Waited 45 minutes for food, the eggs were cold! The food itself would be good, but the portions were too small. The waitress has to be spoken to about cutlery, milk and sugar are not brought automatically and you are still looked at askance if you want "real cow's milk". You have to make a reservation on the weekend otherwise you will be sent home

We had to queue to get a table here but it was worth it, good food, cute place, great coffee and juices. It's not cheap but the prices are reasonable.

Bad food and insane waiting times. We waited total of a bit over an 1 hour from start of queueing to food being served. Every table outside had reservation plaque but in the lengthy time of our waiting we didn’t see anyone come with reservation come. We counted 7 empty tables. The Florentine Waffle wasn’t particularly tasty, it was leaving bitter aftertaste. Some sprouts and salad leaves were rotting. Not a particularly large portion either. The Apple & Cinnamon lemonade tasted like bottled Apfelschorle with cinnamon sprinkled on top. Overall wasted time and money.

Visiting Munich for a few days and decided to have brunch here. It is an incredible place, vegan-friendly dishes and all while being healthy and extremely delicious! If I have time I will definitely come back!

I had Florentine Waffles and the egg was overcooked. The service was slow (they seemed to be understaffed). The bottomless mimosa was delicious! Highly recommend it!

Unfortunately they brought us food in broken plates. There are also a lot of people in the place but very few staff, making it difficult to place an order, wait for the table to be cleared and pay. Although the girls were friendly, they just can't do everything

I must say, I was quite disappointed about the place in general. Even with a reservation it is not guaranteed that you can enjoy a mice meal in a relaxed environment. The place is small and quite packed with tables and people, so the people sitting at one end couldn’t get out unless we moved out of our tables. Aside from that, The food was good, the eggs were nicely cooked and juicy and the flavours create a nice blend. It is indeed healthy and savory, little salt, pepper, and herbs are more on the enhanced side. However, I did not find it particularly special or unique, however, the menu is quite diverse and I find the selection very appetizing. Heads up! Their orange-ginger juice is fantastic! Ginger is on the very strong side (which I enjoy) so be careful. The service, I’m not quite sure I enjoyed it very much, but it could be due to the overwhelming amount of people.

Staff are not attentive,took us some time to get the seat and order the food. Food looks great but was lacking the taste and for that price,it’s a small portion.

In principle there is a very pleasant atmosphere in the shop and the menu is quite diverse. The staff seemed friendly and the breakfast definitely impressed me with the taste. Unfortunately, the store was very busy, which led to long waiting times.

I had high expectations given the high rating. However staff are rude if you don’t have a reservation and are a tourist of the city. Menu is very limited especially if you want a savoury option as only 3 available. Menu is all healthy sugar free, fat free etc. and is very over priced given the final product which is very average at best. Wouldn’t return.

A beautiful café, furnished with love for every detail! My absolute favorite café here in Munich :) Super friendly staff, you always feel very welcome and special requests are also taken into account 🧡 In addition, the dishes are fresh and healthy and there is something for everyone 😊 The smoothie bowls are my absolute favorite and are beautifully presented with lots of delicious toppings :) I always love coming!

Unfortunately service was very careless. Something went wrong with our order, so we had to wait over an hour for our food (at least it was tasty and filling). The employees accommodated us at the end with a good discount. Unfortunately, some of the plates are already completely worn out and the tables could also be prepared more hygienically for the guests (see photos).

Food was really just okay, portions so small that we each had to order a second one. So for such a good review, I really expected more. Too expensive for the quality and performance.

Really delicious dishes for breakfast and a great and creative selection. The café itself is very nicely decorated and the staff is very nice. However, due to the large number of people, the waiting times were relatively long.

Overrated cafe/restaurant in the typical Glockenbach layout and with a corresponding audience from the latte macchiato group to the wannabe Instagram influencers who eat extremely healthy. The concept fits somehow, the number of visitors speaks for it. However, I was here this afternoon for the second and definitely last time. As was the case the first time, the waiting times due to the uncoordinated service and, above all, the completely overwhelmed kitchen were totally out of the question. 20 minutes until the order is placed, an hour until lunch is served, which is beautifully presented but was not entirely convincing in terms of taste. The whole thing, garnished with horrendous prices for food and drinks, simply makes it uneven. If the waitresses complain that the owners don't show up too often, that speaks for itself. Not to mention similar impressions from other guests in recent months. Just a side note: Drinks are served nicely in Weck glasses, which unfortunately have to do without a calibration mark. It would also be nice, in the interests of the guests, if that changed. The legislator would certainly be happy too...

Great cafe for a nice breakfast! We had reserved a table, without a reservation you may have to wait. The staff is very nice and the service is relatively quick. The selection of food and drinks was extensive and original and also tasted very good. Even our music wishes were taken into account, which we had stated when making the online reservation. That honestly made me very happy!

Four of us had brunch here for our birthdays. Since we couldn't order immediately after taking a seat, it took 20 minutes to order. After another 15 minutes the drinks finally arrived. Unfortunately, the food took over an hour to arrive and was almost cold when it arrived. Some guests around us had their food 10 minutes after ordering and others also waited a long time. Even if the café is full, this shouldn't be the case. We didn't get a proper apology either.

Interior beautiful. We were left on the outside. The atmosphere here wasn't great. Chairs uncomfortable and wobbly. Food came very quickly and was very tasty.

I had breakfast here with a friend this morning and we were thrilled. I can't understand all the negative reviews, especially since you don't just sit down in a café yourself, it's best to just ask the staff first if there's space. We reserved a table two days in advance and were able to sit down in the beautifully designed interior. Even though it was busy, the service staff was super friendly and immediately available to answer any questions or requests. The food and drinks were super tasty and came to the table in a reasonable amount of time. Many thanks to the great team for the lovely morning with you at Botanista, we will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, it can happen that as a couple with a baby you are sent away. My wife recently visited this cafe and really enjoyed it. When we sat down at a free table (without a reservation mark) on a Saturday lunchtime, our order wasn't taken after 5 minutes, but the waitress sent us away with the explanation that the table was unfortunately already reserved but she had forgotten to put up the sign. We were not offered an alternative place. Well, thank you! Unfortunately, the waitress' handling of the situation was very poor and unprofessional. Unfortunately we won't be coming back :)

We were aggressively harassed and insulted by a guest. The staff completely stayed out of it after we asked for help and said we should sit somewhere else. An outrage. The drinks were normal by all measures. Wouldn't go there again as bad things have to happen before you get help. As a result, very bad ambience and not good service.

Awful service.. awful food... never come back again

I'm actually a huge fan of the botanista and come here regularly. Unfortunately, the bowls didn't really taste good for the second time. The protein powder in the yogurt bowl was (as far as I know) briefly changed and the light choco bowl was unfortunately bitter the last time. The customer service in the background has also declined significantly. I've tried several times to get the nutritional information for months, but at a certain point I was ignored or no longer responded to. I know that the nutritional values ​​basically exist, I was told that by email. It's such a shame that it has faded so much. I'm happy to keep coming but I hope things get better again 🙏🏼

3.9 euros for a Choco Milk makes no sense.

The restaurant and ambience is very nice, whether inside or outside. The service was a bit slow even though there wasn't much going on and the food was unfortunately very unseasoned. The concept is healthy food, but for me that doesn't mean it should automatically taste boring.

Nice cafe. Unfortunately, the matcha tasted strangely chemical. I drink matcha often and with BCC it had a strange aftertaste. But I can't say whether it was the tea itself, the preparation or the reusable cup...

The food was quite tasty, but unfortunately the service was a bit overwhelmed by the number of guests. Likewise the kitchen. We had to wait quite a long time for our food. But I found it cheeky that they tried to charge too much. Does the restaurant really need this?

We came here for something small to eat and were very, very happy with the flatbread and the small smoothie. The furnishings are very aesthetic and make you feel comfortable. I can definitely recommend Botanista Cafe.

Very, very nice place for a relaxed start to the day.

Even with a reservation, we waited 45 minutes for the food. It was different than described in the menu, and the waitress was also very rude. Don't order the bowl, you get rice, a quarter of an avocado and a fried egg.

A super vegan healthy café! If you really want healthy food you can come! Great for brunch and cafe. We were there on Saturday lunchtime, it was full but we had a reservation. The bowls look delicious, waffles were good, but don't expect anything so sweet. Undls liked it and the staff was very nice.

We went to Botanista today in a large group of 11 people! The food was great, it came very quickly and the service was just great (best regards to the waiter in the green-blue T-shirt with the glasses: he was really super, super friendly and accommodating!). Boho-style restaurant with Instagrammable food. We found the portions to be too small and the taste wasn't really convincing. The coffee was absolutely ok. The juice was watery and tasted boring. There was a hint of avocado on the avocado bread. The bowl was okay but unfortunately far from a good smoothie bowl at this price. The tables are very close together, which doesn't help the atmosphere. It gets very loud quickly. The service was very attentive and courteous! Basically it's “ok” here, but we absolutely don't understand the hype.

It has a great vibe for relaxing and enjoying time with friends. Coffee prices are affordable by Munich standards, though meals tend to be on the pricier side. Be aware that it can get crowded on weekends, so plan your visit accordingly.

What should I say or where should I start….? Yes, the food is good, the drinks too, the location is nice but oh well! We were there again at the weekend, reserved as always, but the reception is rather cold and far from friendly; you are quickly seated at a table that is too small (mainly because you are out of the way). We then had to wait 30 minutes to be noticed (in the blazing sun), our order was only half taken and we then had to go in one after the other so that it was completely taken. In total it took another 45 minutes for our drinks to arrive and our food arrived at an extremely long time difference, which I personally find really unpleasant when you all want to eat together. The statement from the staff when we asked was that they had too many orders while tables that were occupied after us were served beforehand and received everything. Sorry, but in my opinion it's just not possible that you get a ginger shot as an apology but only because you ask and then have to wait again.
