Excellent and very fast service

I actually only know pizza from Italian restaurants... This one, which I ate here in the restaurant, completely convinced me despite its non-Italian roots. Great, intense taste, thin dough - more like a tarte flambée. I would always go there again when I'm in Verl. Thank you for the delicious evening :-)

So far I've "only" eaten pizza there, it's unbeatably delicious!!!! There are well-known pizza toppings and many unusual combinations that make this restaurant so special. The menu also offers other culinary temptations that I would like to try.

Went there again today, the pizza was fantastic as always, the beer was delicious as was the great service and the great ambience. Very happy again and can only be recommended.

I visited the restaurant during a business trip and had such a delicious dinner there that I paid the restaurant another visit the following evening. I wasn't disappointed both times. We came across Böttes because of the good reviews. And it was really worth it. Very tasty pizza, not just 0/8/15. Wonderfully crispy base and well topped. We sat outside very casually and were served in a relaxed, friendly and cheerful manner. We will definitely come back, if only to try the pizza with goat cheese, honey and thyme.

Pizza is ok but not cheap. Drinks are also quite expensive! €15.90 for my pizza, that's steep...

We eat out regularly and like to try out restaurants outside of Bielefeld. Because of the good reviews and because we like eating pizza, we tried Böttes. That was worth it. Food and drink in delicious and high quality! The pizza from classic to extraordinary. Great! The atmosphere is cozy and you could even say familiar. We can highly recommend Böttes and would love to come back!!!

Bad taste in terms of furnishings too. 😅 So I think you shouldn't form your own opinion about this place. Find another pizzeria and just stay away from this den of sin!! There are too many places anyway. You really feel lost. So just leave it, I'll sacrifice myself in your place!! 🕺🏻💃

This an excellent pizzeria in the small town of Verl situated in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The food & the variety of pizzas is something you will not find anywhere else in Germany. They are exquisite & they taste exceptional. The pizza base is similar to a Romana pizza (thin and crusty) and the toppings vary. The host is tentative, amusing and knows how to make you feel comfortable. It comes highly recommended and a reservation is advisable to eat in this small but buzzing restaurant.

After I ordered a table by phone, we were warmly welcomed. Mr. Böttes is very nice and also has good recommendations. We liked the two pizzas very much, my blanc de noir was also delicious and my wife's Pinot Noir was also good. It's definitely not the last time we've been there, although I would recommend reserving a table in advance as the restaurant isn't too big. The menu is interesting because it not only includes normal pizzas that you know, but also special ones.👍👍

Insanely good pizzas, with a difference. There is no run-of-the-mill pizza here, but extremely good pizza. The selection doesn't make the decision easy because you can try every pizza. Once you have decided (or you have agreed to share it with your companion :-) you can look forward to a culinary experience. In addition, the boss Patricia (at the oven) and the boss Thorsten not only serve guests, but also do it with love and passion. And you don't find that very often. So: absolute recommendation.

The staff is friendly and attentive. In the restaurant you can sit inside and outside. The menu has a good range of pizzas and appetizers. Prices are average. My pizza piccante from the wood-fired oven arrived after 15 minutes and was excellent. The dough was thin, crispy and tasted slightly salted, very tasty. The toppings were fresh (including fresh mushrooms) and all tasted very tasty. I haven't eaten pizza this good in a long time. There are a few free parking spaces at the restaurant.

Haben auf dem Heimweg von Solingen nach Berlin dort einen Stop zum Abendessen eingelegt. Eine absolut gute Entscheidung, das Ambiente, das Personal und insgesamt eine Bereicherung! Top leckere Holzofen Pizza, habe in Berlin noch keine vergleichbar gute Pizza gegessen 🤩. Sehr nette Leute dort gesprochen, familiäre Atmosphäre von der 1. Minute an. Preis Leistungsverhältnis TOP!!! Wie viele in diesen Tagen bin ich aufgrund der Nobilia Messe in Verl. Im Hotel empfahl man mir ein paar Lokalitäten für ein leckeres Abendessen. Was soll ich sagen, es wurde nicht Zuviel versprochen. Super leckere Pizza, super Service und sehr sehr uriger Inhaber. So einer von der Sorte „Ruppig aber liebenswert“ 👌🏻

Eine besondere Art! Der Oberkellner mit schwarzem Humor. Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, gerne auch mal für ein Gespräch zu haben... Angemesse Wartezeit für eine hervorragende Pizza. Der Service ist rundum zu empfehlen, auch wenn es mal später wird! 😏 Ob für einen kleinen Wein oder einen langen Abend mit krönenden Tiramisu Abschluß! Mega!

Sehr gemühliche Atmosphere bei Böttes. Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat Sinn für Humor. Best Pizza die wir gegessen habe. Von den 3 Tage die wir in Verl verblieben, haben wir zwei Tage bei Böttes gegessen...... Hätten wir den dritten Tag auch nur dar gegessen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Holländer.

Wir haben einen spontanen Stop bei Böttes Holzsteinofen Pizzeria in Verl gemacht. Die Steinofenpizza war so lecker. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und der Rotwein wurde uns in schönen sauberen Gläsern serviert. Ein perfekter Sonntagabend bei schönstem Sommerwetter. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall ganz bald wieder. Wer spontan ein superleckere Pizza essen möchte, ist hier definitiv sehr gut aufgehoben. Wenn ihr mit mehr als zwei Personen am Wochenende kommt, reserviert ihr besser einen Tisch vor.

Anhand der guten Bewertungen haben wir uns für diese Pizzeria endschieden. Der junge Kellner war unfreundlich, kein lächeln nur ein flüchtiges kaltes Gesichtsausdruck. Der ältere Herr hinter dem Tresen(wahrscheinlich der Inhaber) genau so. Doch die zwei Frauen waren nett. Zu den Pizzen...einmal Thunfischpizza: kaum Thunfisch drauf wahrscheinlich wird aus einer dose Thunfisch dort fünf Pizzen gemacht..zu dem Teig, dünn wie Papier, und das für 14€ ne danke..Salamipizza genau so dünn. Große Preise, wenig Pizza. Ausstattung allein macht es nicht aus..wir kommen hier nicht mehr hin.

Träume von Pizza im Restaurant"Böttes Steinofen"! Da war ich gestern , mit meiner Schwester, das Erste aber gewiss nicht das letzte Mal! WAS für ein außergewöhnliches, besonderes Gasthaus! Schon beim Betreten weht einem der Geruch des Steinofens und der wirklich einzigartigen Köstlichkeiten entgegen. Die äußerst freundliche, humorvolle und liebenswerte Bedienung ist ebenso einzigartig, wie die Gemütlichkeit des Raumes. Da passt einfach alles! Meine Schwester hatte die Pizza Romana und meine Wenigkeit "Alice im Wunderland. Und, ich muss euch sagen, noch nie in meinem 6jährigem Leben habe ich eine so gute, leckere Steinofenpizza gegessen. Die Hauseigene Limonade war ebenso ein Gedicht. Damit werde ich zum Wiederholungstäter und wenn ihr jetzt neugierig geworden seid, dann solltet ihr dort essen gehen ruft vorher an, die Tische sind begrenzt. Die Nummer findet ihr im Netz!
