Overall, my visit to the restaurant was very pleasant and I felt comfortable in the ambience at Lake Phönix. The view is very beautiful and the location on Lake Phönix is ​​simply fantastic. The food was consistently delicious and I was really impressed by the presentation of the dishes. I particularly liked the variety of Italian dishes. The service was friendly and attentive, so I felt well looked after. However, I have to make a small deduction for the taste of the pizza. Although it was good, I personally would have liked an even more intense taste. Nevertheless, my visit to the Bocca restaurant at Lake Phönix was a completely successful experience.

Friendly service, delicious food👍😀. And before or after a walk around Lake Phoenix. Went to Bocca again yesterday and weren't disappointed this time either. The pasta dishes (once with truffles and once with ruccola and Parma ham) were excellent, the Lugano wine was well chilled and there was nothing to complain about the service either. We heard from friends that Bocca makes a very good pizza. That's why we decided to go there. The ambience at Lake Phönix is ​​very inviting, but there was no lighting at all at 10 p.m. When we - 4 people - sat down, a male waiter (approx. 180-185cm tall, glasses, beard, dark hair) came up to us and said: “Now quickly, you have to hurry up, otherwise there will be nothing”. Neither an introduction nor a polite welcome. When we decided what we wanted to drink, he took his hand and put it in front of all of our faces to make it clear that we should hurry up. I then replied that the store would not close until 11 p.m. In contrast, he said: “Who says that? The shop closes when I say that and now it looks like you're out of luck because the kitchen is closed." It was clear to us that we weren't eating here and wouldn't be eating in the future due to the very unwelcome manner of the waiter . The ambience was great, but unfortunately the hospitality was catastrophic. Too bad. A little respect and customer satisfaction should be a basic building block.

The food was great with a big volume and reasonable price. The service was nice, the staff was friendly and nice, hospitable. The atmosphere is lovely. Inside & outside, both are very spacy and good setting. A good access for wheelchairs. Friendly to kids, too.

You can sit outside well, there are lots of seats, we were there early in the evening and even got a table without a reservation without any problems, but later all the tables were full. The service was good and friendly. We think payment only by card is a great concept!

Service and food unfortunately disappointing. We had dinner there with several people. The menu looks promising, but the food in reality can't keep up. The salad was missing figs and basil. The strawberries were overripe. The bread was from the day before, there was balsamic vinegar instead of vinaigrette. The steak was very fatty. Side dishes cost extra and the leaf salad decoration looked a bit dried out. Price performance is not right here at all. The service had no interest in how it tasted or in offering a dessert. It's a shame for such a great location right on Lake Phönix. I wouldn't recommend it.

Unfortunately the steak wasn't good for the price. Fries and sauce were not brought to the table straight away. Service also needs a lot of improvement. Wasn't even asked if everything was good when the service staff saw that a lot of the meat was left on the plate. With these experiences, coming back is rather unrealistic.

Went here for dinner today and can only recommend it. From the service to the kitchen, everything is great. I ordered Tagliata Toscana and the meat was cooked exactly how I wanted. Simply great! I will always come back.

We ordered two pizzas. The salami pizza was really great and the tuna pizza had a fish to onion ratio that was way too strong on the onion side. But still Yummy. As a starter we had the burrata, unfortunately it was one of the worst I've ever had. Although stracciatella was explicitly advertised on the menu, there was almost none of it. The bread served with it was very old. At first we were mistakenly given bruschetta. I would also advise against it visually. The bread was the same and the tomatoes were very pale. The sideboard was also careless. Not only were we made to wait a long time for the wrong starter, but we also had to set the new cutlery ourselves. It was simply thrown onto the corner of the table. Basically the service leaves a lot to be desired. Be it in speed and also in friendliness. When we finally wanted to pay we were presented with a defective card reader three times. It was also said from the start that it was broken. Then after three minutes, a new one was brought in 15 seconds.

Location and lake not bad, pizza and service need improvement. I don't recommend going there if you want to eat a real pizza or if you want a limoncello or digestive after 9 (the kitchen closes and perhaps they squeeze the lemons themselves)

We placed our order in the "wrong order" (we had already named a main course and then an appetizer) and she had to re-enter everything into the machine. We could have saved ourselves the starter. Bruschetta: unseasoned diced tomatoes on dry bread with a little olive oil and rocket. Pizza was very tasty.

We had made a reservation for two people indoors. However, since the weather was good, we sat outside with our dog. Unfortunately it started to rain unexpectedly and we simply pushed the table inwards and were protected by the parasol. However, it started to rain afterwards and the guests all wanted to sit down. However, this resulted in chaos, so that the waiters were so overwhelmed by the situation. We were only briefly acknowledged and directed to the counter. The seating was so narrow that we looked at the waitress and said that the space was too small and how should we sit at the counter with a dog? Was simply ignored and the next guest was served. That the waitress didn't even think about it! Super animal friendly. For the two starters we specifically asked for two plates that simply weren't brought to us. My pasta with extra shrimp for an additional charge was cold. You never leave little money there and that's the service?! The last time we were at Bocca.

Ci sono anche alcuni piatti di pasta e dolci d'ispirazione italiana. Carta dei vini molto ridotta ma che presenta qualche proposta italiana interessante. Prezzi in linea con la qualità dell'offerta, personale attentoe cortese.

The location of the restaurant was excellent. Ok pizza, pizza dough looks napolitan but tastes and feel like domino's. The pesto used seems from a can and not made fresh. Rudest waitress I ever met in my life. Save your time and money and go to L'Osteria, better pizza and much much better staff.

Despite making a prior written reservation and stating that we had a wheelchair user with us, it was not pointed out that the restaurant is not barrier-free and does not have a disabled toilet (you have to climb 5 steps) - although the wheelchair sign can also be seen on Google Maps. When we noticed this (half an hour before the reservation began, when we passed the restaurant), I was told that I should please let us know 1-2 days in advance, as it wouldn't be possible at such short notice. Well. Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide correct information about accessibility.

Went there spontaneously today, the food tasted like a ready-made meal and it came immediately after 2 minutes. Only card payment is possible but only outdated card machines have it, so my card was rejected several times, the waiters were very unfriendly and took my cash with a lot of hassle. If you only offer card payment, you should also make sure that you accept all cards! We won't eat there again, no recommendation!

The ambience is modern and the restaurant is clean, but that should be the least at such prices. Wouldn't eat here again.

Ich war schon einige Male zu Gast im "Bocca" und werde auch in Zukunft immer mal wieder gerne vorbeischauen. Der Service schwankt zwischen ok und sehr sympathisch und das Essen (Ich habe bisher immer eine Pizza gewählt) ist qualitativ sehr gut und richtig lecker. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Der Service war schlecht, wir reklamierten einen Latte Macchiato mit saurer Milch, der wurde uns pampig aus der Hand gerissen und ein miesgelaunter Kommentar von Seiten der Thekenkraft abgegeben. Das Nudelgericht mit Schinken war mit Fett und Knorpelstücken versehen. Die Pizzen waren o.k. Obwohl wir noch saßen und nicht bezahlt haben, wurden bereits die leeren Gläser abgeräumt. Das gehört sich so nicht.
