I have to be honest, I've never met such a hospitable and warm-hearted person as this man. Everything was perfect, the food, the man, everything was simply wonderful. I would come back every time just for him and this kebab.

Warning!!!! The owner of this kebab shop deliberately cheats you by charging you for more expensive dishes than you actually ordered. If you don't look closely, you'll end up paying the higher price. This has happened to me twice already. He deliberately chooses customers he considers easy to deceive.

A very decent kebab, well-filled with plenty of meat. The salad is fresh, you get feta cheese and pepperoni for free, and the light garlic sauce is particularly tasty. I'm deducting one point because I find the pricing structure with multiple kebab or kebab plate sizes a bit odd. If you don't say anything, you'll definitely be charged for the "large" portion, which would make the kebab a bit too expensive at the current price of €8.90 for a bag or €14.90 for a plate. What I haven't tried yet is whether I would give the above-mentioned positive feedback if I had grilled the small kebab. So, if I could wish for something: make a "regular" size at the regular price and convince people with the large portion and great taste as a free "bonus" so that people will want to come back. Like the uzo at a Greek restaurant. Otherwise, it feels too much like upselling. In the end, though, I'll probably come back even with the extra euro. It is the best kebab in the area.

The doner kebab was truly a disaster. The meat was cold – almost as if it had been chilled by the air conditioning. The taste was absolutely disappointing. The bread was dry and tasteless. The service was also very unfriendly and uncaring. Overall, everything was just bad – neither the meat, nor the bread, nor the service were decent. Please don't be fooled by the 4.5-star reviews – my experience was the complete opposite. Absolutely not recommended!

Their doner is really amazing! Delicious and fresh meat, crispy vegetables and great hot bread. The environment is clean and always has a good atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and especially the boss is a cool and very respectful person, always greets you with a smile. Overall, it's the best doner I've ever had, I recommend you give it a try

Exactly one year after the first original review of this restaurant was deleted (so I have two reviews on my profile, one of which is no longer visible. Thanks to the shop). Reviews of this shop keep getting deleted. As you can see, all the very good reviews are a maximum of one year old, even though the kebab shop has been around for years. Remaining review from May 2023 (referring to the experiences from May 2022): We were the only visitors – two adults and two children. It was Corona time – May 2022, a Saturday around 1 p.m. The man with glasses (owner?) rejected me with an unfriendly gesture (flicking his wrist/fingers) after I expressed my "special request" – a Dürüm doner without onions – and quickly turned to my husband. Unfortunately for him, my husband had the same request. The "server" (sorry) was clearly not satisfied. With a grimace, he rolled two doner rolls, wrapped them, and took the money.

We had a Falafeldürum, a Pomm Döner and two Sesamböreks and I have to say that I have rarely eaten anything worse. The böreks were far dry and had probably been on display for a while. The Pomm Döner was subpar because the fries weren't in the deep fryer long enough and were just soggy. With the Dürum, the ingredients weren't very tasty and the cheese was of absolutely poor quality. Sorry, absolutely not recommended. In comparison, you can find 10x better quality on Münsterstr. Thanks to the older gentleman, the service isn't exactly great either. For example, on the board it says that the price per börek is €2.25, but it almost forced me to take two because that's one portion. Kindness is different All together over €22. For that I would be better off at the chip shop next door

Me and my son are regular customers and have never eaten better kebab anywhere. My son is a foodie and always confirms his opinion when we eat somewhere else. The taste was delicious and the staff treated us very friendly and kindly. Prices are higher than average, but in our opinion the value for money is right. P.S. I'm amazed at how many 1-star comments there are, but hardly any 2-3 star comments. That's very strange, you probably either like the food here very well or not at all - a matter of taste :)

Unfortunately not (any longer) recommended. The food didn't taste good, the Turkish pizza was hard instead of soft, who knows how long it had been lying around. In addition, the prices are absolutely not justified. Too bad

I tried a kebab plate there today. The meat wasn't grilled enough and the fries were fried way too short. All in all it didn't taste good at all. For €13.90 an absolute disgrace. Once and never again.

Was there last night and wanted to get fries as a snack - at first we were rudely and loudly complained that you can only pay with a card if you spend €10 or more. When we wanted to add drinks we were told that drinks don't count towards the €10. Even though we weren't hungry, we ordered 2 more Börek. Instead of spinach and cheese we got 2x Wurstbörek, which was extra nasty because during the conversation we were asked whether we were vegetarians. So when I bit into it I was unpleasantly surprised, apart from the fact that the Börek was bone dry. The fries were the most disgusting fries I have ever eaten (not cheap at €6) - metallic taste of old fat, and not really cooked through even though they were freshly prepared (the 30 seconds more would have been necessary). All around a waste of €10

Escape! Unless you want food poisoning... I was just there. They were working on the neon lights over the meat. With the dust falling on it and the neon lights touching the flesh. The boss also told me that he only serves the "maxi" kebab bag for €8 and not the normal one for €7.

After reading numerous reviews, I decided to see for myself both the quality of the food and the service. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was greeted politely, despite the queue in front of me. The owner attaches great importance to washing his hands thoroughly after every service. My kebab, which I ordered without salad, was generously served with extra meat without me having to explicitly mention it - a detail that is not a given at other providers. My husband's kebab plate was also carefully prepared despite the crowds. Any special request, such as additional cheese, was accommodated at no extra charge. The prices are extremely moderate by Düsseldorf standards, especially in comparison to other restaurants that offer their kebabs at twice the price. The employees were always friendly and courteous. Surprisingly, when I was looking at a börek stick, I was given a warm, fresh stick just like that with a smile. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and cannot understand the negative reviews. Dear future customers of this kebab shop, These are the following points that you should keep in mind if you decide to buy any food here: 1:Low quality of products:If you like poop and burning buttocks, this place is perfect for you. After this kebab I had continuous pee and kaka for two days. (Dünnkaka was also there) 2: A money-hungry owner: Not only does this owner act "friendly", but he also always wants all customers to pay him. Most likely he shoves some of the money into his own pocket (or buttocks) instead of his Pay employees reasonably. 3: High prices (what a surprise): I don't know what it used to be like with them, but back in the day you didn't have to give up your kidney for a thirst quencher, not to mention the price of a kebab or a simple bag of fries. The following points must be taken into account: 1.The godless boss who annoys his employees because they breathe too much. 2.The prices that are too high that Elon Musk can pay. 3.The kebab tastes ok but SPICHERNPLATZ DÖNER on the 1st brother! 4.The boss thinks he's a crazy boy but he's not (yes the boss annoys me because of that two points with him) 5.: And the last point: You have to poop very, very hard (afterwards you had to poop all day)

I have never experienced anything like it! We were actually looking for a new kebab “closer” to our home. However, what I experienced there stunned me. I ordered the food to take away (I received vouchers from the AG essen, not that I had to justify myself) and was promptly insulted by the whrs owner, which made me think of ordering AND paying online. I got 30 for 2 kebabs!! Paid € to then hear that I was a parasite and wanted everything for free. Unbelievable, I just asked on the spot if he could put some chilli powder on a kebab for me. This was never a problem with our kebab tribe and you can package it “differently”. I thought I was falling out of my shoes. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left. That's not possible, so goodbye! And I can't recommend it to anyone, there are so many FRIENDLER restaurateurs.

A very comfortable and friendly establishment. Pleasant, supportive and good-natured staff. Tasty food. Very clean!! Child friendly. Low prices! We paid only 19€ for 2 doners, 2 coffees and a cola. That's less than 10€ per person for a full meal! Super! The only pity is that there is no corn.(( I recommend .

Wouldn't it make more sense to invest in better quality, normal prices and friendly staff instead of spending a lot of money on fake reviews and deleting negative (honest) reviews? The owner is so unfriendly that even as a police officer he would still be conspicuous and the "offsetting" or "rounding up" could be viewed as a calculated additional source of income. Overall, the snack bar is known across districts as an “experience” in Düsseldorf.
