Great value for money. The food is freshly prepared. It was a delight. I'll be back!

Unfortunately, it was disappointing. My friend ordered the teriyaki chicken, and there was a piece of Styrofoam in it. We reported it, and although the dish was remade, there was no apology or small gesture like dessert. Unprofessional in my opinion—this shouldn't happen.

The order arrived after more than an hour and a half, cold of course. For this price, I really expected something different.

Central location, fast food – but nothing was crispy. I recently went to the Bok Asian snack bar in Hamburg-Altona, right by the train station – great location, quick ordering, open kitchen, and thanks to a vibration sensor, a modern system. The dishes are usually ready in 10-15 minutes, even when the place is full. However, my last dish – the "crispy duck" – was a real disappointment: Wiggly skin, the meat anything but crispy, and the sauce… well, the consistency and color were more reminiscent of medically questionable conditions than an Asian taste experience. The crispy chicken here is much better – I'd rather recommend it. Also: The cutlery wasn't always clean, and I'd like to see a bit more attention to hygiene when it comes to Asian fast food, especially near the train station. The Bok restaurants used to be part of a chain, but today, everyone seems to be doing their own thing – unfortunately, this is also evident in the highly fluctuating quality. Conclusion: Fast, affordable, and centrally located, but be careful with the duck.

The food is truly excellent. Regarding the service, I can only give it three stars, unfortunately, because at BOK, you can't order your food at the table; you have to pick it up at the counter. While the service is good, and the staff keep the tables clean, I had to go back to the counter because none of the outdoor tables had chili sauce or soy sauce on them. The ambiance is standard—nothing special, but not bad either.

David's delivery was absolutely top-notch! Super reliable, punctual, and very friendly. Everything arrived in perfect condition, exactly as agreed. You can immediately tell that his work is important to him. I'm completely satisfied and would order from BOK again anytime. Thank you, David!

Bok in Altona reminded me of American fast food restaurants without a drive-thru. You get a pager that you activate for pickup. I was disappointed with the food, as I'm used to more flavor and specialty from other Korean restaurants. At least the vegetables were fresh and well-balanced. The price-performance ratio was "okay" in my opinion, with some reservations.

I went here based on the 4.5 star reviews and expected it to be fairly good but i have to say this is the worst AND most expensive sushi i have eaten in my entire life :(. I got the crispy ebi rolls for 15€ and they were mushy. So mushy that the Fischrogen on the top were just piles of orange slime and the salad in the side was not pickled or flavoured in any way. Really disappointed but the service was good and all.

I really enjoyed it! Friendly staff, fair prices, and incredibly delicious food! Highly recommended! The ambiance is extremely spartan, but the restaurant isn't my first choice for a candlelit dinner anyway!

The food was delicious and served quickly. Good value for money. Like in a cafeteria, you have to pick up your food at the counter. The kitchen is open to view, and it's fun to watch the cooks at work.

Our absolute favorite Asian restaurant in Hamburg. We went there twice in one week. WE LOVE IT!

Excellent food and great portions, the chicken was sadly too hard to cut or eat. The soup was excellent! The price for the quality or the rest of our food and size is great. Service was super friendly and fast. Although it's a self-service restaurant where you have to pick up your order, the staff was very nice and helped us carry the order to the table.

It's great that there are several vegan dishes to choose from! The fried noodles with tofu tasted good. The vegetables were crisp and fresh. The tofu was pretty tasteless though. I ordered takeaway. The order was ready for pickup when I arrived. For the price the portion could be a little larger.

I had a bibimbap with beef. Unfortunately, this had nothing to do with original Bibimbap. Bowl cold, rice lukewarm. Egg pre-fried as a fried egg. Too bad

Chicken teriyaki doesn't really have chicken in it, just vegetables that don't taste good, not recommended. The other dishes, however, are good, even if there are too many vegetables everywhere for my taste

We really enjoyed our meal there today. Friendly employees and a pleasant atmosphere. The drinks were also really excellent. We'll be back soon because the Korean chicken was really delicious.

The miso soup is not rich, as if the required portion of paste was diluted to twice the volume. Krispy Chicken Bowl is a different story: only the rice is good. Further, point by point: there is almost no chicken, the entire breading is deep-fried, the fried egg on top is burnt, supposedly the chicken (read “breading”) is neatly laid out along the edges of the plate around the fried egg, in fact it is missing in the middle of the dish. For some reason they added mayonnaise to all this splendor. In general, if you want a person who is trying Asian cuisine for the first time to absolutely not like it, be sure to come. I strongly do not recommend this establishment

Our experience here is that reviews that are unsuitable for the company based on customer experiences are deleted due to “defamation”. Update after company response: For us, dealing constructively with customer experiences does not include leaving an evaluation based on experiences on a topic for several years and then using the above strategy. It doesn't taste good and it's still expensive

We had a very tasty meal there. For older people it is a little more difficult because of the stairs down and the menu only on the screen.

First: This is not an authentic Korean restaurant. The food is supposed to be “Korean,” the music on the speaker is Korean, and the menu is in Korean – but the food is more Vietnamese, and none of the staff are Korean. That would still be fine, but there were 3 serious errors: 1. The restaurant was only 20% full, there were only two of us, and yet our food came very late (about 15 minutes). Even worse, the other person had to wait another 10 minutes (25 minutes in total). 2. The waitress should have brought the food (the first dish was ready and we had to hand over our transmitter). Instead, she simply left the second dish cold on the counter. Rude and stupid to expect the customer to check for themselves if the food is ready, especially since we no longer had the transmitter and were told the food would be brought. 3. You took our order incorrectly. We ordered SoBul and the employee confirmed it with “SoBul”. However, in the end it turned out that he had typed Pho. Then the waitress complained that we should have known better. Ridiculous. Never again, and advise everyone to avoid this place.

In the kitchen the staff wears hats and scarves. It is correspondingly cold in the guest room. I don't understand why there is simply no heating.

Food okay portions could be bigger.

I'm quite disappointed that when I picked up my pre-ordered food I discovered that the food on site was up to 3 euros cheaper than what I paid. Overall, for an order of three main courses I paid 8 euros more than it would have cost in the restaurant. “Service fee” is what the service person means. But what service am I wondering if I order on your own website (not Lieferando or something) and pick up the things myself? "You could have called." is still offered to me as an option. I even tried several times, but unfortunately I couldn't reach any of you. However, it must also be noted that the food was pretty good and was appetizingly prepared even in the to-go packaging.

I loved the Korean fried chicken. Hasn't been there for a long time. I was looking forward to it but found out...both versions...were changed or replaced with 90% flour and 10% chicken. Unfortunately, that is not an exaggeration. Unfortunately, the new sauces don't taste good at all! I'm sooooo disappointed!

The food was slow and the portions were enormous which was sad because it's really a waste of food. I had the pad thai and I just couldn't finish it. The noodles were chewy. At least the service was friendly and helpful.

Came here today and had pad thai and gebratener Eier Reis, pad thai was very tangy, too much tangy sauce. Couldn't even finish half. Eier Reis was very bland. The glass and cutlery was not properly cleaned. Overpriced for this taste and quality 👎

mango bingsu was good but mango was not ripe

We ate at this restaurant and ordered Korean miso soup, but it tasted sour. After we returned the soup, I told the staff that I was full and didn't want any more soup. However, there was no response from the staff, neither an offer of compensation nor an apology. This experience was disappointing, especially in terms of service. I hope the restaurant can improve such incidents in the future to increase guest satisfaction.

long-established Bok, the classic tom kha soup is always good! But of course there are much more than these!

In the past I would have given the shop 5 stars but now the food has become really expensive but the quality has decreased. The store itself looks very nice, but the toilets are really rancid. I don't know when they were last cleaned but it must have been ages ago or the cleaner has a bad eye problem. Menstrual blood on the toilet seat, dirty floors and walls, no toilet paper. Sorry but that's disgusting. The second toilet is out of service. You have to keep an eye on it more.

Overall, great in all areas, such as service, price performance, cleanliness and of course the taste. If you're looking for good Koranic cuisine, this is the place for you.

We were there recently and ordered chicken and tofu peanut, along with two sodas. Unfortunately, the peanut sauce in both dishes was completely tasteless, as were the lemonades... they only tasted like sparkling water. The chicken meat was so thin and yet I kept biting on the gristle. The tofu was not seasoned well. Since you practically serve yourself, I can't give any stars for the service, but I find it cheeky that they ask for a tip with the EC device. The location itself is fine, modern but has a canteen feel inside.

Best korean chicken in Hamburg!!

It can't really be compared to an Asian restaurant, I personally would describe it as a "pan-Asian McDonald's". However, if you are aware of it, it's okay. The menu includes many different dishes inspired by different corners of Asia. It's really not authentic - but it doesn't have to be. If you like to eat Asian fast food and want your meal within 5 - 10 minutes, this is the place for you. There are no waitresses. Instead, you place your order at the counter and then receive a kind of buzzer that you take with you to your seat. This buzzer sounds as soon as the food is ready and you pick it up yourself at the counter. You pay immediately after ordering, i.e. before you receive your food. You put the dishes away yourself later, but this aspect doesn't bother me at all. About the food: It was okay. Unfortunately nothing special, I was hoping for more. I ordered the "Bún Bò" (= lukewarm rice noodle salad with beef, peanuts, fried onions, vegetables and herbs in a chili-lime sauce). Unfortunately, I was very disappointed because the whole dish tasted very bland. I would like to mention that I have eaten the dish in other restaurants where it didn't taste like "nothing". I also think that for a price of €13.90, the amount of meat and vegetables I received is really too little. In the picture it looks more than it actually was. I only had about 5 extremely narrow strips of mango, and the mango wasn't even ripe! The meat wasn't particularly good either and there was really very, very little meat. The atmosphere was rather hectic and similar to that of a McDonald's or Burger King. So I didn't like it that much. However, the toilets are very clean and hygienic! A big plus for that! The staff behind the counter was also extremely friendly!

Today I was eating at Bok again after a long time and was looking forward to the food because I always found it very tasty. This time, however, I found it really underground. I had tofu teriyaki and it tasted so incredibly sweet that I felt really sick halfway through. The fact that the sauce contained traces of goo also contributed to this. So my recommendation is to save on something like that, especially because it's not cheap.

I've been going to Bok for years now and have tried practically the entire menu. The Vietnamese dishes such as Pho and the Bun dishes are highly recommended. These taste very authentic, just like in Vietnam. Otherwise, you have to say that the price-performance ratio at Bok Sushi is unbeatable. It tastes totally fresh and just right for a sushi lover. Since the location is right next to Altona train station, Bok's food is perfect for a meal before your next trip or to take with you on the train. Keep it up dear Bok team!!!

Quick cheap food. Always works. It's gotten a lot better. The portions are large and also have a lot of vegetables and nuts. If you don't mind the canteen atmosphere, you'll get something nice on your plate. Update: It has undergone some renovations and the portions have improved. More sauce on the fried chicken.

As always delicious! What I noticed is the significant price increase of around 50%. As an example, the Bibimbap, previously €9.90 and now €14.90. I think that's really steep for a self-service snack bar!
