. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also very inviting, with a modern Chinese flair. The staff were friendly and attentive. The price-performance ratio was perfect for the quantity and quality of the food. Highly recommended. We'd love to come back.

Somehow the duck is always empty, but there is enough else. You will definitely be full. Drinks included in the price. We like to go...

Totally disappointed. Have reserved with 9 adults and 2 kids, Half the counter wasn't filled and it took forever to get refilled. The tables were too narrow, the plates on the table were not cleared and they piled up. Even when I spoke to the staff, they dismissed it as being busy and some didn't just take one portion... well then you shouldn't accept people anymore... that's my opinion. So we're not coming anymore. Too bad.

Went for all you can eat at 8 p.m. Half of the hot dishes were gone, sushi was completely empty except for a few. Nothing was actually refilled until 9:30 p.m. except for mushrooms. What little there was tasted ok. Outrageous to charge €30 for this.

Price-performance ratio is right. And so is everything else.

So such poor service and so few refills, so stingy with the price is actually cheeky. The one star is for the drink selection

Delicious buffet, lots of fish on offer, large selection of drinks, good selection of fruit. We just didn't like the coffee that much. But we'll go back 👍🏼

It was excellent again. The price-performance ratio is great, especially since the prices also include drinks. You can help yourself to the buffet as often as you like. The children were particularly enthusiastic about the rich dessert buffet with a chocolate fountain. The younger guests also get much cheaper calculated. At lunchtime the buffet is even cheaper from Monday to Friday, but there is no alcohol and there is no direct cooking of fresh fish and meat. The food was great! Super nice staff, very attentive and accommodating - were at the new location in Bühl for the first time since the closure in Elgersweier. Ambience very clean and tidy - keep it up 👍 Conclusion: We'll be back 💪

Food was just terrible. There was little on offer, some dishes were only lukewarm or not available at all, mushrooms and meat tasted like they had been warmed up from the day before. For the price it's an absolute disaster and unfortunately I can't recommend it...

A friend recommended this restaurant to me and visiting it with my wife on her birthday was a bull's eye! Everything tasted very good, it was fresh, the selection was huge and everyone will definitely find something for themselves. We will definitely come back here, we will recommend it and invite everyone we can. PS: if you go for the first time, don't wait for the waiter to serve you, just take a plate and put whatever you want. Only as much as you can actually fit, so as not to waste driving 🫣😉

The food was good so far, unfortunately the kitchen can't keep up during busy times and several containers at the buffet are often empty.

Very modest selection of dishes. There were few people and there were few tasty dishes either. The dessert is not tasty. Seafood is also not very good. Sushi 👎 The only saving grace is unlimited drinks. Staff and service ok. Clean and nice. We had a good time but didn't enjoy the food. We probably won't come again.

I can recommend the food to anyone who loves/likes and can tolerate Asian cuisine. All drinks, such as bottles of beer, wine, sparkling wine, tea, coffee and non-alcoholic branded drinks are included in the price. Customer service is also great, I had a few questions but I was helped and served in a friendly manner 😋 thank you and see you next time.

The buffet is very well equipped, for every taste, freshly prepared and clean. A place where you like to go. My personal favorite!!!

We had a wonderful evening today. Finally there is an Asian in the area who values ​​quality. The furnishings are modern and, despite the buffet, they fight against food waste by charging extra for uneaten plates. Everything is self-service, but the service is attentive, friendly and personal. The selection at the buffet is constantly being prepared from scratch. Really brilliant. Thank you. Around 30 euros for an evening buffet isn't a small amount, but with all you can drink, it's worth every cent. Everything on the buffet is of high quality, not overcooked, and cooked al dente. The selection is exceptional. It was just wonderful all in all. Buffets were only slowly refilled, some of the grilled food was cooked well past the cooking point, and for the flat rate of over €30, the range of food on offer was borderline small. The ambience and condition of the floor gave the impression that it was in dire need of renovation.

Have been a customer there for years. Nice in the old one in Elgersweier. The staff is always nice and accommodating. Great delicious food. Always fresh and warm and if something is missing you can order more without any problems. I think it's one of the best in the Offenburg area.

We were there on Saturday. I can only recommend it. The food was super tasty. The fact that you can drink and eat as much as you want for a fair price is a great concept. We will be back definitely.

On March 14, my daughter and I and our acquaintance, a local resident, were in the restaurant and enjoyed our visit. Of course, the restaurant process is not without flaws. I really, really like this restaurant! The best of all the ones I've visited! Friendly staff. Cozy rooms. Quick replenishment of missing dishes. Now we don’t even have any doubts about which Chinese restaurant to go to! Only this one! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was our first visit to the Imperial Palace and also our last. The food presented was lukewarm and the surface was often dried out. The vegetable rice and vegetable noodles were constantly empty and were not refilled quickly enough. Desserts were donuts and instant cakes. The ice cream was the cheapest kind. The chocolate fountain and three types of fresh fruit were ok. You could get as many drinks as you wanted. Their quality was ok. I thought paying 27.90 euros per person was too expensive because the quality wasn't right.

The location is very convincing at the beginning, but the impression is lost when you walk towards the toilet. The floor has been defective for about a year and the only solution is to stick adhesive tape on it :-( and the floor sticks as if you were walking on glue. When you get to the hallway and the toilet, it's just ugh... the floor is sticky, dirty, crooked, the paper is on the floor, the sinks are dirty, the soap is empty and you don't want to touch anything there voluntarily. At the buffet, the rice cooking pot has been broken for ages, as has the drinks dispenser, etc. ... When you speak to the staff, all they say is that the cleaning lady isn't there again today and there's a lot going on... :-( So I won't go there again because this situation hasn't changed in a year.

Food otherwise very good 👍 only desserts consist of thawed, bought cheap cake 🎂 but there is some fresh fruit that you can keep under chocolate fountains and ice cream 🍨 You can't take all the drinks for free at lunch (the fridge is locked) or you have to Pay for non-alcoholic bottles yourself. You always have to pay for alcohol.

The China Restaurant Kaiserpalast offers an impressive lunch buffet with a diverse selection. My son, a big fan of vegetarian sushi, was thrilled by the extensive selection. The offer includes not only sushi, but also delicious Asian specialties, salad bar and tempting desserts such as ice cream and chocolate fountains. The included drinks make the experience even more attractive. We enjoyed the generous hospitality during our visit with extended family and friends. The reservation for 12 people proved wise, and the lunch time slot from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. offers not only culinary delights but also convenient parking. An all-round successful gastronomic experience in the Imperial Palace.

Ich bin seit Jahren Kunde (Elgersweier und jetzt Bühl) die letzten Male Qualitativ ein minus, das nachfüllen der Speisen 😡 , oftmals lauwarm, (am Tisch dann schon kalt)😢 ,auf Nachfrage kam die Antwort,in der Mikrowelle heiß machen,oder von der Karte bestellen dies ist ein dickes minus und nicht Kunden orientiert , für das Ambiente ,nun nach nur 21/2 Jahren? der Fußboden kaputt,überklebt, irgendwelche kleinen Läufer darüber gelegt, das Leder einiger Sitzbänke unten sehr zerschlissen, keine gute Qualität..Alles in allem war es nicht unser Tag ,

Muss wirklich sagen da schmeckt es einfach gut. Personal nett :) ich fand es klasse :) klare weiterempfehlung:)) war schon mehrmals dort und immer alles super

Top Essen, Service sehr gut, Ambiente um Tisch 9 ( rechts vom Eingang ) sehr gut. Links vom Eingang eher wie Mensa.

Schönes Restaurant und nette Bedienung

Sehr freundliches Personal und leckere Speisen. Das man vielleicht mal ein paar Minuten warten muss zeigt mir eher das frisch produziert wird und nicht alles immer in der Küche bereitsteht. Daher für das Essen und den Service 5 Sterne. Leider ist der Fußboden nicht mehr der beste daher nur 4 Sterne. Kann das Restaurant aber nur empfehlen und komme selber gerne wieder.

Bisher das beste Buffet incl. Getränke alles super. Kann man nur empfehlen. Sehr viel Auswahl an frischen Sachen die man sich im Wok zubereiten lassen kann wie z.B. Krokodilfleisch oder Zebra sowie Känguru. Oder das fertige Buffet mit sehr großer Auswahl an reichhaltigen Speisen. Alles in allem eine Top Adresse um gut zu Speisen. Getränke sind im Preis enthalten.

Hier ist es sehr weihnachtlich gestaltet und das Essen ist immer warm und lecker.

Essen wirklich Top Zebra und Känguru findet man nicht überall, großer plus Punkt Alkoholfreie Getränke inklusive, sehr schönes Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal, gefällt uns so das wir mindestens einmal im Monat dort essen je nach dem auch öfter, meiner Meinung nach bestes China Restaurant im Umkreis von Offenburg.

Das beste chinesische Restaurant in der Umgebung, wir fahren gerne auch einen weiten Weg dorthin. Sehr freundliche Besitzer und ein exzellenter Wok. Auch die schon zubereiteten Gerichte schmecken prima! Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten

Service super freundlich , habe gleich ein Tisch bekommen ohne zu reservieren, Ambiente sehr gemütlich. Das essen war auch lecker nur leider lauwarm , Sushi war dieses Mal nicht zu empfehlen, war leicht angetrocknet.. und sah nicht appetitlich aus , ( sonst ist es immer sehr lecker)

Das Essen ist super lecker und die Menschen sind super freundlich. Gehen oft dort essen. Meiner Meinung nach er beste Chinese in Offenburg und Umgebung! Auch bei „to good to go“ sind es sehr große Portionen für wenig Geld.

Haben heute über die App TooGoodToGo 2 Portionen geholt. War echt lecker. War bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Finde es echt toll, das Lokale im Kreis Offenburg bei der App mitmachen und dadurch verhindern dass Lebensmittel unnötig im Müll landen.

Wir gehen regelmäßig zum Buffet. Alles ist frisch und schmackhaft. Sehr gute Auswahl. Es wird sofort nachgefüllt, wenn was leer ist. Sogar Ente und Garnelen sind bis zum Schluß verfügbar. Markengetränke sind im Preis inbegriffen. Leider ist es nicht ganz so gemütlich dort. Aber insgesamt hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss.

Essen ist super lecker und frisch, es gibt genügend Auswahl. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der einzigste Minuspunkt ist der Boden, stellenweise muss man aufpassen, das man nicht stolpert da der Boden an einigen Stellen sehr kaputt ist.

Immer leckeres, vielfältiges Essen vom Buffet. Gute Auswahl. Abends mit Grill. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Qualität, auch die Getränke Auswahl, zB Fritz Cola oder Bier von Brauwerk. Es gibt auch eine separate Speisenkarte zum bestellen. Tolles, frisch renoviertes Restaurant mit zeitlosem Ambiente. Keine typisch chinesische Deko wie überall.

Lustloser Service, keine persönliche Begrüßung, leider war meine Vorfreude schnell getrübt. Leere Behälter im Büffet, das Essen in einer Warmhaltevorrichtung verkocht ist klar aber hier sollte der Gastronom gefragt sein und austauschen. Die Fassade des Gebäude ist sehr runtergekommen obwohl hinten alles neu gemacht worden ist. Die Begrüßung war leider kaum bzw. nicht vorhanden, keine Erklärung wie was abläuft man ist sich selbst komplett überlassen. Beim Zahlen kein Blickkontakt keine verabschiedung nichst. Das Essen was frisch aufgefüllt wurde war an sich nicht schlecht. Leider waren es in der Stunde wo wir da waren nur 2 Gerichte die frisch nachgebracht wurden.

Essen überwiegend leider lauwarm oder gar kalt, viele Utensilien klebrig und schmierig. Leider für das Geld keinen Besuch wert, hier esst man woanders deutlich besser.

Bis vor Kurzem war der Kaiserpalast in OG- Elgersweier und jetzt residiert er in OG-Bühl. Es dürften jetzt mehr Sitzplätze sein und das Büffet ist optisch auch größer geworden. Es gibt ein Menüpreis inkl. der Getränke. Qualität der Speisen unverändert gut und wir gehen wieder mal hin.
