Bosko Cafe in Niedernhausen

The cozy café not only has fantastic cakes, but also great cocoa. The dishes for lunch are partly from Polish cuisine, but also from middle-class German🤩

We met with the family for our son's birthday and it was truly divine 😁 Everything was delicious! The portions are just like at mom's dinner, "solid"😁 The cake we ordered was beautiful and tasty! We were there for the first time, but we will definitely go there for dinner again! I recommend it wholeheartedly!

The best food I have tried so far, I think it will suit everyone's palate. Cakes are simply poetry. After a hearty meal, I think everyone can enjoy a piece of delicious cake, which is best enjoyed with delicious coffee. I would highly recommend

Amazing little restaurant is easy to miss, but you've definitely have to visit! The food is AMAZING! We've only been one, but we are already planning our next visit. Great size portions, and everything was delicious! It wasn't very packed and we had a choice of tables. The desserts are a must have; save room!!!

Food was ok, but we waited 1h 30min to get a single schnitzel with potatoes. This takes far too long and we almost starve. Prices are also way too expensive. The service is far too overwhelmed and there is at least one employee missing who should be able to help. Employees don't have time for you and you receive poor service.

A gem in Niedernhausen! First visit and we were completely happy. Lovingly furnished, reservation is recommended as it is very busy. The service was very friendly and quick, despite there being a lot of guests. The food offers everything that Polish cuisine has to offer, tastes like it was cooked by mom 😊. We had the roulades, beef stroganoff and pea soup. Everything was perfectly seasoned and the portions were just right, not too much and not too little. First of all there was lard from the house, a dream. If you still have space, we recommend the homemade cakes. Price-performance is fair, not cheap, but everything is super fresh and tasty, so completely appropriate. We'll be back soon. Parking spaces are available in the area.

Very, very great restaurant/café! The owners are so extremely friendly, especially child-friendly and the food is simply incredibly delicious!

Delicious home-made food like grandma's, friendly atmosphere. ☺️ Friendly service. A child-friendly place, a well-designed children's corner, located off the beaten track (which makes waiting time for children's meals more pleasant). I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who likes real home-made Polish cuisine.

Visit in June 2024: Lovingly furnished café/bistro with Polish music and delicious dishes, the best beef roulade so far. Everything is homemade, you can taste it. The "compote" was unusual and too watery, but that doesn't affect the overall rating. As before in all Polish restaurants: unfortunately no card payment. Still highly recommended.

The desserts are pretty and delicious and Not to mention very reasonably priced.

We had our daughter's First Communion party there. It was beautiful and delicious. The food was brilliant, everything was seasoned to the point and the room looked beautiful too. The cake and desserts are a real art and a delight for the palate. You can see that the owners put their whole heart into preparation. Our guests were delighted and eager to plan their events at Kuchnia Staropolska and Bosko Cafe. We will certainly take advantage of Mrs. Bożenka's hospitality if we have another opportunity. Thank you once again from the bottom of our hearts ❤

It was very tasty, great food. The service was nice, but it could have been a little more outspoken, it was a bit reserved, but that's a matter of taste. Overall everything was good to very good, we will eat there again.

We have tried to come twice when Google said it was open and it was closed.

The coffee was very bad. It tasted like a cheap gas station coffee. The cakes are delicious. The service was very unfriendly and could have smiled a bit.

Were here today. Small cozy café/bistro. It was early evening and relatively little going on. Small children's play area available. Toilets clean. There are a few parking spaces available. Food was really tasty. We had a huge baguette with mushrooms and cheese and one pirogi. The pirogi were standard, but freshly made. I think they taste better lightly fried, but we forgot to say that there could have been a few more onions. The baguette was great. We had Aperol Spritz as a drink that was very well mixed, but at 7.50 euros it was a tad too expensive for Frankfurt city standards. You can tell that a family is really putting in a lot of effort here. You'll never please everyone, but you're on the right track. Keep your fingers crossed and we'll see each other again soon.

Very stylish and cozy atmosphere, sweet and designed with attention to detail. The food is amazing - super tasty and the portion size is sufficient, with zapiekanki even half a meter long! As a greeting from the kitchen there is delicious bread with lard and pickles! We will be back definitely ; a piece of home in Niedernhausen.

Delicious, authentic Polish cuisine, well seasoned EVERYTHING ♥️🫣 and the lady makes everything herself, from dumplings to pickled cucumbers, etc.! And the most delicious cream puffs I have ever eaten! Which you also make yourself ♥️ I accidentally found it and I will be a very frequent guest 🙏🏻♥️ Wer echte polnische Küche probieren will dann umbedingt hier!

I found the restaurant accidentally while looking for home-cooked meals. We ordered soups, istrogan sour cream, followed by dumplings with meat and beef roulade with potatoes and red cabbage. To put it briefly, everything was delicious, in fact it was an understatement, heavenly flavors - it reminded me of my childhood. We were there on Saturday, we had to book a table for Sunday - because it was full of people. Thank you for being here - I work on a business trip, so if I'm nearby, I'll definitely stop by. Unfortunately, I was disappointed, we came specially from Frankfurt, we entered the restaurant at 5:15 p.m. and the first person got food at 6:15 p.m. (stroganoff ok, potato pancakes delicious), after 15 minutes 2 people got a mix of dumplings (summer and covered with oil and onion), the last person got pork chop after 10 minutes (also a very fatty dish). I also saw at the tables nearby that the food was served without any care and order. I don't understand how in a restaurant they can't serve a table for 4 people at the same time and the waiting period is so long. The waiter probably also had a bad day. , because he couldn't remember the dumplings order and as a result I got a mix of all the dumplings and I wanted Russian and meat dumplings only because I don't like groats and that's what I got.....

We had cake, homemade winter tea and homemade hot milk chocolate. Everything was very delicious. We'd love to come back.

Sehr schönes Cafe , mit viel Liebe eingerichtet , sehr leckeres Essen, und der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne dorthin. Es gibt sogar ein Bereich für Kinder ,der ebenfalls liebevoll gestaltet ist . Man kann wirklich den ganzen Nachmittag gemütlich dort verbringen.

Sehr authentisches polnisches Essen. Frisch zubereitet. Schnitzel war innen sehr saftig und außen knusprig. Ambiente Einrichtung. Toilette war sauber. Die Bedienung könnte noch mehr lächeln lernen. Er ist aber ziemlich OK und ruhig. Das Essen ist preislich mittelmäßig. Insgesamt sehr gut!

Miła kawiarnio- restauracja. Można wybrać typowe dania polskie,tj. Pierogi, żurek, bigos oraz kupić miód z polskiej pasieki. Obsługa oczywiście mówi po polsku i niemiecku.

Wer polnische Küche mag, ist hier richtig. Sehr leckeres Essen und superfreundlicher Service. Hier kann man Pause machen.

W końcu się wybraliśmy po raz pierwszy, było to 60 km od domu. Ale warto było. Wcześniej wycieczka po Mainz z cudowną promenadą nad rzeką i Wisbaden a na koniec wisienka, przepyszny obiad w Bosko Cafe, już dawno nie jedlismy w De tak pysznych, polskich potraw. Gdy trzeba było chwilę poczekać, bo na pewno było na świeżo przygotowywane, to pojawiła się niespodzianka, sprawdźcie Państwo sami, jaka pyszna i typowo polska. Przytulne jasne wnętrze, przyjazna atmosfera. Z mężem nie jadamy ciast od dłuższego czasu, ale Szefowa skłoniła nas tylko do degustacji, mistrzostwo, trzeba mieć talent, żeby coś tak dobrego stworzyć. Życzymy Pani Bożence i całej ekipie wypoczynku, zresztą zasłużonego, za tak dobrą kuchnię. Proszę nabrać sił, by dalej sprawiać radość klientom. Wrócimy po Waszym i naszym urlopie.

O " Bosko Cafe" dowiedziałam się poprzez Facebook, zdjecia zrobily na mnie duze wrażenie i wraz z przyjaciółką postanowiłyśmy ze musimy się tam wybrać. Còż mogę powiedzieć... jedzenie jest naprawdę przepyszne , bardzo miła obsługa, bardzo przystępne ceny . Super miejsce do którego naprawdę warto się wybrać jezeli ktoś poszukuje typowo polskich smaków . Już cieszę się na następny talerz pierogów z kapustą i grzybami. ❤️

Ich kann mich ganz und gar nicht beklagen preisleistungstechnisch ist alles top das Service ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit das Frühstück war echt sehr lecker ich saß heute auf der schönen Terasse und habe mein Frühstück genossen natürlich haben die noch andere wundervollen Dinge wie z.b. Kuchen oder auch andere polnische Spezialitäten von mir gibt es eine 10/10 weiter so und Viel Glück.
