We were there today with 2 adults, our son and our baby. The service was great, the food was really good. My son and I had the small one, which we didn't think was too small, and a side dish of fries that were also really tasty. People even asked if there was anything good they could do for the baby. We'll definitely be back... Thank you

I was allowed to dine at Bonkers today due to a business lunch. After much deliberation, I decided on the four-cheese bacon. It was really an absolute taste experience for me! I have rarely eaten such a good burger. If it was perhaps even the best burger I've ever eaten! Guys...you have to go there!!! Oh yeah...the boss is an absolutely cool guy by the way ;)

Average food for a very high price. The "big" burgers were normal burgers for us, so they really weren't big. The service was also rather poor, in between there were no questions about whether everything was ok or whether you wanted something more to drink...

We celebrated our civil wedding there with over 25 guests. We previously put together some starters together with the owner. The starter and main courses were all very tasty and very extensive! The service staff and the owner reacted spontaneously to the increase in the number of guests on the day of the celebration. We can highly recommend Bonkers!

The burgers were very small for 10€ (small). Patty was very well done and even smaller than the bun. €1.50 for mayonnaise with the €7.50 fries is a bit cheeky. Drinks were good and the ambience was nice. So it's worth drinking but not worth eating.

Super cozy atmosphere, totally friendly, fast, attentive service! I've been there many times now and have tried all the vegetarian burger variations. I'm super excited, I've never had such good vegan/vegetarian burgers anywhere, super tasty and great selection! It's amazing what the kitchen does there!!! The drinks selection is top, not your run-of-the-mill standard. Will definitely come by often to nibble :-) Since some people complain about the prices... for this good quality, absolutely reasonable in my opinion... or just eat there on Sunday and even save 10 percent on the entire price!!!

Nice place. Very nice, courteous service. Were there again for a very long time. Don't get me wrong, it was a lovely evening! The food was really delicious and so were the drinks (Bonkers Blonde and cocktails)! However, you have to order everything separately, which will of course be added to the bill. I paid just under €70 alone for 1 burger with fries and 1 dip and 1 mayonnaise, including 3 beers and 1 cocktail. That's quite a number... And we weren't there that long 😂 ...We would like to come back, but unfortunately it's too expensive for us. Nevertheless, if you don't have to worry about money, I can definitely recommend it in terms of taste and service!!! Fresh ingredients, deliciously prepared. 👍

Unfortunately the price/performance ratio doesn't suit us, especially with the drinks. E.g. homemade ICE tea for 6.90 euros, burger in the smaller size is really mini. For 2 people with 2 burgers and 2 drinks left 55 euros. In any case, it was tasty and beautifully prepared, and the service was also quick and friendly.

I think the owner forgot with the drink prices that his burger joint is in Menden at the train station and not on the Cote d'Azur. No lie, these are the highest prices I've seen in recent years. We travel a lot but no one has had the audacity to quote these utopian prices. The taste doesn't match the price. Even with the food, excessive prices are charged for the side dishes. That alone is a reason to visit many other locations in Menden and to avoid B. The owner feels very cool, seems very confident in himself, to put it simply, arrogant. No thanks, we don't need that.

Vor vierzehn Tagen besuchten wir dieses Lokal zufällig am Abend als Familie. Ich war angenehm überrascht von dem roten Teppich am Eingang, ich fühlte mich wie ein Filmstar auf dem roten Teppich in Cannes. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war gemütlich, ich würde sogar sagen heimelig. Die Getränke sind schmackhaft und preislich adäquat. Der Kellner bediente höflich, schnell und unaufdringlich. Ich glaube, sein Name war Max. Das nächste Mal werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen. Uns hat alles gefallen, wir hatten ein angenehmes Erlebnis. Ich kann es getrost empfehlen.

Top restaurant🫶🏻 Fries were well cut, double fried, good dip, soft on the inside, cross on the outside, just noice😋 Burgers are as they should be: nice and big, hearty, full of flavor❤️ In general, what applies to every very good burger restaurant: If you go out to eat burgers, you should be able to do without two things: counting calories and eating cleanly🌚 Whoever wants them Using a given fork and knife for the burger is strange, but at least you have the option😌 Drinks are also great, both in terms of taste and appearance :D Can definitely recommend Bonkers ❤️

A very pleasant place with a baby seat available. When she saw our baby, a very friendly employee brought her a portion of fries. We ordered two three-cheese bacon and cheese burgers, both of which were delicious. The meat in the burger was of the highest quality. We will come back in any case.

I went to Bonkers again after a few years and was surprised by the prices. Burgers are served without fries or dips and vegan burgers are sometimes more expensive than beef patties. How bad does the meat have to be if the meat-free alternative is more expensive? Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer right for me, but the taste was okay.

Very tasty starters such as roasted buns with dip or feta with salad. Burger and salad also very tasty. Cocktails, beer selection and non-alcoholic drinks are impressive 👏🏻Service helpful and very fast. Toilet clean, equipped with disposable towels for washing hands. The only thing that had a negative effect was the noise and the fact that we were sitting relatively close together with 5 people at a table of 4. Price/performance justified, maybe a little too expensive for some people 🤔 Good quality just costs money 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thank you for an enjoyable evening. We'd love to come back for the next special occasion

All around good restaurant. Fast and friendly service. It feels like you're being served by friends, which goes well with the relaxed atmosphere. The boss isn't afraid to lend a hand either. This is the motto under which David Poloczek has been warmly welcoming you to his Bonkers since 2016. No matter where you come from, Bonkers is Big City Like! The relaxed, industrial-style brick flair near the train station fits the young host and his dynamic team like a glove. The guests are looked after in an open-hearted and open-minded manner, so that nothing is missing. The selection is huge! All around us we were treated to a wide variety of dishes, whether burgers, salads, bowls or specials like ramen. Without exception, everyone was thrilled. There is also so much to discover when it comes to drinks that it will always be worth coming back, as you can only enjoy a fraction of what is on offer in a single visit. So it definitely wasn't the last visit for us! Respect to anyone who has read this far. But why was the long journey still worth it? Eating out is not that easy for us due to various intolerances. Some people might know it. Especially with celiac disease (gluten intolerance) it is a real challenge and not entirely low-risk. Because anyone who has ever eaten the "gluten-free" pasta in a restaurant and then had the time of their life knows what I mean. At Bonkers, food intolerances are dealt with sensitively, which is unfortunately far too rare. Of course it's not easy, but in Bonkers you can definitely do it. Even if there is of course never a 1000% guarantee against gluten contamination. But a clean area in the kitchen, as well as gluten-free cookware and even deep fryers, make it as safe as possible. At this point, big praise! But other intolerances, such as lactose intolerance, are also not a problem. A variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes make it possible to enjoy the meal without making any compromises. So props to Daniel, his service team and the chefs for making it possible that even we can eat there without any problems! Thumbs up.

There were three of us there for the first time, one of whom was in a wheelchair. The team was just super friendly and authentic, they absolutely made sure that we had a great time together. The atmosphere is great, the food overall was simply excellent, and we really enjoyed our time and will be happy to come back. Definitely worth a visit :)

If you are looking for gluten- and wheat-free burgers, you will find them at Bonkers in Menden. I ate there with a few friends and I was really excited ❤️ you can see the cheese burger in small with sweet potatoes and sour cream and it was just delicious!!! Almost everything can be made gluten/wheat free. And if you like home made lemonades: there are strawberries, passion fruit, blueberries etc. I absolutely recommend them to you ❤️ Only the music selection wasn't to my taste, but that was only marginally 😜 Many thanks to the Bonkers team for the delicious evening 💓

Price-performance ratio doesn't fit - neither for the food nor for the drinks. Everything costs extra - fries, sauces... at least mayo and ketchup could be put on the table free of charge. Opaque size information for the burgers, weight information is missing. When asked, they try to show the size instead of stating the weight of the patty.

Die Burger sind optisch und geschmacklich gut, aber das Preisniveau ist doch sehr ambitioniert. Vor allem die Getränkepreise sind überzogen. Softdrinks und Biere sind imo ca. 1€/Glas zu teuer.

Seit Jahren waren wir immer mal wieder drauf und dran dort essen zu gehen Heute haben wir es endlich geschafft und wurden auch nicht enttäuscht Konnten dort einen Geburtstag feiern Sehr entgegenkommend, nettes und freundliches Personal Essen super lecker Getränke besonders die selbstgemachten, einfach klasse Preisleistungsverhältnis etwas höher aber für das was dort geboten wird vollkommen okay Kommen in jedem Fall wieder War wieder da, kann meine erste Rezension nur wiederholen .

Mit einem Wort: Perfekt! Kleine Weihnachtsfeier mit 12 Leuten dort gefeiert. Ambiente mega, Personal & Service herausragend, Essen mega genial. Qualitativ und preislich sehr empfehlenswert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, und können das Bonkers aus vollem Herzen weiterempfehlen. Viele Grüße an David, und danke für die Hilfe beim Fotografieren.

Ich bin das erste mal dagewesen. Ich muss sagen, ein junges tolles Team. Stets gute Laune und freundlich. Burger war echt toll. Man kann sich selber einen zusammen stellen oder auch bestehende erweitern. Ambiente hat was von Industrie und unsere Ecke war wirklich gemütlich. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

War sehr lecker, und ein richtig schönes Ambiente, dazu sehr nettes Personal.

Meine Frau und ich waren das erste Mal dort. Die männliche Bedienung war super zuvorkommend und hat viele Dinge erklärt und angeboten. Top Typ. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wir wählten die großen Burger, den El Mexicano und den Ceasar mit Süßkartoffelpommes. Als die Speisen an den Tisch gebracht wurden war ich etwas irritiert und überrascht, mein Burger war nur halb so hoch wie der meiner Frau. Geschmacklich waren sie beide sehr lecker, aber ich hätte gerne den kleinen Ceasar gesehen. Da wäre vermutlich sehr viel Fläche auf dem Teller. 😉 Daher gibt es hier nur 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ für das Essen. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung würde ich persönlich weder weiterempfehlen noch ein zweites Mal zu Bonkers gehen. Immerhin kostet der große Burger 16,90 💶 !

Ich habe zwei Burger zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit waren sie fertig. Einziger Minuspunkt : für einen laut Karte grossen Burger fand ich sie eher normal gross. Der Pattie war viel kleiner als das Brötchen. Geschmacklich sehr gut. Preis dafür zu hoch. 30 Euro ohne Beilage ist zuviel. Personal nett und freundlich. Leider aufgrund des Preis Leistungs Verhältnis kein zweiter Besuch.

Waren schon mehrfach im Bonkers. Hier gibt es seit langem eine syrische Köchin, welche eine Mischung aus arabischer und moderner Küche fabriziert. Der Service ist schnell und zuvorkommend. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Mega Burger, Service und Ambiente! Menden, du hast mein Herz!

Echt super Restaurant. Die Ambiente stimmt absolut. Man fühlt sich schon beim betreten Absolut wohl und wird vom super nettem Personal begrüßt. Hier wird man als Gäste sehr gut behandelt und wird freundlich und hilfsbereit eingeladen. Das Restaurant ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Essen schmeckt ebenfalls sehr gut, jedoch finde ich für die Menge des Essens ist der Preis einfach viel zu hoch. In diesem Punkt gibt es bessere Alternativen für einen ähnlichenGeschmack. Die Preise sollten meiner Meinung nach etwas gesenkt werden, denn 7,50€ für nur einen Buger Small der max. eine Größe von einem halben eigentlich normalen Burger hat ist echt zu viel, auch wenn der echt lecker war. Trotzdem im großen und ganzen ein super Lokal.

Huhu, Vorspeise und Hauptspeise super, Soßen einmalig. Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, Service ist sehr nett, könnte aber häufiger am Tisch vorbei schauen. ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻

Wann immer wir hier sind, sind die Getränke und Speisen echt super lecker, das einzige Manko: verhältnismäßig teuer und die Qualität des Service hängt sehr stark davon ab, welches Personal gerade da ist.

Das Bonkers gehört ohnehin zu den Top-Adressen in Menden. Und in Corona-Zeiten zündet das Bonkers mit seinem Online-Bestellservice ein Licht der Hoffnung an: über ein leicht zu bedienendes Buchungsportal gibt es saftige, perfekt gebratene Burger. Exzellent: wer seinen Burger für 18.45 Uhr bestellt, bekommt ihn dann auch (Abholservice). Ein 1-a-Zeitmanagement. Nur zu empfehlen.

Der Burger Laden in Menden. Gute und auch nicht nur alltägliche Varianten von Hamburger in einem netten Ambiente. Bedienung freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Auswahl und Preise fair. Auch wenn es nicht immer den Anschein macht, ruhig den Reservierunsservice nutzen, an manchen Tagen kann es voll werden. Von uns eine Empfehlung.

Wir waren mit Freunden dort und haben Burger und Clubsandwich gegessen. Burger waren lecker aber das Fleisch war nicht Medium, wie bestellt. Das Clubsandwich war eher fade und die 15,90€ absulut nicht wert. Achtung ein kleines Schälchen Ajoli, max 20gr. Kosten 2,50€. Süßkartoffel Pommes, kleine Portion 4,90€. Bitte mal Preis - Leistung überdenken.

Wir waren vor 4 Wochen zu Viert erstmals im Bonkers. Es war ein toller Abend, was nicht zuletzt an der aufmerksamen Bedienung, den tollen Gerichten und den leckeren Cocktails lag. Wir entschieden uns jeweils für etwas ausgefallenere Burger und diese waren schmackhaft, schön dargeboten und superfrisch. Als besonderes Highlight gibt es Spanisches Cerveca SAN MIGUEL direkt vom Fass, ein weiterer guter Grund dss Bonkers zu loben. Wir kommen in jedem Falle wieder.

Wir sind heute spontan mal im „Bonkers“ eingekehrt, von dem wir schon einiges gehört haben. Kurz und knapp: Cocktails super! Auf eigene Wünsche hinsichtlich anderer Spirituosen wird anstandslos eingegangen - geschmacklich sehr überzeugend! Essen astrein! Wartezeit für Samstag Abend vollkommen okay, geschmacklich wirklich lecker, also auch ohne Cocktails zu empfehlen! Wir kommen wieder & bringen Hunger, Durst und Freunde mit!

Personal/Service > sehr schnelle Aufnahme der Getränke und Speisen > nett und gepflegtes Äußeres > nehmen Verbesserungsvorschläge lächelt an 3. Speisen & Getränke > große Auswahl > Burger kann man individuell zusammenstellen (verschiedenen Soßen,Extras,Burgersoßen) 4. Qualität > wir hatten die Cheeseburger mit Pommes und Sambal Soße > Fleisch ist kein fertiges Patty, schmeckt deshalb sehr lecker und ist saftig! (Auswahl zwischen Medium/Durch ) > Pommes waren gut gewürzt und lecker kross > Sambal Soße, sehr scharf aber lecker > gute Portionen zum satt werden 5.Wartezeit > die Wartezeit Betrag ungefähr 30min was für einen Samstag Abend völlig oke ist 6. Verbesserungen > mich würde es freuen, wenn die Pommes die in den kleinen Töpfen serviert werden in einer kleinen Tüte serviert werden und nicht nur in den Metallbehälter (Hygiene) > die Sambal Soße ein wenig milder abschmecken (Persönliche Meinung) > das die Damen Toilette sauber gehalten werden und zwischen durch mal nach genügend Seife & Papier geschaut wird > vielleicht die Getränke Karte ein wenig verkleinern, da zu viele Karten auf dem Tisch für leichte Verwirrung sorgt & manche Getränke nicht verfügbar sind (weniger ist mehr!!) 7.Fazit Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder. Es hat uns geschmeckt und das ist die Hauptsache! Durch den freundlichen Service wurde uns das Restaurant noch schmackhafter gemacht. I was with my wife and 7 year old grandson returning home after collecting keys for my new house, so as this restaurant was half way and next to the rail station we decided to stop of for a bite to eat. Inside was modern but comfortable, but we decided to sit outside of the sun terrace and for April it was very warm. The waitress who served us was extremely pleasant and we made our order. It was relatively well priced and when it arrived its presentation for a burger was pleasing to the eye. The taste like the presentation was also pleasant. If there was any fault with this location I dont know what it could be, I cant fault it. Really pleasant staff well presented and tasty food in a comforting and welcoming setting. It was great. I didnt finish my entire meal, not be cause it was bad, but because there was so much and I have only half a stomack after an operation. The waitress asked if everything was ok, and I said yes and explained. Her response was, next time you come in, tell us and we will cut it so that if its to much next time we will pack the other half up for you so you can take it home. Really nice and friendly touch. Well done. Recommend this place to anyone.

Dem Motto "Restaurant - Bar - Lounge" entsprechendes Ambiente. Freundlicher Empfang. Getränkebestellung schnell erledigt. Musik zu laut. Wartezeit auf die bestellten Speisen erschien uns etwas lang. Cesar's Salad überraschte mit einigen ungewöhnlichen Zutaten und war mit Soßen etwas überladen. Die Burger waren schmackhaft, teilweise aber nur lauwarm. Zuwenig Personal, daher etwas lange Reaktionszeiten.
