A beautiful location right on the lake. Friendly service and the ambiance were okay. We only ate here. Unfortunately, the food was rather meager, which I found very disappointing considering the great location. The rather simple and very small meal for almost €20, without salad, bread, or anything else, was rather steep than recommendable. I would have loved to write something different, as I had been looking forward to the Bootshaus for two days. My experience was all the more disappointing, but it certainly wasn't based solely on my expectations.

Einfach und wenig ansprechend angerichtetes Frühstücksbuffett. Geringe Auswahl. Lediglich Filterkaffee inbegriffen. Insgesamt ein wenig runtergerockt. Müsste mal wieder modernisiert werden.

We "only" ate here. The food and service were excellent. The prices are really reasonable for the portion sizes. The price isn't for every day, but we'd happily go back.

Nach dem wir bei einen vorherigen Besuch in Neustrelitz vom Schloßgelände - Das Bootshaus -entdeckten, wollten wir es nun ausprobieren. Als wir ankamen - gab es noch viele freie Plätze. Das änderte sich allerdings in kurzer Zeit. Dann wurde es voll. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Unsere Getränke kamen schnell und auch das Essen, recht zeitnah. Es waren angenehme Portionen. Die Teller schön angerichtet. Es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Die wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See, war da I-tüpfelchen. Wir möchten das Bootshaus - mit gutem Gewissen - weiter empfehlen.

We went to the café where you could sit inside or outside with a view of the lake. Unfortunately, the cake selection was very limited 😔

A truly beautiful place to unwind. I only visited the boathouse as a guest of the restaurant, though. It's a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view of the lake. However, I wouldn't give the service, which seemed a bit overwhelmed, five stars.

Beautiful restaurant right on the lake with a terrace and unobstructed views of the lake. The staff is friendly and attentive. Food is served promptly after ordering. Tastes and looks good, but the seasoning could be a bit more daring. Free parking directly on site, reservations recommended, good value for money. We only visited the restaurant.

I had dinner here in the attached restaurant. An entertaining waitress recommended the trout. I'm glad I followed the recommendation. I haven't had a better fried trout in a long time. The rest of the menu also sounded delicious. There were vegetarian and vegan options too. There's plenty of space between the tables and a beautiful view of the adjacent lake.

The breakfast buffet in particular is exceptionally good and plentiful!

A dream, with very good food and a great view.

It's especially beautiful at sunset on the lakeside terrace. You can then enjoy a view of the setting sun across the width of Lake Zierker. The food isn't that great.

We stayed at this beautifully situated hotel for a wedding celebration and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Very friendly staff, great food, and beautiful rooms! A definite recommendation!

A very nice hotel. Even though we were told rooms would be available from 2:00 PM, we were able to check into our room at 12:00 PM. The staff was very friendly despite the large number of guests. The food was delicious. I can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience.

We stopped spontaneously for lunch. Great location, terrace overlooking the lake with a beautiful view. The waitress quickly handed us the menu and asked for drinks, which were brought to our table very promptly. Then we proceeded with ordering our meals. We started with the spiced meat, then continued with the trout and farmer's breakfast. It was very well seasoned and served on hot plates. Simply fantastic. The waitress even asked if everything was okay, which is unfortunately rare these days. We felt very comfortable right up until the end.

Unsere Goldene Hochzeit feierten wir im April 25 im Bootshaus Neustrelitz. Alles wurde grandios vom Inhaber und seinem Team perfekt für uns vorbereitet. Das Büfett und die Kaffeetafel wirkten sehr ansprechend. Die Speisen schmackhaft zubereitet. Alle unser Gäste zeigten den Daumen nach oben. Auch das Ambiente rundum perfekt und bietet Platz für sportliche Einlagen. Selbst Filmvorführungen lassen sich durchführen. Mehrere schöne Gästezimmer standen uns zur Verfügung. Einfach großartig, hier kann jede Familienfeier nur gelingen. Viele Dank an alle Beteiligten des Bootshauses Neustrelitz, der Küche, den Service Personal, ganz herzlichen Dank an Frau Hannemann für Ihre Beratung bei den Vorbereitungen unserer Goldenen Hochzeit. The location is very nice, then it stops. When we arrived the tables were still dirty from the night before. Salad was then served with dill sauce because the actual sauce had been used up. Price/performance is not right here.

We were disappointed. At the restaurant's request, we ordered our table for 11.30 a.m. with 10 guests. It was also ordered as a birthday party. When we arrived there was no table set and chairs had to be found and brought forward. The fish dishes were very good, but the meat dishes were poor. The pork fillet was dry and the creamed savoy cabbage was over-seasoned. The drinks were swapped and we had to sort ourselves out. There was no apology or thank you from the staff when leaving the restaurant.

We were able to spend a few days in what is probably the most beautiful room in the house. Ending the day on the balcony with a view of the lake is something! But the restaurant is also recommended. Good cuisine and friendly staff. Plus the excellent location... A thank you to the Bootshaus Neustrelitz for a wonderful short vacation!

With the hotel and restaurant landscape finally getting better and bigger, it is still one of the best locations in Neustrehlitz.

I made a spontaneous stop and had a good meal. Very tasty, nice service, everything was good 😊👍

I only ate at the restaurant, but the food was poor and the service seemed disorganized. The prices are completely exorbitant and everything seems to be either ready-made or frozen. I have never experienced such poor value for money. That was my first and last time there. But: When the weather is good there is a very nice view of the lake.

Very good food in a nice atmosphere with a great view of Lake Zierker. Despite being busy, the food came very quickly. We'd love to come back.

Wir wollten zum Frauentag gut Essen gehen und haben uns gefreut, dass noch Plätze frei waren. Leider würden wir enttäuscht. Einige Portionen waren viel zu klein (gerade mal Kinderportionen), das halbe Brathähnchen können wir überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen (trocken, nur wenig Pommes), der Weißwein zum Fisch kam viel zu spät (trotz mehrfacher Ansprache, ihn nicht zu vergessen) und einige Teller waren lieblos angerichtet. Schade. Von uns gibt's keine Empfehlung.

Unfortunately not recommended in terms of food, convenience food. Price-performance ratio is not right, fried potatoes and sauces out of a bag, fish not crispy and tasteless. Somehow old school decor. The Ossi week menu with Sandmann also seems like a last attempt to appeal to the guests 36 years after the fall of the Berlin Wall and is out of time. Disappointment with, however, a beautiful view of the lake!

Food is delicious, view of the lake is great. Staff is very friendly.

We had the pan fried fish (Mecklenburger Pannfisch) with fried potatoes. It was tasty. The mustard sauce was a bit to much, but lucky under and beside the fish. The service was very friendly and the dishes came right in time. Unfortunately they could not provide a menu in English language. The dinner room felt a little cold

Discovered it quite by chance. First time guest in March of last year. Staff and hosts were very friendly and attentive. The food was good. The rooms were very clean. We visited several times throughout the year. Everything was always perfect. We had reserved a table in October. Our guests were running late. Despite the kitchen closing time approaching, we were all served and were able to choose our meals in peace. We didn't feel stressed about having to order quickly. The breakfast is excellent. If you start the day hungry here, it's your own fault. The location directly on the lake is perfect. In good weather, you can sit on the terrace right by the lake and enjoy the view. Here, too, the staff stays in the background and is unobtrusive. The city center, the hiking trail around the lake, and the proximity to the parking station are also pleasant. We would love to come back.

We stayed over Christmas. The accommodation and the food are highly recommended. The location is excellent. A big thank you to the entire staff, who are very accommodating and friendly. This accommodation deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

We were there with the family (just for dinner). The peas were completely cold and undercooked for three children. We mentioned it, and the lady said we'd get a free ice cream. She gave us three cards, and everyone chose an ice cream. When we paid, she said only one ice cream was free, so why did she give us three cards and not one? The food wasn't that great anyway. I'd give the restaurant 0.5 out of 5 stars.

Great view, but the noisy restaurant terrace was right under the window. Large rooms, but no luggage rack. Smeared, dirty glasses in the rooms. Tiny bathroom with an even tinier window. On Saturday, without warning, there was a party in the restaurant, with thumping bass all night long. For breakfast, lukewarm filter coffee, stale rolls, and melted butter.

Food was delicious, service was great and prices were reasonable. Overall thumbs up.

Very nice location directly on Lake Zierker. Free parking. Our room with a balcony and lake view was very spacious, very clean and had (which doesn't happen very often) a large wardrobe with enough ironing and storage compartments. The staff is very, very friendly. The breakfast buffet is varied and good. Unfortunately, the tables were not set with napkins and cutlery for breakfast, so you had to do it yourself. On days 2 and 3 there were also no tongs for the rolls, as well as protection against touching the bread if you wanted to cut off a few slices. There were also wilted gerberas on the tables. These are just small things, but they somewhat cloud the good overall impression of the hotel.

We were in Neustrelitz for an event and stayed at the hotel for one night. The location of the hotel right on the lake is great. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and there was something of everything. Unfortunately we didn't see much of the city but I think we'll come back for a long weekend.

I just went for dinner and it was delicious

The location and the view are very nice and invite you to linger, unfortunately the staff is extremely unfriendly, especially the older blonde lady who was reluctant to give us a seat when she saw that we were there with a small child. It may also be rather unprofessional to dress down and reprimand your colleagues or, in their eyes, subordinates in front of guests.

Wir waren leider nur einenTag und Nacht im Bootshaus und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bedienung - ein Vietnamese - zum Abendessen (gebr. Forelle mit Bratkartoffeln und Gurkensalat) war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Der junge Mann sprach gut deutsch und wir haben uns gut mit ihm unterhalten. Zimmer mit Blick zum Zierker See hinaus war einfach phantastisch. Das Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber, einfach prima. Das Frühstück am Morgen sehr reichlich mit viel Abwechslung, Kaffee/Tee zum selber zapfen, fanden wir gut. Frisches Obst stand auch bereit. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und können das Hotel ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Auf jeden Fall hatten wir eine sehr freundliche Bedienung! Wir haben den großen Fischteller gegessen. Die Bratkartoffeln mit Speck und Zwiebeln waren völlig in Ordnung, die Dijonsenf-Sauce war leider aus der Tüte. Der Dorsch hätte die Pfanne etwas früher verlassen sollen, der Wels hatte einige ungenießbare Teile. Es waren insgesamt drei Stücke Fisch, also mehr als genug. Es wäre schön gewesen, statt des dritten Fischstückes den auf der Karte angegebenen "bunten Salat" zu bekommen. Stattdessen befand sich eine "Salatbeilage" auf dem Teller die auf einen Suppenblöffel paßte.

The terrace right on the lake has something to offer. And the half liter of beer is still okay here in relation to the overall high pricing policy. The service is constantly present and on the ball. Great.

Two sundaes for €14.50, well ok. Two coffees for €8.60 that once stood next to coffee beans won't move us back again. I bought 500g of Jacobs yesterday (yes, on offer) for €3.99. I'm certainly not one of the low-earning people in this country, but I have to work hard and I simply expect more for €8.60.

I actually just wanted to take a short walk when I happened to come across the boathouse on Lake Zierker. The friendly service recommended a Duckstein, which I liked. Since the weather was nice and the view of the lake was wonderful, I decided to order a local fish platter to accompany it. The fish was fresh and delicious, perfectly suited to the surroundings. The restaurant not only offers excellent food and drinks, but also excellent service. I would highly recommend a visit to anyone in the area.

Unfortunately, the fast and friendly service cannot make up for the food. The fish was burnt and the fried potatoes weren't even homemade. If you just want something to drink, that's certainly okay.

Subtly overwhelmed or annoyed with vegan food alternatives. In response to my suggestion of serving a large salad with vinegar and oil dressing, I actually received a pot with oil and a touch of vinegar. Lettuce leaves are already quite limp. No salt and pepper. No herbs. Service not visible far and wide. At least the fries worked. Albeit very greasy. Great location, but I don't eat out for salad and fries.

The location directly on Lake Zierker is simply wonderful. The tasty food and fine drinks go well with this. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always there without being intrusive. Anyone who visits Neustrelitz should get to know this restaurant.

After several visits, still impressed, beautiful location and friendly staff. Even in a good mood for little jokes. We also borrowed a boat. Everything perfect and beautiful.

Tasty foods and fish with beautiful landscape

The six of us came just for lunch - it was already later and there were maybe three tables next to us occupied. A meal was forgotten, grated cheese was brought to us with the tomato soup and served as parmesan, and the waiter was hardly visible at the table. We won't go there again.

Good location in Neustrelitz on Zierker See. Good food and drinks on offer as well as friendly staff. Holiday apartments and a good breakfast offer are available.

Sind gerade dort gewesen um etwas zu essen. Meine Frau hat uns dann im Lauf zwei Karten mit zum Tisch genommen. Als die Bedienung dies mitbekommen hatte kam sie zum Tisch und blaffte uns an wieso wir nicht zwei Minuten warten könnten. Danke und auf auf Wiedersehen

Ate bruschetta with shrimp and bacon. 2 small shrimps and 1 strip of bacon no 10 cm. Price performance doesn't work at all.

The waitress didn't seem to want any customers... and our friends had to bring the ashtray to the table themselves. But they are “just” tourists. They go again and the next ones come...
