Super tasty! Every time I'm in Hamburg I enjoy a meal at BOK!

I loved the Korean fried chicken. Hasn't been there for a long time. I was looking forward to it but found out...both versions...were changed or replaced with 90% flour and 10% chicken. Unfortunately, that is not an exaggeration. Unfortunately, the new sauces don't taste good at all! I'm sooooo disappointed!

The food was slow and the portions were enormous which was sad because it's really a waste of food. I had the pad thai and I just couldn't finish it. The noodles were chewy. At least the service was friendly and helpful.

Came here today and had pad thai and gebratener Eier Reis, pad thai was very tangy, too much tangy sauce. Couldn't even finish half. Eier Reis was very bland. The glass and cutlery was not properly cleaned. Overpriced for this taste and quality 👎

I recommend the 93, peanut duck. Really delicious. I'm 100% satisfied and would love to come back.

We ate at this restaurant and ordered Korean miso soup, but it tasted sour. After we returned the soup, I told the staff that I was full and didn't want any more soup. However, there was no response from the staff, neither an offer of compensation nor an apology. This experience was disappointing, especially in terms of service. I hope the restaurant can improve such incidents in the future to increase guest satisfaction.

long-established Bok, the classic tom kha soup is always good! But of course there are much more than these!

In the past I would have given the shop 5 stars but now the food has become really expensive but the quality has decreased. The store itself looks very nice, but the toilets are really rancid. I don't know when they were last cleaned but it must have been ages ago or the cleaner has a bad eye problem. Menstrual blood on the toilet seat, dirty floors and walls, no toilet paper. Sorry but that's disgusting. The second toilet is out of service. You have to keep an eye on it more.

Overall, great in all areas, such as service, price performance, cleanliness and of course the taste. If you're looking for good Koranic cuisine, this is the place for you.

Unfortunately, the food didn't convince us. The rice was cold and tasteless. The meat was lukewarm and didn't taste good either. But the employees are friendly.

As always, a disaster. I advise against ordering from BOK. The picture speaks for itself! So the food was handed to us and immediately afterwards the bag burst.

We were there recently and ordered chicken and tofu peanut, along with two sodas. Unfortunately, the peanut sauce in both dishes was completely tasteless, as were the lemonades... they only tasted like sparkling water. The chicken meat was so thin and yet I kept biting on the gristle. The tofu was not seasoned well. Since you practically serve yourself, I can't give any stars for the service, but I find it cheeky that they ask for a tip with the EC device. The location itself is fine, modern but has a canteen feel inside.

Best korean chicken in Hamburg!!

It can't really be compared to an Asian restaurant, I personally would describe it as a "pan-Asian McDonald's". However, if you are aware of it, it's okay. The menu includes many different dishes inspired by different corners of Asia. It's really not authentic - but it doesn't have to be. If you like to eat Asian fast food and want your meal within 5 - 10 minutes, this is the place for you. There are no waitresses. Instead, you place your order at the counter and then receive a kind of buzzer that you take with you to your seat. This buzzer sounds as soon as the food is ready and you pick it up yourself at the counter. You pay immediately after ordering, i.e. before you receive your food. You put the dishes away yourself later, but this aspect doesn't bother me at all. About the food: It was okay. Unfortunately nothing special, I was hoping for more. I ordered the "Bún Bò" (= lukewarm rice noodle salad with beef, peanuts, fried onions, vegetables and herbs in a chili-lime sauce). Unfortunately, I was very disappointed because the whole dish tasted very bland. I would like to mention that I have eaten the dish in other restaurants where it didn't taste like "nothing". I also think that for a price of €13.90, the amount of meat and vegetables I received is really too little. In the picture it looks more than it actually was. I only had about 5 extremely narrow strips of mango, and the mango wasn't even ripe! The meat wasn't particularly good either and there was really very, very little meat. The atmosphere was rather hectic and similar to that of a McDonald's or Burger King. So I didn't like it that much. However, the toilets are very clean and hygienic! A big plus for that! The staff behind the counter was also extremely friendly!

Today I was eating at Bok again after a long time and was looking forward to the food because I always found it very tasty. This time, however, I found it really underground. I had tofu teriyaki and it tasted so incredibly sweet that I felt really sick halfway through. The fact that the sauce contained traces of goo also contributed to this. So my recommendation is to save on something like that, especially because it's not cheap.

I've been here several times and so far I've always been satisfied. Above all, the non-alcoholic cocktails, bibimbap and kimbap are absolutely recommended. Another plus point is the friendly service at Bok.

I've been going to Bok for years now and have tried practically the entire menu. The Vietnamese dishes such as Pho and the Bun dishes are highly recommended. These taste very authentic, just like in Vietnam. Otherwise, you have to say that the price-performance ratio at Bok Sushi is unbeatable. It tastes totally fresh and just right for a sushi lover. Since the location is right next to Altona train station, Bok's food is perfect for a meal before your next trip or to take with you on the train. Keep it up dear Bok team!!!

Quick cheap food. Always works. It's gotten a lot better. The portions are large and also have a lot of vegetables and nuts. If you don't mind the canteen atmosphere, you'll get something nice on your plate. Update: It has undergone some renovations and the portions have improved. More sauce on the fried chicken.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a big hit here. 1 star is already too much, you wait far too long for your food and there are no conditions. Price performance too expensive.

Very tasty, non-alcoholic cocktails, fast service and great food. Many different dishes. And current K-Pop songs. What more do you need? Even my parents were thrilled.

A nice train station, spacious with good shops. I particularly like the bus station with its many bus connections.

They used to be good. Now I don't like coming over anymore. The prices have risen quite a bit (like almost everywhere) but considering it's a self-service shop...too high. The location is of course great. The food is mostly good. The employees are rather apathetic. No longer an option for me.

As always delicious! What I noticed is the significant price increase of around 50%. As an example, the Bibimbap, previously €9.90 and now €14.90. I think that's really steep for a self-service snack bar!

Everything is great here: good selection of dishes, consistent quality, delicious food, prompt delivery, moderate prices. Nothing more is needed.

The food is super tasty and inexpensive. Since you order the food and drinks at a counter and pick them up there, there isn't really a service, but it's not necessary. Unfortunately the atmosphere is more reminiscent of a fast food restaurant but otherwise everything is great. There are many vegetarian and many vegan dishes.

Sehr leckeres Essen. War letzte Woche 2mal da um die Wartezeit für den Zug zu überbrücken, einmal auch Sushi für Zuhause mitgenommen. Alles war sehr lecker :)

Sehr schickes, kleines Lokal. Man bekommt sein Essen super schnell und der Bestellvorgang an sich ist sehr einfach und übersichtlich. Das Essen schmeckt echt lecker und m.M.n. sehr authentisch. Preislich sind die Gerichte etwas teuerer auf den ersten Blick, jedoch sind die Portionen auch dementsprechend. Von meiner Seite aus eine klare Empfehlung.

Das Essen schmeckt wunderbar, entspricht allerdings eher einem Imbiss. Das Ambiente ist auch eher einem Imbiss entsprechend. Dennoch kann ich an der Qualität des Essens und der Getränke nichts aussetzen. Der Preis ist angemessen, aber am oberen Ende der Angemessenheit. Ein Besuch, um schnell zu essen, lohnt sich. Wer gern länger verweilen möchte und kulinarisch etwas gehobeneres erwartet, sollte von einem Besuch absehen.

Das Essen hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Raum im Souterrain ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, mit recht schlichten Tischen, gleicht aber durch farbenfrohe Gestaltung manches aus.

自助点餐，自助端菜，主要是韩国菜，也有其他亚洲的菜，味道还算过得去。在altona火车站附近，人均十几欧就可以吃饱，很适合不知道吃什么的时候随便吃吃的地方。

Das Essen war nichts Besonderes, viel zuwenig Fleisch im Curry, dafür zuviel wässrige Soße. Der Geschmack ist ausbaufähig, der Preis nicht angemessen. Service: null, weil Selbstbedienung. Ambiente: sehr nüchtern. Fazit: war früher mal gut, jetzt leider nicht mehr.

Das Essen ist lecker und gut. Die Preise sind angemessen, allerdings es länger gedauert, bis die einfache Vorspeise fritiert wurde. Das Lokal liegt direkt außerhalb des Bahnhofs Altona und ist eine Alternative zu den dortigen Fastfood Lokalen im Bahnhof. Man kann drinnen und draußen sitzen.

Seit längerer Pause wieder mal hier gewesen. Vor der Pandemie immer gerne hier gegessen. Seitdem hat die Qualität aber sehr abgenommen, abgesehen davon dass die leckersten Gerichte vom Menu entfernt wurden. Ich habe Verständnis für die Preiserhöhungen. Bei einer Preiserhöhung von zum Teil 80% darf man aber doch erwarten dass die Portionen nicht auch noch kleiner werden. Die Reisportionen sind mittlerweile ein Witz. Sehr enttäuschend, werde nicht wieder herkommen. Falls ihr die Pikant Gerichte wieder einführt, würde ich es nochmal ausprobieren. Der aktuelle Stand ist für mich aber nicht befriedigend. Kannte man den Laden vor der Pandemie nicht hat man evtl einen besseren Eindruck, als den von mir geschilderten.

Hier kann man gut essen gehen, wenn man Lust auf asiatische Gerichte hat. Hier gibt es von allem ein bißchen, japanisch, koreanisch, chinesisch und thai. Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker und preislich voll in Ordnung! Der beste Asia-Schnellimbiss in Altona, alle anderen im Bahnhof kannste knicken.

Gutes Essen mit Kleinigkeiten zum verbessern. Etwas schade das es draußen keine Sitzpolster gibt. Das Gericht ( Bun Bo) hat etwas grob vom Schnitt der Zutaten und des abschmecken gewirkt. Ich finde das Gericht lebt von der Liebe zum Detail wodurch ein Aromenfeuer beim essen entsteht, das hat mir hier leider gefehlt . Lecker war es trotzdem

Asian cuisine essentially spearheaded globalisation (a statement with zero factual backing on my part, but I've had a few beers, so whatever, eh, ftw). You can get Asian food almost anywhere in the world for sure, Every country I visit, I am intrigued by their own rendition of "Chinese food," as it is usually tweaked for the local palette and has its own geographical quirks. A friend from Hamburg recommended this place in Altona. The location was convenient, and my mates Korean chicken dish looked pretty banging. Asian joints in Germany always seem to encompass quite a few cultures/countries. Pho being served alongside Sushi with "coconut soup" as an option also. (Shrugging emoji) I got Bratnudeln mit gemuse und Tofu. It was edible, and I had been on a bender, so the concept of vegetables was appetising in itself. The food was wildly acceptable, and there was beer, so that was nice also. Dankeschon, tschuus!

Bok-t leider nicht mehr so wie früher. Gefühlt ist das einst gute Angebot massiv geschrumpft, zum anderen musste ich feststellen das für Getränke inzwischen Mondpreise aufgerufen werden und die Portionen erkennbar geschrumpft sind. Geschmacklich immerhin passt es noch. Kann es sein das zwischen diesem und den vor Corona besuchen so viel der einstigen Magie dieser Location verloren ging? Irgendwann, es ist wohl auch schon einige Jahre her, stellte man von den Displays mit den Ausgabenummern auf vibrierende und blinkende Pucks um. Wie soll ich sagen, das mir ausgehändigte Gerät tat zwar seinen Dienst, aber wirkte auch schon etwas schmuddelig. Appetitanregend jedenfalls ist das eher nicht! Der Location sei es geschuldet - es ist recht eng und laut in diesem Kellergeschoss. Mag sein das es mich in jugendlichen Jahren weniger gestört hat, dieses mal schon. Bleibt also nur, vom tollen Aroma meines Gerichtes zu schwärmen. Auch wenn ich anschließend leider noch zum Pizza essen musste um satt zu werden.

Die Auswahl der Speisen ist deutlich geringer, als vor ein paar Jahren. Zusätzlich finde ich die Preise auch recht hoch. Da das Essen auch mittelmäßig ist. Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Restaurant ist sehr sauber.

Das Essen war lasch und hatte kaum Geschmack. Dies bestätigten auch weitere Personen, die mit mir gegessen hatten. Gerade im Blick auf den nicht gerade günstigen Preis ist das leider ein großes Manko. Die Toiletten waren widerlich, rochen grauenvoll und sahen auch so aus. Lediglich den Rose Kiss kann ich empfehlen.

Ich esse sehr gerne und oft beim Bok, weil wenn es draussen schön warm ist, esse ich gerne draußen. ICH habe überhaupt nichts zu meckern 😄😄😄. Ich bin sehr zu Frieden.

Sehr relaxte Atmosphäre, freundliche Bedienung und gutes Essen.

Das Essen ist richtig gut. Die Preise sind okay für die Größe der Portionen. Für das Ambiente (Bahnhofsatmosphäre+entspr. Leute) kann das Lokal nichts. Man kann gut drinnen und draußen einen Platz finden.

Wir können den Ort aus früheren Zeiten und damals war es eins der besten asiatischen Hamburgs. Leider hat sich das Bild deutlich gewandelt. Das Ambiente ist sehr stimmig und total modernisiert. Am Tresen erwarten einen große Bildschirme, die die Karte zeigen. Das Restaurant ist dennoch freundlich und hell eingerichtet, und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Personal ist, wie immer, schnell, freundlich und effizient. Die Speisen waren leider diesmal nur durchschnittlich. Speisen, die man auch bei jedem anderen Asia Imbiss in gleicher Qualität essen kann. Hier wurde leider deutlich am falschen Ende gespart. Der Laden ist immer noch gut. Allerdings ist der für uns mit einem weiteren Anreiseweg nicht mehr attraktiv genug.

Ich fand die Mandu Suppe lecker 😋 Wenn gefragt wird, ob zusätzlich Reis erwünscht ist, kostet dieser Extra. Schnelle Zubereitung (es war auch kaum etwas los). Hierbei bestellt man direkt am Tresen.

Wir hatten bei einem Zugwechsel einen Kurzaufenthalt in Altona. Zufällig sind wir auf das Bok gestoßen. Das Essen war sehr gut, preislich in Ordnung und schnell zubereitet. Dabei durften wir einen ganz besonderen Service erfahren. Wir hatten eine Trinkflasche vergessen, an der unsere Tochter sehr hängt. Nach einem Anruf sandte uns das Bok die Trinkflasche per Post nach Hause. Wirklich große Klasse!

Schade eigentlich...vor Corona war das Essen viel besser. Das neue (aktuelle) Konzept der koreanischen Küche kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Warum ? Es schmeckt einfach nicht. Unsere Lieblingsgerichte "Teriyaki Chicken" und "Bratnudeln mit Hühnchen" waren mal richtig klasse. Jetzt ist das Gemüse fast roh und die Teriyaki-Sauce schmeckt nach Nichts.....null Umami..... Sowas kann man auch zuhause kochen. Naja, der Laden war mal viele Jahre unser Stammlokal....aber mit dem aktuellen Konzept wird es leider nix mehr......

Ambiente und Service sehr gut und freundlich. Essen leider nicht. Es war Sand im Essen ( Bratnudeln mit Tofu) was sehr unangenehm war und ekelig. Hoffentlich hat das keine gesundheitlichen schädlichen Folgen. Es war mir zu voll um zu reklamieren, wir waren zu dritt, da hätte ich dann irgendwann allein essen müssen.

Solide 4 Punkte für Bok Altona. Der Laden liegt in der Fußgängerzone und ist nicht für die Abholung per Auto geeignet. Essen war 20 Minuten vor angegebener Abholzeit fertig. Geschmacklich gut, die Inneneinrichtung ist toll bunt und modern.
