Very nice location directly on Lake Zierker. Free parking. Our room with a balcony and lake view was very spacious, very clean and had (which doesn't happen very often) a large wardrobe with enough ironing and storage compartments. The staff is very, very friendly. The breakfast buffet is varied and good. Unfortunately, the tables were not set with napkins and cutlery for breakfast, so you had to do it yourself. On days 2 and 3 there were also no tongs for the rolls, as well as protection against touching the bread if you wanted to cut off a few slices. There were also wilted gerberas on the tables. These are just small things, but they somewhat cloud the good overall impression of the hotel.

We were in Neustrelitz for an event and stayed at the hotel for one night. The location of the hotel right on the lake is great. The room was large and clean . The breakfast was plentiful and there was something of everything. Unfortunately we didn't see much of the city but I think we'll come back for a long weekend.

The location and the view are very nice and invite you to linger, unfortunately the staff is extremely unfriendly, especially the older blonde lady who was reluctant to give us a seat when she saw that we were there with a small child. It may also be rather unprofessional to dress down and reprimand your colleagues or, in their eyes, subordinates in front of guests.

Wir waren leider nur einenTag und Nacht im Bootshaus und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bedienung - ein Vietnamese - zum Abendessen (gebr. Forelle mit Bratkartoffeln und Gurkensalat) war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Der junge Mann sprach gut deutsch und wir haben uns gut mit ihm unterhalten. Zimmer mit Blick zum Zierker See hinaus war einfach phantastisch. Das Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber, einfach prima. Das Frühstück am Morgen sehr reichlich mit viel Abwechslung, Kaffee/Tee zum selber zapfen, fanden wir gut. Frisches Obst stand auch bereit. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und können das Hotel ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Auf jeden Fall hatten wir eine sehr freundliche Bedienung! Wir haben den großen Fischteller gegessen. Die Bratkartoffeln mit Speck und Zwiebeln waren völlig in Ordnung, die Dijonsenf-Sauce war leider aus der Tüte. Der Dorsch hätte die Pfanne etwas früher verlassen sollen, der Wels hatte einige ungenießbare Teile. Es waren insgesamt drei Stücke Fisch, also mehr als genug. Es wäre schön gewesen, statt des dritten Fischstückes den auf der Karte angegebenen "bunten Salat" zu bekommen. Stattdessen befand sich eine "Salatbeilage" auf dem Teller die auf einen Suppenblöffel paßte.

Two sundaes for €14.50, well ok. Two coffees for €8.60 that once stood next to coffee beans won't move us back again. I bought 500g of Jacobs yesterday (yes, on offer) for €3.99. I'm certainly not one of the low-earning people in this country, but I have to work hard and I simply expect more for €8.60.

I actually just wanted to take a short walk when I happened to come across the boathouse on Lake Zierker. The friendly service recommended a Duckstein, which I liked. Since the weather was nice and the view of the lake was wonderful, I decided to order a local fish platter to accompany it. The fish was fresh and delicious, perfectly suited to the surroundings. The restaurant not only offers excellent food and drinks, but also excellent service. I would highly recommend a visit to anyone in the area.

Unfortunately, the fast and friendly service cannot make up for the food. The fish was burnt and the fried potatoes weren't even homemade. If you just want something to drink, that's certainly okay.

Subtly overwhelmed or annoyed with vegan food alternatives. In response to my suggestion of serving a large salad with vinegar and oil dressing, I actually received a pot with oil and a touch of vinegar. Lettuce leaves are already quite limp. No salt and pepper. No herbs. Service not visible far and wide. At least the fries worked. Albeit very greasy. Great location, but I don't eat out for salad and fries.

The location directly on Lake Zierker is simply wonderful. The tasty food and fine drinks go well with this. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always there without being intrusive. Anyone who visits Neustrelitz should get to know this restaurant.

Good location in Neustrelitz on Zierker See. Good food and drinks on offer as well as friendly staff. Holiday apartments and a good breakfast offer are available.

The six of us came just for lunch - it was already later and there were maybe three tables next to us occupied. A meal was forgotten, grated cheese was brought to us with the tomato soup and served as parmesan, and the waiter was hardly visible at the table. We won't go there again.

Nice restaurant by the lake. Standard dishes well done. If you like down-to-earth cuisine, this is the place for you. Unfortunately the restaurant smelled extremely of fish and fat. Unfortunately, there is a lack of sophisticated treatment of the guests. The table was ordered for 2 people, the place setting for guests 3 and 4 remained lying or standing until payment was made. The cutlery was reminiscent of the factory canteen and so was the quality of the food. Fried potatoes floating in oil and the tartar sauce was poured out of the bucket by hand. No recommendation from us, as the prices are quite reasonable and the price-performance ratio is very out of balance.

We were guests here at a family celebration. If I looked correctly, there are three rooms available. We were in the middle room and there is another room to the right and left. The back of the building faces the lake. And all three rooms have large windows facing the lake and therefore a good view. The rooms on the right and left also have large windows on the sides. So both are good...flooded with light. Although the middle room has fewer windows, it is still bright because there are also windows on the left side where the light comes through well through the room on the left. Our room, the middle room, has a fireplace and the counter is at the entrance door. You can celebrate here with...approx. A maximum of 50 people and would still have space as a dance floor. But that's an estimate from me!!! The service was definitely excellent. The food was varied and tasty and the range of drinks was great. But, ....as it was just commissioned. Still great because the service was friendly, courteous and reliable and responded very quickly to any questions or requests. The rooms were bright, clean and well furnished. Particularly noticeable was the room service, which informed us about the children's forgotten items after we had left the room. A big thank you for that. Conclusion: A recommendation from us for others. Good hotel in a good location by the lake and close to the old town with attractions. The parking lot is right next to the house.

Were there for dinner Had Cesar salad with chicken breast On the menu was leaf salad with chicken and Caesar dressing and baguette I got a mixed salad with tomatoes and cucumbers I am allergic to tomatoes No baguette The waitress tried to sort it out and got a new salad. This time different leaf salads but without dressing and with 3 slices of white bread the whole disaster for 7.50

Right on the lake not far from the center, harbor and castle park with delicious local dishes and meals. There's something for everyone. The prices are moderate. On weekends you should book a table to be on the safe side.

We spontaneously had a very good and extensive breakfast there from the buffet for 12 euros per person. The view of the lake was wonderful. We will definitely come back.

Went out for dinner today with my wife, son and mother-in-law for my wife's birthday. Actually always leave the location satisfied and with a smile. Today, disappointment wasn't just a big deal. When you entered the restaurant you were initially just looked at stupidly and told that you should look for a seat. At a restaurant like that, you accompany your guests to the table. But since we don't have any disabilities, we looked for one on our own. The waitress, at least she was dressed that way, had no idea about tutting or blowing. The card was simply presented to everyone at random, not like you learn in training. Then came the drinks where one of the beer mats was simply slammed onto the table. The food came as quickly as if you had ordered it in advance. That's how it was, burnt and cold. Ok, after admonishment it was exchanged and we were calmed down with a cappuccino. After the waitress noticed the resentment, she put on a mock smile. But that wasn't enough to put the flower on the pilsner during the evening. So on the whole it was more like a snack bar on the A9 during continuous operation and an emergency, sorry.

Only went to the restaurant, expected something better for the price, meat was tough, even if the service changed it again, I won't be back, despite the location and nice service!

Were here for lunch and dinner. Nice location, but you could get a lot more out of this location. The toilet rooms are old. The toilet was set very low. Drinks expensive. Food was tasty. Staff was a little irritable. Only possible to pay with EC or cash.

Sehr schön gelegen, super freundlich, tolles Essen.

Waren im Restaurant zum Essen. Auswahlmöglichkeiten der Speisen ist gut. Essen eher durchschnittlich. Der auf der Speisekarte angebotene Caesar Salad war ein gemischter Salat mit Joghurtdressing und wurde ohne Parmesan serviert. Der Parmesan wurde dann auf Nachfrage noch gebracht. Bitte auf der Karte richtig auszeichnen oder diesen Klassiker typisch zubereiten.

Ein toller Ort um ein paar Tage auszuspannen. Das Frühstück ist sevr gut. Schade das keine VISA Debitkarten im Restaurant akzeptiert werden zumal die Zimmer damit bezahlt werden können.

Das Essen war diesmal nicht in Ordnung, der Service war schlecht und wir mußten über eine halbe Stunde warten bis wir überhaupt die Speisekarte bekommen haben um Getränke zu bestellen. DIE Entenkeulen waren Brust vom Mittag, aufgewärmt und nur trocken. Service so schlimm wie nie zuvor bisher

Das Bootshaus liegt direkt am Zierker See. Im Sommer kann man auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Wasservögeln zusehen. Das Essen ist schmackhaft und der Service sehr gut.

Direkt am See gelegen. Bei Sonnenuntergang echt beeindruckend. Essen war absolut lecker. Da kann man es sich echt gut gehn lassen und die Zeit genießen.

Schönes Zimmer gehabt, ganz gemütlich mit den verwinkelten Wänden. Allerdings der knaller waren gebrochene Fliesen unterm Waschbecken mit einer eleganten Rohrverlegung der Heizrohre. Geht garnicht. Muss unbedingt ein Fachmann ran.

Küche o.K. Service? Naja. Stundenlang reservierte leere Tische, aber andere Gäste abgewiesen. Bartresen ist mit allem möglichen Kram vollgemüllt, so dass sich Gäste erst mal den Platz frei räumen müssen. Zahlung mit Visa-Karte nicht möglich. Vielleicht wäre eine externe Schulung im Service hilfreich.

Ich kann hier nur das Ambiente im Restaurant und das Frühstück bewerten und das ist beides sehr gut 👍. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Hotel ist durchaus bemüht einzusehen, dass an einem schönen Standort den Gäst*Innen einen angemessenes Hotelerlebnis geboten werden soll. Man gibt sich auferstanden aus Ruinen, der Zukunft zugewandt - auch in Richtung Elektromibilität. Offenbar seit Monaten sind aber leider die TESLA-Ladesäulen nicht einsatzfähig. Das konterkariert die allgemeinen politisch wichtigen Bemühungen, die CO2-Emmissionen zu senken. Man sollte sie instandsetzen oder entfernen. Aber einfach die Ladesäulen abschimmeln lassen, schadet der Marke Tesla (C), dem Ansehen des Hauses und dem Bundesland im Allgemeinen.

Ich wahr zum Geburtstag mit meiner Mutter eingeladen worden alles super gewesen und das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett lecker Essen so wie gesagt einfach nur zum weiterempfehlen also 5 Sterne reichen eigentlich nicht von mir einfach mal 10 Sterne

Wir waren zu zweit Essen und wurden transparent über eine Höhe Auslastung informiert. Jedoch waren unsere Unterhaltungen mit dem Personal immer freundlich und entgegen kommend. Die Qualität der Speisen war sehr gut und unsere Teller waren ansprechend angerichtet, trotz starker Auslastung. Die Lage am See sagt uns zu. Und da wir jetzt wiederholt zufrieden waren, werden wir hier öfter zu Gast sein.

Bester Blick aller Zeiten direkt aufs Wasser. Super leckere Küche. Kleiner Punktabzug aufgrund der durchgelegenen Matratzen.

Ich fand das Essen sehr nüchtern und die Nuggets wahren sehr dunkel gebraten.

Tolle Lage. Service war ok aber das Essen für den preis nicht ok. Forelle war nicht eingelet, Schweinemedaillons waren trocken. Die Nudel für die kinder waren unverschämt. Soße schmekte nur nach Tomatenmark. Das gaze Essen war nicht gewürzt. Schade !! Die lage ist toll

Da wir in der Gegend waren, bot es sich mit der schönen Aussicht auf den See hier an, Mittag zu essen. Platz wurde im Außenbereich gefunden. Leider waren die Stühle ohne Kissen und es wurde auch nicht gefragt, ob eins gewünscht. Das Essen dauerte schon etwas länger, aber es schmeckte.
