Service could have been better. My girlfriend had ordered another drink. The waiter had forgotten and preferred to play cards with a guest. I asked for sweetener, forgot again and preferred to go back to playing cards.

We had reserved a table for Saturday evening, we were already looking forward to it, we even received an email saying our table was ready and when we arrived it was closed due to technical problems, an email or call would have been nice, thank you

I didn't like the service. But food and drinks were good.

Inside the place is a bit dark and gloomy. The food is quite good, it doesn't blow you away, but it's good.

Service was really bad today. The waitress left us sitting there for 45 minutes and ignored us; they preferred to talk to the people at the counter. And even the payment was unfriendly. We didn't give a tip and even that was just put in our wallet. (We could probably have put down even less and it wouldn't have been noticed). We will probably consider going there again.

The ambience is very pleasant and the food is correspondingly more expensive. But despite the price and the simplicity of some of the dishes, they are deliciously prepared and taste fresh.

We went to Bolero again today. The service was good and the enchiladas were tasty. A massive point of criticism is the noise. I measured almost 90 dbA continuously with my cell phone at our table. The cries of a baby at the table next door are lost in the noise. The waitress has to bend down to communicate. Even though the restaurant was only half full, everyone had to speak very loudly to be understood. This makes it impossible to spend the evening with normal conversations. Very unfortunate.

We had to wait quite a long time until the service came. Unfortunately at 10 p.m. there was nothing left to eat except nachos with a choice of various dips. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, aber auch nicht besser als in vergleichbaren Restaurants. Allerdings finden wir die Atmosphäre sehr nett, auch wenn es mal laut werden kann. Bei schönen Wetter gibt es viele Plätze vor der Tür. Die Cocktails sind lecker und preislich auch o.k.

We arrived at 8:30 p.m. and mentioned that there were a few more coming. We weren't allowed to sit on the street because there wouldn't be any service there; You are also not allowed to put tables together. After we continued to be ignored we left. Overpriced food! As if it wasn't enough, another 10% is added without you noticing. Without a clue, you also pay tips because it's a given! Only later do you realize that you paid over 20 euros for a normal Hamburg menu with 0.2 CC drinks without any frills, and there wasn't even a single ketchup or mayo in it. Yes, yes, miscalculated, definitely by accident. I also don't think it's okay if six people order two plates of starter together, but only five small slices of bread are served with it. A little more slice of bread wouldn't have hurt the restaurant, but it would have sent the guest home satisfied. This is called hospitality. Yes, I liked that too.

If you order an American salad with corn at lunchtime and the cook simply forgets the corn, you politely order more, the waiter in charge agrees and when you issue the bill you admit that you forgot it because there is too much going on at lunchtime because of tennis - hmmm, that's a bad double mistake, right?

Selten so etwas abgerocktes gesehen. Alles wenig einladend, Personal bringt seine Familie mit, die Kinder rennen quer durch den leeren Laden. Wollten eigentlich essen, aber haben uns dann umentschieden und gingen wieder. Die Drinks waren auch eher schlecht, Cola war ohne Kohlensäure und der Ipanema mit alten Limonen zubereitet worden. The place had a comfortable atmosphere, the service was really nice and outgoing. I didn't even have to wait so long. However the food selection was not so great and the lighting was very poor in the far back of the restaurant.

Good selection, friendly service, who comes by regularly. The food tasted wonderful. Points only deducted for portion size for some dishes. Also points deducted for the drinks, they were okay, but a bit "stretched" by ice cubes and water and not a very intense taste. All in all a solid recommendation, feel free to take a look. -- Edit: Was there again 2 years later. A condition took a long time to arrive, and you weren't even sat down. Then no starters could be ordered, but this was only said when we wanted to order. Apparently because it was so crowded. It was full, but on other weekends in the summer it will definitely be similarly full. I don't understand why they don't put out a different menu at least then. The vegetarian/vegan selection also leaves a lot to be desired. So starters are “sold” as main courses in the already short selection.

We had a very good lunch there yesterday, I had the Vegan burger and the wife had Tacos. Both dishes were superb, great service and price 100% recommend.

Top 3 worst restaurant visits. After organizing the menu ourselves, we waited 35 minutes before we were allowed to place our order. In the meantime we had tipped off the waiter three times. There was no word of apology, just an annoyed look at how dare we were to try to order from this establishment. While ordering we were informed that 80% of the dishes were not in stock (this could have been done earlier). After ordering, we waited another 45 minutes until the food finally came, and here too there was no word of apology, apparently the norm. If we hadn't been so hungry, we would definitely have left the store before ordering, which probably wouldn't have been noticed since paying guests seem to be more of a nuisance than welcome. Conclusion: Food was okay, service and ambience were a straight six.

The service was a complete disaster. I was there at lunchtime and in the evening, the service had nothing under control....waited for what felt like hours for a beer, and the service staff in the evening was one of the unfriendly things I've ever seen. Sorry, didn't work at all.

Good food, tapas a bit too salty. Unfortunately slow (over 30 minutes for tapas), but very friendly staff. A great atmosphere and you feel very comfortable. All in all, highly recommended.

We met a friend there for lunch during our lunch break. The service was unwilling and even rude. The pulled pork burger was really subpar. Tasteless, a completely soggy bottom bun and lukewarm at best. Can't recommend lunch!

We have several Jumbo Ordered mojitos. Some were with sugar, others without... The cellar was having a bad day and was not friendly. The kitchen was closed 2 hours before closing time and we could only order one round at the bar. It would be great if it were there somewhere so we could prepare for it... But the price-drink size ratio is great.

Unfortunately, Hamburg is just a village and not a city. Were there on a Friday evening at 10:15 p.m. Kitchen was already closed. We would have liked to have something to eat. Opening time according to the internet until midnight. It's a shame, so only one star.

Here you can find burgers, fries, wraps and a lot of Mexican cuisine. A wide selection of drinks and also non-alcoholic cocktails. I had the pulled pork fries with red cabbage coleslaw, it was delicious! Service was good from the waiter, thank you.

Friday evening, very crowded, very loud

After waiting twenty (20!) minutes without getting any tickets, let alone the dirty dishes being cleared away, we left... which no one noticed.

At 11 p.m. it was the last round for drinks. Kitchen was already closed. Not a word about it on the website? It says "open end") or on the menu. Very unfortunate.

Conclusion: THE CHECKOUT AUTOMATICALLY CHARGES € 10 ON IT!!!!???? IS IT ONLY US THAT HAPPENED???? WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE CASH REGISTER???!!!! MANIPULATED???? We'll get our money back, of course! There is the following explanation: American fries and chilli cheese fries were not priced at €5 each. It's probably an internal problem that IT is aware of. My conclusion: The customer could have been informed about this (however, understaffing must be taken into account) Conclusion: Gastronomy depends on staff in service as well as in the kitchen

An almost endless selection of cocktails that overwhelmed me personally. Everything prepared with a lot of love. Can't judge the food, I concentrated on drinking. Has three Jumbo Jackson 5. If the food is given a lot of love, the result can only be great. Everyone should have a Bolero near them.

Friday evening 11.30 p.m., the sign outside says open end, we are delighted. It's already tidied up inside and there's an after-work atmosphere. We probably would have had another beer, but we preferred to go somewhere else. A pity.

Very tasty food, very friendly, attentive and really fast service. Large menu with lots of choice. The prices for the food are reasonable. A bit uneasy due to the large window front on the main street. Parking is very difficult and everything is in a parking zone for €3/h. Subway right outside the door. Overall, a clear recommendation!

Gertränke kommen 15 Minuten nach dem Essen, ein höflich angefragtes Extrabrot zum Chili wird einem mit verächtlichem Schwung auf den Tisch gepfeffert als wäre man irgendein Penner. Darauf angesprochen,wird die blonde Möchtegern-influencer-Bedienung patzig und lügt einem was vor von vollem Haus, obwohl grade mal 3 weitere Tische besetzt waren. Fazit: Wer überteuerten Durchschnittsmampf bevorzugt und noch dazu eine masochistische Ader hat, dem werden die arroganten Unverschämtheiten hier schmecken. Die Cocktails bei Bolero sind richtig gut! Schmecken super und sind kräftig. Der Service ist ebenfalls sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Kann man nicht meckern. Das Essen dort ist leider eine Katastrophe. Es gibt sehr viel Verbesserungsbedarf. Da fehlt leider die Leidenschaft zum kochen. Es werden durchgeweichte Pommes serviert oder komplett durchgeweichte (vom Belag) Nachos. Aber für Cocktails richtig gut!!

Egal, ob alleine, zu zweit oder in der Gruppe , drinnen oder auch draußen, es findet sich immer eine passende Sitzgelegenheit..Die Qualität des Essens ist sehr gut und schmackhaft...Das Angebot der Getränke sehr vielseitig..Die Sauberkeit des Restaurants und auch das WC ist sehr sauber.. Die Preise sind angemessen. Toll ist auch die Nähe zur U Bahn Hallerstraße..

Das Lokal ist super mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen und es sind auch ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten, sowohl Innen als auch Außen vorhanden. Die Toiletten sind ebenerdig zu erreichen und die Toilettentüren schließen komplett. Einen Tisch kann man über das Internet reservieren, aber die zwei Mal, die wir dort waren, war dies nicht nötig. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Cocktails, die ohne großes Schickimicki daherkommen. Unaufregend trinkbar. Wir hatten Rhabarber Fizz, der erst durch das Eis nach ein paar Minuten stehen kühl wurde. Zum Essen hatte ich einen Double Cheese Burger, bei dem das Brötchen leider ein wenig trocken war. Ansonsten war der Burger essbar. Meine Freundin hatte Nachos Carne, bei der man mit viel Mühe ein paar Bohnen und Hack gefunden hat. Sehr schade, dadurch wurden die Nachos sehr dröge. Das kenne ich deutlich besser. Meine Freundin hatte noch einen Latte Macchiato, an den sie die Bedienung noch extra mal erinnern musste. Von diesem war sie aber sehr begeistert. Vom Service waren wir diesmal allerdings sehr enttäuscht. Viel Personal, aber wenig Aufmerksamkeit. Dreckige Geschirr wurde bei Aufnahme einer weiteren Bestellung nicht mitgenommen, das Erinnern an den Kaffee, das Nicht-Fragen, ob man noch Getränke möchte, das Nicht-Fragen nach einer Rechnung/Beleg beim Bezahlen… Für den Hunger zwischendurch ohne große Ansprüche kann man hier hingehen, aber uns verschlägt es hier vermutlich nicht mehr her.

Ein sehr netter und zuvorkommenden Service, niedrige Preise trotz top Lage in der nähe des Tennis Staadions. Mit etwas Glück kann man auch den ein oder anderen Sportler treffen. Zum Essen muss man nicht viel sagen, außer Wir kommen auf jedem fall wieder!!

Ich war nie ein Freund dieser Küche, doch die Falafel Bowl war so lecker dass sie mich überzeugt eine Bewertung zu schreiben. Der Service ist Top. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung, hier sollte , wie bereits bei der Speisekarte geschehen, über etwas zeitgemäßes nachdenken. Dennoch lohnt sich ein Besuch.

Das Essen ist für den Preis OK aber der Service sticht hervor. Davon können sich auch teurere Restaurants ńe Scheibe abschneiden. Am Ende ist der Service genauso wichtig wie das Essen.Mindestens.

Habe einen Cheeseburger gegessen und alkoholfreien Cocktail mit Maracujasaft getrunken. Der Burger hat ganz gut geschmeckt, war aber leider etwas zu trocken, da nicht viel Soße drauf war. Der Nachtisch war leider auch kein schokokuchen mit flüssigem Kern, hat aber trotzdem sehr gut geschmeckt. MitarbeiterInnen sehr freundlich!

Man sitzt draussen zwischen U-Bahn und Rothenbaumchaussee - es gibt romantischere Orte, aber der Bürgersteig ist hier sehr breit, somit sitzt man schon gut. Wir waren das erste mal in dem Restaurant essen. Wir hatten Vorspeisen und Hauptgänge, teils vegetarisch teils mit Fleisch. Uns hat es beides sehr gut gefallen und wir fanden die Atmosphäre als auch den Geschmack sehr gut. Bedienung war auch sehr höflich und schnell da. Würde es jeden Empfehlen der ein gutes Restaurant sucht wo man auch noch gemütlich was Trinken kann.

Wir wollten einen netten Mädels Abend verbringen und haben uns Tacos bestellt, die Tacos schmeckten uralt, Hähnchen war zäh und irgendein Bestandteil schmeckte nach altem Fisch. Wir haben versucht die Tacos zu essen, aber dann doch ca. die Hälfte zurückgehen lassen, da es einfach nur ekelhaft und ungenießbar war. Die zweite Bedienung mit Akzent war leider sehr unaufmerksam, auch als wir zahlen wollten, ist sie erstmal zu den anderen Tischen gegangen. Gegen den ekelhaften Geschmack habe ich mir noch ein alkoholisches Getränk bestellt und auch damit kommentiert, dass ich den Geschmack wegbekommen muss. Wir haben tatsächlich die volle Rechnung bekommen. Definitiv kein Trinkgeld gegeben. Ich gebe immer Trinkgeld. Die Getränke waren in Ordnung. Solche Tacos anzubieten ist echt eine Frechheit. Ich hätte das Fleisch nichtmal meinen Hunden mehr gegeben. Das Krasse ist noch, dass die Bedienung schon wußte, dass die Tacos nach Fisch schmecken. Nehmt sie doch bitte von der Karte oder schmeißt Eure abgelaufenen Zutaten einfach weg.

Wir hatten Glück, weil es zu der Zeit unseres Besuches gerade leckere Jumbococktails gab. Mein Steak wurde auf einem sehr heißen Teller serviert. Ich wollte es aber gerne rare essen und konnte den guten Servierzustand nur retten, indem ich es sofort mit der Gabel rettete und einen kalten Teller nachorderte. Die freundliche Bedienung kam meinem Wunsch sofort nach und ich konnte es danach genüsslich verspeisen.

Sind ohne Vorbestellung mit 5 Personen angekommen und bekamen sehr schnell einen Platz. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und half, wo sie nur helfen konnte. Wir hatten 5 unterschiedliche Essen und alle waren voll zufrieden.Die Cocktails dazu standen dem Essen in nichts nach.. Das Ambiente des Restaurants war echt gut, obwohl ich bei der grösse der Fläche befürchtungen hatte. Es war gemütlich und angenehm und auch die Lautstärke war gemessen an der Menge von Menschen im Restaurant akzeptabel. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen.

Hvis man kan lide at spise samtidig med at man mærker lifestyle baren omkring sig- er dette sted eXklusivt..der er hygge mørkt i belysningen- men maden er super god og der er intet at mørkelægge...høje stole...hurtig betjening...og servering af maden..God anderledes oplevelse...Men bliv ikke irriteret over hygge belysningen..Dette er Hamburg på en bred gade med X faktor...!

Wir waren zum Abendessen im Bolero. Die Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich und sehr flink. Das Restaurant war brechend voll und trotzdem wurden wir schnell und kompetent versorgt. Wir waren auf Empfehlung dort und können das Restaurant auch weiterempfehlen. Die Reservierung über Bookatable hat problemlos funktioniert und das Verschieben unserer Ankunftszeit war auch möglich. Uns hat es gefallen, das Essen war sehr gut.

Zum dritten Mal besucht und wieder begeistert. Sehr leckeres Essen und super Cocktails. Personal was einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen abliest. Immer wieder sehr gern! Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Lautstärke wirkt wie in einer Bahnhofshalle.
