There was good Neapolitan pizza here two years ago. Unfortunately not anymore, Italian pizza makers have probably turned away. The dough hardly differs from German snack pizza; it is a far cry from Neapolitan dough. The sauce is unseasoned, as is the dough, and it also has a strange aftertaste that is not normal. A very bland, disappointing experience. And the worst of all: half of the pizzas have PARSLEY on them! Dio mio! In very small snippets, unpulpable, unannounced, inedible. No Italian would do that. Very, very unfortunate. We drove 200 km for free and didn't even want to eat half of it. The hair on the pizza no longer surprised me

It used to be good, but today it's not at all Italian or even Neapolitan. There is a lack of salt, ingredients not of high quality, dough, tomato sauce and cheese with a strange aftertaste, more like bagged cheese than fior di latte. And you just don't put parsley on pizza. That was... Terrible.

Pizzeria Urban Style, the place is beautiful and well-kept and the informal atmosphere makes everyone feel comfortable. The pizza is Neapolitan style, baked in a gas oven. There are some classic pizzas, but also others that are more special. I took one of “The Grinch” and didn’t regret it, it was very good! The dough is well leavened and light. The service was very quick, also because the place wasn't very busy when we were there. Overall I was more than satisfied, I will definitely come back to try the other things on the menu and they looked very interesting!

Nice place, bad food. The pizza didn't taste good at all. In Italy they don't put parsley on it either. Oregano would have made sense. And salt. It just didn't taste good.

We had food via a delivery service Ordered. The driver also came in the specified time. The friendliness of the driver would have been a close 2 in terms of stars. The food was delicious and there was hardly anything to complain about in terms of appearance. Unfortunately the portions were relatively small and barely warm. Are for over 40 euros with two people Not full. Hence 2/5

Great atmosphere and delicious food

I had had pizza. It was very tasty, nothing to complain about. Only card payment possible!!! Ambience is a matter of taste, it is a large room and therefore the background noise is appropriate.

A great restaurant on Lake Phönix. Great and large selection with a changing seasonal menu. The service staff is very nice and helpful. The food is usually at the table quickly and tastes simply wonderful. Great recommendation if you want to have a nice meal at Lake Phönix!

A very nice location. From the ambience to the old service and food, absolutely recommended. The service staff are very attentive, the pizza in this case was very tasty and tasted completely Neapolitan. We were there on Saturday evening, although it was quite busy. No long waiting times either for a table or for the food. Absolutely recommended. We will come back.

The restaurant is very nicely decorated and gives you a wonderful feeling of just sitting in Naples, overlooking the water and feasting on a pizza. The pasta dishes are also very tasty and the steaks and the choice of meat leave nothing to be desired. On busy evenings, you can't blame the staff for having fewer people at the table, but otherwise very, very nice people who listen and are friendly. Dessert was excellent

We ate here after our excursion. It was very tasty and the service was friendly. We would be happy to be there again if we come to Dortmund again. :-)

Mega tasty and super unusual pizzas!

Napo Pizza was OK, but nothing special. Pricewise upper league, but probably suitable for Phoenixsee. Servcie was completely hectic, almost running through the store, that was simply not enough staff (2 waiters for the fully occupied store). We won't be coming back for the reasons mentioned. The most important thing in food is the taste and unfortunately that was completely missing here, because with a pizza and especially with a Neapolitan pizza, it is the dough. And unfortunately the dough here was almost tasteless, relatively tough on the outside (you could also tell that from the other guests, they bit into it relatively hard, with appropriate facial expressions) and too soft/flaky in the middle, perhaps because the topping was a bit too rich. That's just the problem if the dough isn't good, because that's what Napo Pizza depends on, then all the flavor has to come from the toppings and then you need more.

We were seated by the restaurant manager at the last table on the gallery directly next to the kitchen (apparently there is no other option with a dog). The table was almost directly next to the toilets and therefore all guests always had to walk right past this table. There was also a ventilation directly above the table that was so loud that you could hardly hold a conversation. After half an hour, a door was opened at the back of the aisle to ventilate the entire restaurant. We were cold all the time and it was only when we asked the service person that the door was closed later. After leaving the restaurant, our things smelled as if we had been working on the deep fryer in the kitchen. When we asked, they didn't even try to assign us another table at the end. It's really a shame to even offer this table to guests. For a Valentine's Day and a bill of over 120 euros for two people, it was a big disappointment. Nevertheless, I would like to say that the food and our waiter were really good.

The restaurant is nice, good location, very nicely decorated. Unfortunately I have to say that the pasta is not really convincing (calling it Italian cuisine is too far-fetched, sorry 👎🏽). The pizza was also small and burnt black

I was at Bocca today. It started with the greeting; Instead of feeling welcome, it was more like being eaten off for breakfast. Then the order came. Since I knew that the pizzas were good, I wanted to try the pasta - said and done. When the noodles came, I was disappointed. Do you know that feeling when you heat up pasta and you're at the end of it and there's still some leftover pasta in the pot? That's exactly how they tasted. Nice with a harder edge, partly etc. So bad. I did finish it because you don't throw food away, but that kind of quality is even less acceptable in a restaurant. So my conclusion: Yes, you can make pizza, but definitely not pasta. Sad but true, I expected more. You're lucky I was even willing to pay the normal price for it.

No, the Gabero pizza has inedible prawns. That's what I said, there was no comment from the kitchen. Be careful, you can upset your stomach.

Service friendly. Orders went quickly. A bit loud. Mix of styles from antipasti, burgers etc. Food partly good, partly mediocre. From what I could tell, there was Gouda or a cheese substitute on the pizza.

This restaurant isn't really a good thing. 'The pizza was all dry and flavourless, it looked like it was made with flour that not even a dog can eat... And then, the pizza chef isn't Italian, so I started asking for things and I couldn't.' they understood. The cuisine does not at all reflect the true flavor of Italy. I won't be coming back again..

Doesn't accept cash payments, when I asked why, I was told it was their business model and was shown the exit. I won't let anyone tell me how to pay.

Also heute das erste Mal dort essen gewesen und wir waren super zufrieden waren sehr lecker, ich hatte den Burger und der war so wie erwartet super gut. Der Rest war auch lecker. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und keine langen Wartezeiten obwohl das Restaurant gut besucht war. Also wir gehen definitiv dort wieder essen.

There were four of us in the restaurant today and everyone was very happy with their dish. We actually went there to eat pizza, but unfortunately the oven wasn't working that day so we had to avoid it. But it was all still very tasty! We're not here for the last time today 😋

Great restaurant with delicious pizza but not good table planning. It's best to reserve early. We particularly liked the dough and the drinks. We also received the pizza very quickly.

The pizzas we ordered were good, the service and friendliness were actually very good, but it was very loud that you could hardly have a conversation, but what's even worse are the chairs, the most uncomfortable I've had in a restaurant in recent months.

Reservierungswunsch wurde nicht berücksichtigt. Service war freundlich und flott. Essen war 3- bis 4 Zu weiche Pasta , anstatt Rinderhüfte mit Rosmarin gab es eine Art Schmorfleisch ähnlich Gulasch , geschmacklich 4, hatte überhaupt nix mit der Beschreibung in der Karte gemeinsam. Wurde anstandslos zurück genommen. Habe stattdessen Pizza bestellt. Die war jetzt nichts besonderes. War ok , mehr aber nicht. Ich besuche den Laden nicht noch mal . War einfach in Summe zu schlecht. Lage und Location prima. Das war’s aber auch.

Bocca was highly recommended to us, especially the pizza. I'm not saying the pizza is bad, but a good pizza is different. The base isn't baked through, the topping is carelessly left on top, but visually it's okay. The pasta dishes were also just ok. But then it’s expensive.

Unfortunately the visit was a total disappointment. The service was terrible - we had to remind the waiters several times about our order and were ignored for ages when paying, even though we spoke to them directly. Instead of taking care of the guests, the waiters chatted, laughed and ate in the kitchen. The pizza was also bad: the dough was tough and hard to chew, the tomato sauce was watery and without any tomato flavor. Overall a disappointing experience - definitely not recommended!

I had penne that was more than al dente, it could have been cooked a little longer. The tiramisu was okay. The decor looks as industrial as it gets. The service was okay. Everything was okay, but nothing was particularly great. I don't have to do it again.

Unfortunately, people were disturbed because the boss said he had to use a ladder to try to repair lamps during normal operations, and on the other hand, some employees thought they were leaning over the counter where the dough was being prepared with a fleece jacket and no hair protection.

Had dinner at BOCCA with several people. Food was ok. But nothing more. The ambience takes some getting used to and the seating has seen better days.

Unfortunately the food arrived too quickly, Pizza crust too thick, noodles a little too watered down. 1 additional person didn't get a chair straight away.

Beautifully located on Lake Phönix with delicious food 👌👍🏼

The dining room has the charm of a better canteen: simple tables and chairs in rows, without any separating elements. There are more tables in the passage to the toilet. A large sheet of paper serves as a menu and placemat. Contrary to what some photos suggest, you don't have a view of the lake, but of Hörder Burgplatz or the Sparkasse Academy. The acoustics are terrible: Despite the room being only moderately occupied, I found it difficult to converse with the person I was talking to thanks to the high ceiling, open kitchen and lack of sound-absorbing elements. Even though the restaurant had been open for a while, they were still cleaning. The service was friendly, the waiting times weren't too long, the food was OK (but not more than that). Only the parmesan with the pasta could have been a little more than an egg cup full.

We went there with Neotaste and got two pizzas for one. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service is incredibly friendly and the food is delicious. My friend and I had a great evening!

Our group enjoyed all the dishes. Pasta, pizza, steak. On Friday evening the restaurant was completely full. Very loud, no sound-absorbing furniture or similar. Therefore not recommended for groups. During conversations you can only understand your immediate neighbors.

Unfortunately it was bad. The noodles were not all dente but simply not cooked through. Coach style was almost all ice. And the Parfait West was so hard that I couldn't even cut it with a pizza knife. Obviously convinience straight from the freezer. Because a large group arrived, we had to remember our dessert order twice and waited almost 45 minutes for it. Nobody was bothered by the fact that the parfait was inedible - it was even on the bill, not to mention an alternative dish. The service was nice, but unfortunately only "always tried hard". No information about the current special offers. There is a lack of training and know-how, even in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the food for the other three was also mixed. The good times are probably over. The view is of the square in front of Lake Phoenix and the pedal boat pier. Not bad, but no direct lake view. Parking easily possible. Large restaurant with high ceilings, you can watch the pizza maker upstairs. Cocktail selection is rather small, ditto the dessert selection.
